Abstract

This article aims to reveal the learning of patterns and cultural influences of perceptive mental processes in Angkola language with a Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) approach. This is because learning research tends to offer research related to language learning models and language learning media from various perspectives. Meanwhile, the content of the learning is still limited to be analyzed in certain grammar. This research offers perceptive mental process learning based on one of the regional languages in Indonesia, namely Angkola language which needs to be raised considering that this language still includes native speakers. Thus, the Angkola language must be included in the list of documentation of languages and oral traditions that should be preserved in order to maintain the wealth of the archipelago. The method used is descriptive qualitative with transitivity analysis. The results of the analysis show that the Angkola community in expressing perceptive mental processes produces two patterns, one sequential pattern and one non-sequential pattern. However, for non-sequential patterns, after the process is not followed by sensing but is followed by a phenomenon then sensing afterwards. The uniqueness and symptoms of this strangeness are found in the study of perceptive mental processes in the Angkola language. Therefore, according to the presentation of the analysis, it can be proven the consistency, prevalence and acceptance of this pattern in transitivity in the Angkola language. Abstract

Leaders have an important role in determine the success or failure of an organization in achieving its goals. Individual characteristics often influence one's leadership style. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of gender, work period, length of service and educational status on the leadership style applied by the Head of a laboratory unit in a Central Java hospital. The samples obtained were 44 respondents from 130 heads of laboratory units at Central Java Regional Hospital. This research is a correlational quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The analytical tests used include data normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and multiple logistic regression analysis. The research results show that partially, only the work period variable has a significant effect on leadership style with a p value of 0.014 < alpha 0.05. The results of this research have the implication that when selecting leaders you can consider the individual's work period or seniority. It is hoped that future research can increase the number of respondents and examine other variables that have not been studied, such as participation in leadership training and the personality type of heads of hospital laboratory units in Central Java.

Abstract

Performansi merupakan indikator kinerja karyawan yang mendukung perkembangan perusahaan. Studi literatur menunjukan bahwa performansi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa aspek baik internal maupun eksternal, namun masih terdapat inkonsistensi hasil penelitian terutama pada faktor pengaruh kepemimpinan,budaya organisasi,motivasi kerja,disiplin kerja dan inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan,budaya organisasi,motivasi kerja,disiplin kerja dan inovasi terhadap performansi karyawan di PT. Telkom Akses Witel Pekalongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik korelatif dengan variable dependen yaitu performansi dan variable independen yaitu kepemimpinan,budaya organisasi,motivasi kerja,disiplin kerja dan inovasi. Survey dilakukan terhadap 151 karyawan dan 21 pimpinan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil analisis jalur menggunakan WarpPLS 8.0 menunjukkan bahwah Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap performansi, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan inovasi memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap performansi. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi perhatian bagi karyawan, pimpinan, dan perusahaan untuk mempertahankan budaya kerja yang baik serta meningkatkan motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan inovasi untuk performansi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline through work motivation on employee performance at the Pekalongan City Communication and Information Service. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 62 employees of the Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Pekalongan. Sampling in this research used population study techniques or saturated samples, namely all employees. The data collection technique used is by obtaining data obtained from questionnaires. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). This research data processing uses SmartPLS software version 4.0. The research results show that (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction; (2) work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation; (4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation; (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) work motivation is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance; and (7) work motivation is able to mediate work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

