Abstract

Background: Learning is an activity that involves teachers and students in interacting. However, in reality, not a few students are not directly involved in learning, meaning that students play a passive role during the learning process. This can be caused in part by teachers' ignorance in the effectiveness of the use of learning media, so that students' motivation to learn decreases. Purpose: This literature study aims to find out how museums are used as a medium and source of learning, as well as analyze the obstacles and solutions of the factors that hinder their use. Method: The type of research used is a literature review using a descriptive method. Result: The results of the study show that museums can be used as a medium and learning resource because they can help teachers carry out learning outside the classroom, help increase student knowledge and understanding, and increase student motivation and participation during the learning process. As for the obstacles in its use, namely limited time and funds, as well as museum collections that are not relevant to what students are studying, the solution in handling it is to prepare a mature schedule and submit a budget to the school for student personal cost relief, then be able to adjust the museum and more relevant materials.

Abstract

Invasive alien weeds are plant pests because they can interfere with the growth and productivity of surrounding plants. Studies of invasive alien weeds, inventory of species, and their dispersal are important not only in conservation environments but also in study areas in educational institutions such as universities. This research was conducted with the aim of being an initial study to determine the types and distribution vectors of invasive alien weeds in the study area of the biology garden of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung which have the potential to disrupt the surrounding ecosystem. Weed sampling was carried out by purposive sampling exploration method in the biology garden area of the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Based on the inventory results, a total of 16 species and 8 families of invasive alien weeds were obtained with the most families coming from the Asteraceae family. The invasive alien weed seed dispersal vectors include wind, water, and animals. Most invasive alien weed species found in the sampling sites have wind and animal dispersal vector types (31.25%). Seed dispersal by animals and wind has an effective dispersal rate because the range of distribution is quite wide. In addition, the characteristics of seeds, the ability to adapt and develop in new environments in plants such as species of the Asteraceae family can cause their invasion to take place quickly and massively.

Abstract

Literature review using Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on differentiated mathematics learning (MDI) related to content, process, and product differentiation is still rare. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to conduct a literature search on MDI related to content, process, and product differentiation. The stages of SLR are planning, article search, analysis, and interpretation of results. The digital libraries used are Scopus and Science Direct. The selection process uses the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematics Reviews (PRISMA) method. Based on the selection process, two main articles were obtained. The article analysis process was carried out in two stages, namely bibliometric analysis to determine the relationship between words used in previous studies, and article analysis by answering research questions compiled in the planning stage so as to obtain the state of the art. The results of the article review analysis obtained that there is no continuous teacher professional development on content, process and product differentiation based on multiple intelligences, learning styles, learning readiness levels, learning motivation, self-concept, critical and creative thinking abilities of students, no development of mathematics instruction for problem solving, connection, communication, reasoning, critical thinking, or mathematical creative thinking, no assessment of students' affective responses to MDI, and no clustering of students using the K-Means and K-Medoids methods. The results of this study are expected to provide knowledge and further research development related to MDI.

