Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun mental wirausaha di Desa Sumurjomblangbogo, Kecamatan Bojong, Kabupaten Pekalongan. Desa ini diidentifikasi memiliki potensi yang belum optimal dalam pengembangan kewirausahaan dan keberlanjutan ekonomi lokal. Dalam pengabdian ini, dilakukan serangkaian kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap wirausaha serta memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk memulai dan mengembangkan usaha. Langkah pertama dalam pengabdian ini adalah melakukan studi awal untuk mengidentifikasi potensi ekonomi lokal, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh wirausaha di desa, dan kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi. Setelah itu, dilakukan berbagai kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya kewirausahaan dan memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang konsep-konsep bisnis, manajemen keuangan, pemasaran, dan keterampilan yang relevan. Selain itu, melalui kolaborasi dengan institusi pendidikan, penyelenggara juga membantu dalam memfasilitasi akses masyarakat ke sumber daya yang diperlukan, seperti pendampingan bisnis, pelatihan lanjutan, dan informasi tentang program bantuan atau pinjaman yang tersedia. Pengabdian ini juga melibatkan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan pengembangan usaha, seperti pameran produk lokal, pertemuan dengan pemangku kepentingan, dan kegiatan jaringan untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam pemahaman masyarakat tentang kewirausahaan dan keberlanjutan ekonomi lokal. Para peserta pelatihan juga berhasil mengembangkan ide-ide usaha dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah awal untuk memulai usaha mereka sendiri. Selain itu, terbentuknya jaringan dan kerja sama antarwirausaha di Desa Sumurjomblangbogo juga memberikan dampak positif dalam mengatasi beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan usaha. Secara keseluruhan, pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan mental wirausaha di Desa Sumurjomblangbogo dengan memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan akses ke sumber daya yang diperlukan. Diharapkan pengabdian ini dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa dan memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi pengembangan usaha yang berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of competence and motivation on the performance of clinical instructors. This type of research is correlative. The sample for this study was 32 clinical instructors carried out by random sampling. The data analysis technique uses the Multiple Regression analysis. The results of the study showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of clinical instructors, the motivation of clinical instructor had a positive but not significant effect on the performance of clinical instructor, the competency of clinical instructor and motivation of clinical instructor had a positive and significant effect on the performance of clinical instructor.

Abstract

The aim of this study to analyze the influence of organizational support, digital competence and organizational commitment as mediation on the implementation of electronic medical records (RME) in hospitals. The sample in this study was 176 people from all users of electronic medical records at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekalongan. Primary data is obtained directly via Google Form. The analysis technique using SEM-PLS. The research results concluded (1) The influence of organizational support is not significant on the implementation of RME; (2) The influence of Digital competence is significant on the implementation of RME; (3) The influence of organizational commitment is significant on the implementation of RME; (4) The influence of organizational support is significant on organizational commitment; (5) The influence of digital competence is significant on organizational commitment; (6) Organizational support has no significant effect on the implementation of RME, mediated by organizational commitment; (7) The influence of digital competence is significant on the implementation of RME, mediated by organizational commitment

Abstract

The English learning process in Indonesia is still experiencing difficulties, especially in the speaking aspect which is 22% % (Tambunsaribu & Yusniaty, 2021). The difficulty comes from the lack of teachers in providing interesting and interactive learning media. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of TikTok on students' speaking learning ability in the aspects of comprehension and fluency. This research method uses quantitative research with Mann-Whitney analysis test. The results of this research show that the class taught using TikTok has an average learning outcome of 22.18 while the class that is not taught using TikTok has an average learning outcome of 12.82. as a conclusion shows that TikTok is effective as a media for learning speaking especially in the aspects of comprehension and fluency. Abstract

The role of lecturers in designing the teaching materials is very decisive successful learning and learning process through a teaching material. Teaching materials can also be interpreted as any form of materials arranged systematically that allows students to learn independently and are designed according to the applicable curriculum. The teaching material is unique and specific to achieve the learning objectives. Culture is a method for pre-service teachers to transform the results of observation into form and creative teaching material. The problem is appointed how the design of the teaching material through local wisdom as a form of independent curriculum application used by pre service teachers and lecturers in designing learning design that supports the independent freedom curriculum in the digital era. Research is in classroom action research. The research data is a design of teaching material in the form of learning design. The data sources were pre-service teachers who took the Micro Teaching course with 20 pre-service teachers as class of 2019 in academic year 2021/2022. Culture is also considered as a teaching material in the teaching and learning process. The application of E-PUB as the device of teaching material. The data collection technique is observation, documentation, and interview. The research instrument uses two aspects, namely: skill in arranging lesson plan and learning practice. The indicators of success are: (a) material understanding, (b) curriculum understanding, (c) learning practice, and (d) personality. The result of cycle I, 75% in sufficient category so it needs to continue to the next cycle. The result of cycle II is 91,66% is in very good category, 6,67 % is in good category and only one student is in fairly good category that is successful in cycle II in applying E-PUB.

