Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam gaya komunikasi politik Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Tuban periode 2019–2024, HM Miyadi, dalam menjalankan tiga fungsi lembaga utama legislatif. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya komunikasi politik sebagai instrumen strategi dalam membangun legitimasi, menjaga keharmonisan antar anggota, serta menciptakan efektivitas dalam proses pengambilan keputusan politik di tingkat daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ketua DPRD Tuban lebih dominan menggunakan gaya komunikasi konteks rendah (lowcontext communications ), yang ditandai dengan penyampaian pesan secara lugas, eksplisit, dan langsung pada inti permasalahan, sehingga mudah dipahami oleh komunikan. Selain itu, Miyadi juga dikenal memiliki pola komunikasi yang cepat, tegas, dan berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah dalam menghadapi isu-isu mendesak. Tingkat kepercayaan diri yang tinggi diperkuat oleh legitimasi politik melalui kemenangan Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) baik dalam kontestasi legislatif. Meski memiliki institusi yang kuat, Ketua DPRD tetap membuka ruang dialog, menerima masukan, dan mengedepankan gaya komunikasi persuasif dalam forum deliberatif. Dengan kombinasi tersebut, gaya komunikasi politik Ketua DPRD Tuban tidak hanya menunjukkan efektivitas kepemimpinan, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap konsolidasi politik internal dan penguatan demokrasi lokal.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to examine whether professionalism, work culture, and competence, both partially and simultaneously, significantly influenced the quality of service at the Lampung Province Personnel and Training Agency. Methodology: This study employed a survey method using questionnaires as the main research instrument. The population consisted of 13,906 Civil Servants (PNS) who were service recipients at the Lampung Province Personnel and Training Agency Office (Central Statistics Agency of Lampung Province, 2024). A proportional random sampling technique was applied, and the data were analyzed using multiple regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects. The independent variables were professionalism (X1), work culture (X2), and competence (X3), and the dependent variable was service quality (Y). Results: The findings show that professionalism, work culture, and competence positively and significantly affect service quality. Moreover, when tested simultaneously, these three variables significantly improved service quality, thereby confirming all the proposed hypotheses. Conclusion: The study concludes that professionalism, supportive work culture, and competence are crucial for improving public service quality in the Lampung Province Personnel and Training Agency. Limitations: This study is limited to cross-sectional data and a single agency, restricting generalization. Future research should apply longitudinal and comparative approaches across different government institutions. Contribution: This research provides theoretical evidence of the determinants of service quality in regional institutions and offers practical guidance for policymakers in developing training, organizational culture, and competency-building programs.

Abstract

Study This aim For know influence ability Work employees and benefits welfare to performance Work employees at PT. Wongso Nusantara Bersatu, both in a way partial and simultaneous. Achievement Work employee reflect how much productive and effective a employee in operate his duties, which are influenced by various internal factors include ability work and benefits welfare. The research method used is method quantitative. Population in study This is all over PT. Wongso Nusantara Bersatu employees totaling 68 people, and engineering taking sample use total sampling method. Data analysis technique used is analysis multiple linear regression with help SPSS application version 27. Research results show that ability Work employees and benefits welfare in a way partial influential positive and significant to performance Work employees. In simultaneous ability Work employees and benefits welfare influential positive and significant to performance employees. Coefficient value determination (R²) of 58.3% shows that ability Work employees and benefits welfare capable explain variables performance Work employees, while the rest 41.7 % is influenced by other factors that are not investigated in study This.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen para pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) supaya mereka lebih mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan bisnis. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, tim pengabdi mengidentifikasi bahwa para pelaku UMKM di desa padang cermin banyak yang memulai usaha tapi dengan kemampuan manajemen yang kurang baik, sehingga para pelaku UMKM perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan FGD. Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini difokuskan pada peningkatan literasi kewirausahaan siswa SMK Swadhipa Natar, Lampung Selatan. Program ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan hidup, kapasitas diri, dan kesiapan kerja lulusan, serta adanya kesenjangan antara kurikulum pendidikan kejuruan dengan tuntutan industri yang menyebabkan mayoritas siswa berorientasi sebagai pencari kerja. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis kewirausahaan siswa, melatih kemampuan perancangan ide bisnis dan manajemen usaha, serta memperkuat peran guru sebagai pendamping. Metode yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif dan aplikatif, meliputi ceramah interaktif, workshop, diskusi kelompok, dan simulasi bisnis yang melibatkan 40 siswa dan 5 guru. Evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan sebesar 45%, dari nilai rata-rata 54,2 menjadi 78,6. Peserta berhasil menghasilkan beragam ide bisnis inovatif berbasis potensi lokal dan menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi berwirausaha. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam membangun kapasitas kewirausahaan siswa serta menciptakan ekosistem kewirausahaan di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Purpose: This resealrch alims to determine the influence of the use of ICT-balsed malrketing straltegies represented by the use of sociall medial, e-commerce, mobile malrketing alnd e-palyment on salles volume. Methodology/alpproalch: The resealrch method used is al qualntitaltive method with multiple linealr regression alnallysis. The populaltion, nalmely MSMEs in the MDH community in Balndalr Lalmpung City with al 72 salmple, wals selected using the method purposive salmpling. Hypothesis testing with the coefficient of determinaltion, F test alnd t test. Previously, instrument tests were calrried out, alnd clalssicall alssumption tests. Results/findings: The research results show that the marketing strategy implemented can have a positive influence in increasing sales volume when using social media variables, e-commerce and e-payment. But, in use mobile marketing by UMKM MDH the results did not have a significant effect. Conclusions: Regression analysis showed that while ICT-based marketing strategies (social media, e-commerce, mobile marketing, and e-payment) were expected to influence sales volume, mobile marketing (X3) had no significant partial effect. Limitaltions: This resealrch is limited to the influence of ICT-balsed malrketing straltegies with the use of sociall medial, e-commerce, mobile malrketing alnd e-palyment by MSMEs in the MDH community of Balndalr Lalmpung city for period of 1 yealr. Contribution: This resealrch is useful for MSMEs, it caln increalse understalnding of the benefits of ICT-balsemalrketing straltegies to increalse salles volume in the current eral of digitall, provide guidalnce in selecting alnd implementing alpproprialte ICT-balsed malrketing straltegies, Enrich the repertoire of resealrch knowledge for the UMITRAL

