Abstract

Quality public services play a role in increasing investment. The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency of Badung Regency has innovated in licensing services through the Mobile Licensing Service with Online Single Submission (LIMOSSIN) program, which aims to assist the public in issuing business permits. The objective of this study is to understand the Implementation of the Mobile Licensing Service with Online Single Submission (LIMOSSIN) Program in Improving Licensing Services in Badung Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis is conducted using Edward III's policy implementation theory, which consists of (1) Communication, (2) Resources, (3) Disposition, and (4) Bureaucratic Structure. The results of the study indicate that overall, the program has been effectively implemented based on the indicators used. However, there are indicators that still require improvement for the program to run more optimally. Improvements are needed in the communication indicator related to communication between village governments and the community, the resource indicator due to challenges in human resources, and the bureaucratic structure indicator related to coordination by village officials in the implementation of the program. In conclusion, the LIMOSSIN program has provided tangible benefits to the community by assisting in issuing business permits, but enhancements are still needed in several indicators to improve service quality. Abstrak Pelayanan publik yang berkualitas memiliki berperan dalam meningkatkan investasi. Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Badung berinovasi dalam pelayanan perizinan melalui program Layanan Perizinan Bermobil Online Single Submission (LIMOSSIN) yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menerbitkan izin usaha. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana Implementasi Program Layanan Perizinan Bermobil Online Single Submission (LIMOSSIN) Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Perizinan Di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan oleh Edward III yang terdiri dari (1) Komunikasi, (2) Sumber Daya, (3) Disposisi, (4) Struktur Birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan program ini telah berjalan efektif berdasarkan indikator yang digunakan. Namun terdapat indikator yang masih memerlukan perbaikan agar program dapat berjalan lebih optimal. Perbaikan diperlukan yaitu pada indikator komunikasi terkait komunikasi antara pemerintah desa ke masyarakat, indikator sumber daya yang masih adanya tantangan pada sumber daya manusia, dan indikator struktur birokrasi terkait koordinasi oleh perangkat desa terkait pelaksanaan program. Kesimpulannya program LIMOSSIN telah memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat dalam membantu menerbitkan izin usaha, tetapi masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam beberapa indikator untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the coaching program for female inmates at the Class IIA Women's Correctional Facility in Kerobokan using a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis applies Stufflebeam's Evaluation Theory (1993), which consists of four indicators: (1) Context Evaluation, (2) Input, (3) Process, and (4) Product. The findings indicate that the coaching program has been implemented fairly well but is not yet fully optimal. Challenges include inadequate facilities, limited budget, and a shortage of human resources. Based on these findings, recommendations for maximizing the program's effectiveness include improving infrastructure, strengthening human resource capacity, optimizing external cooperation, enhancing management systems, and increasing budget allocation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pembinaan bagi narapidana perempuan di Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIA Kerobokan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori Evaluasi oleh Stufflebeam (1993) yang terdiri dari empat indikator yaitu (1) Evaluasi Konteks, (2) Masukan, (3) Proses, dan (4) Produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa program pembinaan telah berjalan cukup baik namun belum sepenuhnya optimal. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi meliputi sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai, anggaran yang minim, dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan agar pelaksanaan program pembinaan terlaksana secara maksimal yaitu adanya peningkatan infrastruktur, penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, optimalisasi kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal, serta perbaikan sistem manajemen dan peningkatan alokasi anggaran. Abstract

