This research was aimed at finding the influence of merger. Furthermore, it was also to find out the differenceof before and after merger to Profitability and Controlling in Society Credit Bank (BPR). In order to find outit, it included 46 Society Credit Bank (BPR-LKP) doing merger in West Nusa Tenggara province as thesample. By using t-test paired, then it came the finding that there was difference of before and after merger toprofitability in Society Credit Bank (BPR-LKP) compared with ROA indicator. Further more, it was also tofind out the difference of before and after merger to Society Credit Bank (BPR-LKP) controlled with NPLindicator.

The aims of this study were to: (1) analyze the effect of principal managerial competence on the quality of education in public junior high schools throughout the city of Bima; (2) analyzing the influence of the supervisory competence of the principal on the quality of education in public junior high schools throughout the city of Bima; (3) analyzing the influence of the principal's social competence on the quality of education in public junior high schools throughout the city of Bima; and (4) analyze the dominant influence on the quality of education in public junior high schools throughout the city of Bima. Theoretically, the results of this research are expected to add insight into the study of science in the field of human resources and hopefully it can be used as a complementary reference for other similar studies in the field of human resources and the quality of education. Practically, the results of this study can provide input, among others, as material used in formulating policies in appointing school principals in a competency-based professional manner, and as material for further studies in the context of implementing school principals' performance evaluations in improving the quality of education in Bima Regency. The population of this study were all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) teachers with the lowest qualification rank/class III-c serving in public junior high schools throughout the city of Bima as many as 127 people and the research sample as many as 100 people after calculations using the Slovin formula and random sampling technique. After analyzing the validity and reliability of the instrument, the data was analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that managerial competence in addition to having a positive and significant influence on the quality of education at state junior high schools throughout the city of Bima is also the variable with the most dominant influence on the quality of education. Supervision competence has a positive and significant influence on the quality of education in public junior high schools throughout the city of Bima, and social competence has a positive and significant influence on the quality of education in public junior high schools throughout the city of Bima. Therefore, the principal as a leader in the school must have and hone competence, especially managerial competence in developing the quality of education, including the supervisory competence and social competence of the principal.

The aims of this study are to describe: (1) the effect of remuneration, motivation, and career development on the performance of the Class IIB Dompu Correctional Institution employees; and (2) the dominant influence on the performance of the Class IIB Dompu Correctional Institution employees. This research is a quantitative research that uses associative research type, and the population of this research is all 73 employees of the Class II-B Dompu Prison and used as the research sample. The research instrument used in data collection is a questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression statistics. The results of the study are that: (1) Remuneration has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Class IIb Dompu Prison employees. With income that is in accordance with the needs of the family, it will cause employees to be more enthusiastic in working which in turn can improve work ethic; (2) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Class IIb Dompu Prison employees. Motivation is an encouragement in employees in carrying out tasks that will give positive results to the quality and quantity of their work. The higher a person's work motivation, the higher the employee's work productivity. (3) Career development has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This means that in improving employee performance, career development planning and management can be carried out; (4) Remuneration is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of Class IIb Dompu Lapas employees.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah tax amnesty periode pertama bila diukur dengan rasio keuangan berdasarkan angka standar industri pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI, (2) menganalisis perbedaan kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah diberlakukannya tax amnesty periode pertama pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 43 perusahaan sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan triwulan II dan triwulan III tahun 2016 yang dipublikasikan melalui website www.idx.co.id dan www.sahamok.com. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan sebelum dan sesudah tax amnesty periode pertama pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang diukur dengan rasio keuangannya yakni Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak lebih baik dari standar industri, sedangkan Total Assets Turn Over dan Return On Equity lebih baik dari standar industri, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan CR, TATO dan ROE antara sebelum dan sesudah diberlakukannya tax amnesty periode pertama, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan DER antara sebelum dan sesudah diberlakukannya tax amnesty periode pertama.Kata kunci : Tax Amnesty, Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Return On Equity.

