Abstract

Pokok masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana peranan Kepala Desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Ta’cipong menurut UU No. 6 Tahun 2014, adapun rumusan masalahnya: 1) Bagaimana peranan kepala Desa dalam pengembangan Usaha Milik Desa, 2) Apa kendala Kepala Desa dalam pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa.Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dimana dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan sistem wawancara langsung.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1) Kepala Desa Ta’cipong dalam melaksanakan pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, menurut UU No.6 Tahun 2014 dengan melakukan penyertaan modal BUMDes pada tahun 2016, 2017 dan 2018 sesuai dengan peraturan Desa yang berlaku pada tahun itu, 2) Kendala Kepala Desa yang dihadapi yaitu tidak siapnya pengurus BUMdes dalam memanfaatkan SDA yang ada di desa, sementara kita ketahui bahwa di Desa Ta’ipong terdapat dua Sumber Daya Alam yaitu mata air massakki dan tompoe yang dapat dikelolah untuk menjadi objek wisata, sumber air bersih dan sumber pengairan irigasi bagi para petani. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah : 1) Diharapkan Kepala Desa mampu melaksanakan pengembangan dengan baik, 2) Diharapkan kepada Kepala Desa untuk melksanakan pembinaan kepada pengurus BUMDes supaya mampu memnfaatkan SDA yang ada.

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation for every Muslim because zakat is one of the pillars of Islam. The benefits of tithing include two dimensions, namely the spiritual dimension and the social dimension. A spiritual dimension is a form of obedience in carrying out religious orders, while the social dimension is the implementation of a caring attitude among fellow Muslims. Zakat is very useful to ease the economic burden of the poor. The distribution of zakat is not only to meet the needs of daily life but can also be distributed in the form of working capital assistance so that zakat funds can be productive. Management of zakat funds will be productive if it can be managed professionally. Therefore, to realize this goal, we, from the Department of Sharia banking, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University, Makassar, are moved to carry out community service activities that are packaged in the form of empowerment activities and business management assistance. The method used in community service activities with the theme of Empowerment of Productive Zakat as an effort to strengthen the economy of the community who are members of the Blessings group under the guidance of the Indonesian Zakat Initiative in Makassar. Stages of activity, first conducted observations to obtain initial information related to the condition of the target group. The next stage is to draw up a plan for empowerment and mentoring activities. Next, conduct education through lecture methods, discussions, and consultations related to business management. Speakers describe business management and market-building strategies. The next stage is to assist by conducting regular consultation visits every month. The results of these activities can help provide solutions to various problems in business management, both in terms of financial management and marketing aspects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana penerapan strategi ­service quality maupun e-service quality dalam upaya mempertahankan kepercayaan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan maksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, dan tindakan dengan cara deskriptif. Dengan pendekatan fenomenology dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Disamping itu, peneliti menggunakan data-data sekunder yang diperoleh dari menelaah buku-buku, jurnal, artikel, dan pendukung lainnya. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diuji keabsahannya menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, 1) penerapan strategi service quality dalam upaya mempertahankan kepercayaan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran yaitu dilihat berdasarkan standar pelayanan yang terdiri dari 6 dimensi, yaitu kepatuhan (compliance), jaminan (assurance), keandalan (realibility), bukti nyata atau bukti langsung (tangibles), empati (empathy) dan daya tanggap (responsiveness). 2) penerapan layanan elektronik banking (e-service quality) dalam upaya mempertahankan kepercayaan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Makassar Veteran yaitu melalui beberapa dimensi pelayanan digital yang meliputi Efficiensy (efisiensi), Fullfillment (pemenuhan produk), Sistem Availablity (ketersediaan sistem), Privacy (keamanan), Responsiveness (ketanggapan), Compensation (kompensasi), dan Contact (kontak).

