Abstract

Parental divorce has a significant impact on child development, particularly on destructive behavior that violates social norms and rules. This study aims to understand the indications of factors that cause, impact and prevent destructive behavior among high school students from divorced families. The method used was qualitative research with data collection through in-depth interviews of the research subjects. Research results show that destructive behavior in students is triggered by a variety of factors, such as emotional distress, lack of cultivation of religious values in the family, the influence of the friendship environment, negative moods, and thrill-seeking. The effects of parental divorce have caused children to experience psychological disorders, unstable emotions, to involvement in risky behaviors such as truancy, smoking, and other aggressive acts. The implications of this study in guidance and counseling services include information services, individual counseling, and group counseling. Through this service, students can be provided with understanding, assistance, and solutions to address the problems they face. With this service, it is expected to help students reduce destructive behavior, improve socialization skills, and achieve psychological and emotional well-being.

Abstract

The preservation and development of traditional arts and culture are vital to maintaining the cultural identity of a nation. However, with rapid advancements in technology and modern times, efforts to preserve traditional arts and culture face challenges in terms of information accessibility, documentation, and intergenerational collaboration. This research aims to develop a web-based knowledge management system as a solution for preserving and advancing traditional arts and culture in Indonesia. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which enables rapid and responsive system development tailored to user needs. RAD consists of several key stages: requirements planning, prototype design, iterative construction, and final implementation, involving direct user feedback to incrementally refine the system. System evaluation was conducted using surveys and interviews to gather feedback from users. The primary features of the system include digital documentation, information access, and user discussion forums designed to enhance public understanding and awareness of traditional arts and culture. The results of this research demonstrate that the web-based system can serve as an effective solution for documenting, managing, and disseminating information related to traditional arts and culture. With this system, broader intergenerational collaboration is expected to be achieved, further strengthening the role of society in preserving traditional arts and culture as an invaluable heritage

Abstract

Since the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak, the world of education in Indonesia has faced difficult situation. Namely, it is mandatory to carry out online learning to reduce the impact of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. However, with the implementation of online learning, there is a decrease in student learning motivation so that an alternative is needed to generate student learning motivation, by using a virtual laboratory as a supporting medium. This research uses quantitative research with an accidental sampling method, with a population of science highschool from XI and XII grade students who are conducting online learning. The data analysis method uses non-parametric Mann-Whitney U statistics and measures student learning outcomes in Hooke's Law with a virtual laboratory. The results showed that by using a virtual laboratory students' learning motivation increased from online learning in general, because the p-value is 0.000 which p < 0.05 means there is a significance changes. Students wih higher learning motivation score better than students with lower motivation . With the average score in a row from medium, high, and very high motivation is 39.29; 43.70; 44.00 from the maximum score 100.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of green knowledge on public interest in environmentally friendly gold mining services, with a particular focus on the mediating role of attitudes. Despite widespread concerns about the environmental and health risks associated with mercury use in small-scale gold mining, traditional practices continue to be prevalent due to various socio-economic factors. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 143 small-scale gold miners in Situbabakan Village, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, through a structured questionnaire. The study employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the relationships between green knowledge, attitudes, and purchase intentions. The findings reveal that while green knowledge alone does not significantly influence the purchase intention of gold mining services, it positively affects the attitudes of miners towards environmentally friendly practices. Moreover, the study demonstrates that attitudes significantly mediate the relationship between green knowledge and purchase intention, highlighting the crucial role of psychological factors in promoting sustainable behavior. These results underscore the need for targeted educational interventions that not only increase environmental awareness but also foster positive attitudes toward sustainability. The study concludes that enhancing green knowledge and attitudes could play a vital role in encouraging the adoption of eco-friendly gold mining practices

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cash turnover and working capital turnover on profitability at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk from 2014 to 2023, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, with the sample consisting of the financial statements of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The data analysis techniques used are: classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test. Based on the t-test results, cash turnover (X1) has a positive and no significant effect on the return on assets (ROA) (Y) variable at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. This is proven by the t-value of 0.804 < 2.364 and the significance value of 0.448 > 0.05. Based on the t-test results, working capital turnover (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the return on assets (ROA) (Y) variable at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. This is evidenced by at value of 5.269 > 2.364 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Based on the results of the F test, the cash turnover (X1) and working capital (X2) variables have a positive and significant effect on return on assets (ROA) (Y) at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. This is evidenced by the F value of 15.237 > 4.74 and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05.

