Abstract

Future orientation in adolescents allows them to think about the circumstances they will experience in the future, for example about life welfare. This article analyzes the role of caring extracurricular-based economic education in shaping the future orientation of SMKN 2 Blitar students. The qualitative approach used in this research aims to understand certain phenomena or problems in depth through descriptive and contextual data analysis. This topic involves complex aspects in the relationship between extracurricular-based economic education and students' future orientation. This program helps students detail career interests, develop entrepreneurial skills, plan for the future, and change their view of success. Caring extracurricular-based economic education has proven that formal education can be enriched with practical experience, which supports students in achieving their potential in career planning and skills development. As a result, this program helps students achieve a brighter and more successful future in various fields.

Abstract

The aim of this research is 1) to describe how to improve student learning outcomes through the Project Based Learning learning model assisted by Social Media Marketing in Creative Products and Entrepreneurship subjects in class XIIOTKP3 SMK Negeri 2 Blitar, 2) to describe the results of implementing the Project Based Learning learning model assisted with Social Media Marketing in the Creative Products and Entrepreneurship subjects in class XIIOTKP3 at SMK Negeri 2 Blitar. 3) To describe whether the Project Based Learning learning model assisted by Social Media Marketing in the subjects of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship can improve the learning outcomes of class XIIOTKP3 students at SMK Negeri 2 Blitar. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research because the researcher is directly involved in the research process from the beginning to the end of the research. The results of this research show that students' cognitive aspect learning outcomes increased by 56%. This was proven in the first cycle of students who got a minimum score of 70 as many as 16 people or 44%, while in cycle II who got a minimum score of 70 as many as 36 people or 100% were declared complete. The affective aspect of student learning activities increased by 39%. This was proven in the first cycle of students who were declared complete 22 or 61%, while in cycle II those declared complete reached 36 people or 100%. Likewise, in the psychomotor aspect there was an increase of 53%. This was proven in cycle I, 17 students were declared complete or 47%, while in cycle II 36 students or 100% were declared complete. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning learning model assisted by Social Media Marketing can improve the learning achievement of Class XIIOTKP3 students at SMK Negeri 2 Blitar, especially in the subjects of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Interest in online entrepreneurship is still small, only 2% of students have started online entrepreneurship. Online business learning gives students confidence to be interested in online entrepreneurship in accordance with the knowledge and practice of online business skills. This research examines in more depth the application of project based learning (PjBL) development in online business learning. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. First, the researcher conducted literature research to gain an understanding of the concept of PjBL and online business learning. Next, the researcher created a project to be taught to students in online business learning. The results of the research before being revised towards the learning model were very valid by obtaining a total score of 26 with a percentage of 87% located in range 81%-100%, so the learning model is ready to be used. Project-based learning becomes more focused on real-world experiences once implemented. The project-based learning model is one of the learning models that is quite effective to be developed in the world of education today. This model allows students to apply the knowledge they have learned through the various thinking skills, attitudes and concrete skills they have. By actively involving students in the learning process, this model can increase student engagement and enable them to better understand the concepts being studied. Apart from that, the project-based learning model is also very suitable for solving complex problems faced in the real world. Through learning through investigation, collaboration, and experimentation in creating a project, students can learn to think critically and creatively in solving complex problems. The use of a project-based learning model can provide great benefits in developing students' skills and understanding

