Abstract

People's Business Credit (KUR) is a government financing program designed to encourage the growth of the MSME sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of credit procedures, service quality, and bank location on the decision to take KUR at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Dumai Syarif Kasim. The research method used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis of 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that, simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on the decision to take KUR (F-count = 372.424, p < 0.05). Partially, only credit procedures had a positive and significant effect (? = 0.467, t = 15.06, p < 0.05). The quality of service did not show a significant effect (? = -0.007, t = -0.24, p > 0.05), while the location of the bank had a significant negative effect (? = -0.532, t = -22.17, p < 0.05). The adjusted R² value of 0.921 indicates that 92.1% of the variation in the decision to take KUR is explained by all three variables. These findings confirm that procedural efficiency is a major factor in KUR decision-making, while perceptions of bank services and physical locations are not always the main considerations in the digital age.

Abstract

This research This study aims to analyze the role of civil law in resolving land disputes by emphasizing three main aspects: the construction of lawsuits, evidence, and the implications of court decisions. The focus of the study is directed at how these three aspects are interrelated in providing legal certainty while also ensuring substantive justice for the disputing parties. This article falls under qualitative library research. The methodology applied is a juridical-normative study by examining legislation, legal doctrines, and jurisprudence related to land disputes. The resolution of land disputes through civil law highlights the importance of lawsuit construction, evidence, and court decisions as interdependent stages. Clear lawsuits and consistent evidence serve as the basis for judges to balance legal formalism with substantive justice. Court decisions have broad implications, not only for the legal certainty of land ownership but also for public trust in the legal system and social stability.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires organizations to ensure that employees adopt and effectively use new systems. Understanding the drivers of adoption is therefore essential, particularly in enterprise contexts where system utilization affects performance outcomes. This study examines the factors influencing the adoption of a mobile-assisted business application using the technology acceptance model. The model focuses on the relationships among perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioral intention, and actual use. A two-phase approach was applied. First, a survey of internal users yielded 212 valid responses, analyzed with Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling. Second, system log data were collected to capture actual usage behavior. The findings show that perceived ease of use significantly affects PU (β = 0.58, p < 0.01), while both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively influence attitude toward using (β = 0.41; β = 0.29, p < 0.01). Attitude toward using predicts behavioral intention (β = 0.52, p < 0.01), which subsequently drives actual use (β = 0.36, p < 0.01). Although model fit indices are satisfactory, the R² for actual use (13%) suggests additional contextual factors shape actual usage. this study extends TAM by integrating behavioral data and offers practical insights for enhancing adoption through usability improvements, user training, and performance-based incentives.

Abstract

This study examines the key factors influencing Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax (PBBKB) revenue and its impact on regional expenditure in East Kalimantan Province. The increasing number of motor vehicles and limited public transportation have contributed to rising fuel consumption, making PBBKB a vital component of regional income. However, the interplay between population growth, inflation, regional economic activity (GRDP), and tax revenue remains underexplored in this context. This research aims to evaluate the effects of motor vehicle numbers, population size, inflation rate, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on PBBKB revenue and, subsequently, the effect of PBBKB revenue on regional expenditure. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the study employs the Two-Stage Least Squares (2SLS) method to address potential endogeneity and ensure robust causal inferences. Ten years of time-series data from 2015 to 2024 were analyzed using SPSS version 27. The findings reveal that the number of motor vehicles, inflation, and GRDP have significant positive effects on PBBKB revenue, while population size does not significantly influence it. Moreover, PBBKB revenue has a substantial positive impact on regional expenditure. These results suggest that strategic management of fuel consumption and regional economic growth can enhance tax revenue and support sustainable public spending. This research provides practical insights for policymakers to optimize local tax administration and fiscal planning in resource-rich regions like East Kalimantan.
