Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial dan  learning organization terhadap knowledge sharing karyawan PT.Telkom Ambon, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Telkom Ambon, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial dan learning organization terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui knowledge sharing PT.Telkom  Ambon. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Karyawan PT Telkom Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 61 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square yang pengolahannya melalui software Smart PLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa modal sosial dan learningorganization memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing karyawan PT.Telkom Ambon, hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa knowledge sharing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Ambon, dan hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa modal sosial dan learning organization berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.TelkomAmbon melalui knowledge sharing.

Abstract

The importance of the role of Triple Helix for the development of MSMEs is one of the bases for this research. By taking a location in Kairatu District, West Seram Regency (SBB), it is expected to be able to produce a Triple Helix Model in the development of MSMEs in Kairatu District. The type of research conducted is qualitative research using the questionnaire method with Triple helix actors, namely academics, business, and government, which play a role in the development of MSMEs in Kairatu District. As a result, a comprehensive study can be obtained in building an integrated Triple Helix Model in the development of MSMEs. The study results show that Kairatu Sub-district has the potential of MSMEs that can develop and be sustainable through the synergy of the Triple Helix elements of government, academia and business. The role of academics in higher education must continue to improve the quality and quantity of MSMEs to be competitive and survive in the present and future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of person organization fit on employee engagement, analyze the effect of person organization fit on turnover intention, analyze the effect of employee engagement on turnover intention, analyze the effect of person organization fit on turnover intention through employee engagement. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Mandala Multifinance Tbk. Saumlaki Branch. The sample used amounted to 35 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The distribution of questionnaires was measured using a Likert scale. Methods of data analysis using toolsanalysisPartial Least Squareprocessing through Smart PLS software version 4. The results showed that person organization fit had an effect on employee engagement, there was an effect of person organization fit on turnover intention, there was an effect of employee engagement on turnover intention, there was an effect of person organization fit on turnover intention through employee engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) ntuk menganalisa Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan pada PT.Pertamina (PERSERO) Terminal BBM Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru, 2) untuk menganalisa kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT.Pertamina (PERSERO) Terminal BBM Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru, 3) untuk menganalisa pengalaman kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT.Pertamina (PERSERO) Terminal BBM Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru. Unit analisisnya adalah karyawan PT. Pertamina (PERSERO) Terminal BBM Kabupaten Kepulauan Aru yang berjumlah 36 orang dari 116 jumlah populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan wawancara dengan menggunakan model kuesioner serta teknik observasi. Kuesioner berisi 18 item pertanyaan. Untuk menguji pengaruh digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian: 1) Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Pertamina (Persero) Terminal BBM, 2) Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Pertamina (Persero) Terminal BBM, 3) Pengalaman kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Pertamina (Persero) Terminal BBM.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of workload, compensation and motivation on work performance on the performance of field employees of the Tirta Yapono Regional Drinking Water Company (PERUMDAM) in Ambon City. This study is an explanatory research type. Explanatory research is a study whose data analysis is to determine the relationship between variables and other variables. Based on the results of the study, it shows that workload (X1) has a t-value of 0.527 and a significant value of 0.601. This shows that sig. 0.601> 0.05, which means that the hypothesis is rejected, so there is no effect of workload on performance. The work environment variable (X2) has a t-value of 2,240 and a significant value of 0.030 <0.05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted, so that the work environment affects performance. The work motivation variable (X3) has a t-value of 2,228 and a significant value of 0.031 <0.05, which means that the hypothesis is accepted, so that work motivation affects performance.Based on the F test results table with a significance value of 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). From these results, the independent variables, namely workload, work environment, and work motivation, have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable, namely performance.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Work-life balance and incentives on job satisfaction and work loyalty among the educational staff of Pattimura University. It also explores the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between Work-life balance, incentives, and loyalty. Using a mixed-method approach, the study collects primary and secondary data through surveys and questionnaires. Path analysis is applied for inferential data analysis. Findings reveal that Work-life balance and incentives significantly influence job satisfaction and work loyalty. Additionally, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between both Work-life balance and incentives with loyalty.

Abstract

The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Maluku Province National Narcotics Agency. This research aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Maluku Province National Narcotics Agency with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research methods with questionnaires distributed to the National Narcotics Agency of Maluku Province, totaling 58 people. The technique used in sampling uses saturated sampling or census. The final sample in the study consisted of 43 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research uses SmartPLS version 4.0 analysis with the structural equation modeling or SEM analysis method. The results of this study explain that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence and employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and there is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction mediating emotional intelligence on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Fokus utama diarahkan pada sejauh mana budaya organisasi mampu memperkuat keterikatan karyawan dengan organisasi dan berimplikasi pada peningkatan kualitas kerja. Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dan diukur menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3 untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel dalam model penelitian. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, budaya organisasi juga berdampak signifikan pada komitmen organisasi, yang kemudian bertindak sebagai mediator dalam memperkuat hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kinerja. Dengan demikian, komitmen organisasi terbukti menjadi mekanisme penting yang menjembatani budaya kerja dengan hasil kinerja pegawai. Implikasi: Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa memperkuat budaya organisasi dan membangun komitmen karyawan merupakan strategi kunci untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan produktivitas organisasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Compensation is an institution's obligation to provide justice to its employees in accordance with the amount of workload and performance achieved. This research aims to analyze and explain: the effect of compensation on partner performance. the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performance. The effect of workload on employee performance. The influence of work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted by the Ambon City Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The sample in this research is a BPS partner with a research method using multiple linear regression, data processing using SPSS Vs 23 software. The research results prove that 1. compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. 2. The non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. 3. Workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance. 4. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Suggestions for future researchers: they can study this concept by adding the Organizational Culture variable, or further expanding the research object and using other data analysis methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh strategi sumber daya manusia, perencanaan karir, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja, menganalisis pengaruh strategi sumber daya manusia dan perencanaan karier terhadap pengembangan karir, menganalisis pengaruh strategi sumber daya manusia dan perencanaan karir terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh pengembangan karir. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai Kecamatan Kairatu. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 35 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan alat analisis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi SDM tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, perencanaan karier dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, straategi SDM dan perencanaan karir berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir, strategi SDM dan perencanaan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui pengembangan karier.
