Abstract

AbstractExploring the judgment evaluation is conducted to see the pattern of the social sanction and its impact in giving self-reflection to readers as public figures in Indonesia through systemic functional linguistics theory: appraisal. The news text about corruption that are chosen to be analyzed are namely: Lukas Enembe case as a governor, Sudrajat Dimyati case as a judge, and Ferdy Sambo as policeman that involve in criminal case.  The data are analyzed by using appraisal theory in judgment process. The data source is the three online news texts that have mentioned some criticisms to the Indonesian officials, namely: National Tempo News, National Okezone News, and Kompas News. The findings show that each news text has their own way to express the social sanction which uses high negative propriety and negative veracity. The finding is benefit to see how the news text show critical expression that can influence the readers’ emotion. The novelty is finding the pattern of judgment expressions used in three online news texts through appraisal theory but it is limited on the evaluation of judgment.Keywords: judgment, value, corruption cases, appraisal. AbstrakEksplorasi nilai judgment dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui bentuk sanksi sosial dan dampaknya dalam memberikan refleksi diri pada pembaca sebagai tokoh masyarakat di Indonesia melalui teori linguistic sistemik fungsional: appraisal. Teks berita tentang korupsi yang dipilih untuk dianalisa terdiri dari: kasus Lukas Enenbe sebagai seorang gubernur, kasus Sudrajat Dimyati sebagai seorang hakim, dan kasus Ferdy Sambo sebagai seorang polisi yang terlibat kasus kriminal. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan teori appraisal dalam bentuk proses judgment. Sumber data merupakan tiga teks berita online, yaitu Berita Nasional Tempo, Berita Nasional Okezone, dan Berita Kompas. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing teks berita memiliki cara sendiri untuk mengekspresikan sanksi social yang menggunakan negative propriety dan negative veracity yang tinggi. Temuan ini penting untuk melihat bagaimana teks berita menunjukkan ekspresi kritis yang dapat mempengaruhi emosi pembaca. Kebaruan penelitian dalam bentuk pola ekspesi judgment yang digunakan dalam tiga teks berita online melalui teori appraisal namun penelitian ini masih terbatas pada penilaian judgment. Abstract

The purposes of this research was to enhance organizational commitment. Members dual identity in a Koperasi as the owner and the customer at Koperasi is very important to improve organizational commitment since it is easier to achieve the Koperasi success. Implementing members dual identity is becoming the customers. The members participation in Koperasi activities is influenced by many factors such as; individual characteristics, personality, attitude, learning process, ability, perception, and motivation. Those factors will build the organizational commitment and realize the high or low participation. This researchis expected to produce a model whichcan improve organizational commitment and participation of Koperasi members. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) as an analytical toolwith 116 respondents as the samples. The results showed that personality gave directly positive and significant influence toward motivation, motivation gave directly significant and positive influence toward organizational commitment, learning process gave directly positive and significant influence toward ability, ability gave directly significant and positive influence toward organizational commitment, organizational commitment gavedirectly significant and positive influence toward member participation.

Abstract

Mengelola waktu merupakan kegiatan pengelolaan diri dengan perhitungan logis secara spikologis seorang dewasa, bukan berdasarkan perhitungan emosional untuk mengoptimalkan waktu yang dimiliki, akhirnya seseorang menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu dengan hasil yang memuaskan. kegiatan pelatihan manajemen waktu dengan metode meliputi kegiatan pengenalan diri, penggalian masalah individu, penyampaian materi manajemen waktu, latihan praktek sederhana dengan studi kasus. Kegiatan dilakukan pada tanggal 25-26 Oktober 2024, peserta program studi pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2024, jumlah peserta 25 mahasiswa. Tempat pelatihan di kampus Universitas PGRI Jombang program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Setelah pelatihan mahasiswa mampu menyusun jadwal kegiatan dengan teratur sesuai kebutuhan, menjadi memiliki waktu yang lebih teratur dan tidak membuang waktu dengan aktifitas yang tidak produktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Leader Member Exchange, Innovative Work Behavior, dan Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Muamalat. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner dan memperoleh sebanyak 33 sampel data penelitian. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS 23.0, ditemukan bahwa variable leader member exchange berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,innovative work behavior berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, quality of work life berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah suatu proses untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran, kemaudan dan kemampuan masyarakat untuk mengatasi, mengenali, memanfaatkan sumberdaya melalui penetapan kebijakan, kegiatan program kerja dan pendamingan desa untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data. Pengabdian masyarakat  menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk metode pengumpulan data. Triangulasi adalah teknik pengumpulan data gabungan dari berbagai teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Program pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Gedangan telah berhasil dilaksanakan. Sebagai program utama, yakni optimalisasi pengolahan kripik gedebok pisang menuju jiwa entrepreneurship  di era new normal telah terlaksana sesuai dengan perencanaan dengan kendala yang tidak terlalu menghambat pelaksanaan. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui video dan bagikan disetiap social media serta dikirim digrup whatsapp remaja desa Gedangan karena sasaran yang diambil dalam pelaksaanaan ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan bagi remaja untuk memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan sejak dini

Abstract

Asessment has a crucial role in the learning process, especially for the students’ literacy and numeracy ability. Currently, the Indonesian students’ literacy and numeracy and critical thinking are still very low according to the data of PISA 2023. The aim of the research is to develop STEAM based assessment model, abbreviated as SLNA, to improve literacy and numeracy and critical thinking ability at junior high school level. The type of the research applies research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model at SMPN 3 Mojokerto. The research results manifested that the expert validation had an average of 3,33 with a very valid category while practicality could be seen from the results of students’ responses of 89,5% who strongly agreed and teachers’ responses of 76% who stated that they were very practical. The effectiveness could be seen from the results of the activities, motivation, and students’ learning outcomes where the students’ motivation results were 90,7% which stated that they strongly agreed that SLNA provided motivation in learning and the average students’ learning outcomes were 82,4. The results confirm that the SLNA model is an effective assessment to support in developing students’ literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking in their learning and project practice.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction in the Prokompim section of the Regional Secretariat of Pekalongan Regency. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to employees of the Prokompim department, both with ASN and non-ASN status, with a sample of 30 respondents and the data was processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this research are that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while self -efficacy has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. These findings can be a basis for management in formulating human resource development strategies in government environments.
