Abstract

There is less than optimal utilization of the red onion harvest, so that many red onions are sold to collectors at standard prices, while some red onions that do not meet the requirements are usually wasted. In addition, there are still many unemployed people in Kepokidul Village, some of whom are directed by the village head to look after the parking lot at the Pedang Reservoir. This reservoir is a potential and motivation for the village SMEs to produce and market processed products. Therefore, KKN UNUGIRI held training on processing processed products from red onions that will become high-value and healthy processed products. The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) is to improve the ability of the village community to produce processed products from red onion raw materials and market them. The method of implementing PkM was carried out in four activities over three days, namely extracting community knowledge, socialization, training, and evaluating understanding. The results of this PkM activity are an increase in the knowledge and insight of the village community regarding processed red onion products, as well as increasing options for village SMEs for marketed products. The evaluation resulting from this training resulted in 75% of participants experiencing an increase in knowledge and insight related to processed red onion products. Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information and communication technology, especially in the Fintech and E-commerce sectors, MSMEs are becoming the center of attention as strategic elements of the national economy. The aim of this research is to identify the positive or negative influence of Fintech and E-commerce on the financial performance of MSMEs. Data analysis methods include multiple linear regression, partial T test, and simultaneous F test. The research results show that Fintech and E-commerce have a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of MSMEs. Regression analysis highlights a significant relationship between both independent variables and financial performance, with positive regression coefficients for Fintech and E-commerce. Partial T tests confirmed that each variable exerted a significant effect individually, while simultaneous F tests showed significant joint effects. The findings of this research provide practical implications in improving performance strategies, supporting informational managerial decisions, formulating business policies, and emphasizing the importance of influencing factors, namely Fintech and E-commerce. In conclusion, the use of Fintech and E-commerce can be considered an effective strategy for improving the financial performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. These implications provide a basis for decision making and improving strategies in facing the challenges and opportunities of the MSME sector in the digital era.

Abstract

Legislation on contract infisakh in muamalah transactions is an urgent thing to know in order to avoid it. The problem of discrepancies between contracts and practices often occurs in Sharia financial institutions, especially Sharia banks. There are several factors behind the emergence of this case, including the relatively few quality human resources who understand well the implementation of the muamalah contract. Contemporary problems with modern transactions trigger contract incompatibility, such as the conversion of a shirkah contract to a bai' contract which occurred at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bojonegoro Branch. This research aims to explain and describe the legal legislation for annulment (infisakh) of contracts in fiqh muamalah transactions, and the law for converting shirkah (meant Musharakah Mutanaqishah) contracts with bai' (meant Bai’ ‘Inah) contracts at BSI Bojonegoro Branch. This research methodology is field research with a qualitative approach. The research location is Bank Syariah Indonesia Bojonegoro Branch. Data collection techniques were obtained from observation and interviews. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that eliminating contracts that are not following practice and replacing them with appropriate contracts is an action that must be taken to realize the supremacy of Islamic law in muamalah transactions. Then the conversion of the shirkah contract to bai' carried out by BSI Bojonegoro Branch was the right action, and by the substance of the National Sharia Council Fatwa No. 49/DSN-MUI/II/2005 concerning Contract Conversion and Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 10/18/PBI/2008 concerning Restructuring.

The development of religious values is divided into three types, namely the formation of faith, the formation of worship, and the formation of morals. PAI teacher strategies in fostering religious values are in the form of doing religious activities, such as istighasah, dhuha prayer, reading prayers before and after studying, and reading the quran. Supporting factors for the strategy of fostering religious values in madrasas are the increasing interest of students in the religious field, cooperation between teachers, and well-functioning madrasa regulations.

This type of research is field research. Sources of data in this study include primary data derived from interviews and observations, while secondary data comes from books, fiqh books, journals, and the internet. The data collection method of this research was obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained is processed using a descriptive analytical method using a qualitative approach based on sharia economic law theory. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the motive for selling non-owned non-fungible tokens is based on the absence of strict regulations and the absence of sanctions given. Abstract

Money waqf, a form of charitable giving in cash, is an emerging financial instrument in Indonesia's Islamic economy, complementing traditional in-kind wakaf such as land and buildings. While legal frameworks for its implementation exist through Law No. 41/2004 on Wakaf and Government Regulation No. 25/2018, challenges in its realization persist. These include limited public understanding of wakaf uang, influenced by the dominance of the Syafi'i school of thought, which traditionally focuses on immovable assets. Furthermore, insufficient socialization, institutional capacity, and government support hinder the effective mobilization of wakaf funds. Despite these challenges, the potential for wakaf uang to contribute to economic empowerment remains significant, especially with the rise of digital platforms facilitating easier participation. However, obstacles like low technological literacy and inadequate human resources within managing institutions need addressing. This research aims to evaluate the regulatory framework, challenges in implementation, and the role of wakaf uang in promoting socio-economic development in Indonesia. Findings emphasize the need for enhanced public education, stronger institutional management, and collaborative efforts between government, institutions, and the community to optimize the utilization of wakaf uang for greater economic impact.

Abstract

Kedungprimpen Village faces various administrative challenges due to the manual management of correspondence and asset inventory, resulting in duplicated letter numbers, delayed services, and inaccurate village asset data. This community service program aims to develop and implement SI-Desaku, an integrated web- and desktop-based information system designed to support village correspondence administration and asset management in a unified manner. The implementation method includes socialization, system requirements analysis, application development, field testing, technical training, intensive mentoring, and program evaluation. The results indicate that SI-Desaku successfully eliminated letter number duplication by 100%, reduced service time from 15–30 minutes to 5–10 minutes, and provided an accurate, real-time village asset database. Furthermore, the digital literacy of village officials improved significantly, as evidenced by 90% of participants being able to operate the system independently. The implementation of SI-Desaku contributes to the realization of transparent, accountable, and sustainable village governance, while also being oriented toward improving the quality of public services.
