Abstract

Aplikasi Disney+ Hotstar sebagai penyedia layanan penyaluran audio dan video menggunakan jaringan internet (Over-The-Top) mendapatkan penilaian yang rendah pada Google Play Store, sehingga perlu diperhatikan mutu dari pengalaman pengguna aplikasi dengan cara mengevaluasi pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar pengalaman pengguna Disney+ Hotstar dapat dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metode MeCUE Questionnaire (2.0). Hasil metode meCUE 2.0 yang terdiri dari modul Persepsi Kualitas Instrumen Produk variabel Kebergunaan (5,43) dan Kemudahan Penggunaan (6,02). Modul Persepsi Kualitas Non-Instrumen Produk variabel Tampilan Estetika (5,74), Status (3,73), dan Komitmen (2,88). Modul Emosi variabel Emosi Positif (5,27) dan Emosi Negatif (2,19). Modul Konsekuensi variabel Niat Menggunakan (4,17) dan Loyalitas Produk (3,76). Serta modul Global dengan nilai 3,8. Yang mana responden penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Palembang. Dari hasil tersebut variabel kemudahan penggunaan memiliki nilai tertinggi dan variabel emosi negatif sebagai nilai terendah.

Abstract

Notasi Pemodelan Proses Bisnis (BPMN) adalah standar pemodelan proses bisnis yang menawarkan diagram proses bisnis dengan representasi grafis dari proses bisnis. BPMN memberi organisasi representasi grafis untuk komunikasi standar. BPMN bertujuan untuk mendukung manajemen proses bisnis bagi pengguna teknis dan bisnis dengan menyediakan notasi intuitif kepada pengguna bisnis yang dapat mengekspresikan proses semantik yang kompleks. Tujuan dalam penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses bisnis registrasi pelanggan pada fasilitas PDAM Kota Baturaja dengan menggunakan model Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), menganalisis proses bisnis pada pendaftaran pelanggan pada fasilitas PDAM Kota Baturaja dengan menggunakan metode Proses Bisnis Peningkatan (BPI). Dan merekomendasikan proses bisnis pendaftaan pelanggan PDAM Kota Baturaja dengan metode Proses Bisnis Peningkatan (BPI) yang efektif. Manfaat penelitian bagi perusahaan adalah meningkatkan kualitas kinerja untuk mencapai tujuannya tanpa mengalami kerugian. Metode dalam penelitian adalah Proses Bisnis Peningkatan (BPI), yang merupakan metode untuk menganalisis dan memperbaiki proses bisnis bantuan Bizagi Modeler untuk analisis simulasi proses bisnis dan tools yang memperbaiki proses bisnis lama agar proses bisnis menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Data perama kali dikumpulkan melalui obsevasi berbicara dengan beberapa karyawan dan memunculkan ide-ide agar proses bisnis ini lebih efektif dan efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada penelitian ini terdapat beberapa kendala dalam proses bisnis pendaftaran pelanggan pemasangan pdam baik dari segi ketersediaan personel, proses pengerjaan, dan tugas perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, proses bisnis harus diperbaiki sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Dosen merupakan pendidik professional yang memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menyalurkan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni. Dalam menghargai hasil dari kegiatan dosen, Pemerintah memberikan penghargaan yaitu berupa jabatan fungsional dosen. Proses penilaian Angka Kredit Kenaikan Jabatan Akademik/Pangkat dosen merujuk kepada dokumen pedoman operasional yang diterbitkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Sumber Daya Iptek dan Dikti Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Tahun 2019. Dalam pelaksanaan proses penilaian angka kredit kenaikan jabatan akademik/pangkat dosen tersebut. Rektor Universitas Sriwijaya mengeluarkan prosedur operasional standar (POS) dengan kode POS/UNSRI/SPMI-04/05-01. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan penulis, sejak tahun 2017, Universitas Sriwijaya belum melakukan evaluasi kaitan alur dan waktu terhadap prosedur operasional standar tersebut. Business Process Improvement (BPI) merupakan metodologi yang tersusun secara sistematis guna mengembangkan proses bisnis yang dapat membantu organisasi dalam menyederhaakan, serta merampingkan suatu proses didalam organisasi. Dengan menerapkan metodologi BPI, proses bisnis dalam pengajuan jabatan fungsional dosen di Universitas Sriwijaya diharapkan lebih efektif lagi.

Abstract

In the era Society 5.0, economic growth and digital products have mushroomed, leading to digital transaction product innovation becoming a daily necessity for society. Easy, cashless payment are made through an E-wallet application with various options, including the DANA application. However, in several reviews, user have complained about the performance and issues with the DANA application such as, the display is unclear when logging into the application, and it loads slowly when entering the amount of money. This research was conducted to evaluate DANA application users and provide recommendation for improvements and enhancements to enhance the DANA application user experience. From the result of the value proposition on the implementation of the UX Honeycomb method in the DANA application between the people of Palembang City, users generally agree that DANA deserves a good above-average rating. Meanwhile, the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method show that the DANA application received positive scores on the attractive, perspicuity, dependability, efficiency, and stimulation variables, but it obtained a negative score on the novelty variable. Thus, the DANA application need to design and create more creative, intentional, and innovative products.

