Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM Keluarga Aisyiyah in the community is very important. Keluarga Aisyiyah plays a role in empowering families in improving the welfare and family quality in aspects of health, morals, faith and behavior. This is inline with one of the main programs of UMKM Keluarga Aisyiyah namely education and skills. On this occasion, as a form of community services, the authors cooperate with UMKM keluarga Aisyiyah in order to improve family welfare in the local environment through the improvement of cooking , handircaft skills that are expected to be useful later.

Abstract

As the lecturers of higher education, what we can do is to contribute back to society. We need to apply the rule of leadership, empathy, and also give and take. We believe that even though we are not giving them much, but it is better than no right. It may sounds like there’s no innovation, we do admit that. However we thought that the outcome we get is far more important than innovation that we do not even have any ideas about leadership and empathy.

Abstract

These activities try to identify the most important dimension and to examine the level of service quality with Servqual model, expectation and perception of external people towards the Training Insting Perangkat Desa Kabupaten Klaten 52 respondents as samples. In performing this policy, there is many problems both technical and operational. The research illustrates that the Servqual model as a useful managerial tool can be applied in identifying areas to which management resources should be allocated in order to improve and enhance the quality of service the Diklat Insting. Finally, these external customers have the highest expectation on tangible of the Insting Inspektorat Daerah Klaten service.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat eco-green project berbasis participatory action diharapkan menjadi teori mini sebagai pijakan untuk uji model serta analisis kebutuhan dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran wirausaha sosial secara lengkap. Desain kegiatan berupa bakti sosial cinta lingkungan bekerjasama dengan mitra Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Klaten serta  pegiat eco-green mandiri di Kota Klaten. Kegiatan bakti sosial peduli lingkungan di Hari Bumi 2023 pada hari Sabtu, 17 Juni 2023 di lokasi TPA Desa Troketon, Kecamatan Pedan, Kabupaten Klaten berupa pemilahan sampah, pembuatan kompos organik, pembuatan bio pori tanah, dan gerakan cinta penghijauan melalui penanaman pohon. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh terjadi perubahan positif dan signifikan dimana uji pre-test dan post-test signifikan ada perubahan pengetahuan dan motivasi mahasiswa setelah kegiatan dengan semakin peduli mahasiswa terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan manajemen bank sampah ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang nilai-nilai kearifan lokal mahasiswa terkait tata kelola kegiatan bank sampah di masyarakat bersama pendamping mitra bank sampah unggulan di Kabupaten Klaten. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pembelajaran ketrampilan olah sisa sampah menjadi bahan kerajinan kualitas ekspor. Kegiatan ini bekerjasama dengan mitra Bank Sampah Rukun Santoso Desa Karanglo, Kecamatan Polanharjo, Kabupaten Klaten. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan sehari penuh, meliputi pemaparan visi misi, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, manajemen tata kelola bank sampah, dan praktek baik ketrampilan tangan olah sampah menjadi bahan kerajinan kualitas ekspor. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh temuan terjadi perubahan positif dan signifikan dari hasil uji pre-test dan post-test, artinya ada perubahan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti kegiatan. Hasil positif ini dibuktikan dengan munculnya beberapa mahasiswa yang bertindak menjadi inisiator dan penggerak kegiatan bank sampah di lingkungan domisili RT maupun RW masing-masing.

Abstract

  Kegiatan pelatihan pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa tutur pambagya harjo manten dan layu-layu ini bertujuan meningkatkan peran dosen dan mahasiswa di masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan ketrampilan berbahasa dalam ranah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Desain kegiatan berupa pembelajaran praktik nyata Bahasa Jawa secara lengkap. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh perubahan positif dan signifikan dimana uji pre-test dan post-test signifikan ada perubahan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan baik oral maupun praktik bagi dosen dan mahasiswa di hadapan masyarakat tentang kemampuan tutur  Bahasa Jawa kegiatan atur pambagya harjo manten dan layu-layu.

