Abstract

Environmental sustainability is a critical agenda for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) supporting the development of Indonesia’s new capital, Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). This study examines the influence of environmental awareness on green business practices among MSMEs in the IKN region, including Samarinda, Balikpapan, Kutai Kartanegara, and Paser. Using a quantitative approach with data from 90 MSME actors, this research evaluates how cognitive environmental factors translate into sustainable operational behavior. The structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis reveals that environmental awareness has a positive and significant effect on green entrepreneurial intention (beta = 0.914; t = 14.536; p < 0.001), which in turn significantly drives green business behavior (beta = 0.835; t = 8.853; p < 0.001). The model demonstrates strong predictive power, with environmental awareness and intention explaining 83.6% and 69.7% of the variance in their respective target constructs. These results indicate that MSMEs with higher levels of environmental understanding are significantly more likely to implement eco-friendly production and managerial activities. These findings highlight the importance of internal cognitive factors in shaping sustainable business behavior. From a practical perspective, the results suggest that the IKN Authority and MSME support institutions should prioritize environmental literacy programs and targeted green business training. Strengthening environmental awareness is essential to ensuring local enterprises actively contribute to the long-term sustainability goals of the new capital. By fostering environmental consciousness, policymakers can effectively accelerate the transition toward a green economy among regional MSMEs.

Abstract

Consumer desire for cosmetics is growing the fastest. With more and more environmental damage problems, Emina has released the Natura Pal Series, a line of cosmetics that are safe for the environment. This study wants to find out if green marketing and the way a brand is seen in Samarinda affect people's decisions to buy Emina Natural Pal Series products. Respondents to this study were given surveys as part of a quantitative way to collect data. One hundred women from Samarindabetween the ages of 17 and 25 who had bought EminaNatural Pal Series goods took part in this study. A quantitative study method was used, and data were gathered through polls. The study group was made up of Emina users in Samarinda. They were chosen through a method called "purposeful sampling." In SPSS 25, the data were put to use with the multiple linear regression test method. The study found that there is a strong link between green marketing, how people see a business, and their decision to buy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan dalam pengendalian persediaan produk Facetology pada Toko Cuan Store, yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang bisnis ritel kosmetik dan skincare, seperti adanya kelebihan persediaan dan kekurangan persediaan pada produk Facetology. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian persediaan produk Facetology pada Toko Cuan Store. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode EOQ dapat mengetahui jumlah pemesanan yang ekonomis, dan frekuensi pemesanan pada produk Facetology  dapat diketahui. Dengan hasil jumlah pesanan yang optimal sebanyak 462 pcs, frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 11 kali, safety stock sebanyak 806 pcs, dan Rop sebanyak 906 pcs.

Abstract

Tingginya angka kemiskinan di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Samarinda menegaskan perlunya menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha sebagai solusi untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan, lingkungan keluarga, dan resiliensi terhadap minat berwirausaha Gen Z. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas, melibatkan 100 responden Gen Z berusia 20–28 tahun yang dipilih melalui teknik nonprobability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda linier dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan, lingkungan keluarga, dan ketahanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha (F hitung = 19,537; Sig. = 0,000). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 37,9% menunjukkan kontribusi variabel ketiga dalam menjelaskan minat berwirausaha, sementara pengaruhnya mempengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Secara parsial, variabel ketiga juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Dengan demikian, pendidikan yang aplikatif, dukungan keluarga, dan ketangguhan pribadi merupakan anteseden penting dalam membentuk minat berwirausaha Gen Z di Kota Samarinda.

Abstract

UMKM di Kota Balikpapan memegang peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun menghadapi tantangan berupa persaingan produk luar, fluktuasi jumlah usaha, dan adaptasi teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kewirausahaan dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan probabilitas sampling pada 133 pelaku UMKM ritel tradisional. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 pelaku UMKM ritel tradisional sebagai responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan pelatihan kewirausahaan dan inklusi keuangan terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM (t hitung 5,345 dan 23,460; F hitung 154,4; p < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan pelatihan dan akses keuangan guna memperkuat daya saing UMKM ritel tradisional. Rekomendasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar kebijakan penguatan UMKM di Balikpapan.