Abstract

Penetrasi nasabah di bank syariah masih sangat rendah dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional, disparitas tersebut memunculkan ide untuk melakukan riset dalam mendeteksi faktor penyebab. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat menabung di bank Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini diklasifikasikan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif deskriktif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi penelitian yakni nasabah bank BSI KC Pettarani dengan sampel berjumlah 100 nasabah melalui teknik probability Sampling. Temuan hasil penelitian menginformasikan bahwa pengetahuan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia (KC Pettarani), yang berarti bahwa semakin baik pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai perbankan syariah maka akan mempengaruhi peningkatan minat menjadi nasabah. Kemudian pada variabel reputasi bank berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia (KC.Pettarani). Reputasi bank yang baik akan menciptakan kepercayaan bagi nasabahnya. Keduanya saling memperkuat, sementara pada nilai kepercayaan yang tinggi maka akan menguatkan reputasi bank di mata nasabah, begitupun dampak sebaliknya. The customer penetration in Islamic banks is still significantly lower compared to conventional banks; this disparity has prompted the idea to conduct research to identify the underlying factors. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the public's interest in saving with Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research is classified as quantitative descriptive research, data collected were using questionnaire, and were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research population consists of customers of BSI KC Pettarani, with a sample of 100 customers selected through probability sampling techniques. The findings of the research indicate that product knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the public's interest in saving with Bank Syariah Indonesia (KC Pettarani). It was means that, the better the public's knowledge of Islamic banking, the more likely it is to increase their interest in becoming customers. Furthermore, the variable of bank reputation has a positive and significant effect on the public's interest in saving with Bank Syariah Indonesia (KC Pettarani). A good bank reputation will create trust among its customers. The two aspects mutually reinforce each other, where high levels of trust strengthen the bank's reputation in the eyes of customers, and vice versa.

Abstract

Service excellence and product quality are two factors that can affect customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction will drive customers' growth. For example, customers who are satisfied with the services or products offered will promote Islamic banking products/services to others, which will affect the growth in the number of customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service excellence and product quality on customer growth at Bank Muamalat KCP Gowa. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, and the sample calculation technique used the slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-count value of 5.146> t-table 1.983 for the service excellent variable and the value of 0.008 t-table 1.983 for the product quality variable. Furthermore, the value of 0.000 < 0.05 and F count of 40.856 > F table of 3.090 were obtained. The implication of this research shows the excellent service quality enhances customer growth, as well as the high product quality improves customer growth. The excellent service and product quality provided will create satisfaction for customers to recommend to others and support the growth of the number of customers at Bank Muamalat KCP Gowa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) contract for financing home ownership credit (KPR) and to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the MMQ contract for financing KPR products at Bank BTN Syariah Makassar Branch. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources of this research are primary and secondary data . Data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the MMQ contract in financing KPR products at the Makassar Branch of BTN Syariah bank is that the bank and the customer jointly buy a house object and then agree to rent it out again to gain profit from the rental with a profit sharing ratio, where the customer as the owner as well as the tenant is obliged to pay installments bank principal and lease, the portion of bank ownership will decrease due to gradual purchases and full ownership for the customer of the object at the end of the period. The results of this study also explain that the application of the MMQ contract in financing KPR products of Bank BTN Syariah Makassar is still ineffective because in practice it still creates a conflict with the characteristics of MMQ.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effect of the perception and religiosity of students on interest in saving in Islamic banks. This study uses quantitative methods. The application program used to process the data is SPSS version 25. In this study the sample was set at 100 by using the Slovin formula and sampling using the probability sampling method with cluster sampling technique which is a random sampling method based on area or region. The data used is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to the students and students of the Nahdlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Kab. Maros. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale with a scale of 1 to 5. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that perception had a significant effect on saving interest in the students of the Nahdlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Kab. Maros, religiosity has a significant effect on saving interest in the students of the Nahdlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Kab. Maros, perception and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on saving interest in the students of the Nahdlatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Kab. Maros. Thus, Islamic banking still needs to increase socialization to students about Islamic financial literacy so that Islamic financial institutions become better in the future, can be accepted and understood by the whole community. Because we all know that santri are future leaders who will always spread Islamic teachings wherever they are.