The Balinese, wherever they live either individually or in groups, will always carry out their lives as in the ancestral area of Bali Island. Implementation of the livelihood arrangements that have been regulated and inherited by Balinese ethnic ancestors apply to both men and women. Of course this adds a role for Balinese women, especially to those who work. Balinese ethnic women who work are faced with fulfillment of obligations in various roles. This condition if it can not be aligned, can lead to conflict Conflict that arise can be a work-family conflict that can impact on job satisfaction and life satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of conflict of family work on job satisfaction of ethnic Balinese women who work and analyze the influence of conflict of family work to life satisfaction of Balinese ethnic women who work .. The paradigm used in this research is a positivist paradigm with quantitative method as the right design for achieve research objectives. Through this approach the researcher distributed a structured questionnaire aimed at obtaining data to be analyzed. to 149 Balinese women respondents in Mataram working, All data were analyzed using Partial Least Squre (PLS). The result of the research shows that the conflict of family work negatively and significantly influence the work satisfaction of the working ethnic Balinese women and the conflict of family work have a negative and significant effect to the satisfaction of life of Balinese ethnic women who work.

The motivation to the studies was started with the phenomenon shows there was no regulation on classifies small credit bank society (small BPR) and medium credit bank society (medium BPR) like a standard in small medium enterprises (SMES) and it’s also new of OJK regulation. This study aims to classifies credit bank society in the category of small and medium enterprises. Location og this research is on province of West Nusa Tenggara that used a quantitative approach, with research is comparative in clasified size character of credit bank society. The data used is taken from secondary data derived from the reports on financial credit bank society and other publication the credit bank society and Bank of Indonesia as a central bank. Data analysis was the cluster analysis by SPSS to classify the credit bank society. Results show that of a whole of credit bank society in West Nusa Tenggara 29 unit , 23 unit classified as small credit bank society (Small BPR) and 6 unit as Medium credit bank society (Medium BPR). There are the difference between small BPR and medium BPR.

This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity as measured by current ratio and leverage as measured by debt to equity ratio toward financial distress in trade, services and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).This study is considered the causative research. The sample is all trade, services and investment companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2016 until 2017. The sample was determined by the method of purposive sampling, to obtain a sample of 32 companies. Types of data used are secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory and www.idx.co.id. The method of analysis used is logistic regression analysis.Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with a level of 5 percent, liquidity has a negative effect on financial distress in the companies and leverage has a positive and significant effect on financial distress in the companies. Based on the results of this research, it can be used as a corrective action before it develops into severe financial distress and lead to bankruptcy.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio dan leverage yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan perdagangan, pelayanan jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perdagangan, pelayanan jasa dan investasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016 sampai 2017 sebanyak 134 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 32 perusahaan sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Indonesia Capital Market Directory dan www.idx.co.id. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik dengan tingkat signifikansi 5 persen, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan, dan leverage mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi perusahaan agar dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam melakukan tindakan-tindakan perbaikan sebelum financial distress berkembang menjadi parah dan menyebabkan kebangkrutan.Keywords:Bankruptcy; Financial Distress; Leverage; Liquidity.

TThis research aimed to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, and the effect of motivation as intervening variabel. The population of research amounted 39 employees. Thirthy four employees in Investment And Integrated One Stop Services Of Bima City were selected as the sample in this research.The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, then tested using path analysis. From the results data analysis produced several research findings as follows work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, motivation does not effect in employee performance, motivation can not mediate the effect of work discipline with employee performance, motivation can not mediate the effect of work compensation with employee performance.Keywords:Work Discipline; Compensation; Motivation; and Employee Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the company's decision to hedge on manufacturing industry companies in the 2013-2014 period. The type of data used in this study is secondary data with data collection techniques using the documentation method. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method with certain criteria so as to obtain 114 samples. The analytical technique used in this study is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leverage has no significant effect on hedging decisions. (2) Firm size has a significant effect on hedging decisions. (3) Profitability has a significant effect on hedging decisions. (4) Liquidity has a significant effect on hedging decisions

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value through capital structure as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Samples obtained as many as 28 companies from 2015 to 2019. To answer the hypothesis, this study uses multiple linear regression panel data which is analyzed using Eviews version 9 and path analysis. The result of this study shows profitability and capital structure have significant effect on firm value, while liquidty has no effect on firm value. Profitability has no effect on capital structure and liquidity affects capital structure. Furthermore, capital structure has not been able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value. Capital structure is able to mediate the effect of liquidity on firm value. In allocating owned funds, it is necessary to be more careful in analyzing the performance of a company such as by looking at profitability, liquidity, capital structure to increase the expected value of the company.
