Individuals who work outside the city often feel lonely, which can adversely affect their sleep quality. This study aims to determine the correlation between loneliness and sleep quality in employees who migrate. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship between loneliness and sleep quality in overseas employees. In this study using accidental sampling technique. The subjects involved in this study amounted to 100 employees who migrated in Jakarta with an age range of 18-30 years and lived alone in boarding houses or rented houses. The data collection method uses the Sleep Quality Scale (SQS) and the Russell-University of California Los Angeles (R-UCLA) loneliness scale version 3. The data analysis technique used is the Spearman rank correlation coefficient. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation coefficient was 0.581 and the p value = 0.000 (p<0.05). These results indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between loneliness and sleep quality, meaning that the higher the loneliness felt by overseas employees, the higher the poor sleep quality. Thus, reducing loneliness will improve sleep quality in overseas employees.Individu yang bekerja di luar kota seringkali merasakan kesepian yang dapat berdampak buruk bagi kualitas tidurnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesepian dengan kualitas tidur pada karyawan yang merantau. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara kesepian dengan kualitas tidur pada karyawan rantau. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 karyawan yang merantau di Jakarta dengan rentang usia 18-30 tahun dan tinggal sendirian di kos atau kontrakan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Sleep Quality Scale (SQS) dan skala Russel-University of California Los Angeles (R-UCLA) loneliness scale versi 3. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Spearman rank correlation coefficient. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, didapatkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,581 dan nilai p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara kesepian dengan kualitas tidur artinya semakin tinggi kesepian yang dirasakan karyawan rantau maka semakin tinggi kualitas tidur yang buruk. Dengan demikian mengurangi kesepian akan meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada karyawan rantau.

Teenagers fulfill social needs by communicating and relating well with other people. One of the media used to be used is Twitter. This research aims to determine the relationship between loneliness and self-disclosure in teenagers who use the K-Pop Roleplayer account on Twitter. The technique used in determining the sample was nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. The subjects of this research were 100 K-Pop Roleplayer account users on Twitter. Data collection used a loneliness scale adapted from the Revised Loneliness Scale (UCLA Version 3), and a self-disclosure scale adapted from the Revised Self Disclosure (RSDS). The results of this research show that the correlation coefficient value is –0.181 with a significant value of 0.72>0.05. That means loneliness does not have a significant relationship with self-disclosure among teenagers using the K-Pop Roleplayer account on Twitter. This research can provide a reference for teenagers using K-Pop Roleplayer accounts on Twitter to maximize their use of Twitter according to their needs.

The spirit of mutual cooperation and solidarity among motorcycle communities is now rarely encountered. However, there is a CB motorcycle community that still exhibits altruistic behavior, such as when they encounter a fellow CB motorcycle rider whose vehicle has broken down on the road. This phenomenon has prompted researchers to conduct a study aimed at investigating the significance of the relationship between altruism and happiness within the CB motorcycle community in Salatiga. The participants in this study consisted of 50 individuals, selected using saturation sampling technique. The data collection method employed in this research utilized a happiness scale developed based on three aspects proposed by Seligman in 2002, along with the Self-Report Altruism Scale (SRA) developed by Rushton, Chrisjohn, and Fekken (1981). The data analysis technique utilized was Pearson product-moment correlation. From the data analysis, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.604 and a significance value of 0.000 (p > 0.05) were obtained, indicating a significant positive 8relationship between happiness and altruism within the CB motorcycle community in Salatiga. This implies that the higher the level of altruism within the CB motorcycle community in Salatiga, the greater tendency towards happiness they possess. Conversely, lower levels of altruism correspond to higher tendencies towards happiness within the CB motorcycle community in Salatiga.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat mengenai terdapatnya hubungan antara Regulasi diri dalam belajar dan stress akademik siswa SMA di sekolah X. Peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan total populasi 165 siswa SMA X. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi Spearman menggunakan SPSS. Terdapat dua skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala Regulasi diri dalam belajar dan skala Stress Akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya korelasi sebesar 1.99 dan nilai sig. adalah 0.010 (p<0.05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara Regulasi diri dalam belajar dan stress akademik pada siswa SMA X. Korelasi positif mengartikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat Regulasi diri dalam belajar maka semakin tinggi juga stress akademik. Sebaliknya semakin rendah Regulasi diri dalam belajar maka semakin rendah juga stress akademik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas adversity quotient training untuk menurunkan culture shock pada mahasiswa rantau yang berkuliah di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW) tahun pertama. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa UKSW yang berasal dari luar Jawa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu voluntary sampling dengan melibatkan 12 mahasiswa luar Jawa tahun pertama UKSW. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan skala culture shock yaitu ABCs of Culture Shock. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adversity quotient training terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan culture shock pada mahasiswa luar Jawa tahun pertama yang berkuliah di UKSW dengan nilai signifikansi (asymp. Sig.2-tailed) adalah 0.002, karena nilai 0.002 lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu adversity quotient training efektif untuk menurunkan culture shock mahasiswa UKSW tahun pertama yang berasal dari luar Jawa. Welfare for teachers who teach in private vocational schools is different from teachers who are in public schools. This makes a difference in the psychological well-being of each teacher. Many factors can affect a person's psychological well-being, one of which is emotion focused- coping. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotion focused-coping and psychological well-being. The research method in this study is a qualitative method with a correlational research design. The research instrument used in this study was The Ways of Coping scale to measure emotion-focused coping variables and the psychological well-being scale to measure psychological well-being variables. The results of the correlation test using Pearson's correlation yielded a correlation coefficient of 0.009 with a significance of 0.947 (p <0.05). Based on these results it can be seen that the two variables have no relationship, so it can be concluded that emotion focused-coping has no effect on psychological well-being. It is possible that psychological well-being is influenced by factors other than emotion-focused coping

