The 2013 curriculum aims to encourage students to be more active in the learning process. The fact in the school shows that 2013 curriculum has not been fully implemented and there are still limited module that can improve students' creative thinking. One of the solution is to use inquiry-based module in learning. This study aims to search the effect of the use of inquiry-based physics module learning on subject of momentum, impulse and harmonic vibration to enhance the students’ creative thinking in X SMAN 8 Padang. Research conducted included the type of Quasi Experiment Research. The population of this study were all students of class X of SMAN 8 Padang at 2017/2018 period. Sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Research data is the learning outcomes of students’ creative thinking. The research instrument is the final test to measure the students’ creative thingking. The research data was analyzed with two average similarity tests. Based on data analysis that has been done after using inquiry-based physics module, two research results have been obtained. First, the average value of students’ creative thinking in both sample classes was 79.84 and 76.36. From the Man Withney test, p<α is obtained, so the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Second, the results of the normalized gain test in the experimental class obtained g> 0.70, so that the students’ creative thinking in all four aspects experienced a high increase.

This research is based on the low science literacy of student and the teaching materials used in the lessons have not facilitated the students to increase their science literacy. The purpose of this study was to develop inquiry-based physics teaching materials and to determine the validity of inquiry-based physics-based materials on newton's law materials about motion and gravity to increase the science literacy of high school students of class X. The type of research used Research and development (R & D) research steps: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials and product revisions. While the data analysis used is descriptive data analysis. The instrument used is validation sheet that has been validated by experts. Based on the results of validation by experts, the instruments used are at very valid criteria with an average value of 90.83.The results obtained consist of 2 results. First, generated inquiry-based teaching materials. Second, the results of the validation analysis show that the resultant inquiry-based teaching materials are at a very valid level with a value of 82.78.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of constructivist-based physics teaching materials with inquiry learning on the material of rotational dynamics and hooke laws on the scientific literacy of students at SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam. Research carried out including the type of quasi experiment research (quasi-experimental). The population of this study is all students of class XI SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung In the 2018/2019 school year. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with the research data taken was student learning outcomes in science literacy skills. The research instrument is the final test to measure the ability of scientific literacy. The research data were analyzed using two similarity test averages. Based on data analysis, the average value of students' scientific literacy for the two sample classes (experimental and control) prior to the study was 17.73 and 23.67, and after the study the average values were 64.09 and 60.83 . T test analysis shows the value of p>α so that the alternative hypothesis is rejected. Due to students 'initial abilities are different, while the final test shows the same average so that the use of teaching materials can be said to affect the increase in students' scientific literacy.

The low scores of the students of SMPN 3 Ranah Pesisir in Physics were caused by the lack of their activeness and interaction in learning process. One effort to help the students to solve these problems was by applying LKS that is TAI-oriented learning model. Based on the problems above the study whose purpose was to find out the effect of TAI-oriented learning model had been conducted toward the scores of the second year students of SMPN 3 Ranah Pesisir in Physics. The research design used was Quasi Experimental, using Randomized Control Group Only Design. The population of this research was the second year students of SMPN 3 Ranah Pesisir who were registered in the academic year 2014/2015, while the samples were selected by using purposive sampling technique. The data involved the students’ scores in cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. The data from those three domains were analyzed by using t-test. The score of experiment class in cognitive domain was 88.38, higher than control class, 80.01. The score of experiment class in affective domain was73.94, and the control class was 63.58. Further, the score of experiment class in psychomotor domain was 88.91, higher than control class, 80.89. After applying t-test to the three domains, then, the hypothesis could be accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using LKS that is TAI-oriented learning model toward the scores of the second year students of SMPN 3 Ranah Pesisir in Physics, on the degree of 0.05

The result of physiscs learning of XI class MIPA students at MAN 2 Padang was not yet fulfilled the expectation, seen in the student score that has not fulfilled the minimum completeness criterion (KKM) that determined. The purpose of this research is to see if there is influence of scientifically based on LKPD using discovery learning model to physics learning result. The type of research used is quasi experiment using randomized control-group only design. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Sampling of data is limited to two domains of learning result that is knowledge and skill aspect with written test instrument in the from of a multiple choice question on knowledge aspect and performance instrument by using a scoring rubric on skill aspect. The result of the analysis shows that rhe average of experimental class for the learning outcomes in the knowledge and skill aspect is higher than the class control. The result of the analysis show that the average of experimental class fot the learning outcomes is the knowledge and skills aspect is higher than the class control. It can be concluded that the use of scientific-based LKPD using discovery learning model has a significant influence on the student’s physics learning result of XI class MAN 2 Padang.

