Abstract

The development of the tourism sector has a relationship with the economy which aims to improve the welfare of local people living around tourist sites. The creative industry through tourism has a different form with the typical elements of culture and traditions of the village that has the tourist location. The process of developing tourism villages requires an institutional role as a forum in collecting aspirations and supporting the success of the tourism sector. Conscious tourism is a fundamental thing that must be understood by every walk of life. High tourism awareness encourages people to actively participate in tourism development. Efforts to increase tourism awareness for the community in the Bakau Serip tourism village are very important, because this village is developing tourism. Bakau serip tourism village has a very strong tourism potential, but it has not been supported by the readiness of human resources. In addition, the level of tourism sandar of the Bakau Serip community is also still very low. This community service is one of the efforts to increase the understanding and quality of human resources in order to increase tourism awareness. The methods used are lecture techniques and participatory approaches. The community is directly involved in the training through interactive discussions. From the results of this training, the community has a strong understanding of the importance of developing tourism villages and raising awareness to be actively involved in the management of tourism villages. Social service or better known as social service is an activity a form of concern or humanity towards fellow humans. Where with this activity we can glue our sense of kinship towards others. The word social includes individuals and groups. Filial piety can be interpreted as binding (binding) oneself to oneself or other selves. This bond is in the form of care, a feeling of responsibility for the lives of others. Social service can mean giving something (to those who need giving).

Abstract

Sapta Pesona began to be used and campaigned as a condition that must be realized in every tourist destination as well as natural, cultural, man-made and speciаl interests. Sаptа Pesonа is expected to creаte а comfortаble visitsto creаte а good impression for every tourist who comes. One of the destinаtion thаt is closely relаted to the community is а tourist villаge. In the tourist villаge, the аpplicаtion of the concept of tourism аwаreness аnd Sаptа Pesonа becomes аn importаnt thing in the bаse of its development to be аble to encourаge public аwаreness аs а good host. In аddition, the аpplicаtion of Sаptа Pesonа will аttrаct tourists to visit the plаce so it will rаise the community’s postion аs the recipient of mаximum beneficiаries from the effort.

Abstract

This article includes research findings exploring how vocational education institutions should play their best role in preparing graduates for the world of work. The aim of this study is to provide an element for vocational education to meet the growing demand. This research uses the literature review method by deepening the literature and previous research results. The research aims to answer two questions, namely what is the current status of vocational training and what needs to be done to improve the quality of vocational training, especially in the face of advances in science and technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. . The conclusion of this study is that there are still things that can be improved such as increasing the capacity of professional teachers, increasing synergy and pentahelix collaboration, revitalizing professional education with more experts. educational machinery, rebranding through direct research to industry and comparative in more advanced educational institutions both at home and abroad, while adding personality to students. Therefore, it is hoped that vocational education can participate in real efforts to implement government programs aimed at advancing Indonesia by preparing superior human resources.

Abstract

Mostcat Cafe is the first cafe in Batam that integrates the concept of direct interaction with cats. Adopting the "cat cafe" model popular in Taiwan since 1998, this cafe offers a relaxing experience while enjoying food and drinks, as well as the opportunity to interact with various breeds of cats. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Mostcat Cafe, including the Marketing Mix elements: product, price, promotion, and location. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and field observations. The results showed that the addition of a play area with cats increased customer loyalty and frequency of visits, and the price set was in line with the experience provided. Mostcat Cafe succeeded in creating a solution for cat owners and providing a space for cat lovers to gather, thus strengthening the cafe's position in the thematic culinary industry in Batam. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for similar business owners in developing effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, manajemen pengetahuan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas bisnis. Studi ini dilakukan di sektor perusahaan telekomunikasi digital, yaitu Telkom Regional 2, yang mencakup wilayah Jakarta, Banten, Bogor, Tangerang, dan Bekasi. Survei dilakukan terhadap 800 karyawan yang berada di level manajemen menengah, termasuk Asisten Manajer dan Manajer. Dari jumlah tersebut, 340 kuesioner yang diterima dinyatakan valid dan diolah lebih lanjut. Dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas bisnis. Selain itu, kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung namun signifikan terhadap efektivitas bisnis melalui budaya organisasi, sementara manajemen pengetahuan juga memberikan dampak tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas bisnis melalui budaya organisasi. Kepemimpinan terbukti memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, begitu pula dengan manajemen pengetahuan yang turut berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa budaya organisasi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi penuh. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas bisnis, Telkom Regional 2 perlu memperkuat indikator kepemimpinan dan manajemen pengetahuan yang memengaruhi budaya organisasi perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang pola perjalanan paket wisata budaya dan religi yang berlandaskan kearifan lokal di Pulau Penyengat, Tanjung Pinang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh masyarakat, pelaku wisata, serta wisatawan, dan ditunjang oleh studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola perjalanan wisata yang ada masih cenderung sporadis dan belum tersusun dalam kerangka tematik yang terintegrasi. Melalui analisis deskriptif-partisipatif, diperoleh rancangan pola perjalanan yang mengombinasikan model Base Site dan Chaining Loop, dengan mengintegrasikan destinasi sejarah, religi, dan budaya. Hasil validasi mengindikasikan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 4,6 dalam aspek kesesuaian dan kontribusi ekonomi. Pola perjalanan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya saing destinasi, memperkaya pengalaman wisatawan, serta mendorong pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian berjudul “Analisis Pengaruh Komponen Daya Tarik Wisata Terhadap Kepuasan dan Minat Kunjungan Ulang Wisatawan di Pantai New Melur, Kota Batam” ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh komponen 4A. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan pendekatan PLS-SEM. Pada 100 responden mengungkap bahwa Aksesibilitas (β= -0,392) dan Layanan Pendukung (β= 0,320) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan, sementara Daya Tarik dan Fasilitas tidak signifikan. Kepuasan Wisatawan sendiri berpengaruh kuat dan signifikan (β= -0,624) terhadap Minat Kunjungan Ulang serta terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan dari Aksesibilitas (β= 0,169) dan Layanan Pendukung (β= -0,288). Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan aksesibilitas dan layanan pendukung merupakan faktor kunci dalam strategi peningkatan kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan.
