Abstract

This paper discusses about fiber to the home network (FTTH) at panam riau university campus. In designing, it is required to determine the closest STO, and the determination of the distribution channels. The analysis of designing will involve two parameters.i.e. power link budget, and rise time budget. The result of power link budget shows a maximum of -27 dBm receiver sensitivity. In the meantime the downlink an uplink total calculation is considered acceptable to conduct the NRZ encoding due to remains within the specification of downlink and uplink bitrate total time.i.e. 0,562 ns and 0,2813 ns, respectively. Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini digunakan analisis cobb douglas, dengan sistem komputerisasi menggunakan SPSS. Setelah melakukan penelitian dengan data sekunder, dapat disimpulkan ada dua variabel yang mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja yaitu Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan Upah Minimum Kota. Hasil penelitian secara simultan atau bersama-sama dalam Uji F, Kedua variable independen yaitu Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan Upah Minimum Kota secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Kota Samarinda. Kemudian dengan uji t, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Kota Samarinda. Upah Minimum Kota berpengaruh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Kota Samarinda

Abstract

Seiring dengan permintaan aplikasi daftar hadir perkuliahan mahasiswa pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi, maka informasi tentang daftar hadir perkuliahan mahasiswa sangat diperlukan. Namun jika aplikasi daftar hadir perkuliahan mahasiswa masih bersifat manual bahkan terkadang ada kendala maka harapan untuk meningkatkan kemudahan dalam proses perkuliahan dan perekapan daftar hadir mahasiswa akan sulit tercapai. Tugas dari Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi khususnya bagian Program Studi (Prodi) adalah membuat suatu aplikasi daftar hadir mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan dan dapat mengolah semua data yang dibutuhkan terkait dengan aplikasi tersebut.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu Perguruan Tinggi dalam peningkatan kualitas akademik dan membantu dalam menentukan kuota penerimaan mahasiswa baru dengan melakukan prediksi terhadap tingkat kelulusan dan predikat lulus mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan untuk memprediksi predikat dan tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa pada penelitian ini adalah teknik Prediksi Data Mining dengan menggunakan MapReduce yang dimulai dengan Data selection atau pengumpulan data-data yang terdapat pada Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDPT) dengan memanfaatkan web service. Pre-processing sebelum proses data mining dilaksanakan perlu dilakukan proses cleaning. Dataset akan diseleksi dari data yang mengandung missing value dan data dengan nilai yang redudant. Data Mining merupakan tahapan untuk menemukan pola atau informasi dalam sekumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik dan algoritma tertentu. Pada penelitian ini penerapan data mining menggunakan Hadoop-MapReduce. Informasi yang dihasilkan akan menampilkan dan memberikan informasi kemungkinan terhadap predikat dan tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa, dari sinilah pihak akademik dapat mengambil suatu keputusan terkait kebijakan Perguruan Tinggi. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka didapat beberapa kesimpulan yaitu pengolahan data yang sangat cepat oleh framework Hadoop, data eksekusi paling lama adalah 2375 milidetik dengan jumlah total berkas 3,87 GB untuk mengeksekusi proses hitung IPK mahasiswa. Sedangkan Proses eksekusi tercepat adalah 105 milidetik untuk memproses hitung jumlah sks mahasiswa dengan total berkas 231 MB. Pada hasil pengujian untuk lulusan tahun 2015 diprediksi ada 1075 lulusan sedangkan mahasiswa lulus sebenarnya adalah 1098 mahasiswa sehingga didapatkan tingkat kesalahan prediksi ini adalah 2,09%.

Abstract

A decent and comfortable City for residence should have some life support infrastructure is infrastructure of drainage system. And it is well known that the drainage function in a scope of the urban environment is urgently needed in the drain surface water and puddle to tributaries or to retention. Flood or standing in a region still many settlements occurred in the city of Palembang. One of the areas that are often experienced a flood is the Ahmad Yani Village opposite the Ulu Subdistrict Point Ladder II. Method for calculating of flood discharge was approached by rational formulas, and rainfall data taken from the station Climatology class II Kenten. In analyzing the magnitude of rainfall intensity using equation mononobe. It starts with an understanding of the problem, the study of the literature relating to the problem so that the author can better understand these problems, data collection both primary and secondary data, dilanjukan by analyzing data that have become available so that the results obtained from the analysis of which will then be discussed. Existing conditions Drainage Channels In the region the way Ahmad Yani has the dimensions i.e. width 1.68 m and height channels 0.73 m, the magnitude of the 1.690 channel capacity m3/s, Debit Draft at the region the way Ahmad Yani in the village opposite the Ulu Subdistrict Point Ladder II Palembang with Period 2 year anniversary with debit flood 2.16 m3/s, 5 years with debit flood 2.94 m3/s , 10 years with debit flood 3.45 m3/s, with a 25-year flood discharge 4.10 m3/s, with a 50-year flood discharge 4.59 m3/sec and 100-year flood discharge with 5.07 m3/s, based on the results of the analysis of channel capacity (existing) do not meet or are not able to accommodate flood discharge, re-planning needs to be done so that the dimensions of the channel