Abstract

Generally, this study examines the economic consequences of IFRS-16. Specifically, this study investigates whether commitment and leasing intensity affect firms' investment decisions. Previous literature focuses on constructive capitalization in operating leases and off-balance sheet financing as ex-ante impacts on financial statements. In contrast, this study examines the ex-post impact of leasing on financial statements. Furthermore, this study illustrates the aspects of lessee behavior in their decision to reduce operating leases before the effective date of IFRS-16 implementation. We used paired t-tests and regression with cluster robust standard error and samples from five countries with the largest leasing volume (United States, China, United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan). The observations start from 2011-2022. This study finds that operating lease intensity fell after issuing IFRS-16, while capital lease intensity arose. Operating and capital lease commitment affect firm investment positively, indicating that managers do not always use operating leases to reach opportunist reporting incentives.

Abstract

This research tests the dependent variable of business longevity among social micro-business actors, influenced by three independent variables: attitudinal values, self-efficacy, and cognitive dissonance, with the moderating variable of Islamic spiritual values. The goal is to develop a social entrepreneurship learning model for students based on local wisdom and values. The research model modifies the theory of planned behavior by enhancing the attitude concept and adding moderating variables, including Islamic spiritual values. Quantitative survey research employing purposive sampling was conducted with 200 adult Muslim social micro-business actors in the Klaten area. Structural Equation Model tests reveal direct influences of attitude values, self-efficacy, and cognitive dissonance on business longevity. The moderation test for Islamic spiritual values strengthens attitude and self-efficacy while weakening cognitive dissonance. Managerial implications suggest strategies to enhance the Islamic spiritual value ethos. Future sustainable activities include developing learning model textbooks for students based on local wisdom values to reinforce attitude values and self-efficacy and mitigate cognitive dissonance concerning business sustainability. The findings indicate a moderate level of religiosity in the Klaten Regency area, hindering the moderating role of Islamic spiritual values.

Abstract

Pembelajaran literasi finansial bagi mahasiswa di Indonesia relatif belum banyak dilakukan karena dianggap berbagai pihak belum penting dan belum dibutuhkan. Tujuan khusus dicapai selama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berkolaborasi dengan CIMB Bank Niaga yaitu mampu melaksanakan praktik pendampingan pembelajaran literasi finansial. Desain pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa action empowerment pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman yang diharapkan menjadi pijakan analisiskebutuhan dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran literasi finansial secara lebih luas bagi mahasiswa Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten. Tahap akhir kegiatan terbentuk perangkat pembelajaran literasi finansial berbasis pengalaman yang  teruji sahih dan andal bagi mahasiswa Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten. Muara kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tercipta rasa percaya (trust) dan cerdas finansial sejak dini mahasiswa terhadap lembaga keuangan di masa mendatang. Luaran kegiatan dilakukan diseminasi hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat di forum nasional.

Abstract

This study was conducted by developing a performance analysis model of the competitiveness of Integrated Islamic Middle Schools (SMPIT). As a result of acquiring new students, SMPIT is experiencing increased student interest. The study aims to build a marketing strategy model based on competitive quality performance excellence and to determine the position of excellence of each SMPIT in Klaten City. The quantitative approach was used through a multivariate multidimensional scaling statistical test. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which included 112 respondents. The quantitative test of the model consists of the validity and reliability test of the instrument and the quantitative multidimensional scaling test of SMPIT competitiveness using the SPSS 21 program. This study produces attributes in the questionnaire including market orientation, program innovation, environmental adaptability and the influence of competitive advantage. The results of the quantitative test show that the instrument items are valid and reliable. SMPIT Ibnu Abbas and SMPIT Hidayah have the highest competitive advantage points in the competitiveness map of superior schools, both quantitative and qualitative, in Klaten Regency, namely in Quadrant I. The final stage of the research has formed a map of each SMPIT so that the competitiveness of superior Islamic high schools is created to welcome the era of demographic bonus and economic growth towards the golden generation of Indonesia in 2045. The novelty of this research is that it combines the concept of positioning the competitiveness of superior Islamic schools based on multidimensional scaling with the object of observation of secondary Islamic education. This study combines the idea of competitive advantage of the quality performance of Islamic educational institutions through the positioning of multidimensional scaling models.