Employee performance is the most important thing in an organization or government institution so that employees work according to their abilities so as to achieve good work results. This study aims to determine how the Implementation of the E-Jasa Policy affects the performance of contract employees at the Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing and Settlement Areas Service of Klungkung Regency. This research method uses qualitative descriptive with data collection through interviews, observations, and document studies. The analysis in this study uses the policy implementation theory from Richard E. Matland whose indicators consist of policy accuracy, implementation accuracy, target accuracy, and environmental accuracy. The results of the study show that the implementation of the E-Jasa policy at the PUPRPKP Service of Klungkung Regency has been implemented since 2021 and is running optimally. In the process of implementing the E-Jasa application policy, it received a positive response from contract employees at the PUPRPKP Service of Klungkung Regency because they felt the benefits of using the E-Jasa application. The main obstacles include limited human resources in the use of technology and problems with the application server itself. This study recommends periodic evaluation and training in the use of E-Jasa applications, the existence of special policies for field employees and the imposition of sanctions on contract employees who do not use the E-Jasa application. Abstrak Kinerja pegawai menjadi hal terpenting dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga pemerintahan agar pegawai bekerja sesuai dengan kemampuannya sehingga mencapai hasil kerja yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Kebijakan E-Jasa terhadap kinerja pegawai kontrak pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Klungkung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatid dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan dari Richard E. Matland yang indikatornya terdiri dari ketepatan kebijakan, ketepatan pelaksanaan, ketepatan target, dan ketepatan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan E-Jasa di Dinas PUPRPKP Kabupaten Klungkung sudah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2021 dan berjalan dengan optimal. Dalam proses pengimplementasian kebijakan aplikasi E-Jasa mendapat tanggapan positif dari pegawai kontrak pada Dinas PUPRPKP Kabupaten Klungkung karena merasakan manfaat dari penggunaan aplikasi E-Jasa. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam penggunaan teknologi dan masalah pada server aplikasi itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan evaluasi berkala dan pelatihan dalam penggunaan aplikasi E-Jasa, adanya kebijakan khusus untuk pegawai dilapangan dan pemberian sanksi kepada pegawai kontrak yang tidak menggunakan aplikasi E-Jasa. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the synergy of intelligence and immigration action with Denpasar City Police in supervising foreign tourists. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of field research, it is studied using the Synergy theory from Najiyati and Rahmat, which consists of: (1) Communication with 3 sub-indicators, namely Specific, Measurable, and Result-oriented, (2) coordination with sub-indicators, namely opportunity and commitment, competence, awareness, and continuity. The results of the study indicate that the synergy between Intelligence and Immigration Enforcement with the Denpasar City Police in Supervising Foreign Tourists has been implemented quite well. However, there are still some shortcomings in its implementation. Communication is still not optimal and needs to be improved in terms of response speed and more proactive communication strategies to prevent violations by foreign tourists. Coordination also needs to be improved, especially in making official agreements so that performance is more optimal. Recommendations for these problems include optimizing human resources and technology, increasing coordination and more intensive communication, simplifying bureaucratic procedures for quick response, and increasing socialization for foreign tourists. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sinergitas intelijen dan penindakan keimigrasian dengan Kepolisian Resor Kota Denpasar dalam pengawasan wisatawan asing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah wawancara, obsrvasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian lapangan dikaji menggunakan teori Sinergitas dari Najiyati dan Rahmat, yang terdiri dari: (1) Komunikasi dengan 3 sub indikator yaitu Spesific, Measurable, dan Result-orientated, (2) koordinasi dengan sub indikator yaitu kesempatan dan komitmen, kompetensi, kesadaran, dan kontinuitas. Hasil penelitian penunjukkan bahwa sinergitas antara Intelijen dan Penindakan Keimigrasian Dengan Kepolisian Resor Kota Denpasar Dalam Pengawasan Wisatawan Asing telah terlaksana dengan cukup baik. Walaupun demikian masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan dalam pelaksanaannya. Dalam komunikasi masih belum optimal dan perlu ditingkatkan dalam aspek kecepatan respons serta strategi komunikasi yang lebih proaktif untuk mencegah pelanggaran wisatawan asing. Dalam koordinasi juga perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam pembuatan perjanjian resmi agar kinerja lebih optimal. Rekomendasi atas permasalahan tersebut meliputi optimalisasi sumber daya manusia dan teknologi, peningkatan koordinasi dan komunikasi yang lebih intensi, penyederhanaan prosedur birokrasi untuk respon cepat, dan peningkatan sosialisasi bagi wisatawan asing. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Denpasar City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning Service in implementing the Child-Friendly City program, especially in the special protection cluster. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was studied using the performance theory by Agus Dwiyanto which consists of: (1) Productivity, (2) Service Quality, (3) Responsiveness, (4) Responsibility, and (5) Accountability. The results of the study indicate that the productivity of the Denpasar City DP3AP2KB in implementing the KLA program is quite good, but still faces obstacles in service coverage and program effectiveness. The quality of service is considered less than optimal due to limited human resources and budget. The responsiveness of the Denpasar City DP3AP2KB in handling cases of child violence is quite high, but there are still gaps in the reporting system and case follow-up. Then from the aspect of responsibility, the service has tried to run the program in accordance with regulations, but it has not been fully distributed throughout Denpasar City. Meanwhile, the accountability aspect shows that DP3AP2KB Denpasar City has coordinated with various stakeholders, although transparency in reporting and evaluation still needs to be improved. Recommendations for these problems include increasing human resource capacity, more adequate budget allocation, and more effective communication strategies in socializing the KLA program. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kota Denpasar dalam menerapkan program Kota Layak Anak, khususnya pada klaster perlindungan khusus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dikaji menggunakan teori kinerja oleh Agus Dwiyanto yang terdiri dari: (1) Produktivitas, (2) Kualitas Layanan, (3) Responsivitas, (4) Responsibilitas, dan (5) Akuntabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas DP3AP2KB Kota Denpasar dalam implementasi program KLA cukup baik, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam cakupan layanan dan efektivitas program. Kualitas layanan dinilai belum optimal akibat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan anggaran. Responsivitas DP3AP2KB Kota Denpasar dalam menangani kasus kekerasan anak cukup tinggi, namun masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam sistem pelaporan dan tindak lanjut kasus. Kemudian dari aspek responsibilitas, dinas telah berupaya menjalankan program sesuai dengan regulasi, namun belum sepenuhnya merata di seluruh Kota Denpasar. Sementara itu, aspek akuntabilitas menunjukkan bahwa DP3AP2KB Kota Denpasar telah berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, meskipun transparansi dalam pelaporan dan evaluasi masih perlu ditingkatkan. Rekomendasi atas permasalahan tersebut meliputi peningkatan kapasitas SDM, alokasi anggaran yang lebih memadai, serta strategi komunikasi yang lebih efektif dalam sosialisasi program KLA. Abstract

E-Government as the application of information and communication technology in public services, aims to improve the efficiency and transparency of services. The M-Passport application is a digital platform launched by the Directorate General of Immigration to facilitate online passport application and processing, thereby increasing the efficiency and convenience of public services. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data used in this study were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. This study was analyzed using the dimensions of effectiveness by Sutrisno which consisted of program understanding, right on target, on time, achievement of goals and real changes. The main objective of this study was to determine and understand the effectiveness of the implementation of the M-Passport Application in passport processing services at the Class I TPI Denpasar Immigration Office. The results of this study indicate that the M-Passport application at the Class I Immigration Office, Denpasar Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) has been running well and has provided significant benefits in reducing time and queues at the Class I Immigration Office, Denpasar Immigration Checkpoint (TPI), but it cannot be said to be fully effective because there are several things that are not yet optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to take steps to strengthen the five dimensions so that the implementation of digital-based public services through the M-Passport Application innovation can run effectively, such as implementing comprehensive socialization, especially for the elderly, improving the obstacles experienced by the M-Passport Application so that it does not often experience server disruptions, and reducing the activities of brokers. Abstrak E-Government sebagai penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pelayanan publik, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi layanan. Aplikasi M-Paspor merupakan platform digital yang diluncurkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi untuk memudahkan pengajuan dan pengurusan paspor secara online, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan layanan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan dimensi efektivitas oleh Sutrisno yang terdiri dari pemahaman program, tepat sasaran, tepat waktu, tercapainya