Abstract

Purpose — The main objective of this study is to evaluate the behavioral models of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and SDL (Service Dominant Logic). Its specific focus is to investigate how ease of use, servitization, and security impact repurchase intention in e-commerce. Additionally, this study aims to examine the mediating role of customer satisfaction.Method — This study utilized quantitative method which involved an online survey with 125 student participants. The sampling technique involved non-probability and purposive sampling. The validity and reliability of the outer model were assessed through SmartPLS analysis, while the smartPLS inner model was used to test hypotheses.Result — Our findings indicate that there is a direct impact of ease of use, servitization, and security on repurchase intentions in e-commerce. Additionally, we observed that perceived customer satisfaction serves as a mediator in the behavioral model of e-commerce repurchase intention.Contribution — This study provides empirical evidence on how ease of use, servitization, and security impact customer repurchase intentions in e-commerce, with customer satisfaction serving as the mediator and TAM and SDL behavioral models as the primary frameworks for analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation, soft skills, self-efficacy and digital literacy on student work readiness (case study of UMS management students class of 2020). The method used in this research is a quantitative method with 234 respondents. The population in this study were students of the management study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta class of 2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, the data used is promer data obtained through respondents' answers using a closed type of interview or questionnaire, the sampling technique in this study uses the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software.  PLS-SEM analysis consists of two Outer model and Inner model. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has no effect on the work readiness of management students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta Class of 2020. soft skills, self-efficacy, and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta Class of 2020 management students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and digital leadership on employee performance. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling technique with saturated sample method, data obtained from primary data distributed through closed questionnaires with the help of google from using a Likret scale. Primary data is obtained directly from respondents by providing questionnaires to obtain data on organizational culture, transformational leadership style, transactional leadership, digital leadership and employee performance. The population in this study were 33 Lazizmu employees. The PLS-SEM Analysis technique is used as a tool to predict and explore complex models with less stringent requirements on the data. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has no effect on employee performance, but transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and digital leadership affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal tourism, behavioral intention on revisit intention. To determine the effect of halal tourism, behavioral intention on tourist satisfaction. To find out tourist satisfaction on revisit intention and to find out the effect of tourist satisfaction mediating the relationship between halal tourism and behavioral intention on revisit intention. The population in this study were tourists visiting the city of Surakarta, while the sample was 200 responden using the sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling using purposive sampling and the data collection method using online questionnaires with the help of the Google form facility. The results of the data analysis obtained that the halal tourism variable has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. The result of the behavioral intention variable have a significant effect on revisit intention. The results of the halal tourism variable have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. The results of the behavioral intention variable have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. The results of the mediation show that tourist satisfaction can mediate positively and significantly between halal tourism and revisit intention, as evidenced by the statistical t value. The results of the mediation show that tourist satisfaction can mediate positively and significantly between behavioral intention and revisit intention.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The study aims to know how customer satisfaction acted as the mediating factor among brand image and service quality also customer loyalty. Background Problems: The high demand for coffee products in Indonesia makes the competition for coffee products tighter, what influences customer loyalty in buying the coffee products offered. Novelty: This study is a crucial step in comprehending the dynamics of the coffe market in greater detail, particularly when considering important variables like brand image, customer satisfaction and service quality. Research Methods: quantitative methods were used with primary data sources in the preparation, the number of respondents obtained was 286. data processing techniques using SMARTPLS 3.0. Finding/Results: customer loyalty and satisfaction are positively impacted from brand image and service quality. Customer satisfaction is the mediating factor among brand image also service quality also the customer loyalty. Conclusion: to conclue the customer loyalty is possible if the satisfaction is established and customer satisfaction can occur if the perceived value of customer service quality is higher. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Brand Image and Influencer Endorsement on Purchase Intention on Samsung smartphones with Trust as a mediation variable. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study is all consumers or users of Samsung smartphones. The total sample of this study was 286 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling approach  with purposive sampling techniques. The type of data used in this study is primary data.  Data collection techniques using questionnaires and research instruments. The data analysis technique in this study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS)-based SEM structural equation model. The result of this study is that Brand image has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention. Influencer endorsements have a positive but not significant influence on Purchase Intention. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on trust. Influencer endorsements have a positive and significant influence on Trust. Trust has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention mediated by Trust. Influencer endorsements have a positive and significant influence on  trust-mediated purchase intent

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of part-time work, learning motivation and time management on academic achievement (case study on students who are working part-time). This research method is quantitative. The population of this study is students who are working part-time. The sample size of this study was 250 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling approach  with purposive sampling techniques. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The statistical software used to analyze the data is SmartPLS version 3. The result of this study is that working part-time has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Time management has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement

Abstract

Perusahaan berusaha untuk meningkatkan layanan pelanggan, memenuhi permintaan pasar, meningkatkan kualitas produk atau jasa, meningkatkan daya saing, dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Untuk dapat memperoleh produk dan jasa yang berkualitas tinggi, perusahaan sangat bergantung pada kinerja manajemen dalam menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Serta dibutuhkannya prinsip dan cara-cara mengelola mutu perusahaan. Tujuan menganalisis Total Quality Managementt, Sistem pengukuran kinerja, dan Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini ialah 110 karyawan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Sampel penelitian ini ialah 74 responden. Hasil penelitian ini ialah Total Quality Management mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Reward mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena budaya organisasi di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mutaqin, Temboro Kidul, Magetan, Jawa Timur. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan (field research), data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung dengan perwakilan pengurus, santri, dan tokoh masyarakat sekitar, serta data sekunder dari berbagai sumber seperti buku dan media lainnya. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan empiris, melibatkan tiga tahap utama: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mutaqin telah direncanakan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui berbagai tahapan sistematis. Tahapan tersebut meliputi penetapan tujuan sesuai visi dan misi pondok, penyusunan anggaran yang transparan, perumusan kebijakan melalui rapat pleno, dan koordinasi pengajar. Implementasi program-program organisasi yang melibatkan seluruh elemen pondok terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Peningkatan ini terlihat dari perkembangan pondok yang mampu memenuhi harapan masyarakat serta menghadapi tantangan zaman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Social Media Use and Job Training on Employee Performance with Compensation as a mediator at the Regional Financial Agency of Pacitan Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the regional financial agency of Pacitan Regency with a sample used in this study of 101 respondents adjusted to the probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. This study is a quantitative study using data sources, namely primary data obtained through interviews, observations, and measurements using questionnaires conducted directly by researchers. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the conclusions in this study are 1.) there is a positive and significant effect of social media use on employee performance, while there is a negative and insignificant effect of social media use on compensation 2.) there is a positive and significant effect of job training on employee performance and compensation variables 3.) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance 4.) the use of social media and job training can be mediated by compensation and affect employee performance
