Abstract

Keberhasilan organisasi bergantung pada kinerja karyawan, dan peningkatan keterikatan kerja menjadi fokus utama bagi pengusaha, terutama di perusahaan padat karya di Indonesia. Banyak perusahaan ini menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan keterikatan kerja staf manajemen karena tingginya beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang kurang mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab sejauh mana keterikatan kerja berhubungan dengan kinerja di sektor ini, menggunakan 129 responden staf manajemen sebagai sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan korelasi Spearman menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala keterikatan kerja dan skala kinerja. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan (r = 0,559, p = 0,000), mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi keterikatan kerja, semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menekankan pentingnya keterikatan kerja sebagai elemen penting dalam strategi peningkatan kinerja, memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan padat karya untuk meningkatkan keterikatan kerja guna mendorong produktivitas yang lebih tinggi, yang pada akhirnya mendukung keberhasilan organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Mua Nawar Fai adalah tradisi pemberian nama yang diwariskan secara turun temurun oleh para leluhur di Fuiloro Timor Leste. Dalam tradisi ini, seorang laki-laki dari komunitas Fataluku harus melaksanakan Mua Nawar Fai jika memiliki putra atau putri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika psikologis adat pemberian nama pada bayi di suku Fuiloro Timor Leste. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pemilihan partisipan penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik Snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi dengan melibatkan tiga partisipan yang merupakan anggota keluarga yang terlibat langsung dalam proses pemberian nama pada bayi melalui tradisi Mua Nawar Fai di suku Fuiloro, Kota Lospalos, Timor Leste. Teknik pengorganisasian dibuat dalam bentuk verbatim sesuai dengan hasil rekaman yang dimasukkan dalam tabel, lalu dianalisis dengan melakukan proses coding. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara kognitif, terdapat keyakinan pada pemilihan nama dalam tradisi Mua Nawar Fai melambangkan identitas keluarga dan memengaruhi masa depan anak. Secara afektif, ritual ini menciptakan ikatan emosional dan memperkuat solidaritas sosial. Secara konatif, norma dan larangan, seperti larangan makan bagi pria, menunjukkan penghormatan terhadap tradisi dan pentingnya keterlibatan komunitas.

Abstract

   In the process of social interaction, individuals are susceptible to experiencing schadenfreude behavior. One of the factors that causes schadenfreude behavior is personality factors. The aim of this research is to determine differences in schadenfreude behavior in terms of the big five personality in early adulthood. The method used is quantitative with the Kruskas Wallis test process. There were 180 young adults who participated in the research using accidental sampling. This study used the IPIP-BFM-50 scale with dimensions of extraversion, agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and schadenfreude behavior scale (α = 0.000). The results of this research are that there are significant differences in schadenfreude behavior in terms of the big five personality. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that early adulthood can make efforts to optimize the extraversion dimension, reduce the neuroticism dimension, and maintain the conscientiousness dimension. agreeableness, and openness so as to avoid schadenfreude behavior     Pada proses interaksi sosial, individu rentan mengalami perilaku schadenfreude. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan munculnya perilaku schadenfreude yaitu faktor kepribadian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku schadenfreude ditinjau dari big five personality pada usia dewasa awal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan proses uji kruskal wallis. Terdapat 180 usia dewasa awal yang menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala IPIP-BFM-50 dengan dimensi extraversion, agreeableness, openness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, dan skala perilaku schadenfreude (α = 0,000). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan signifikan perilaku schadenfreude ditinjau dari big five personality. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan usia dewasa awal dapat melakukan upaya mengoptimalkan dimensi extraversion, mengurangi dimensi neuroticism, serta mempertahankan dimensi conscientiousness. agreeableness, dan openness sehingga mampu terhindar dari perilaku schadenfreude.

Abstract

The transition period from school to the world of work is a critical time that affects determining one's career. This study aims to examine the role of grit and parent-child communication in students’ career adaptability. Using a purposive sampling technique, the study involved 218 High School (SMA) students and 124 Vocational High School (SMK) students in Salatiga, Indonesia. The measurement instruments used in the research were the career adaptability scale, grit scale, and parent-child communication scale. The results show that the R-value was .595 and the adjusted R squared (R2) value was .354. The significance value generated from the regression test was .000 (p<.01). Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that grit and communication between parents and children together play a significant role in career adaptability. The research implication is that students’ grit and effective parent-child communication should be developed to improve career adaptability.

Abstract

Honorary teachers are expected to adapt to hone their knowledge and skills in the use of technology, but not all honorary teachers are able to use of technology in schools especially in the middle age range. This study aims to answer the relationship between technostress and burnout tendencies in middle-aged honorary teachers. Researchers used quota sampling technique with a total of 70 participants. The data analysis method uses Pearson's product moment correlation. There are two scales used in this study, namely the technostress scale and the burnout scale. The results showed a correlation of r = 0.534 with p = 0.000 (p 0.01), which means there is a significant positive relationship between technostress and burnout in middle-aged honorary teachers. This means that the higher the level of technostress, the higher the level of burnout. Conversely, the lower the level of technostress, the lower the level of burnout. The results of this study can be a reference for middle-aged honorary teachers to be more adaptive to the use of technology by having the willingness to learn.Guru honorer diharapkan dapat beradaptasi mengasah pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan teknologi yang semakin pesat, namun belum semua guru honorer mampu menguasai penggunaan teknologi di sekolah terutama pada rentang usia dewasa madya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab adanya hubungan antara technostress dengan kecenderungan burnout pada guru honorer usia dewasa madya. Peneliti menggunakan teknik quota sampling dengan total partisipan sebanyak 70 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dari Pearson. Ada dua skala yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini, yaitu skala technostress dan skala burnout. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi sebesar r = 0,534 dengan p = 0,000 (p0,01), yang berarti ada hubungan positif signifikan antara technostress dan burnout pada guru honorer usia dewasa madya. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi tingkat technostress, maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat burnout. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah tingkat technostress, maka akan semakin rendah pula tingkat burnout. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi para guru honorer usia dewasa madya untuk untuk dapat lebih adaptif terhadap penggunaan teknologi dengan memiliki kemauan untuk belajar.