Abstract

The development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia continues to increase. But, the development of Islamic finance institutions is hindered due to the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak. In particular, Islamic non-bank financial institutions include Islamic microfinance institutions (IMFI). SMEs that become the market segment of IMFI are affected by the Covid-19. Amid this condition, IMFI still has survived and developed and provides excellent service to customers. This study aims to determine the development of IMFI and to know the pattern of service excellence for IMFI in the condition of the Covid-19 outbreak. This research is qualitative and uses library research. Data sources obtained from several sources are considered relevant themes, especially sources of certain institutions that provide data relating to the development of IMFI. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive overview of the development of IMFI and service excellent pattern for amid the Covid-19 outbreak. Results showed the growth of IMFI in March 2021, whose assets experienced growth of 6.8 percent and financing growth of 13.66 percent. IMFI can do the excellent service pattern amid the Covid-19 outbreak, continues services as usually by following existing rules, increasing intensity of communication with customers, cooperating with other Islamic financial institutions, and improving service indirectly giving customers access.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kebingungan santriwati dalam menentukan jurusan dan merancang karier mereka dengan lebih terarah. Banyak santriwati yang menghadapi tantangan dalam memahami potensi diri, memilih jurusan yang sesuai, serta menyusun strategi untuk mencapai profesi yang selaras dengan nilai Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, dan diskusi. Metode ini bertujuan agar santriwati tidak hanya menerima informasi, tetapi juga secara aktif mengeksplorasi minat dan bakat mereka, sehingga dapat menyesuaikannya dengan pilihan program studi yang paling sesuai. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang mendalam kepada santriwati dalam merancang masa depan akademik mereka. Melalui berbagai tahapan, mulai dari refleksi diri, pemilihan jurusan, hingga strategi mencapai profesi yang berorientasi pada kesuksesan dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya akad progresif dalam mendorong keuangan Islam berkelanjutan. Latar belakangnya adalah peran sentral akad (perjanjian) dalam setiap transaksi ekonomi syariah, yang menjadi landasan bagi hak dan kewajiban. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan keuangan syariah berdasarkan prinsip etis seperti larangan riba dan gharar, keberlanjutannya sangat bergantung pada penerapan akad yang sesuai syariah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis inovasi akad syariah untuk mendukung ekonomi Islam yang adil, inklusif, dan berwawasan lingkungan. Menggunakan metode studi literatur deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini mengulas konsep akad dan rukunnya, serta mengidentifikasi akad progresif (seperti modifikasi mudharabah dan musyarakah) yang relevan untuk transaksi nirlaba (tabarru') maupun berorientasi laba (tijarah). Diharapkan, penerapan akad progresif dapat menghasilkan sistem keuangan yang stabil dan bermanfaat jangka panjang bagi umat. Kata Kunci: Akad Progresif, Keuangan Islam, Keberlanjutan.   Abstract This study examines the significance of progressive contracts (akad) in fostering sustainable Islamic finance. The background highlights the central role of contracts in all Islamic economic transactions, forming the basis for rights and obligations. With the rapid development of Sharia finance, underpinned by ethical principles like the prohibition of usury (riba) and ambiguity (gharar), its sustainability heavily relies on Sharia-compliant contract implementation. Thus, this research aims to analyze innovative Sharia contracts to support a just, inclusive, and environmentally conscious Islamic economy. Employing a descriptive-analytical literature review, this study examines the concept of contracts and their pillars, identifying progressive contracts (such as modified mudharabah and musyarakah) relevant for both non-profit (tabarru') and for-profit (tijarah) transactions. It is expected that applying progressive contracts can lead to a stable financial system with long-term benefits for the community. Keywords: Progressive Contracts, Islamic Finance, Sustainability.
