Abstract

Purpose: The goal of this study was to ascertain whether the popularity or trend of the Korean Wave influences Korean food purchases in Jakarta. Research method: Quantitative research methodologies are being used in this study. Sources of information were gathered through observation and questionnaires, as well as primary and secondary data. The research population consisted of 83 customers at Annyeong Korean Food Café Tebet. Result and discussion: The results of observations in the R table obtained a sample value (N) = 30 of 0.3061, resulting in a value (R.Calculated) greater than R.Table. Apart from that, the purchasing decision variables (Variable Y) all produce values (R.Calculated) greater than R.Table. So, this research can be said to be valid—the reliability test results and all the variable results. The linearity test shows the Sig value. The deviation from linearity is 0.384, which is greater than 0.05. There is a linear relationship between the Korean Wave variable and the Purchasing Decision Variable. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test with SPSS shows a significance value of 0.078, more significant than 0.05. So, it can be concluded that the residual values are normally distributed so that the results of this analysis can be continued for further testing. The Pearson test produced a value of 0.766, more significant than the R table value of 0.213. So, it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between the Korean Wave variable (X) and purchasing decisions (Y) because the value on the correlation coefficient scale is 0.60 – 0.79. Implication: From the research results, theoretical implications can be put forward, and it can be concluded that there is a strong impact between the Korean wave and the purchasing decision of Korean Food.   Keywords: Popularity, Korean Wave, Purchase Decision, Korean Food

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine whether there are differences in a healthy lifestyle and healthy food consumption among millennials and Generation Z in Jakarta. Research methods: The technique used in this study uses a comparative quantitative research method—sources of data were obtained from primary data and secondary data by collecting data by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study is the people of DKI Jakarta aged 17 to 42 years. Results and discussion: The study analyzed the healthy lifestyle and food consumption habits of Millennials and Generation Z in Jakarta. The survey included 107 respondents aged 17-42 years, divided equally between the two generations. Descriptive analysis revealed that both generations exhibit a relatively high awareness of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, especially post-COVID-19 pandemic. Millennials show a preference for balanced meals and adequate sleep, while Generation Z also values regular exercise and hydration. However, Generation Z has a higher tendency to smoke and consume alcohol compared to Millennials. Implication: From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there are differences in healthy lifestyles and healthy food consumption among millennials and Generation Z in Jakarta.   Keywords: Healthy Lifestyle, Healthy Food Consumption, Millennial Generation, Z Generation

Abstract

Purpose: Determine the internal and external factors that support and hinder development in Cemagi Tourism Village and Determine the best alternative strategy analysis for Cemagi Tourism Village. Research methods: This research uses a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this research is SWOT. Results and discussion:The results of this research are the strategies that can be implemented in developing the Cemagi Tourism Village to increase the number of tourist visits, including: (1) SO Strategy: Creating Cemagi trek tour packages, agrotourism and cultural tourism, and making promotions about Cemagi's tourism; (2) WO Strategy to improve infrastructure or create infrastructure that supports tourism in Cemagi; (3) ST Strategy: Creating a different program from other tourist villages; (4) WT Strategy Create a village security program. Implication: Based on the results and discussion of this research, the researcher recommends implementing the strategies that she has created, such as improving the existing infrastructure in the Cemagi Tourism Village. The tourist village should be more aggressive in its promotion, especially on social media. It would be better to collaborate with travel agents when selling tour packages. Collaborate with the government to create an event that can attract tourists to the Cemagi Tourism Village.

Abstract

Teaching factory is a learning activity where the school carries out production or services that are part of the teaching and learning process. Production-based learning is a process of learning expertise or skills that are designed and implemented based on actual work procedures and standards to introduce to students how the world of work really is, so work-based learning is one of the best solutions. Politeknik Sahid Jakarta has a Leadership Entrepreneurship and Development (LED) program that implements teaching factory activities in teaching, where LED program students who act as members carry out hotel teaching activities just like hotels that have the purpose of knowing and describing the implementation of teaching factories in LED programs at Polytechnic Sahid Jakarta. This research is a qualitative-descriptive which uses observations and interviews as a method to collect data. The key informan is LED program student. The data results that have been collected will be described descriptively.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan menjadi semakin kreatif dan memiliki banyak bidang karena manusia dan teknologi yang terus belajar berinovasi. Telur asin adalah sajian yang terbuat dari telur yang difermentasi atau diasinkan dengan campuran abu.Tujuan: Tujuan program adalah untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilan digital, memperkuat identitas merek, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang produk.Metode Penelitian: Observasi awal, kegiatan pelatihan, workshop, pendampingan usaha mikro, penyusunan rencana kerja, penentuan jadwal, dan perekrutan narasumber adalah semua metode pelaksanaan. Di antara materi dan praktik langsung yang diberikan dalam pelatihan adalah bagaimana membuat dua platform e-commerce, membuat strategi pemasaran digital, membuat logo dan desain kemasan baru, dan membuat kampanye promosi digital yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan merek. Acara diakhiri dengan tanya jawab tentang materi yang telah diberikan.Implikasi: Keterbatasan kegiatan ini adalah fokus pada pembuatan platform digital dan perubahan dalam pembuatan telur asin. Karena itu, kami menyarankan kegiatan selanjutnya untuk meningkatkan variasi produk telur asin.

