Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan distribusi beras antar kota di Jawa Timur denganmenggunakan metode Linear Programming (LP) berbasis Python dalam konteks Supply ChainManagement (SCM). Model LP yang dikembangkan bertujuan untuk mengoptimalnyapemenuhan kebutuhan beras tiap kota dari produksi kota di Jawa Timur dan meminimalkanbiaya transportasi sambil memastikan bahwa permintaan di setiap kota dapat dipenuhi.Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, model optimasi ini jumlah konsumsi beras sejumlah 7.760.358,08ton didistribusikan 5.355.845,00 ton atau surplus 2.404.513,08 ton dengan biaya totalpengiriman Rp.240.099.337.188,4. Penggunaan Python dan pustaka Linear Programmingseperti PuLP memungkinkan pemodelan yang efisien, cepat, dan fleksibel dalam menghadapidinamika rantai pasokan beras. Penelitian ini menyarankan penerapan model ini pada distribusipangan lainnya di Indonesia, serta pengembangan model untuk mempertimbangkanketidakpastian dalam permintaan dan pasokan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusisignifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi pangan, mengoptimalkan biaya logistik, danmemastikan ketepatan waktu pengiriman.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Devidend Payout Ratio (DPR) on Stock Price in the Trade and Investment Services Sector Financial Companies Listed On Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017 -2021. The stock price is the closing price of the stock market during the observation period for each type of stock sampled and its movements are constantly observed by investors. One of the basic concepts is financial management is that the goal that financial management wants to achieve is to maximize the value of the company. The study aims to determine if Current Ratio has partial significance to Stock Price, Return on Assets has partial significance to Stock Price, Devidend Payout Ratio has partial significance to Stock Price, and Current Ratio, Return on Assets, and Devidend Payout Ratio has significance simultaneous to Stock Price. The sample used is the Trade and Investment Services Sector Financial Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017 – 2021 period. The population is 12 companies and after the selection process for sample by purposive sampling method making them 6 companies with 5 years observations. The research using the quantitative approach and the data used as secondary from the annual report of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and used the Stock Price to measure the quality of the company’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing partially state that the Current Ratio, Return on Assets, Devidend Payout Ratio has a significant effect on the Stock Price. Meanwhile, simultaneous hypothesis testing states that the Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Devidend Payout Ratio have a significance simultaneous effect on the Stock Price.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation and position promotion on the employee's work enthusiasm in the People's Welfare Section of the Regional Secretariat of Malang Regency. This study used the explanatory research method with a sample of 30 respondents. Analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Results suggest the work motivation variable has a partially significant effect on work enthusiasm as seen from the value of tcount > ttable (3.273 > 2.052). The position promotion variable also has a partially significant effect on work enthusiasm as seen from the value of tcount > ttable or (2.144 > 2.052). Furthermore, the variables of work motivation and position promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on work enthusiasm; this can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable or 25.521 > 3.34. The work motivation variable has a dominant influence on work enthusiasm because of the regression coefficient of the independent variable work motivation (X1) (0.476) > job promotion (X2) (0.400).

