Abstract

Artikel ini mengkritisi paradigma tradisional bimbingan karir dalam Pendidikan Teknik dan Kejuruan (TVET) yang berfokus pada penyerapan kerja jangka pendek (job-placement), yang dinilai tidak lagi relevan menghadapi dinamika karir abad ke-21 yang volatil, kompleks, dan non-linier. Sebagai alternatif, artikel mengusulkan pergeseran paradigma teoretis menuju pendekatan manajemen karir sepanjang hayat (lifelong career-management). Kerangka baru ini dibangun di atas fondasi teori karir kontemporer seperti Career Construction Theory, Chaos Theory of Careers, dan Happenstance Learning Theory, yang menekankan peran individu sebagai agen aktif dalam mengkonstruksi, mengadaptasi, dan mengelola narasi karirnya sendiri. Artikel merumuskan kerangka konseptual untuk mengimplementasikan paradigma ini dalam ekosistem TVET, yang mencakup pengembangan kompetensi inti manajemen karir, transformasi peran peserta didik dan pendidik, serta strategi integrasi kurikuler, layanan berkelanjutan, kemitraan dinamis, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Tujuannya adalah memberdayakan lulusan TVET dengan ketahanan karir dan kemampuan belajar sepanjang hayat untuk navigasi yang sukses dalam lanskap pekerjaan yang terus berubah.

Abstract

The development of web-based campus information media has encouraged the use of three-dimensional visualization, but the development of interactive 3D maps integrating manual low-poly modelling, baked lighting, and asset optimization under conditions of limited photogrammetric data remains limited. This study aims to design and evaluate an Institut Teknologi Padang campus information medium based on an interactive 3D map that is lightweight, responsive, and communicative. The study employed a research and development method using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle model, which comprises the concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution stages. Data were obtained through observation, documentation, spatial measurements, black-box testing, performance testing, and a User Acceptance Test questionnaire involving 36 respondents. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis based on feasibility percentages. The results showed that the application of low-poly modelling, texture baking, Draco compression, and KTX2 textures reduced the asset size from more than 3.9 GB to less than 50 MB. All system functions were declared valid, while the average performance reached 160–164 FPS on the testing device. The feasibility test obtained a score of 87.13%, categorized as highly feasible, while the technical performance aspect reached 90.93%. These findings confirm that the integration of WebGL, Three.js, React, and Next.js is effective in supporting the development of interactive and efficient campus spatial information media. This study contributes to the development of web-based campus information media through a 3D asset optimization strategy suitable for environments with limited photogrammetric data. Future research should test the system on low-specification devices, expand the respondent coverage, and develop more adaptive navigation, route-searching, and camera-control features.

Abstract

Although waste problems in the school environment require informative and engaging educational media, the development of infographic-style motion graphics tailored to the characteristics of elementary school students still requires further attention. This study aimed to design an infographic-style motion graphic as an educational medium concerning types of waste, their environmental impacts, and cleanliness-maintaining behaviors for students at SDN 52 Parupuk Tabing. The study employed a research and development approach with a design thinking framework comprising the empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. The participants consisted of 15–20 students from Grades II, IV, and V selected through convenience sampling, one teacher, and a media expert. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, a literature review, and questionnaires, and were subsequently analyzed descriptively. The study produced a motion graphic entitled Jaga Lingkungan Yuk dari Sampah, with a duration of 3 minutes and 53 seconds, consisting of six scenes, presented in MP4 format and Full HD resolution, and integrating flat illustrations, two-dimensional animation, typography, narration, music, and sound effects. The expert evaluation indicated the need for revisions to the animation timing and transitions. These findings indicate that motion graphics can be developed as a communicative, engaging, and contextual supplementary medium for environmental education among elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan tinjauan konseptual sistematis tentang penguatan adaptabilitas karir dalam Pendidikan Teknik dan Kejuruan (TVET) melalui strategi konseling berbasis resiliensi. Dalam menghadapi disrupsi otomatisasi dan Revolusi Industri 4.0, lulusan TVET tidak hanya memerlukan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga kapasitas psikologis untuk beradaptasi dan bangkit dari tantangan karir. Kajian ini mengintegrasikan konsep adaptabilitas karir (melalui komponen Concern, Control, Curiosity, Confidence) dan resiliensi psikologis (melalui faktor pelindung seperti dukungan sosial, efikasi diri, dan pola pikir berkembang) ke dalam kerangka kerja Adaptive Resilience Framework for TVET. Artikel ini mengidentifikasi lima strategi konseling berbasis resiliensi yang efektif, meliputi penguatan efikasi diri vokasional, pelatihan pola pikir berkembang, konseling naratif karir, pembangunan jejaring dukungan sosial, serta integrasi keterampilan masa depan. Model yang diusulkan menawarkan pendekatan holistik dan siklik untuk mempersiapkan lulusan TVET menjadi individu yang tangguh, proaktif, dan siap menghadapi ketidakpastian karir jangka panjang.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengusulkan sebuah kerangka konseptual konseling karir yang responsif terhadap tuntutan human-centric dan keberlanjutan pada era Industri 5.0 dalam Pendidikan Kejuruan (Vocational Education). Kerangka ini dibangun atas tiga pilar filosofis: human-centricity, keberlanjutan (sustainability), serta ketangguhan dan adaptabilitas (resilience and adaptability). Melalui analisis teori konseling karir kontemporer seperti Career Construction Theory, Life Design Approach, dan Happenstance Learning Theory, penelitian ini menyusun model integratif bernama “Human-Centric Career Counseling for TVET 5.0”. Model ini menekankan empat dimensi intervensi: Self & Meaning, Technical & Digital Synergy, Ecological & Social Sustainability, dan Adaptive Career Management. Tujuannya adalah menggeser orientasi konseling dari sekadar penempatan kerja (job matching) menuju pembentukan Sustainable and Adaptive Career Agents, individu yang tidak hanya terampil teknis, tetapi juga reflektif, adaptif, serta memiliki tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan. Artikel ini memberikan landasan teoretis dan rekomendasi praksis bagi konselor, lembaga vokasi, dan pembuat kebijakan, meskipun masih memerlukan pengujian empiris lebih lanjut

Abstract

Changes in the information consumption patterns of younger generations have driven the need for biographical media on educational figures that are more visual, concise, and communicative. This study aimed to design and develop a motion graphic biography of Prof. Ganefri, Ph.D. as a medium for figure literacy and character education for school and university students. The study employed a research and development method by adapting the seven stages of Borg and Gall, namely the identification of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision. Data were collected through documentation studies, direct interviews, observation of visual references, expert validation, and user questionnaires, and were then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The result of the study was a motion graphic video with a duration of 2 minutes 52 seconds, Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, a speed of 60 frames per second, and MP4 H.264 format. The product combined semi-realistic vector illustrations, 2.5D parallax techniques, kinetic typography, voice-over, background music, and sound effects to present the academic and leadership journey of Prof. Ganefri as well as the values of hard work, integrity, responsibility, and dedication. This study expands the use of motion graphics as a medium for biographical literacy on educational figures as well as a means of strengthening character education. Further testing is needed to measure the influence of the media on the audience’s knowledge, motivation, and information retention.