Abstract

Bullying often occurs in teenagers and mostly occurs in junior high school students. Therefore, school institutions try to carry out various efforts to prevent bullying. Community service aims to prevent bullying based on psychoeducation activities with an understanding of the problem of bullying at school and how to prevent bullying at school. The activity was carried out at SMP Negeri II Boyolali, for participants namely class VIII-B, totaling 26 students. Classical guidance is carried out using psychoeducation based on the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method. Students show enthusiasm and activeness in participating in activities. The results of the learning process evaluation show that they have a better understanding of bullying after following psychoeducation. This activity is expected to be beneficial for students to improve their mental and emotional well-being, create a safe and comfortable learning environment, and build positive social interactions.

Abstract

Students should have the ability to deal with challenging and stressful situations. This study aims to determine the correlation between spiritual quotient and academic resilience of high school students during the covid-19 pandemic. This study has 135 subjects from SMA SLAPUR with a simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used in this research is the Spiritual Quotient Scale and The Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30). The results of the analysis using the Pearson Product Moment correlation show the coefficient value of (p<0.05) it’s mean there a significant positive relationship between spiritual quotient and academic resilience of high school students during the covid-19 pandemic. The implication of the research is that students and teachers should cooperate in developing and implementing a program of self-development activities related to spiritual quotient and academic resilience.

Abstract

Abstrak Guru honorer seringkali menghadapi tekanan ekonomi dan tekanan sosial yang tinggi, alasannya mungkin mereka tidak memiliki keamanan pada pekerjaan, tunjangan, atau jaminan sosial seperti guru tetap. Hal ini bisa berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali hubungan antara gratitude dan psychological well-being pada guru honorer. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yaitu dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala gratitude untuk mengukur variaberl gratitude dan skala Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWB) untuk mengukur variabel psychological well-being. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 90 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gratitude tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap psychological well-being. Dengan demikian, hal ini memungkinkan bahwa psychological well-being dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain selain gratitude. Kata Kunci: Guru, Gratitude, Psychological Well-Being   AbstractHonorary teachers often face high economic and social pressures, as they may not have the job security, benefits or social security of permanent teachers. This can have an impact on their psychological well-being. This study aims to explore the relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being in honorary teachers. There are many factors that can affect a person's psychological well-being, one of which is gratitude. The research method in this study is a qualitative method, namely with a correlational research design. The research instrument used in this study is the gratitude scale to measure gratitude variables and the Ryff Psychological well-being Scale (RPWB) scale to measure psychological well-being variables. The sample size in this study consisted of 90 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. The result if this research showed  that gratitude has no influence on psychological well-being. Abstract

Physical changes that occur in adulthood, accept self-acceptance of the individual himself. This correlational study aims to see the relationship between body image and BDD tendencies in the sales promotion girl (SPG) profession. Participants selected using purposive sampling technique with participants as many as 134 participants. The measurement tool for body image research uses the Multi-dimensional Body Self Relation Questionnaire-Appearance Scales (MBSRQ-AS), while for BDD tendencies use a scale adapted from Africa which refers to aspects of Philips. Data is shared using google forms. The result was that there was a significant positive relationship between body image and BDD tendencies in the SPG profession. Impression value r = 0.721 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). This means that the higher the body image that is owned, the higher the tendency of BDD to SPG. Highlights: Significant Correlation – A strong positive relationship (r = 0.721, p < 0.05) was found between body image and BDD tendencies in SPGs. Measurement Tools – Body image was assessed using MBSRQ-AS, while BDD tendencies were measured using a scale adapted from Africa based on Philips' aspects. Purposive Sampling – The study involved 134 SPGs selected through purposive sampling, with data collected via Google Forms. Abstract

The role of the family environment is crucial in supporting students' learning motivation. Internal factors that influence students' learning motivation involve various psychological aspects, such as self-confidence, self-esteem, as well as personal goals and aspirations. External factors also play a significant role in shaping learning motivation, including the social environment, peers, and teachers. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between family harmony and adolescent learning motivation. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational design, employing the Family Harmony Scale (FHS) and the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) as measurement tools. The results show that family harmony has a significant positive effect on adolescents' learning motivation. A harmonious family creates an emotionally supportive environment, enhancing adolescents' self-confidence and intrinsic motivation to achieve. The implication of this study highlights the importance of the family's role in shaping learning motivation, emphasizing the need for increased parental support and attention. Peran lingkungan keluarga menjadi sangat penting dalam mendukung motivasi belajar siswa. Faktor-faktor internal yang memengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa melibatkan berbagai aspek psikologis, seperti kepercayaan diri, harga diri, serta tujuan dan aspirasi pribadi. faktor eksternal juga memainkan peran yang tidak kalah penting dalam membentuk motivasi belajar. Lingkungan sosial, termasuk teman sebaya dan guru. Tujuan dari penelitian in adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara keharmonisan keluarga dengan motivasi belajar remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dengan alat ukur Family Harmony Scale (FHS) dan Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keharmonisan keluarga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar remaja. Keluarga yang harmonis menciptakan lingkungan emosional yang mendukung, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan motivasi intrinsik remaja untuk berprestasi. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya peran keluarga dalam membentuk motivasi belajar sehingga dukungan dan perhatian orang tua perlu diperkuat.