tujuan dan perubahan nyata. Tujuan pokok atas penelitian ini dilakukan yakni untuk mengetahui dan memahami terkait efektivitas pelaksanaan Aplikasi M-Paspor dalam pelayanan pengurusan paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Denpasar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi M-Paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI) Denpasar sudah bejalan dengan baik dan memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam pengurangan waktu serta antrean di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI) Denpasar, namun belum dapat dikatakan efektif sepenuhnya dikarenakan terdapat beberapa hal yang belum optimal. Oleh karena itu diperlukan langkah-langkah penguatan terhadap kelima dimensi tersebut agar pelaksanaan pelayanan publik berbasis digital melalui inovasi Aplikasi M-Paspor dapat berjalan efektif seperti melaksanakan sosialisasi secara menyeluruh terkhusus kepada masyarakat berusia lanjut, peningkatan kendala yang dialami Aplikasi M-Paspor agar tidak sering mengalami gangguan server, dan mengurangi aktivitas calo. Abstract

This study aims to examine the shift in cultural values and the decline in community participation in preserving a tradition in Peliatan Village, which is known as an artistic and cultural village in Ubud District, Gianyar. To ensure its preservation, Peliatan Village implements a Collaborative Governance approach involving the government, the community, and the private sector specifically, PT PLN UID Bali through CSR funding assistance. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation. The collaborative governance framework is assessed using eight key indicators: network structure, commitment to a common purpose, trust among participants, governance, access to authority, distributive accountability/responsib ility, information sharing, and access to resources. The findings indicate that the successful preservation of this tradition depends on the collaboration of various stakeholders, particularly through environmental programs, community awarenes, and infrastructure support. However, several challenges persist, such as limited access to the river and the temporary nature of private sector assistance.This study recommends the development of long-term strategies to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of tradition preservation efforts. It is expected to contribute to the development of collaborative-based cultural preservation policies. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pergeseran nilai budaya dan menurunnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam melestarikan suatu tradisi di Desa Peliatan, dimana Desa Peliatan dikenal sebagai desa seni dan budaya di Kecamatan Ubud, Gianyar. Untuk menjaga kelestariannya, Desa Peliatan menerapkan pendekatan Collaborative Governance yang melibatkan pemerintah, masyarakat, dan sektor swasta yaitu PT. PLN UID Bali melalui bantuan dana CSR. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Indikator collaborative governance yang digunakan adalah 8 indikator yaitu network structure, commitment to a common purpose, trust among the participant, governance, acces to authority, distributive accountability/responbility, information sharing, dan access to resources. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pelestarian tradisi ini bergantung pada kolaborasi berbagai pihak, terutama melalui program lingkungan, kesadaran masyarakat, dan dukungan infrastruktur. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti akses menuju sungai yang terbatas dan sifat bantuan swasta yang temporer. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah diperlukan strategi jangka panjang agar pelestarian tradisi ini berkelanjutan dan efektif. Penelitian ini diharapkan berkontribusi dalam pengembangan kebijakan pelestarian budaya berbasis kolaborasi. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the computer assisted test (CAT) system in the recruitment of prospective state civil apparatus employees as a transparency innovation from Regional State Personnel Agency X. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis in this study uses the theory of policy implementation put forward by Edward III, through indicators used including communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the computer assisted test (CAT) system has not been running optimally according to the indicators used. In the communication indicator, there were obstacles to miscommunication between the giver and receiver of information, and it is necessary to pay attention to the use of words so that they are easily understood by the community. especially in remote areas. Resource indicators show constraints in infrastructure in the form of diverse computer devices, unstable networks, and electricity. Finally, the bureaucratic structure indicator found constraints in the provision of infrastructure that still does not meet operational standards. Thus, the recommendation that can be given by the researcher is the creation of a more effective and transparent CAT system implementation so that it can improve the quality of ASN in the future. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi sistem computer assisted test (CAT) pada penerimaan calon pegawai aparatur sipil negara sebagai inovasi transparansi dari Badan Kepegawaian Negara Regional X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori implementasi kebijakan yang dikemukakan oleh Edward III, melalui indikator yang digunakan antara lain komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi sistem computer assisted test (CAT) belum berjalan secara optimal sepenuhnya sesuai indikator yang digunakan. Pada indikator komunikasi ditemukan kendala miskomunikasi antara pemberi dan penerima informasi, serta perlu memperhatikan penggunaan kata – kata agar mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat. terutama pada daerah terpencil. Indikator sumber daya menunjukan kendala diinfrastruktur berupa perangkat komputer yang beragam, jaringan yang kurang stabil, dan listrik. Terakhir, indikator struktur birokrasi ditemukan kendala pada penyediaan infrastruktur yang masih belum memenuhi standar operasional. Dengan demikian, rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan oleh peneliti yaitu terciptanya penerapan sistem CAT yang lebih efektif dan transparan sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas ASN dimasa mendatang. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze Innovative Governance in the implementation of the Eazy Passport service as an effort to improve service quality at the Class I Immigration Office TPI Denpasar. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the field research results, the analysis is conducted using Bugge's success factor theory, which consists of: (1) Governance and Innovation, (2) Innovation Culture, (3) Capabilities and Tools, (4) Sources of Ideas for Innovation, (5) Objectives, Outcomes, Drivers, and Troubles, and (6) Collecting Innovation Data for Single Innovation. The research results show that the implementation of Innovative Governance in the Eazy Passport service at the Denpasar Immigration Office has been carried out in a structured manner and has shown an improvement in quality. However, in terms of technical aspects and implementation, there are deficiencies in optimizing the Eazy Passport service. Some of these shortcomings can be linked to the success factor indicators according to Bugge, which include: Governance and Innovation, where there is a discrepancy between the minimum number of participants required in the SOP and the implementation of the Eazy Passport service; Objectives, Outcomes, Drivers, and Troubles, where there is a lack of human resources, limited service quotas, and geographical constraints. Recommendations for these issues include optimizing the Eazy Passport service quota and increasing the number of human resources. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Innovative Governance dalam penerapan layanan Eazy Passport sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di kantor imigrasi kelas I TPI Denpasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian lapangan dikaji menggunakan teori faktor keberhasilan menurut Bugge yang terdiri dari: (1) Governance and Innovation, (2) Innovation Culture, (3) Capabilities and Tools, (4) Sources of Ideas for Innovation, (5) Objective, Outcomes, Drivers and Trouble, (6) Collecting Innovation Data for Single Innovation. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan Innovative Governance dalam penerapan Eazy Passport di Kantor Imigrasi Denpasar sudah dilaksanakan secara terstruktur dan menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas, namun secara teknis dan pengimplementasian dalam mengoptimalkan layanan Eazy Passport terdapat kekurangan. Beberapa kekurangan tersebut dapat peneliti kaitkan dengan indikator faktor keberhasilan menurut Bugge, yang meliputi: Governance and Innovation, terdapat ketidaksesuaian jumlah minimal peserta pada SOP dengan implementasi layanan Eazy Passport; Objectives, Outcomes, Drivers, and Troubles, terdapat kekurangan sumber daya manusia, kurangnya kuota layanan serta hambatan geografis. Rekomendasi atas permasalahan tersebut meliputi Optimalisasi Kuota Layanan Eazy Passport serta Peningkatan Jumlah Sumber Daya Manusia. Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee productivity in utilizing technology to enhance task effectiveness at the Department of Education, Youth, and Sports of Badung Regency. The use of information technology in government workplaces is a crucial aspect in supporting performance and achieving organizational goals. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to provide an in-depth description of employees’ experiences, perceptions, and challenges in integrating technology into daily work processes. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that most employees have utilized technologies such as data processing software, online communication platforms, and internal information systems to support task completion. However, there are still obstacles, including limited training, difficulty adapting to technological changes, and unequal access to digital infrastructure. The study concludes that productivity improvements through technology can be optimized with continuous training, adaptive internal policies, and strengthened digital infrastructure.