Kuliah sambil bekerja banyak terjadi di kalangan mahasiswa. Namun, bila mahasiswa tidak mampu menyeimbangkan waktu kuliah dan bekerja maka akan terjadi burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran self efficacy terhadap burnout pada mahasiswa yang bekerja paruh waktu dimoderatori jenis kelamin. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah skala self efficacy dan skala burnout. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 110 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Responden merupakan mahasiswa strata satu yang bekerja paruh waktu dan belum berkeluarga. Analisis kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) sebagai alat penguji hipotesis. Hasil menyatakan bahwa hipotesis diterima (p<0,05) yaitu ada peran negatif self efficacy terhadap burnout. Peranan tersebut berkontribusi lebih kuat pada laki-laki daripada perempuan. Kontribusi self efficacy terhadap burnout pada mahasiswa laki-laki sebesar 2,87%, sedangkan pada mahasiswa perempuan sebesar 1,52%. Semakin tinggi self efficacy seseorang, maka burnout semakin rendah dan kontribusinya lebih kuat pada laki-laki dibandingkan pada perempuan.

Role conflict in sales marketing employees can potentially cause an employee to have low organizational commitment, resulting in failure to follow processes, inconsistent and inconsistent with what is expected by the company where they work. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between role conflict and organizational commitment in sales marketing employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of participants was 57 respondents. The research results show that the Pearson correlation value is -0.577 with sig. = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This means that there is no relationship between role conflict and organizational commitment in sales marketing employees. The implication of this research is that there needs to be intervention to reduce role conflict in employees so that it forms organizational commitment. Role conflict pada karyawan bagian penjualan (sales marketing) bisa berpotensi menyebabkan seorang karyawan memiliki organizational commitment yang rendah sehingga menyebabkan kegagalan dalam mengikuti proses, inkonsisten dan tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan tempatnya bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji hubungan role conflict dengan organizational commitment pada karyawan bagian penjualan (sales marketing). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan Sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah partisipan sebanyak 57 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai pearson correlation sebesar -0,577 dengan sig. = 0,000 ( < 0,05). Hal ini berarti bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara role conflict dengan organizational commitment pada karyawan bagian penjualan (sales marketing). Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu perlu ada intervensi terhadap role conflict pada karyawan agar rendah sehingga membentuk organizational commitment

This research aims to explore how the revitalization of Javanese culture plays a role in building cultural resilience as a strategy for the prevention of radicalism. Employing a qualitative approach, the study involved in-depth interviews with Javanese cultural experts, former individuals exposed to radical ideologies, religious leaders, and security apparatus personnel experienced in handling extremism. The thematic analysis identified three primary themes: (1) Kejawen values as a cognitive-affective framework that forms cultural resilience; (2) the practice of Gotong Royong (cooperation) as a source of communal resilience that strengthens the sense of connection and collective alertness; and (3) traditional Arts and Rituals as Mechanisms of Local Identity Formation, which functions to protect individuals from seeking alternative identities offered by radical ideologies. These findings confirm that the revitalization of Javanese culture is not merely the preservation of tradition, but rather an adaptive mechanism that reinforces the community's resilience in rejecting the penetration of violent ideologies. Thus, cultural resilience becomes an essential foundation for sustainable radicalism prevention efforts based on local wisdom. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of utilizing local cultural values and practices in a reflective manner in the formulation of community-based radicalism prevention programs, particularly through the strengthening of cultural spaces, values education, and sustained social participation.

This study aimed to answer the correlation between cyberloafing and work procrastination on employees of PT. X in Jakarta. Researchers used a saturated sampling technique with a total population of 62 employees of PT. X in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation from Spearman. There are two scales used in this study, the cyberloafing scale and the work procrastination scale. The results showed a correlation of 0.586 (p <0.05), means that there was a strong and positive significant relationship between cyberloafing and work procrastination on employees of PT. X in Jakarta. The positive correlation obtained in this study means that the higher the cyberloafing, the higher the work procrastination. On the other hand, the lower the cyberloafing, the lower the work procrastination. The results of this study can be a reference for companies to be aware of the responsibilities that must be carried out as staff and use the internet during working hours, so that work procrastination can also decrease because employees can work effectively and efficiently for the sustainability of a company or organization.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab tentang adanya hubungan antara hubungan cyberloafing dan prokrastinasi kerja pada karyawan PT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi sebesar 0,586(p<0.05), yang berarti ada hubungan signifikan kuat dan positif antara cyberloafing dan prokrastinasi kerja pada karyawan PT. X di Jakarta. Korelasi positif yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini mengartikan semakin tinggi cyberloafing, akan semakin tinggi juga prokrastinasi kerja. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah cyberloafing, maka akan semakin rendah juga prokrastinasi kerja. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi para perusahaan untuk dapat menyadarkan tanggung jawab yang harus dilakukan sebagai staf dan penggunaan internet selama jam kerja, sehingga prokrastinasi kerja juga dapat menurun sebab karyawan dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien untuk keberlangsungan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi.
