Abstract

People's Business Credit (KUR) is a government financing program designed to encourage the growth of the MSME sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of credit procedures, service quality, and bank location on the decision to take KUR at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Dumai Syarif Kasim. The research method used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis of 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that, simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on the decision to take KUR (F-count = 372.424, p < 0.05). Partially, only credit procedures had a positive and significant effect (? = 0.467, t = 15.06, p < 0.05). The quality of service did not show a significant effect (? = -0.007, t = -0.24, p > 0.05), while the location of the bank had a significant negative effect (? = -0.532, t = -22.17, p < 0.05). The adjusted R² value of 0.921 indicates that 92.1% of the variation in the decision to take KUR is explained by all three variables. These findings confirm that procedural efficiency is a major factor in KUR decision-making, while perceptions of bank services and physical locations are not always the main considerations in the digital age.

Abstract

This research This study aims to analyze the role of civil law in resolving land disputes by emphasizing three main aspects: the construction of lawsuits, evidence, and the implications of court decisions. The focus of the study is directed at how these three aspects are interrelated in providing legal certainty while also ensuring substantive justice for the disputing parties. This article falls under qualitative library research. The methodology applied is a juridical-normative study by examining legislation, legal doctrines, and jurisprudence related to land disputes. The resolution of land disputes through civil law highlights the importance of lawsuit construction, evidence, and court decisions as interdependent stages. Clear lawsuits and consistent evidence serve as the basis for judges to balance legal formalism with substantive justice. Court decisions have broad implications, not only for the legal certainty of land ownership but also for public trust in the legal system and social stability.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires organizations to ensure that employees adopt and effectively use new systems. Understanding the drivers of adoption is therefore essential, particularly in enterprise contexts where system utilization affects performance outcomes. This study examines the factors influencing the adoption of a mobile-assisted business application using the technology acceptance model. The model focuses on the relationships among perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioral intention, and actual use. A two-phase approach was applied. First, a survey of internal users yielded 212 valid responses, analyzed with Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling. Second, system log data were collected to capture actual usage behavior. The findings show that perceived ease of use significantly affects PU (β = 0.58, p < 0.01), while both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use positively influence attitude toward using (β = 0.41; β = 0.29, p < 0.01). Attitude toward using predicts behavioral intention (β = 0.52, p < 0.01), which subsequently drives actual use (β = 0.36, p < 0.01). Although model fit indices are satisfactory, the R² for actual use (13%) suggests additional contextual factors shape actual usage. this study extends TAM by integrating behavioral data and offers practical insights for enhancing adoption through usability improvements, user training, and performance-based incentives.

Abstract

This study examines the key factors influencing Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax (PBBKB) revenue and its impact on regional expenditure in East Kalimantan Province. The increasing number of motor vehicles and limited public transportation have contributed to rising fuel consumption, making PBBKB a vital component of regional income. However, the interplay between population growth, inflation, regional economic activity (GRDP), and tax revenue remains underexplored in this context. This research aims to evaluate the effects of motor vehicle numbers, population size, inflation rate, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on PBBKB revenue and, subsequently, the effect of PBBKB revenue on regional expenditure. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the study employs the Two-Stage Least Squares (2SLS) method to address potential endogeneity and ensure robust causal inferences. Ten years of time-series data from 2015 to 2024 were analyzed using SPSS version 27. The findings reveal that the number of motor vehicles, inflation, and GRDP have significant positive effects on PBBKB revenue, while population size does not significantly influence it. Moreover, PBBKB revenue has a substantial positive impact on regional expenditure. These results suggest that strategic management of fuel consumption and regional economic growth can enhance tax revenue and support sustainable public spending. This research provides practical insights for policymakers to optimize local tax administration and fiscal planning in resource-rich regions like East Kalimantan.

Abstract

Purpose: To support the Five Bold Moves strategy, Telkom Indonesia launched the MyTEnS application to streamline B2B processes for Account Managers (AM). This study investigates the factors influencing MyTEnS adoption and the moderating roles of Age and Job Tenure. Research methodology: A quantitative method was employed using the extended UTAUT-2 model, incorporating Personal Innovativeness and moderation by Age and Job Tenure. A total of 129 respondents participated, and data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 with path analysis. Results: Effort Expectancy, Hedonic Motivation, and Personal Innovativeness significantly influence Behavioral Intention. Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention significantly affect Use Behavior. Meanwhile, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Habit show no significant effect on Behavioral Intention. Moderating effects of Age and Job Tenure were significant only in the relationship between Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention. Conclusions: Personal Innovativeness emerged as the strongest predictor of Behavioral Intention, followed by Hedonic Motivation and Effort Expectancy. Behavioral Intention is the most significant factor influencing actual system usage. Limitations: The study is limited by its cross-sectional design and focus on a single organization. Some hypotheses were unsupported, possibly due to limited construct measurement. Contribution: This study extends the UTAUT-2 model with new variables and offers insights into B2B technology adoption within a telecommunications context.

Abstract

The paper aims to understand the current readiness level of Industry 4.0 in the food industry. Furthermore, the study explores the prioritized Industry 4.0 dimensions and initiatives needed to improve the readiness level. The study uses an explanatory sequential mixed-method design. In the quantitative phase, the Industry 4.0 readiness assessment was conducted using the Smart Industry Readiness Index framework. The quantitative study further explores the prioritized dimensions using The Prioritization Matrix framework. In the qualitative phase, interviews with industry practitioners from the participating companies were conducted to gain more understanding and propose the conceptual roadmap. The study found that the Indonesian food industry has a better average readiness than the global average but significantly lower than the best-in-class manufacturers. Vertical Integration, Shop Floor Intelligence, Shop Floor Automation, and Workforce Learning & Development are four priority dimensions to increase the readiness level in the food industry. A conceptual roadmap was proposed to improve the readiness index based on the strategic planning horizon, prioritized dimensions, and initiatives identified from interview results. The results of this study would provide an additional reference for applying explanatory sequential mixed-method design. The prioritized dimensions found would also benefit other researchers in the development of the readiness or maturity model. This paper provides a deeper understanding of Industry 4.0 readiness, the prioritized dimensions, and related improvement initiatives to propose the strategic roadmap for the food industry by utilizing explanatory sequential mixed-method design.