Abstract

The role of product quality and promotion in the sales context is extremely important. Customer perceptions of value and satisfaction with a product are influenced by product consistency. With promotions on digital platforms, information about product quality can be easily found by all consumers from various regions, either by online reviews, customer testimonials, or content shared by the company itself. This report aims to answer questions about the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions. Researchers used the systematic literature review approach to find 176 national articles that were endorsed by sinta in a search using publish or perish and other programs such as zotero, & mendeley, which were then sorted into 45 selected articles for descriptive analysis. Brands can increase their visibility and build stronger links with their target audiences by using the right digital marketing techniques, such as internet advertising, social media campaigns, and content marketing. In terms of satisfaction, brand reputation, loyalty, and differentiation from competitors, product quality plays a vital role in making purchasing decisions. Therefore, both product quality and effective promotion play a vital role in creating value for customers and strengthening a brand's position in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan dengan periode pengamatan 3 tahun sehingga jumlah penelitian sebanyak 36 data. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan Current Ratio (CR) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai sebesar 0,643. Leverage yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai sebesar 0,003 dan Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Equity (ROE) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan Likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan Current Ratio (CR), Leverage yang diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Equity (ROE) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan nilai 0,000b. Uji ????2 (Koefisien Determinasi) menghasilkan nilai R Square sebesar 0.907 atau 90,7%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh sebesar 90,7% terhadap variabel dependen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 9,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil merupakan usaha yang banyak dijalankan masyarakat. Tersebar secara spasial dan mempunyai atribut usaha yang sangat beragam. Penting melakukan klasterisasi secara benar untuk pembinaan dan monev sesuai pengelompokannya. Dalam paper ini dilakukan analisis klaster, dengan input data diolah dari data BPS tahun 2023. Data Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) berupa atribut jumlah usaha, jumlah serapan tenaga kerja dan nilai produksi. Data spasial (longitude, latitude) ditambahkan sebagai atribut titik kota/kabupaten. Analisis klaster menggunakan metode Agglomerative Clustering berdasar data spasial dan atribut nya, menggunakan aplikasi Orange Data Mining versi 3.36.2 berbasis bahasa pemrograman python. Hasil analisis berupa klaster, jumlah masing-masing atribut klaster dan peta klaster UMK Jawa Timur. Luaran versi web disediakan dalam bentuk html yang dapat digunakan pemangku kebijakan untuk pembinaan UMK di provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is a significant influence between lecturer competence from a student's point of view and learning motivation on student learning achievement in the Commerce Correspondence subject, Office Management Departement, STIE Indonesia Malang. The research data were collected using a questionnaire from 85 respondents, then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the SPSS version 25 computer application. The results showed that the variable student learning motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on student achievement as evidenced by a tcount of 4,572 or more greater than ttable (2.048) with a significant level of 0.000. The lecturer competency variable also partially shows a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement as evidenced by the tcount value of 3.358 which is greater than ttable (2.048) with a significant level of 0.002. Simultaneously, student learning motivation and lecturer competence have a positive and significant effect on student achievement as evidenced by the Fcount value of 16.319 greater than Ftable (3.30) with a significant level of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability Growth partially and simultaneously which have a significant effect on Company Value in the Tourism, Restaurant and Hotel sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2022 period, and also to find out among the variables Liquidity, Solvability and Profitability, which variable has the most dominant influence on the value of tourism companies, restaurants and hotels listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2022 period. In this study the approach used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are tourism companies, restaurants and hotels listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2022 period, totaling 46 companies. While the sample used was a purposive sampling technique with certain criteria that had been determined by previous researchers so that a final sample of 10 companies was obtained multiplied by a period of 4 years, namely during the 2019-2022 research period, 40 research sample data were obtained. and the results are processed with the help of SPSS 25.0. The results of the study show that testing the independent variables, namely the variables Liquidity Current Ratio (X1), Solvability Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) and Profitability Return on Assets (X3) simultaneously prove to have a significant effect on the Company Value Price to Book Value (PBV) (Y) and has a positive and significant influence. While from the partial test, among the three independent variables consisting of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability it turns out that the most dominant influence on Firm Value is the Profitability Ratio

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue: This study examines the phenomenon of online business readiness among students, which is increasingly important in today's digital age. With the rapid development of technology and the internet, it is important for students to have adequate skills in running an online business. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence students' readiness to engage in online entrepreneurship, as well as to provide insights into how education can support the development of these skills. Novelty: This study offers a new framework that combines TAM Theory and business learning innovation as determinants of student online business performance. In addition, the mediating variable Attitude Toward Using provides a new perspective in understanding how attitudes toward technology can strengthen the relationship between these factors and online business readiness. Research Methods: This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research population consists of students from public and private universities in East Java. Results: The results show that students are well prepared to engage in online business, with high scores in technological capabilities and network support. However, challenges remain, particularly in terms of business experience and access to capital. Research Contributions: This research contributes to a better understanding of students' readiness for online business and suggests steps that educational institutions can take to improve entrepreneurial skills among students