Result learn of student interest of SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan not yet is matching with the one which expected. This matter seen at result learns of student interest most not yet reached KKM. This Research aims to investigate the influence of usage of physics handout base on thinking aloud pair problem solving to result learn of class student interest of XI SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat. This Type Research is experiment quasi designed by the research of design only group control randomized. Technique intake of the sample the used is sampling purposive because gone to the teacher in school only teaching two class that is a class so that both classes assumed homogeneous and normal to be is up to the standard of the sample which is representative. The interest which is evaluated in this research is attitude, knowledge, and skill domain. Domain attitude instrument the used is observation sheet, knowledge domain instrument use problem in form of a double helix, and skill domain instrument use score rubric. The result of obtained by data analysis is research having taken steps indicate that mean assess higher experiment class from at class control at attitude and skill domain. While at domain knowledge of higher control class. So that can be concluded that there is influence meaning usage of physics handout base on thinking aloud pair problem solving to result learn of class student interest of XI SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat at attitude and skill domain.

The background of this research is still at least a scientific approach oriented teaching materials including student worksheet (LKS) and learning methods that are less attractive, including of SMA state 2 Padang. In curriculum requires tecahers to be able to utilize the entire potensial of the students in the teaching, so that the student centered learning. One approach with regard to these demands is the scientific approach, so that learning can be implemented with either the necessary teaching materials and methods that support the learning process. This purpose of research to investigate the influence of LKS oriented scientific approach in the method of quantum learning to learning outcomes-physics class X students of SMA state 2 Padang in the school year 2014/2015. This type of research is a "quasi experimenal" with the draft "only randomized control group design. Sampling was done by using cluster random sampling. Data research include learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The research instrument in the form of a written test for cognitive learning outcomes, observation sheet for affective learning outcomes, and the scoring rubric for the assessment of psychomotor performance. Data analysis of learning outcomes in the cognitive and psychomotor the experimental class is better than the control class, except for affective learning outcome. On the affective obtained th = 0.955 < tt = 1.67 , on the cognitive obtained th = 2.31 > tt = 1.67, and the psychomotor obtained th = 2.50 > tt = 1.67. Based on the data analysis can be presented result of research. The hypothesis that there is a significant effect of giving LKS oriented scientific approach in the method of quantum learning to learning outcomes-Physics class X students of SMA state 2 Padang can be accepted for learning outcomes in the cognitive and psychomotor except for affective learning outcome at the 0.05 significance level

The 2013 curriculum requires students to have thinking skills, such as Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). One strategy to train students' higher-order thinking skills is to apply HOTS questions in the learning evaluation. Through evaluation, the teacher can determine the level of students' skills in higher-order thinking. Preliminary observations show that the Physics exam questions use in SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District have not identified whether it already contains HOTS in it. Therefore, the study conducts an analysis of the availability of HOTS on physics questions at SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data population in this study are all SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District. The sample in this study is six SHS in Lima Puluh Kota District. Sampling for schools carries out using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research data takes using the instrument of analysis of the questions presented and collecting data through documentation. Based on the analysis, it is found that the percentage of HOTS availability on the questions for each skill is as follows. Transfer one concept to another 19.98%, process and applying information 40.50%, find connections from different kinds of information 32.23%, use the information to solve problems 36.67%, critically examine ideas and information 8 .10%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the percentage of the availability of HOTS in physics questions for senior high schools in Lima Puluh Kota District is 27,9%, with the category of less available

The background of this research is not to optimize the learning process of learners to construct or establish his own knowledge, this is due to the limited learning device that can help students learn optimally. This study aims to produce a learning device oriented cognitive conflict strategy viable in terms of validity and practicalities.This type of research is the Research and Development (R & D) model of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) which is reduced to develop. Validity and practicalities of involving the six teachers, two teachers, and the subject of limited testing against a group of learners in class X SMA Negeri 1 Airpura.Validity test results lesson plan with a value of 92.06% and worksheets learners with a value of 88.91%, both at very valid criteria. The average value of the practicalities of the teacher's lesson plans amounted to 92.81% and 91.89% for worksheets learners, both with very practical criteria. While the average value of the practicalities of the learners of 74.54% with a practical criterion. These results indicate that, the learning device produced in the category unfit for teaching high school physics in terms of validity and practicalities