Abstract

Improving the learning system chosen by the Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton (UM Buton) in order to compete in the era of disruption with advances in information and communication technology (ICT), particularly electronic-based learning systems, one of which is known as the e-learning learning system. Several professors at UM Buton had difficulties in adding learning material in the form of text, and video, visualizing quiz results and semester examinations, and building forums for question-and-answer sessions while utilizing e-learning. Based on these issues, the service team developed training and mentoring for UM Buton lecturers. It is hoped that with this training, UM Buton will be able to produce quality lecturers and highly educated skilled professionals who can keep up with the times and ICT-based technology while carrying out Catur Dharma tasks and responsibilities as a lecturer at Muhammadiyah Higher Education.

Abstract

Combining face-to-face meetings, in this case in class, with electronic learning can increase the contribution and interactivity between students. Through face-to-face students can get to know fellow students and their accompanying teachers. This familiarity greatly supports virtual collaborative work. Improving the quality of education at SMK 1 Al-Safitri is one of them by conducting online learning (in the network). E-Learning can be interpreted as a science of learning without having to use printed paper/hand out the material presented. On average, people working in the field of e-learning, especially from the fields of education, psychology, and computer science, know and use Moodle. teacher accounts that provide teaching topics or provide other subject matters besides being able to provide teaching topics there are several advantages of this Moodle LMS, namely there is a quiz feature, or videos.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan para pengurus koperasi di Sangatta, Kabupaten Kutai Timur berkaitan dengan akuntansi dan proses penyusunan laporan keuangan atas kegiatan usaha yang mereka jalankan. Kegiatan pelatihan akuntansi dan penyusunan laporan keuangan untuk koperasi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia koperasi dalam menampilkan capaian usaha, efektivitas usaha, kinerja keuangan dan hingga prosepek usaha dimasa yang akan datang. Dengan adanya sistem akuntansi dan pencatatan dan pelaporan yang baik akan memudahkan koperasi untuk menjalankan kewajiban perpajakannya, terutama mengetahui apa dan berapa besarnya pajak yang harus mereka bayarkan. Kedua hal ini akan memberikan kotribusi yang besar dalam memberikan kemudahan bagi koperasi untuk mengakses permodalan, baik dari bank maupun lembaga keuangan lainnya serta bisa menarik minat investor/anggotanya untuk menanamkan modalnya di koperasi. Koperasi yang semakin maju tentu akan membuat anggotanya menjadi lebih sejahtera.

Abstract

The focus of this study includes refocusing APBDesa in 2020, prevention of the spread or transmission of Covid-19 in the village, and the handling of people who are symptomatic of Covid-19. This study was conducted in East Kalimantan Province with 10 regencies that became a population consisting of three cities and seven districts. This research uses secondary data and primary data of interview results in the form of qualitative so that the type of research used is qualitative research that is Case Study and Narrative. Qualitative data from interviews was analyzed using Nvivo 12 analysis. The results of this study are refocusing the Village Revenue and Spending Budget through a mechanism based on tiered policies from the Central Government, Provincial Government and District Government through regulations that are comprehensive to all regions so that in its implementation the village has a clear legal basis and can be accounted for. A rapid and precise re-focusing policy has succeeded in inhibiting the spread of covid-19 in villages characterized by low cases of exposure and cases of death in villages except villages that are on the outskirts of the city.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Performing Financing and Operating Expenses on Operating Income on the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population used in this study were all Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia registered with the Financial Services Authority from 2016 - 2020, which amounted to 14 Islamic Commercial Banks. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with a sample of six banks, namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri Syariah, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, Bank Bukopin Syariah, and BCA Syariah. The data collection method used in this research is a library study in the form of document searches related to all aspects studied. And this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Hypothesis Testing
