Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a real impact on changes in the form of an increase or decrease in economic indicators. The market shows that economic conditions in general are experiencing a decline so this of course has a major impact on business activities. This study aims to analyze the differences in capital, profitability and non-performing loans. This type of comparative research compares profitability and efficiency at Rural Banks (BPR) in West Nusa Tenggara before the decline in inflation and interest was lowest during the pandemic and after the lowest decline occurred. The analytical tool used is the t test (different test) 2 paired samples. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference before and after the decline in inflation and interest rates related to capital, profitability and non-performing loans.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the work environment and job satisfaction affect the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Praya. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method. The population in this study were all teachers at SMAN 1 Praya. The number of samples used in this study were 86 teachers. The data collection technique used was documentation and distributing questionnaires containing statements about the work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance. Questionnaires are used to get answers to the variables studied. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 for windows program. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This means that implementing a comfortable work environment and feeling satisfied with the teacher will actually improve the performance of a teacher. Comfortable working conditions will make the teacher feel calm in doing his job well. Likewise, having a high sense of job satisfaction will make the teacher feel happy doing his work so that it will have an impact on the resulting performance.

Abstract

This study aims to prediction analysis financial distress using the Altman (Z-Score), Springate (S-Score), and Zmijewski (X-Score) methods for Conventional Taxi Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on the company's annual financial reports for the 2019-2021 period. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are the financial statements of conventional taxi companies for the 2019-2021 period published in the website Indonesia stock exchange. The results showed that the Altman Method (Z-Score), PT. Express Transindo Utama Tbk for the 2019-2021 period is predicted Financial Distress and PT. Blue Bird Tbk predicts the 2019-2021 period Non Financial Distress. On the Springate method (S-Score), PT. Express Transindo Utama Tbk 2019 and 2020 are predicted Financial Distress and 2021 predicted Non Financial Distress, then PT. Blue Bird Tbk predicts the 2019-2021 period Financial Distress. At method Zmijewski (X-Score), PT. Express Transindo Utama Tb. 2019 and 2020 are predicted Financial Distress and 2021 predicted Non Financial Distress, then PT. Blue Bird Tbk predicts the 2019-2021 period Non Financial Distress.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan program pengabdian secara langsung kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Mataram. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Desa Gondang, Kecamatan Gangga, Kabupaten Lombok Utara oleh dosen dan kelompok mahasiswa Universitas Mataram dengan menjalankan berbagai Program Kerja (Proker) salah satunya yaitu sosialisasi dan demonstrasi pengolahan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) sebagai minuman obat herbal. Tujuan dari dilakukannya KKN yaitu untuk memanfaatkan potensi desa terkhususnya pada sektor pertanian, salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan hasil pertanian sebagai minuman herbal seperti jamu dan infusa. Metode dalam pelaksanaan proker ini yaitu dengan (1) tahap persiapan acara, (2) tahap pengiriman undangan kepada pihak-pihak yang akan diudang, (3) tahap sosialisasi dan demonstrasi. Hasil dari dilakukannya kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan hasil pertanian khususnya tanaman-tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) sebagai minuman obat herbal yang dapat diolah di rumah secara mandiri. Dari hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat tentang cara pemanfaatan hasil pertanian khususnya TOGA sebagai minuman obat herbal di rumah secara mandiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, sosial dan kepribadian guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Kota Bima. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September-November 2022 dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 guru sebagai responden yang berasal dari guru di 5 SMA Negeri di Kota Bima. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kota Bima. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan seluruh kompetensi guru (Pedagogik, Profesional, Sosial, Kepribadian).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi dan inovasi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bima dengan jumlah sampel 53 siswa SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bima. Instrumen penelitian adalah quetiomamire skala likert, dan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi, motivasi dan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bima. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru perlu dilakukan perbaikan budaya organisasi, serta peningkatan motivasi kerja dan inovasi dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai guru.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, self-efficacy, work-family conflict dan employee engagement terhadap mutasi pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Dompu. Pendekatan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan probabilitas (semua populasi dapat dijadikan sampel), dan digunakan 60 orang sebagai sampel. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket, dan sebelum digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap mutasi pegawai; (2). Self-Efficacy berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan pada karyawan. (3) Work-Family Conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutasi pegawai pada pegawai. (4) Employee Engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan. (5) Lingkungan kerja merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi keinginan pegawai pindah kerja di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Dompu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif. Dengan judul Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformatif dan Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar Terhadap Mutu Pendidikan dan Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Pajo-Dompu. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformatif dan pemanfaatan sumber belajar terhadap mutu pendidikan dan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Pajo-Dompu. Secara simultan terhadap kualitas pendidikan, hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, dimana nilai signifikan pengaruh Y1 terhadap X1 adalah 0,004 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 3,040 > t tabel 0,680. Pada penelitian ini gaya kepemimpinan transformatif berpengaruh kecil terhadap kinerja guru, dengan nilai probabilitas 0,066 > 0,05 dan t hitung 1,892 > t tabel 0,680. Pemanfaatan sumber belajar berpengaruh terhadap mutu pendidikan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t sebesar 4,918. Sedangkan penggunaan sumber belajar secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, hal ini terlihat dari hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, dimana diketahui nilai sig. untuk pengaruh Y2 terhadap X2 adalah sebesar 0,008 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,771 > t tabel 0,680 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Y2 terhadap X2.

Abstract

Sekotong Barat Village has now been designated as a tourist village that has beautiful beaches and marine life and stores a million biota and mineral wealth in it. However, this area often experiences both natural and non-natural disasters. Of course this is a problem in the development of tourism in West Sekotong. The solution offered based on these problems is to conduct training and socialization on Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environment (CHSE). The method used is the lecture on the awareness of village tourism stakeholders for CHSE socialization. The result is the development of a tourism village based on health protocols, so that the arrival of tourists to this village is a gift for tourism operators and at the same time protecting this area from the spread of the COVID-19 virus (non-natural disasters) and the comfort of not worrying about frequent natural disasters. happened because it was anticipated. The conclusion from the implementation of this activity is that tourism operators in West Sekotong are aware of the importance of certification and are immediately CHSE certified so as to increase the comfort of tourists in enjoying destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and work discipline on the performance of SMKN teachers in Bima city with work motivation as an intermediary variable. The method used in this study is quantitative. The number of research resondents was 68 people who were selected proportionally sampling with a total population of 217 teachers at SMKN in Bima city. Data collection method using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SmartPLS 3. The results of the research obtained: Career development, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMKN teachers in the city of Bima, and Motivation is able to mediate career development, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMKN teachers in the city of Bima.
