Abstract

Kemajuan pesat teknologi informasi berdampak signifikan pada bisnis jasa logistik, terutama dalam proses transaksi. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara di bidang lalu lintas berita, uang, dan barang, berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dengan meluncurkan aplikasi PosPay, platform digital berbasis mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan aplikasi PosPay di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kota Gunungsitoli dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Fokus penelitian melibatkan adopsi oleh karyawan dan pelanggan, evaluasi kualitas layanan pasca-implementasi PosPay, faktor pendukung atau penghambat penggunaan, serta strategi rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan layanan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis mencakup tingkat pemanfaatan aplikasi PosPay, evaluasi kualitas layanan, identifikasi faktor pendukung atau penghambat, serta rekomendasi strategis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pemanfaatan signifikan aplikasi PosPay di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Kota Gunungsitoli, memberikan kontribusi pada transaksi yang efisien dan rekam keuangan yang akurat. Evaluasi kualitas layanan menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan pemanfaatan PosPay, menandakan peningkatan dalam keandalan, daya tanggap, dan bukti fisik transaksi. Rekomendasi strategis mencakup pelatihan tambahan, promosi intensif, dan pemantauan rutin untuk peningkatan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Gold investment is increasingly popular among the public, especially in CP. Gunungsitoli, as one of the gold trading centers. This study aims to explore the gold investment process, benefits, challenges faced by investors, and evaluate the effectiveness of gold investment services in the area. Through literature studies, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and observations, this study found that investors in CP. Gunungsitoli considers gold as a safe and stable asset, especially in the face of economic uncertainty. Although there are risks, such as price fluctuations and potential fraud, people are increasingly aware of the importance of diversifying their portfolios by including gold. The results of the study show that ease of access and quality of information greatly influence gold investment decisions. Local gold shops and digital platforms offer various conveniences, but challenges remain in the form of cyber risks and additional costs. This study is relevant in the local context, providing insight into the dynamics of the gold market and the importance of education for investors. With the right recommendations, it is hoped that people can undergo gold investment with more confidence, making it a safe and comfortable choice for the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian di PLKT BNKP Gunungsitoli. Perilaku konsumen menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan pilihan pembelian konsumen terhadap produk, terutama dalam konteks pasar yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier sederhana. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 60 responden yang merupakan konsumen PLKT BNKP Gunungsitoli. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku konsumen yang diukur melalui indikator pengenalan kebutuhan, pencarian informasi, evaluasi alternatif, dan evaluasi pasca pembelian. Sementara itu, variabel dependen adalah keputusan pembelian yang diukur berdasarkan pilihan produk, merek, waktu, dan jumlah pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di PLKT BNKP Gunungsitoli. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan perlu lebih memahami dan mengelola faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumennya untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

The problem phenomenon that emerged at the research location was the emergence of current furniture trends and styles, ergonomically made by considering comfort, efficiency and minimalism that emphasizes simplicity but elegance that is in great demand by customers.The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. In this study, a sample of 30 people was taken from the population according to the guidelines.The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was obtained that product design has a significant influence on product quality at UD. Meto. This is reinforced by the T-statistic value of 3.058 and the P-value (Sig.) Of 0.005 which is smaller than alpha (0.05). Therefore, improving product design can be an effective strategy to improve product quality. Process Design also has a significant influence on product quality at UD. Meto. The T-statistic value of 3.413 and the P-value (Sig.) Of 0.002 indicate that process design plays an important role in shaping product quality. Therefore, planning and process design strategy can improve the level of product quality. Together, Product Design and Process Design have a positive and significant influence on Product Quality at UD. Meto. The results of the F-Statistic test of 37.769 and P-value (Sig.) of 0.000 indicate that the combination of product design and process design has a greater impact on product quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how operational management of logistics services improves employee performance at CV. Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera Gunungsitoli. So the research approach used in this study is to use a qualitative approach. In conducting this research, the researcher has selected and determined the research location as an object that is a source of data and information according to the circumstances and conditions experienced. The location of the research was carried out at CV. Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera Gunungsitoli, which is located at Jln. Gomo, Pasar Gunungsitoli Village, Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City. So the key information in this study is 10 employees. The researcher uses primary data and data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. And the data analysis techniques used by researchers are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the Company's efforts to Improve the Efficiency of Company Performance in operating the company's performance in an effort to improve the efficiency of the company's performance, the company strives to improve deficiencies and always strives to prioritize good service and an easy ordering process for customers, starting from the service of the products owned, easy ordering process, prices offered, strategic location of the company, timely delivery and easy marketing system.