Abstract

Abstrak— Pemanfaatan lahan sempit di daerah perkotaan terutama di daerah perumahan belum optimal. Di Kelurahan Pojok Kota Kediri terutama di daerah perumahan Wilis Indah, mayoritas ibu rumah tangga belum mengoptimalkan lahan sempit agar produktif. Program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam mengoptimalisasi lahan sempit seperti urban farming dan hidroponik yang berguna untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan keluarga. Hasil dan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman bagimana mengoptimalkan lahan sempit, ketrampilan berkebun, pengetahuan menggunakan teknologi pertanian juga rasa percaya diri dari ibu rumah tangga dalam memanfaatkan lahan sempit secara optimal serta meningkatnya perubahan konsumsi makanan keluarga. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan ekonomi dan ketahanan pangan keluarga akan tetapi juga mendorong kemandirian ekonomi. Dengan suatu pendekatan yang berkelanjutan diharapkan akan tercipta keluarga yang mandiri dan sejahtera. . Kata Kunci— pemberdayaan, lahan sempit, ibu rumah tangga, urban farming, ketahanan pangan Abstract— The utilization of narrow land in urban areas, especially residential ones, is not optimal. In Pojok Village, Kediri City, especially in the Wilis Indah housing area, most housewives have not optimized narrow land to be productive. This community service program aims to empower housewives through training and mentoring in optimizing narrow land such as urban farming and hydroponics which are useful for increasing family food security. The results of this community service are an increase in understanding of how to optimize narrow land, gardening skills, knowledge of using agricultural technology as well as the confidence of housewives in utilizing narrow land optimally and increasing changes in family food consumption. This community service not only contributes to improving the economy and family food security but also encourages economic independence. With a sustainable approach, it is hoped that an independent and prosperous family will be created. Keywords— empowerment, small land, housewives, urban farming, food security

Abstract

The purpose of village development in achieving the welfare of the village community requires a good village governance in carrying out public services. The implementation of quality village government will create an orderly life of government and society and will realize the expected good public governance (GPG). One form of service output that reflects government performance which is also an instrument of government accountability to stakeholders is financial reports. Quality village financial reports are information that can present honestly, truthfully, relevantly, reliably, can be compared, and can be understood by all parties related to the financial statements. The research objective was to test empirically and to analyze the effect of GPG on the quality of information on village government financial reports in Kediri Regency. The research sample was 52 villages in Kediri Regency with respondents who were managers of village financial reporting. The research data were obtained through an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is carried out by multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS V.23 application. The results of data analysis prove that the accountability and fairness variables and equality variables have a significant effect on the quality information of village financial report, while the variables of democracy, transparency, and legal culture have no significant impact on the quality information of village government financial reports.

Abstract

Pendekatan ipenelitian iini imenggunakan imetode ikuantitatif idengan idesain istudi ikasus. iPopulasi ipenelitian iterdiri idari iperangkat idesa idi iempat idesa idi iKecamatan iPace. iTeknik ipengambilan isampel idilakukan idengan imetode isampling ijenuh, imenghasilkan i40 isampel. iInstrumen ipenelitian iberupa iangket iatau ikuesioner iyang itelah idiuji ivaliditas idan ireliabilitasnya. iAnalisis idata idilakukan idengan iuji iasumsi iklasik, iregresi ilinier iberganda, idan iuji ihipotesis. Berdasarkan ihasil ipenelitian ivariabel isarana ikantor, imotivasi ikerja, idan ikedisiplinan ikerja itidak imemiliki ipengaruh isignifikan isecara iparsial iterhadap ikinerja iperangkat idesa idi iKecamatan iPace. iSecara isimultan ikinerja isangat iberpengaruh iterhadap ifasilitas ikantor, imotivasi ikerja idan idisiplin ikerja. iPeneliti iselanjutnya isebaiknya idapat imeningkatkan ikinerja ipegawai itidak ihanya idengan imemperhatikan ifactor imotivasi ikerja, idisiplin ikerja, idan ipengaruh isarana ikantor iterhadap ikinerja ipegawai idi iKecamatan iPace ihanya isebesar i34,7%.

