Abstract

Combining face-to-face meetings, in this case in class, with electronic learning can increase the contribution and interactivity between students. Through face-to-face students can get to know fellow students and their accompanying teachers. This familiarity greatly supports virtual collaborative work. Improving the quality of education at SMK 1 Al-Safitri is one of them by conducting online learning (in the network). E-Learning can be interpreted as a science of learning without having to use printed paper/hand out the material presented. On average, people working in the field of e-learning, especially from the fields of education, psychology, and computer science, know and use Moodle. teacher accounts that provide teaching topics or provide other subject matters besides being able to provide teaching topics there are several advantages of this Moodle LMS, namely there is a quiz feature, or videos.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the working period of civil servant lecturers and education on work wages in side jobs (jobs outside the duties as civil servants) both directly, and through work productivity. The sample of 100 respondents was selected purvosively from the population of PTN lecturers at Mulawarman University who have a minimum education of S2 and group IIIc, by using regression analysis (Structural Model), the results showed that: (1) The working period of civil servants and formal education each had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of lecturers. The implication is that the competence of lecturers is largely determined by educational factors and work experience. (2) However, only formal education has a significant effect on side job wages, while work experience and work productivity have no significant effect. Indicate that there is no other way to improve the additional employment income of lecturers, except by improving competence through further education.

Abstract

This study investigates how digital technology adoption and online marketing strategies drive consumer purchase decisions, with service quality examined as a moderating variable. Employing a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 200 Indonesian undergraduate students who actively use the Shopee e-commerce platform. Measurement items were adapted from established scales and analyzed through Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and moderated regression analysis. The results show that both digital technology adoption and online marketing strategies have significant positive effects on consumer purchase decisions. More importantly, service quality not only exerts a direct influence but also strengthens the relationships between technology, marketing, and consumer behavior. The proposed model explains 47.2% of the variance in purchase decisions, demonstrating moderate explanatory power. This research contributes to the literature by extending previous studies that primarily examined direct relationships. It introduces service quality as a moderating mechanism that enhances the effectiveness of digital and marketing innovations. Practically, the findings offer strategic insights for e-commerce platforms to integrate technological adoption, marketing personalization, and high-quality service delivery in order to build consumer trust and encourage sustainable purchasing behavior.

Abstract

Purpose: To support the Five Bold Moves strategy, Telkom Indonesia launched the MyTEnS application to streamline B2B processes for Account Managers (AM). This study investigates the factors influencing MyTEnS adoption and the moderating roles of Age and Job Tenure. Research methodology: A quantitative method was employed using the extended UTAUT-2 model, incorporating Personal Innovativeness and moderation by Age and Job Tenure. A total of 129 respondents participated, and data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 with path analysis. Results: Effort Expectancy, Hedonic Motivation, and Personal Innovativeness significantly influence Behavioral Intention. Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention significantly affect Use Behavior. Meanwhile, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Habit show no significant effect on Behavioral Intention. Moderating effects of Age and Job Tenure were significant only in the relationship between Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention. Conclusions: Personal Innovativeness emerged as the strongest predictor of Behavioral Intention, followed by Hedonic Motivation and Effort Expectancy. Behavioral Intention is the most significant factor influencing actual system usage. Limitations: The study is limited by its cross-sectional design and focus on a single organization. Some hypotheses were unsupported, possibly due to limited construct measurement. Contribution: This study extends the UTAUT-2 model with new variables and offers insights into B2B technology adoption within a telecommunications context.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a real-time weather monitoring system in coastal areas using weather sensors integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. This system wants to provide accurate weather information that fishermen can access directly through web-based platforms or mobile devices. Fishermen can make the right and safe decisions before going to sea, improving fishing activities' safety and efficiency. How to overcome the limitations of traditional weather monitoring methods that are manual, non-real-time, and discontinuous, and how to design systems that can transmit weather data automatically and in real-time in coastal areas that are often difficult to reach by power grids and stable internet. Another essential issue formulated is how to optimize the power consumption of sensor and communication systems so that they can operate efficiently using battery power resources for an adequate period. This study confirms the importance of energy efficiency in battery-based monitoring systems, especially in sensor nodes installed in remote locations without a fixed power source. The test results show the difference between the estimated operating time based on theoretical calculations and the results of simulations or real tests in the field. In idle mode, theoretical calculations estimate the system can last up to about 12.8 hours, but actual simulations show an endurance of about 7.3 hours. Meanwhile, in active mode, the estimated calculation is around 5.5 hours, while the simulation shows a slightly longer endurance, which is about 7.2 hours.

Abstract

Technological advances in the field of non-cash payment systems, which are considered effective in their use by the public, have an impact on the increasing volume of non-cash payment transactions and the decrease in the demand for cash in the community. Where the demand for money is one of the important factors for central banks in controlling the money supply in order to maintain monetary stability in the short and long term. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of short-term and long-term dynamics of technological advances from non-cash payment system innovations which include Payment Instruments Using Cards (Credit and Debit), Electronic Money, and Bank Indonesia's National Clearing System on the Money Supply (M2) in Indonesia. Data was obtained from the websites of Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency in 2011-2022. The research method used is the Error Correction Model (ECM). With the results of the study showing that in the long term, the use of credit cards, debit cards, and SKNBI has a significant effect on the amount of money supply (M2) in Indonesia. And in the short term, SKNBI also has a significant effect on the money supply (M2) in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the use of electronic money does not have a significant effect on the amount of money supply (M2) in the long or short term

Abstract

This study compares OTT and influencer advertising across Malaysia and Russia and examines how cultural proximity shapes destination-marketing outcomes. A 2×2 between-subjects experiment (OTT vs. influencer × Malaysia vs. Russia) was conducted with online adult participants. The results show a significant main media effect on visit and purchase intention, as well as a Media × Culture interaction: influencer advertising performs better in Malaysia, whereas OTT performs better in Russia. Cultural proximity is positively associated with ad attitude, intention, and destination brand equity, and it also amplifies media effects. Practically, in markets similar to Malaysia, organizations should prioritize influencer-led strategies featuring culturally resonant creators. In markets similar to Russia, they should anchor reach and frequency through OTT, complemented by curated influencer activations. Overall, the findings clarify an operational bridge between nation-branding objectives, straightforward reach–frequency planning, and cultural proximity.