Abstract

Kegiatan seorang pengusaha dalam memasarkan produknya sekarang dapat dipermudah, karena sudah adanya internet sebagai sarana untuk jual beli secara online. D’Votee Coffee merupakan sebuah coffee roastery yang menjual berbagai macam jenis biji kopi single origin, yang masih menggunakan sistem penjualan dengan cara lama, sehingga kurang maksimal dalam melakukan pemasaran produk. Metodologi yang digunakan mengacu pada metodologi Sistem Informasi SDLC, walaupun tidak di singgung secara langsung terlihat jelas memang dari segi struktur menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan dan pengembangannya. Penelitian menghasilkan sebuah website, yang mampu menjadi sebuah wadah untuk D’Votee Coffee dalam memasarkan produk kopinya. Serta dapat berkontribusi pada penjualan D’Votee Coffee, karena akan lebih mudah untuk melakukan penjualan biji kopi secara online, dapat memperluas wilayah penjualan serta dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan.

Abstract

The phenomenon of rapid internet usage in Indonesia opens opportunities for e-commerce platforms, but also presents challenges in maintaining customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through an online questionnaire distributed to 90 respondents who are Lazada users in Central Jakarta. The independent variables in this study are e-trust (X₁) and e-service quality (X₂), while the dependent variable is customer loyalty (Y). The results of the analysis show that both e-trust and e-service quality have a positive effect on customer loyalty. The partial t-test shows that the e-trust variable has a significant effect with a significance value <0.05, as does the e-service quality variable which is also significant on customer loyalty. The simultaneous F-test proves the joint influence of e-trust and e-service quality on customer loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) value shows that the e-trust and e-service quality variables are able to explain variations in customer loyalty by 72.4%, while the rest is explained by other factors outside this research model. These findings indicate that increasing customer trust, especially related to transaction security and service reliability, as well as the quality of electronic services such as response speed and system availability, is very important to increase Lazada customer loyalty in Central Jakarta. This research contributes both practically to e-commerce management in formulating customer retention strategies, as well as academically as a reference for further research in the field of e-commerce and consumer behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Expertise, Sincerity, Truthful Endorsement, Uniqueness, Visibility, dan Purchase Behavior pada food vlogger yang mereview usaha kuliner. Metode pengambilan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode non-probability sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh 200 responden yang sering melihat review di channel YouTube food vlogger (Magdalena, Farida Nurhan, dan Nex Carlos). Metode pengumpulan data adalah survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa authenticity attributes (Expertise, Sincerity, Truthful Endorsement, dan Visibility) dapat meningkatkan Purchase Behavior pada pengikut dan dari manfaat tersebut berpengaruh positif pada Purchase Behavior.

Abstract

Eucheuma spinosum is a seaweed included in the red algae (Rhodophyta). The content of compounds in seaweed as secondary metabolites functions as antioxidants, antivirals, antifungals and antimicrobials in brown, red and green seaweed. Eucheuma spinosum is one type of red seaweed that has the potential as an antimicrobial compound due to the presence of bioactive components consisting of saponins and flavonoids. The purpose of this activity is applying seaweed cultivation using bottom off method. The activity was carried out at Muluk Beach, Gerupuk, Sengkol Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. Activities were carried out for 30 days, from July 28, 2024 to August 26, 2024. The method of implementing the activity is a demonstration plot of Eucheuma spinosum cultivation. Therefore, this activity was carried out to increase the production of Eucheuma spinosum seaweed in Gerupuk. The results of this activity are Eucheuma spinosum cultivation used bottom off method.

Abstract

Rawa Bugel Village, especially RW 10, still faces challenges in managing citizen data and information. Limitedfacilities and infrastructure because citizen data is still managed manually using Excel, often causing errors andinaccuracies in data, which in turn hampers the planning and implementation of development programs. awebsite-based citizen data collection system specially designed for Rawa Bugel Village. This system allows RW10 to manage population data and demographics. In addition, this system also gives citizens access to view andupdate their personal information. Therefore, designing a website-based citizen data collection system isimportant to improve data management and improve the quality of information available to the public. This systemadopts website technology to ensure easy access from various devices, including mobile devices that arecommonly owned by the public. The use of this website-based Citizen Registration System has made a positivecontribution to improving data management and information quality in Rawa Bugel Village.