Abstract

Digital transformation has impacted various sectors, including Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). GoBiz, a partner platform for Gojek's GoFood service, plays a crucial role in supporting MSME digitalization, making it essential to understand user perceptions of the application. This study conducts sentiment analysis on 5,000 GoBiz user reviews from the Google Play Store. It compares two labeling methods—Rating-Based and Inset Lexicon—and evaluates them using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The analysis process includes data selection, text preprocessing, data transformation using TF-IDF, SVM implementation with 10-fold cross-validation, and result visualization through word clouds. The findings indicate that the Rating-Based labeling method achieved an accuracy of 87%, with a precision of 86.7%, recall of 87.1%, and an F1-score of 86.8%. Meanwhile, the Inset Lexicon labeling method outperformed it, achieving an accuracy of 89.7%, precision of 89%, recall of 89.8%, and an F1-score of 89.3%. These results suggest that the combination of the Inset Lexicon labeling method and the SVM algorithm is more effective in classifying user sentiment and providing a more accurate understanding of user perceptions regarding the GoBiz application. Sentiment analysis results indicate that users appreciate GoBiz’s ease of operation but face challenges with driver services and advertisement features, highlighting areas for improvement to enhance user satisfaction.

Abstract

Awareness of social media security is very important today, especially due to the increasing number of online security threats that can affect user privacy and data security. Moreover, the condition of rural communities is in dire need of knowledge to be wiser in using social media. This community service was carried out in Cempaka Village, Cempaka District, OKU Timur Regency, with the aim of increasing public understanding of cyber security. The methods used were education and socialization about cyber threats, the importance of maintaining password confidentiality, and personal data privacy. This activity involved the active participation of various levels of the Cempaka Village community. The results of this service showed a significant increase  understanding of social media secutty awareness. People became more aware of the risks of crime on social media and had better knowledge of how to protect themselves.Keywords: cempaka village; security awareness; social media; socialization  Abstrak:  Kesadaran akan keamanan media sosial sangat penting saat ini, terutama karena meningkatnya ancaman keamanan daring yang dapat memengaruhi privasi dan keamanan data pengguna. Apalagi kondisi masyarakat desa yang sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan agar lebih bijaksana dalam menggunakan media sosial. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cempaka, Kecamatan Cempaka, Kabupaten OKU Timur, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai keamanan siber. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang ancaman siber, pentingnya menjaga kerahasiaan kata sandi, dan privasi data pribadi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat Desa Cempaka. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat mengenai keamanan media sosial. Masyarakat menjadi lebih sadar akan risiko kejahatan di media sosial dan memiliki pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang cara melindungi diri mereka.Kata kunci: desa cempaka; security awareness; sosial media; sosialisasi

Abstract

Music streaming applications are applications that allow users to listen to legal or online music. Spotify is currently known as the application that provides the largest music streaming service, digital music, podcast, and video service with access to millions of songs and other content from various creators worldwide. This research concerns the analysis of user satisfaction with the Spotify application. This research was conducted to understand and determine user satisfaction with the Spotify application. The method used in this research is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). There are also problems with this music application related to the competition system when listening to music online. The sampling technique uses Lemeshow sampling (based on coincidence) with a total of 100 respondents using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale, which is a scale used to measure perceptions, attitudes, or opinions of users towards the Spotify application. shows that the level of user satisfaction from the five variables shows that the Content variable gets the highest satisfaction with a total percentage of 78.5%, the Accuracy variable gets high satisfaction with a total percentage of 77.5%, the Format variable gets the highest satisfaction with a total percentage of 79.9%, the Variable Ease of Use gets high satisfaction with a percentage of 84.6%, the Timelines variable gets high satisfaction with a percentage of 78.9%.

Abstract

Universitas Sriwijaya is one of the state universities in Indonesia. Universitas Sriwijaya has 10 faculties, one of which is the Faculty of Computer Science. Information Systems is one of the departments in the Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. Based on the observation results, the Department of Information Systems has just updated the appearance of its website. To determine the level of usability of the website, this research uses two methods, namely eye-tracking method and cognitive walkthrough. The activities that are the research material in this research include searching for lecturers' schedules, downloading final project guidelines and searching for course codes. As a result of the cognitive walkthrough method, the activity of searching for lecturers' timetables has the lowest success rate of 0%, followed by the activity of searching for course codes with 40% and the activity of downloading final project guidelines with 80%. In addition, the research continued using the eye-tracking method to identify areas of confusion for the respondents and to understand the emotional level of the respondents when carrying out these activities. It can be seen that the average respondent is still confused or unfocused when working on the pre-defined activities.

Abstract

PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), a state-owned coal mining company, must comply with government regulations regarding software licenses. They face difficulties monitoring and managing licenses that could lead to violations. To solve this problem, we try to design a website-based UI/UX for Software License Management System. This research aims to provide an intuitive interface and a comfortable user experience employing the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach, which consists of three main stages: Needs Analysis, Design and Prototyping, and Evaluation. Evaluation is carried out through usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Test results indicate that UCD is effective in designing a system responsive to user needs with a high level of usability. With an effectiveness of 99%, efficiency of 96.67%, and an SUS score of 88.25, this system design receives an 'Acceptable' rating, a (B) grade, and falls into the 'Excellent' category. The designed system is deemed suitable for further development towards the implementation phase.

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of information and communication technology has prompted the government to provide digital-based services, including in the management of demographic data. This study aims to apply the Task-Centered System Design (TCSD) method in designing the Muara Enim Regency Demographic Data Information System. The TCSD method was chosen to ensure that the prototype design process was systematic and focused on user needs and tasks. The research stages included identification, user-centered needs analysis, scenario-based design, and walkthrough evaluation. The designed prototype supports several main tasks, including viewing demographic statistics, searching for specific data, submitting data download requests, and contacting the admin. The evaluation was conducted through online usability testing using the Maze platform with the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument involving 13 respondents. The evaluation results showed an average SUS score of 78.5, which falls into the “good” category. This confirms that the interface design has met usability standards, is user-friendly, and is capable of supporting user needs in accessing and managing demographic data. Thus, the application of the TCSD method has proven to be effective in producing an interface design that is focused on user tasks and can be the basis for further system development.