Abstract

Perdagangan internasional merefleksikan hubungan ekonomi antarnegara, salah satunya melalui kegiatan ekspor. Menurut Adrian Sutedi (2014), ekspor merupakan proses mengeluarkan barang dari dalam negeri ke luar negeri sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Dalam proses ini, dokumen Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB) berfungsi sebagai legalitas kegiatan ekspor, sedangkan nota pembetulan container digunakan untuk memperbaiki kesalahan data container pada dokumen PEB. Perusahaan Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan (PPJK) berperan penting dalam penyusunan dokumen PEB, bekerja sama dengan pihak pengirim barang (shipper) dan Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Jaya Plus Logistics, berlangsung dari 20 Agustus 2023 hingga 20 Agustus 2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian adalah proses pembuatan nota pembetulan container melalui Modul PEB versi 6.0.11 dan Portal Pengguna Jasa. Proses ini mencakup pembukaan data PEB, penggantian nomor seri pendaftaran, serta penyimpanan data container yang telah diperbaiki. Beberapa kendala yang ditemukan meliputi keterlambatan dalam memperoleh nomor container, kesalahan dalam pemilihan container, serta kekeliruan dalam input data. Oleh karena itu, ketelitian dalam perbaikan data container sangat penting guna memastikan kesesuaian informasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya penjelasan tertulis terkait penolakan dari sistem kepada shipper, serta peningkatan komunikasi antara pihak forwarder dan shipper untuk mengurangi potensi kesalahan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi evaluasi berbasis proyek dalam membentuk budaya penilaian kolaboratif pada pembelajaran fisika di tingkat SMA. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan melibatkan dua kelas XII IPA di SMA Negeri X. Siswa bekerja dalam kelompok menyelesaikan proyek fisika kontekstual yang mencakup perencanaan eksperimen, analisis data, dan presentasi hasil. Proses penilaian mencakup evaluasi formatif, penilaian sejawat, dan refleksi mandiri. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre?test dan post?test, kuesioner sikap, observasi partisipatif, dan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep, dengan rata-rata skor prestasi meningkat dari 65,4 menjadi 78,9. Indeks sikap dan persepsi siswa terhadap proses pembelajaran juga meningkat dari 3,12 menjadi 4,05 dalam skala Likert. Observasi dan wawancara mengungkap peningkatan keterlibatan aktif, tanggung jawab individu, serta terbentuknya komunikasi dan refleksi yang lebih kuat dalam kelompok. Evaluasi berbasis proyek efektif dalam memperkuat penguasaan konsep fisika dan menumbuhkan budaya belajar yang kolaboratif, reflektif, dan kontekstual. Strategi ini relevan untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran abad ke-21 dengan dukungan sumber daya yang memadai.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication and digital citizenship competencies are currently highly needed by students, along with the widespread use of the internet in society, in responding to various issues. This study aimed to analyze the impact of using Android-based radio media on interpersonal communication, digital citizenship competencies, and the correlation between the two competencies. This research method used a quasi-experiment involving 250 vocational high school students by dividing them into two groups. The experimental group received intervention using Android-based radio media, while the second group used traditional teaching methods. Data analysis used in this study was simple linear regression analysis, t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression. The results showed that using Android-based radio media effectively improved interpersonal communication competencies (ICC) and digital citizenship. In addition, the results showed that 10 ICC skills (self-disclosure, empathy, social relaxation, assertiveness, altercentrism, interaction management, expressivity, support, closeness, and environmental control) positively predicted digital citizenship. Among the skills learned, environmental control and closeness were the strongest predictors of digital citizenship. The implications of the research show that the use of digital radio media integrated into Android devices has great potential to improve the quality of learning that is contextual, interactive, and relevant to current developments.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji etika menuntut ilmu dalam perspektif hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW serta implikasinya bagi pendidikan karakter pelajar Muslim kontemporer. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh krisis karakter dalam dunia pendidikan modern yang ditandai dengan menurunnya penghormatan terhadap guru, merebaknya plagiarisme, dan lemahnya integritas akademik. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menganalisis hadis-hadis Nabi yang terkait dengan etika menuntut ilmu. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi empat pilar utama etika menuntut ilmu: etika niat yang menekankan keikhlasan, etika terhadap guru yang menekankan penghormatan, etika kepribadian yang menekankan kerendahan hati, dan etika sosial yang menekankan tanggung jawab penyebaran ilmu. Keempat pilar ini membentuk sistem nilai yang komprehensif untuk membentuk karakter pelajar Muslim yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual tetapi juga luhur secara moral. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai etika dari hadis Nabi dalam pendidikan karakter merupakan solusi strategis untuk menjawab krisis moral di era modern. Implikasi praktisnya adalah perlunya pengembangan kurikulum terintegrasi, pembinaan guru sebagai teladan, dan sistem penilaian karakter yang authentik

Abstract

This study developed and tested the effectiveness of an interactive learning module based on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) integrated with the local culture of Samawa. The main objective was to improve students' conceptual understanding and science process skills of SMA Negeri 4 Sumbawa Besar on kinematics material. Using the ADDIE model research and development (R&D) method, the module was validated by material and media experts before being tested on 30 students through a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The validation results showed that the module was very feasible to use, while the implementation test results showed a significant increase in conceptual understanding (N-Gain = 0.65) and science process skills (N-Gain = 0.75). Thus, this module is proven to be effective as an alternative teaching material that is contextual and relevant to the demands of 21st-century learning.