Abstract

In the millennial era, our students are already infatuated with digital. Javanese language which is included in the local content of Junior High Schools, students are presented with local languages which have shifted a lot in usage. Students rarely use Javanese which is difficult in the form of pronunciation. The problems are (1) students in reading, writing and speaking Javanese do not understand and find it difficult to apply aspects of pronunciation and phonetics in their use. (2) the lack of interest of millennial students in preserving regional languages. (3) based on observations, today's students are lacking, mastering Javanese is called "ora njawani". And (4) the lack of teaching materials to attract students' interest, especially in the current trend, through digital. Teachers can use digital media Student Pocket Book Products which contain content from the creativity of students and teachers. In addition, students are used to using digital features. The solution to the problem of Servants is to train and assist teachers and students using digital-based learning methods and media and maintain culture. The Jombangan dictionary digital book product is used as a blended learning's medium media. This book is equipped with a barcode that contains infographic content or Javanese Jombangan YouTube content that can trigger student motivation in applying Javanese. So that students can use digital dictionaries independently and innovatively. This method can help students and teachers learn Javanese pronunciation.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of emotional intelligence on the learning achievements of students in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for Class XI at Ulul Albab Islamic Vocational High School. Emotional intelligence is a crucial factor that influences students' ability to manage their emotions and, consequently, their academic performance. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing surveys and documentation to gather data from students. The findings indicate a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and learning achievement, highlighting that students with higher emotional intelligence tend to perform better academically. This suggests that emotional intelligence is a vital component in the educational process and should be nurtured alongside intellectual development to improve overall student performance in religious education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Artificial Intelligence (AI) berbasis ChatGPT terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Pekalongan, dengan penerimaan teknologi sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang melibatkan 45 responden pegawai pemerintahan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI berbasis ChatGPT memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun melalui penerimaan teknologi sebagai variabel moderasi. Penerimaan teknologi memperkuat hubungan antara penggunaan AI dengan kinerja pegawai, mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi penerimaan teknologi, semakin besar peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya adopsi teknologi AI dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja di sektor publik.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the learning of patterns and cultural influences of perceptive mental processes in Angkola language with a Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) approach. This is because learning research tends to offer research related to language learning models and language learning media from various perspectives. Meanwhile, the content of the learning is still limited to be analyzed in certain grammar. This research offers perceptive mental process learning based on one of the regional languages in Indonesia, namely Angkola language which needs to be raised considering that this language still includes native speakers. Thus, the Angkola language must be included in the list of documentation of languages and oral traditions that should be preserved in order to maintain the wealth of the archipelago. The method used is descriptive qualitative with transitivity analysis. The results of the analysis show that the Angkola community in expressing perceptive mental processes produces two patterns, one sequential pattern and one non-sequential pattern. However, for non-sequential patterns, after the process is not followed by sensing but is followed by a phenomenon then sensing afterwards. The uniqueness and symptoms of this strangeness are found in the study of perceptive mental processes in the Angkola language. Therefore, according to the presentation of the analysis, it can be proven the consistency, prevalence and acceptance of this pattern in transitivity in the Angkola language. Abstract

Leaders have an important role in determine the success or failure of an organization in achieving its goals. Individual characteristics often influence one's leadership style. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of gender, work period, length of service and educational status on the leadership style applied by the Head of a laboratory unit in a Central Java hospital. The samples obtained were 44 respondents from 130 heads of laboratory units at Central Java Regional Hospital. This research is a correlational quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The analytical tests used include data normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and multiple logistic regression analysis. The research results show that partially, only the work period variable has a significant effect on leadership style with a p value of 0.014 < alpha 0.05. The results of this research have the implication that when selecting leaders you can consider the individual's work period or seniority. It is hoped that future research can increase the number of respondents and examine other variables that have not been studied, such as participation in leadership training and the personality type of heads of hospital laboratory units in Central Java.
