Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kebutuhan pengembangan video edukasi mengenai etika bermedia sosial di SMA Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah tingginya tingkat pemakaian media sosial di kalangan remaja yang tidak diimbangi dengan kesadaran akan etika. Kemajuan pesat dalam teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Salah satu fenomena paling mencolok saat ini adalah pemanfaatan media sosial oleh generasi muda, termasuk siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner kepada 3 guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan 35 siswa kelas XI. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa ketidaktersediaan media interaktif menjadi kendala bagi guru dalam menyampaikan materi. Sebanyak 87% siswa menyatakan perlunya adanya media pembelajaran yang menarik dan sesuai. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran yang berbasis pada pengalaman dan nilai-nilai etika untuk meningkatkan efektivitas belajar dan membentuk karakter siswa agar bijak dalam bermedia sosial.

Abstract

Technological developments have impacted all sectors, including the education sector. This requires the education sector, especially the learning sector, to be innovative. Be innovative in implementing learning, one of them is using e-learning such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and others. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using LMS in the lectures of Teacher Professional Education (PPG) students. This research is experimental research, with a sample of PPG students. Data analysis using N-Gain and t-test. Based on the research results, it was found that student learning outcomes had increased. As many as 77.8% of students' learning outcomes were of medium criteria, and 22.2% were high. Based on the t-test results, using LMS media can effectively achieve learning outcomes in PPG student learning evaluations. This research for Islamic education management implies that it can be a reference for future researchers to study the use of LMS in distance learning in Islamic educational institutions more profoundly and comprehensively.

Abstract

Teamwork in Islamic education management is so urgent. This is because it is one of the things that determines whether or not the process of implementing Islamic education runs, which in turn will determine whether or not the goals that have been designed are achieved. In this study, researchers conducted a library research method. Here the researcher searches for literature in the form of books, research results, and journals, both national and international, related to the topic being studied. From the results of the study conducted, several important findings were found, including: First: the benefits of teamwork include the emergence of responsibility for quality management, time utilization, overseeing management, channeling information, in education management. Teamwork is beneficial for service users, students will be able to access information more easily, increase members' understanding, and can foster trust for its members. Second, optimizing the role of teamwork, providing opportunities to solve problems, involving all staff, training in problem-solving methods, supervision and providing rewards. Third, the Quran hints at the importance of teamwork, such as the example of the bee organization, so that the Quran enshrines the name An-Nahl in the letter, while the apostle in his history has translated teamwork when carrying out the migration strategy.

Abstract

The Psychological Principle is one of the foundational principles underpinning the implementation of Islamic education. This implies that the execution of education must be based on the developmental stages of the child. In this context, the intellect (reason) as one of the psychological components of human beings is a fundamental element that must be optimized within Islamic education. Although numerous books have discussed the human intellect, very few have explored it from the perspective of its developmental stages. Therefore, an in-depth and comprehensive study of each phase of intellectual development is necessary, so that the formulation of Islamic education can be designed appropriately and contextually. This study employs library research with a qualitative approach. The findings reveal, first, that each phase of human brain development possesses its own characteristics and uniqueness. Second, the research identifies various aspects of Islamic education that align with intellectual development, such as the selection of religious learning materials, instructional approaches, and relevant Islamic educational methods and techniques for each stage of intellectual growth.