Abstract

This study aims to analyze public perception regarding media coverage of food poisoning cases within the "Free Nutritious Meal" program and its impact on risk perception, trust levels, and public acceptance. Food poisoning issues widely reported across mass media and social media platforms have the potential to shape public views on food safety and the quality of program management. Adopting a quantitative approach with an explanative survey method, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents exposed to related news coverage. Data analysis utilized descriptive statistics and linear regression to examine the relationships between news exposure, risk perception, public trust, and program acceptance. The results indicate that the intensity of news exposure significantly influences the formation of risk perception. Frequent access to information regarding poisoning cases leads to higher levels of concern regarding food safety. Increased risk perception is correlated with a decline in public trust, particularly when media reports emphasize negligence. However, individuals with high pre-existing trust in the government tend to remain supportive of the program, viewing the nutritional benefits as outweighing the reported risks. The findings also reveal that emotional factors and health issues involving children amplify risk perceptions. The media plays a vital role in constructing social reality and influencing the program's image. This study concludes that negative reporting affects not only safety perceptions but also policy legitimacy. Consequently, transparent, responsive, and evidence-based risk communication strategies are essential to maintain public trust and ensure the sustainability of the Free Nutritious Meal program.

Abstract

Infrastruktur merupakan komponen penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan dan pemerataan ekonomi, terutama di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh investasi infrastruktur yang mencakup jalan, pelabuhan, dan transportasi terhadap pemerataan pertumbuhan ekonomi antarwilayah di Provinsi Lampung. Meskipun Provinsi Lampung memiliki posisi geografis strategis, ketimpangan ekonomi antar kabupaten/kota masih cukup tinggi akibat distribusi investasi yang belum merata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif dan eksplanatori, serta teknik regresi linier berganda dan perhitungan Williamson Index sebagai alat analisis utama. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh kabupaten/kota di Lampung sebanyak 15 wilayah, dengan periode observasi lima tahun (2020–2024) dalam bentuk data panel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga jenis investasi infrastruktur memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai Williamson Index, yang berarti semakin tinggi investasi, semakin rendah tingkat ketimpangan antarwilayah. Investasi jalan memiliki dampak paling besar dalam memperkuat konektivitas darat, sementara pelabuhan mendukung aktivitas perdagangan wilayah pesisir dan hinterland. Transportasi umum berkontribusi pada mobilitas tenaga kerja dan distribusi barang antarwilayah. Temuan ini konsisten dengan teori pembangunan yang menekankan pentingnya infrastruktur dalam menciptakan pemerataan. Hasil penelitian juga sejalan dengan studi sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa pembangunan infrastruktur dapat memperkecil kesenjangan regional. Implikasi kebijakan dari hasil ini adalah perlunya perencanaan pembangunan infrastruktur yang inklusif dan merata, penguatan konektivitas antarwilayah, serta sinergi antara pembangunan fisik dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa investasi infrastruktur tidak hanya mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, tetapi juga menjadi instrumen strategis untuk mengurangi ketimpangan wilayah dan mencapai pembangunan yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan di Provinsi Lampung.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of Managerial Ownership (MOWN), Firm Size (SIZE), and profitability (ROA) on Firm Value (EPS) of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2024 period. Methodology/approach: The research was conducted on 30 companies included in the JII, with purposive sampling used to select eight companies observed over six years, resulting in 48 research samples. This study applied a quantitative research method using data collected from annual financial reports. The analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the SPSS software. Results/findings: The findings show that Managerial Ownership (MOWN) has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value (EPS), Firm Size (SIZE) has no significant effect, and profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, MOWN, SIZE, and ROA have a positive and significant effect on Firm Value (EPS). Conclusions: The results indicate that managerial ownership and profitability are the most important factors to consider for improving EPS, whereas firm size does not significantly determine firm value. Limitations: This study is limited to companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the 2019–2024 period, which may reduce the generalizability of the findings to other sectors or indices. Contribution: This study contributes to financial management studies by providing empirical evidence of the role of ownership structure and profitability in shaping firm value. This study is useful for investors, policymakers, and academics focusing on Islamic capital markets and corporate governance.