One of the main issues is leadership, which has not yet fully motivated and guided employees effectively, especially in facing production demands and market changes. This study aims to determine and analyze how leadership, work environment, and job characteristics affect employee job satisfaction through organizational culture as an mediating variable. This type of research is correlational, with data collection using questionnaires. The population of this study consists of all employees at the Goyor Sarung factory owned by Bapak Gampang in Pemalang. The sample of this study is 112 people using a saturated sampling technique. This research uses the SPSS version 25 data processing tool. The results show that leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Job characteristics have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The leadership variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction through organizational culture as an mediating variable. The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction through organizational culture as an mediating variable. Job characteristics have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction through organizational culture as an mediating variable.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor penting di dalam suatu organisasi maupun di suatu perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak akan berjalannya suatu organisasi ataupun perusahaan apabila tidak ada sumber daya manusia yang baik. Hal itu juga tidak akan berjalan dengan baik apabila tidak adanya manajemen pengelolaan terhadap sumber daya manusia yang berada di suatu organisasi maupun perusahaan. Apapun bentuk serta tujuannya, organisasi atau perusahaan dibuat berlandaskan visi dan misi untuk mencapai tujuan bagi kepentingan manusia dan dikelola oleh manusia pula. Pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat penting untuk dilakukan dan karya artikel ini untuk menjelaskan analisis singkat mengenai upaya manajerial yang seperti apa agar bisa meningkatkan kinerja serta motivasi melalui Reward System agar mencapai kesuksesan di suatu organisasi maupun perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Leader Member Exchange, Innovative Work Behavior, dan Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Muamalat. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner dan memperoleh sebanyak 33 sampel data penelitian. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS 23.0, ditemukan bahwa variable leader member exchange berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,innovative work behavior berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, quality of work life berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Orang tua menghadapi tantangan dalam menyediakan pembiayaan dalam mendukung pendidikan anak. Jumlah murid yang putus sekolah meningkat salah satunya dikarenakan permasalahan biaya pendidikan. Orang tua belum menyiapkan dana simpanan untuk anaknya. Kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesdaran orang tua murid mengenai pentingnya menyiapkan dana pendidikan anak dimulai dari sekarang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 8 Bendan yang juga diikuti oleh mahasiswa asing dari Filipina yang ikut menceritakan bagaimana pengasuhan anak di Filipina . Terdapat 48 orang tuan yang hadir terdiri dari kelas 1 – kelas 3. Metode yang digunakan ialah identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, penyampaian materi dan evaluasi.  Pada analisis data digunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil pada kegiatan PkM ini terlihat pada test yang dilaksanakan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Seperti pemahaman literasi keuangan yang mengalami peningkatan 78%, pengaturan manajemen keuangan meingkat 83%, rencana kepemilikan tabungan sebesar 83% dan rencana memiliki usaha tambahan sebesar 48%. Diharapkan dari kegiatan ini akan menjadikan meningkatkan jumlah anak yang bersekolah dan menurunkan angka putus sekolah khususnya di Kota Pekalongan.

Abstract

This training aimed to identify the level of students' thinking ability related to brain cyber so that students could know the positive and negative aspects of the use of artificial intelligence. The training was attended by 42 students. Brain decay as a result of excessive use of brain cyber had several negative impacts, namely: (1) affecting language and behavioral development, (2) having academic impacts, (3) providing access to illegal content, violence, and dangerous sex, (4) leading to aggressive behavior. The results of the community service showed several improvements in students' thinking abilities as assessed from student understanding, namely: (1) 19% of students really understood, 79% of students understood, and 2% of students had less understanding about brain cyber and brain rot; (2) 21% of students really understood, 69% of students understood, and 10% of students had less understanding about the impact of brain cyber and brain rot; (3) 62% of students stated that this training was very useful and 38% of students stated that this training was useful; (4) 43% of students stated that this training was very appropriate and 57% of students stated that this training was in accordance with real conditions

Abstract

AbstrakIntegrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran mempunyai peran yang signifikan terutama sebagai media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik. Aplikasi assemblr edu merupakan salah satu alternatif bagi guru untuk mewujudkan media pembelajaran yang lebih konkrit untuk siswa. SDN Karangpakis 1 Jombang belum pernah mendapatkan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendukung konstruksi media pembelajaran serta pemahaman guru tentang multiliterasi yang belum optimal. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi assemblr edu untuk mengembangkan keterampilan multiliterasi siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di SDN Karangpakis 1 yang diikuti 12 guru. Tahapan pengabdian ini terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 66,67% yang memberikan respon sangat baik. Sebanyak 33,33% guru yang memberikan respon baik. Sedangkan tidak ada guru yang memberikan respon “Cukup Baik” dan “Kurang Baik”. Secara keseluruhan bahwa hasil yang diperoleh dari pilihan sangat baik dan baik sudah lebih dari 75%, maka kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dapat dikatakan sukses. Diharapkan kegiatan yang bersifat pemanfaatan teknologi untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran dan keterampilan multiliterasi terus dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah yang berkolaborasi dengan perguruan tinggi secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: aplikasi assemblr edu; multiliterasi; pelatihan. AbstractTechnology integration in learning has a significant role, especially as an interactive and interesting learning media. The assemblr edu application is an alternative for teachers to create more concrete learning media for students. SDN Karangpakis 1 Jombang has never received training in the use of technology to support the construction of learning media and teachers' understanding of multiliteracy is not optimal. The purpose of this service is to provide training in the use of the assemblr edu application to develop students' multiliteracy skills. This service activity was carried out at SDN Karangpakis 1 which was attended by 12 teachers. The stages of this service consisted of preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the service activity showed that 66.67% gave a very good response. As many as 33.33% of teachers gave a good response. While no teachers gave the response "Quite Good" and "Not Good". Overall, the results obtained from the very good and good choices were more than 75%, so the service activity carried out can be said to be successful. It is hoped that activities that utilize technology to support the learning process and multiliteracy skills will continue to be carried out by schools in collaboration with universities on an ongoing basis. Keywords: assemblr edu app; multiliteracy; training.