Abstract

Tax is a mandatory contribution to the state owed by individuals or bodies that is mandatory based on the Law, without receiving direct compensation and is used for state needs for the greatest prosperity of the people. The purpose of this study is to find out how Coretax is implemented in improving Taxpayer Compliance in the Tax Administration System at CV Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera. The type of study used is quantitative research, namely the method. The purpose of this study is to test existing theories, both to prove their truth and to reject the theory. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the source or can be called primary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the application of the CoreTax system in the tax administration of CV. Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera was built on a comprehensive legal basis, which reflects the government's commitment to modernizing the national taxation system. This legal framework not only provides legitimacy for the implementation of CoreTax, but also regulates technical and operational aspects that guarantee the effectiveness and security of the system. The main basis for the implementation of CoreTax is based on the Law on General Provisions and Tax Procedures (UU KUP) which has undergone several changes to accommodate the development of information technology in tax administration. The DJP Coretax system is a step forward in the digitalization of taxation at CV. Kirana Cahaya Sejahtera, but still faces various challenges that need to be addressed immediately. With improved infrastructure, taxpayer education, and service optimization, it is hoped that this system can provide maximum benefits for all parties.

Abstract

Advances in information technology are encouraging government institutions, including the police, to undertake digital transformation to support performance effectiveness and accountability. However, the investigation administration process in many police work units is still carried out manually, resulting in various problems, such as late reporting, the risk of document loss, and low investigator work efficiency. This study aims to design and implement an online-based investigation administration input application system to facilitate performance reporting at the Nias Police Resort. The methods used include user needs analysis, web-based system design, and system trials in the police work environment. The implementation results show that the system is able to accelerate the data input process, improve document accuracy and security, and provide real-time performance reports to leaders. Thus, this application system can be an effective solution to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of investigation administration within the police environment.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages government agencies to implement digitalization in administrative processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability of services. One aspect of administration that is still largely managed manually is the management of employee pay slips, which has the potential to cause delays, miscalculations, and inefficient use of resources. This study aims to design and implement a digitalization-based electronic pay slip issuance application at the Nias Police. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed application is web-based with two levels of users: financial administrators and employees. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the electronic pay slip application can accelerate the pay slip issuance process, improve calculation accuracy, strengthen data security, and increase transparency and employee satisfaction. Thus, this application is considered effective as a digital solution for payroll administration and supports government policies related to the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE).

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kadoz Water drinking water depot, Gunungsitoli City branch. Researchers found that in its marketing activities there are still various shortcomings in each aspect of the marketing mix that have the potential to influence consumer perceptions of the product. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and how much influence these variables have by using quantitative research methods and distributing questionnaires to 30 consumers of Kadoz Water, Gunungsitoli City branch. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the marketing mix (X) on purchasing decisions (Y) as indicated by the results of the t-test, obtained a significance value of 0.005 <0.05, and the calculated t-value (3.054)> t-table (1.701). In the determinant test, it was obtained that the influence of variable X on variable Y was 25% so that in this study that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the impact of consumer behavior increases product purchasing decisions at UD. Nias Bersama. The research method used in this study uses qualitative research methods. Collection techniques consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that. Based on the results of the study, consumer behavior has been shown to play an important role in driving purchasing decisions through trust in products, positive emotional experiences, and the attractiveness of prices and promotions, although there are still obstacles in the form of relatively high prices compared to competitors and inconsistent product availability. To overcome these obstacles, UD. Nias Bersama implements a holistic strategy by setting competitive prices, managing product stocks reliably, improving service quality, differentiating, and implementing relevant and targeted promotions. This effort is in line with the concept of value creation and customer satisfaction in modern marketing theory so as to strengthen consumer purchasing decisions.