Abstract

Tujuan: Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli calon mahasiswa baru Politeknik Sahid. Metodologi: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kampus Politeknik Sahid. Adapun pengolahan data diperoleh dari pengumpulan data kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 82 responden adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan analisis kuantitatif.  Implikasi: Dari hasil uji korelasi menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara pengaruh harga dengan minat beli calon mahasiswa baru. Hasil dari uji validitas, pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli calon mahasiswa baru adalah valid karena nilai r hitung dengan nilai r tabel lebih besar. Hasil dari uji reliabilitas, pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli calon mahasiswa baru adalah konsisten, karena nilai dari variabel X 0,861 lebih besar dari 0,6 (0,861 > 0,6) sedangkan nilai dari variabel Y 0,944 lebih besar dari 0,6 (0,944 > 0,6). Hasil dari uji korelasi pearson, pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli calon mahasiswa baru adalah berhubungan. Hasil dari uji statistic deskriptif, dari variabel X adalah pernyataan nomor 4 mendapatkan nilai mean tertinggi. Sedangkan hasil dari uji statistic deskriptif, dari variabel Y adalah pernyataan nomor 10 mendapatkan nilai mean tertinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan konsep Metahuman dan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/A.I.) dalam strategi destination branding untuk desa wisata di Indonesia. Di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat, penting bagi desa wisata untuk mengadopsi inovasi guna meningkatkan daya tarik dan keberlanjutan destinasi wisata mereka. Tujuan: Untuk mengeksplorasi potensi integrasi Metahuman dan A.I. dalam memperkuat citra dan promosi desa wisata melalui platform digital. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis studi kasus pada beberapa desa wisata di Indonesia yang telah menerapkan teknologi   digital dalam branding Metode: Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah sistematis terhadap berbagai sumber akademik, jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, serta publikasi digital yang membahas penerapan teknologi digital dalam destination branding. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi tren, tantangan, serta peluang integrasi Metahuman dan A.I. dalam pengelolaan dan promosi desa wisata. Implikasi: Penggunaan Metahuman dan A.I. dapat meningkatkan interaksi pengunjung dengan destinasi wisata melalui pengalaman yang lebih personal dan inovatif. Teknologi ini dapat menciptakan representasi virtual yang lebih menarik, mengoptimalkan pengelolaan data pengunjung, serta mempercepat proses keputusan dalam promosi. Namun, tantangan utama adalah keterbatasan infrastruktur dan kesadaran akan pentingnya teknologi ini di kalangan pengelola desa wisata. Pembahasan ini memberikan wawasan tentang potensi teknologi digital dalam membangun identitas dan menarik minat wisatawan, serta pentingnya peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di desa wisata untuk memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut secara maksimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan destination branding berbasis teknologi di desa wisata Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose : The menu is a list of human foods that are displayed, healthy food aims to make the body feel comfortable, have more energy for activities and avoid disease, indicators of healthy food, namely, a plant-based diet, high antioxidants and animal protein, food is a basic need that is needed at all times . This study will discuss the potential contained in healthy food menus in restaurants and draw conclusions from the results, to find out healthy food is a trend icon for one of the consumers and the SaladBar by Hadikitchen conceptualizes a healthy food menu for consumers. Research methods: Research method uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method with an interactive data analysis technique approach, from observation, interviews, documentation, data reduction, presentation, drawing conclusions and is included with the validity of the data, namely validity and reliability tests. Results and Discussions: A healthy lifestyle is something that cannot be abandoned by everyone, this lifestyle is a trend in the present time, because in this era there continue to be many new diseases, healthy in the fundamental sense is all the things that are trying to share good results or consequences for our body, a healthy lifestyle is something that is very suitable for doing our life, on the contrary, a healthy lifestyle is a path that must be taken to get a healthy body physically and spiritually. Implication: The healthy food menu is a consumer icon trend because of its unique use of raw materials. Keywords: restaurant, menu, healthy food.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service activity aims to improve the capacity of homestay managers in Leuwimalang Tourism Village, Bogor Regency, through local wisdom-based management training. This effort aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the tourism village while ensuring the sustainability of community-based tourism. Methodology/approach: The program was implemented using a participatory approach through socialization, homestay management training, practical mentoring, and evaluation. The training materials emphasized service management, marketing, simple financial management, and the integration of local wisdom values. Results/findings: This activity resulted in increased knowledge and skills of homestay managers in aspects of service, financial record keeping, and local wisdom-based marketing strategies. Participants demonstrated