Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. This research method includes qualitative research with the object of research is the Islamic Boarding School Modern Imam Syuhodo Sukoharjo. This study's collection method was obtained by seeking information from high-ranking informants and distributing questionnaires filled out by respondents at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation, and documentation supported by OCAI instruments. The results of the Leadership Research show that from the point of view of the leadership's assessment of the current dominant organizational culture, namely clan culture (40) and hierarchy (23). The data obtained shows that there is a significant difference between clan and hierarchy. The research results concluded that clan is the dominant culture for the current organizational culture and the dominant culture for the expected culture. At the same time, the hierarchy becomes the dominant culture in the second position. Then the organization needs a greater sense of kinship and better regulations to maintain organizational stability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui kepedulian mahasiswa tehadap kehalalan produk (Islamic branding) dan pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli produk kosmetik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta yang menggunakan produk kosmetik. Jumlah sampel adalah 200 orang mahasiswa. teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dapat dikategorikan peduli terhadap kehalalan produk kosmetik yang mereka gunakan. Persepsi islamic branding didapati berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli. Oleh karenanya, pengelola ataupun pemilik produk hendaknya memperhatikan dan memperlihatkan kehalalan produk mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kecerdasan spiritual danpengaruhnya terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekuantitatif, dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner.Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Sampelpenelitian ini adalah 146 karyawan Pondok Pesantren Modern islamAssalaam Pabelan Surakarta, Teknik pengambilan sampel yangdigunakan yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposivesampling. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadapkinerja menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitianmendapati bahwa kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja. Oleh sebab itu untuk meningkatkankinerja pegawai, maka kecerdasan spiritual mereka perlu tetapdiasah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of employee engagement and corporate culture on job satisfaction, so the researcher will take the title "The Effect of Employee Engagement and Corporate Culture on Job Satisfaction at PT Oemah Insan Mandiri". This research uses quantitative methods.  This study uses primary and secondary data. Data was obtained through respondents' answers using a closed questionnaire type. The population in this study was 120 employees of PT Oemah Insan Mandiri. The sampling technique in this study was nonprobability sampling. The data collection method used in this study was the distribution of questionnaires. The questionnaire was made using a Likert scale format with a frequent scale. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS software. The results of this study show that employee engagement affects job satisfaction, and corporate culture affects job satisfaction.

Abstract

Perusahaan berusaha untuk meningkatkan layanan pelanggan, memenuhi permintaan pasar, meningkatkan kualitas produk atau jasa, meningkatkan daya saing, dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Untuk dapat memperoleh produk dan jasa yang berkualitas tinggi, perusahaan sangat bergantung pada kinerja manajemen dalam menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Serta dibutuhkannya prinsip dan cara-cara mengelola mutu perusahaan. Tujuan menganalisis Total Quality Managementt, Sistem pengukuran kinerja, dan Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini ialah 110 karyawan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Sampel penelitian ini ialah 74 responden. Hasil penelitian ini ialah Total Quality Management mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Reward mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of Employee Engagement, Work Life Balance and Employee Burnout on the work perceptions of the millennial generation in Surakarta. The type of research used in the study uses quantitative methods.  The population in this study were all young millennials who are working in the city of Surakarta. This sampling uses a non-probability sampling design with a saturated sample type for data collection. The sample size for this study was 180 respondents. This research uses primary data in its preparation.  The data collection method used in this research is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses SMARTPLS software. The results showed that Employee Engagement has an effect on the work perceptions of the millennial generation, which is proven to be true. Work life balance affects the work perceptions of the millennial generation, it is proven to be true. Burnout affects the work perceptions of the millennial generation, it is proven to be true.

Abstract

This research is based on complaints that occurred during the offline and online transition period. By aiming to determine the effect of job satisfaction, communication and organizational commitment virtually on employee performance. The study used quantitative research methods with the distribution of respondent samples through questionnaires totaling 80 data and employees of RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Delanggu as the sample subjects tested. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling method. With the help of SmartPLS data analysis application as a sample test tool, using data analysis testing such as outer model, inner model. The findings of this study state that there is an influence on job satisfaction on employee performance, and there is an influence of communication on employee performance, and there is an influence of organizational commitment virtually on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image and social media marketing on consumer purchasing decisions. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study are all consumers who have shopped for Logitech products at ELS ID. Sampling in this study used non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 221 respondents. The data source for this research is primary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Research data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software. The result of this study is that Brand Image has a significant effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Social Media Marketing has a positive effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously Brand Image and Social Media Marketing have an effect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Purpose — This study aims to investigate the impact of celebrity endorsement, halal labels, and Word of Mouth on the purchasing intention of skincare products among millennials.Method — This study employs a quantitative research methodology, utilizing non-probability purposive sampling technique to select a sample of 200 millennial respondents who have used Safi skincare products. The data collection method involves the use of a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms, which consists of primary data collected directly from the respondents. The research data is analyzed using outer model analysis and inner model, as part of the data processing procedures.Result — The study findings indicate an insignificant effect of celebrity endorsement and halal labels on the purchasing intention of skincare products among millennials, whereas the influence of Word of Mouth on purchasing intention is positively and significantly supported.Contribution — This study provides new and important insights into the preferences and behavior of millennial consumers in the skincare market.