Abstract

To achieve desired results, it is also important to give instructors and students the freedom to develop, discover, and learn on their own. Each school responds to the independent curriculum differently; SMA Negeri 1 Durenan is one of the schools that has succeeded in implementing the curriculum well. The objectives of this research are to: (1) Describe the approach taken in implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan; (2) Describe the factors that facilitate and hinder the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan; and (3) Describe the impact of implementing an independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan. This research uses descriptive qualitative with interview methods, mile huberman model observation. Data analysis using the data poleulation method. Research findings include: (1) strategies for implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Negeri 1 Durenan; a) internal training workshops; b) workshop on the application of differentiated learning; and c) Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5). (2) Inhibiting variables include internal factors originating from student motivation and attitudes and originating from school facilities, while external factors originate from parental support. Supporting elements include the availability of human resources (HR) and supporting digital access. (3) The impact on educators—both principals and instructors, includes creativity, two-way communication that fosters a mindset of readiness to learn, and the search for original ideas. The impact on students, on the other hand, is to concentrate on learning the subject at hand.

Abstract

Pengolahan sampah terutama sampah organik di lingkungan perkotaan merupakan isu lingkungan hidup yang penting di perkotaan, demikian juga di kelurahan Pojok, Kecamatan Mojoroto Kota Kediri. Tantangan yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan sampah organik rumah tangga dapat menganggu estetika maupun kesehatan lingkungan. Tujuan dari progam pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah mengedukasi pengelolaan sampah yaitu dengan mengolah sampah organik dengan metode takakura. Metode pengolahan sampah dengan takakura ini dipilih karena efektif, sederhana dengan bahan yang bisa di dapatkan serta cocok di terapkan di lingkungan rumah tangga. Hasil dari pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat kelurahan Pojok merasa terbantukan dengan edukasi ini karena mereka bisa mengolah sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos yang sangat bermanfaat. Kegiatan edukasi ini diharapkan dapat mendukung inisiatif lingkungan hijau di kelurahan Pojok Kota Kediri dengan cara mengurangi volume sampah organik yang dibuang untuk dimanfaatkan menjadi kompos yang berkualitas dan dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat.   Abstract Waste management, especially organic waste in urban environments, is an important environmental issue in cities and Pojok urban village, Mojoroto sub-district, Kediri city. Significant challenges in household organic waste management can disrupt the aesthetics and health of the environment. The purpose of the community service program is to educate people on waste management, namely by processing organic waste using the Takakura method. This takakura waste processing method was chosen because it is effective, simple with materials that can be obtained and suitable to be applied in the household environment. The result of this community service is that the people of Pojok village feel helped by this education because they can process organic waste into beneficial compost. This educational activity is expected to support green initiatives in the Pojok urban village of Kediri City by reducing the volume of organic waste disposed of to be utilized into quality compost and can be done by the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of learning discipline and learning environment on learning outcomes of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK) students of SMKN 3 Blitar City in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 school year. This research uses descriptive analysis method, while inferential statistical analysis is multiple regression or change to find out the magnitude of the influence between the discipline of learning in school and the learning environment on learning outcomes. Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah di Kelurahan Dermo, Kota Kediri, menjadi semakin mendesak karena volume sampah yang meningkat dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang cara memilah dan mengelola sampah dari rumah tangga. Urgensi ini mendorong pengabdian masyarakat untuk mengoptimalkan peran bank sampah sebagai solusi ekonomi dan lingkungan dengan partisipasi masyarakat. Program ini baru-baru ini menggabungkan pendekatan kerja sama dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan praktis yang menggabungkan prinsip ekonomi sirkular dan pengelolaan sampah berbasis 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Untuk mengukur pengaruh program, digunakan sosialisasi, pelatihan, workshop, dan pendampingan pembentukan bank sampah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat lebih memahami, menguasai, dan menyadari pentingnya pengelolaan sampah. Selain itu, ada penurunan jumlah sampah yang dibuang sembarangan, peningkatan partisipasi dalam daur ulang, dan pembentukan kerja sama dengan pihak eksternal untuk mendukung operasi bank sampah. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dapat dimotivasi untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan mendorong kemandirian ekonomi yang bergantung pada pengelolaan sampah melalui pendekatan yang berkelanjutan.