positive changes in homestay management, including the use of more structured service standards and more creative promotions. Conclusion: The local wisdom-based management training proved effective in improving the capacity of homestay managers in Leuwimalang Tourism Village. This program contributes to strengthening the competitiveness of tourism villages and provides a model for community empowerment that can be replicated in other areas with similar characteristics. Limitations: This community service training was limited to a single location and used a short-term training approach. Contribution: This community service activity provides a practical contribution to strengthening the capacity of community-based tourism human resources and offers an adaptive training model that is relevant to the development of tourism villages, particularly in the context of vocational education and community empowerment based on local wisdom.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pura Tanah Lot adalah salah satu pura terpenting bagi umat hindu di Bali selain sebagai pemujaan, area sekitar pura juga di manfaatkan sebagai tempat wisata, wahana rekreasi, maupun tempat untuk menampilkan pertujukan seni pertunjukan pariwisata bali. Salah kegiatan di DTW Tanah Lot adalah Tanah Lot Art and Food Festifal ke IV. Event festival juga bisa berdampak negative terhadap lingkungan, sering terjadi event festival mengakibatkan sampah berlebih. Selain dampak lingkungan, kegiatan event Festival dapat menciptakan dampak negatif sosial dan budaya, kemacetan lalu-lintas, dan komodifikasi budaya yang mengakibatkan ketidak puasan wisatawan dan masyarakat sendiri. Untuk itu dirasa perlu menggabungkan prinsip sustainability dalam penyelenggaraan event sebagai bagian dari industri pariwisata.      Konsep sustainable event management merupakan adaptasi dari tiga prinsip dasar sustainable development yaitu environment responsibilities, economic responsibilities, dan social responsibilities (diadopsi dari The Triple Bottom Line Approach, Green Meeting Industry Council dalam United Nations Office at Nairobi and United Nations Environment Programme, 2012). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi konsep sustainable event management di Tanah Lot Art And Food Festival, Khususnya dalam bidang sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, Penentuan responden pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam pengolahan data dari hasil kuesioner yang di peroleh dari pegelola DTW tanah lot dan pengunjung. Setelah diolah da memperolah data olahan selanjutnya ditarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dalam penyebaran kuesioner kepengelola DTW Tanah Lot dan pengunjung management event berkelanjutan di Tanah Lot Art and Food Festival untuk bidang ekonomi dan sosial sudah di impelemntasikan sedangkan dalam bidang lingkungan belum sempurna dalam pengimplementasikanya yaitu penghematan energi dan meminimalkan emisi dan meminimalkan dampak sampah yang terjadi. Untuk meningkatakan implementasi manajemen event berkelanjutan perlu meningkatankan program daur ulang sampah dan penggunaan produk ramah lingkungan. memberikan edukasi kepada pengunjung dan pedagang tentang pembuangan sampah dengan benar. Menerapkan lebih banyak teknologi hemat energi. Mendorong penggunakaan kendaraan ramah lingkungan bagi pengunjung dan pedagang.Kata Kunci : Implemetasi, Manajemen Event Berkelanjutan, Tanah Lot ABSTRACK Tanah Lot Temple is one of the most important temples for Hindus in Bali. Apart from being a place of worship, the area around the temple is also used as a tourist attraction, a recreational vehicle, and a place to display Balinese tourism performing arts performances. One of the activities at DTW Tanah Lot is the IV Tanah Lot Art and Food Festival. Festival events can also have a negative impact on the environment; they often result in excess waste. Apart from environmental impacts, festival event activities can create negative social and cultural impacts, traffic jams, and cultural commodification, which result in dissatisfaction with tourists and the community itself. For this reason, it is deemed necessary to incorporate the principles of sustainability in organizing events as part of the tourism industry. The concept of sustainable event management is an adaptation of three basic principles of sustainable development, namely environmental responsibilities, economic responsibilities, and social responsibilities (adopted from The Triple Bottom Line Approach, the Green Meeting Industry Council in the United Nations Office at Nairobi, and the United Nations Environment Program, 2012). The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the concept of sustainable event management at the Tanah Lot Art and Food Festival, especially in the social, economic, and environmental fields. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. Determining respondents in this study will be carried out using purposive sampling techniques. In processing data from the results of questionnaires obtained from Tanah Lot DTW managers and visitors, After processing and processing the processed data, conclusions are then drawn. The results of this research in distributing questionnaires to Tanah Lot DTW management and visitors to sustainable event management at the Tanah Lot Art and Food Festival for the economic and social sectors have been implemented, while in the environmental sector the implementation is not yet perfect, namely saving energy, minimizing emissions, and minimizing the impact of waste that occurs. . To increase the implementation of sustainable event management, it is necessary to increase waste recycling programs and use environmentally friendly products. provide education to visitors and traders about proper waste disposal.
