Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi wisatawan terhadap empat jenis aktivitas pariwisata yang tergolong dalam konsep NEWA: Nature (alam), Eco (ekowisata), Wellness (kesehatan dan kebugaran), dan Adventure (petualangan). Serta mengungkap bagaimana wisatawan memprioritaskan aktivitas-aktivitas tersebut selama kunjungan mereka, sehingga dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam mengenai apa yang paling diminati oleh wisatawan. Manfaat yang diharapkan adalah membantu para pengelola desa wisata, pembuat kebijakan, dan pelaku industri pariwisata dalam merancang dan mengembangkan produk serta layanan wisata yang lebih sesuai dengan preferensi pasar. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data survei menggunakan instrumen berupa kuisioner. Responden berjumlah 200 orang yang merupakan wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke tempat-tempat wisata di Bali, antara lain pantai Kuta, Ubud, Tanah lot, dan Kintamani. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa mayoritas wisatawan menunjukkan ketertarikan yang kuat terhadap desa wisata, terutama yang berbasis konsep NEWA, hal ini menunjukkan adanya potensi besar untuk pengembangan desa wisata yang mengedepankan elemen alam, keberlanjutan, dan kesehatan, yang sesuai dengan tren global wisata yang semakin peduli pada lingkungan dan kesejahteraan. Aktivitas berbasis Nature menduduki peringkat tertinggi dalam ketertarikan wisatawan, selanjutnya aktivitas NEWA yang diminati oleh wisatawan adalah Adventure, Wellness, dan Eco. Hal ini mencerminkan bahwa wisatawan cenderung lebih tertarik pada pengalaman yang melibatkan interaksi langsung dengan alam, baik melalui eksplorasi lingkungan, petualangan, maupun kegiatan yang mendukung kesehatan dan kesejahteraan di alam terbuka.

Abstract

Pada awal tahun 2020, muncul virus Covid-19 di Indonesia yang berdampak pada berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor industri pariwisata. Hal ini berdampak pada sektor usaha pariwisata salah satunya di Indonesia yaitu pariwisata Bali. Pemerintah Bali melakukan upaya kebijakan dengan melaksanakan beberapa program untuk menghadapi situasi pandemi Covid-19. Dalam situasi pandemi seperti ini, Kota Denpasar dan perusahaan-perusahaan di wilayah Kota Denpasar juga turut mendukung program kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan pemerintah dalam bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang disebut CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). adalah Quest Hotel San Denpasar yang terletak di kawasan Padang Sambian Kelod. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk implementasi CSR dalam mendukung program pemerintah Kota Denpasar pada masa Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa Quest Hotel San Denpasar mempunyai strategi dalam penerapan CSR dalam mendukung program pemerintah Kota Denpasar dengan melibatkan masyarakat dan aparat Kelurahan Padang Sambian Kelod dalam kegiatan CSR di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan mengadakan pertemuan informal dalam skala besar. dengan masyarakat dan pihak lain. Desa Kelod Padang Sambian tentang pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pelaksanaan CSR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerja sama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Rimbun Canggu Badung Bali dengan sampel sebanyak 70 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) version 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kerja sama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya, agar dapat mengidentifikasi faktor- faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi di setiap variabel kinerja yang belum diamati dalam penelitian ini. Hal ini seperti kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, insentif, lingkungan kerja, semangat kerja dan budaya organisasi yang dapat berdampak juga kepada kinerja karyawan hotel.

Abstract

Gianyar Botanical Gardens is one of the natural attractions located in Gianyar Regency. The Gianyar BotanicalGardens has beautiful, cool and still beautiful natural potential that provides comfort for visitors to touristattractions, and has supporting potential such as cultural tourism and local wisdom such as the Bali Agatradition, Bali Age Architecture, and Gelagar Dance where this local wisdom is only owned by Kerta TourismVillage. In the development there are problems that hinder its implementation, including budget limitations forthe cost of facilities and infrastructure for tourist objects such as infrastructure, road conditions and otherfacilities that support the existence of the Gianyar Botanical Gardens tourist attraction. Lack of promotion oftourist objects, the need for empowerment of local communities about tourism and tourism development. Thisstudy aims to analyze the right strategy in the development of the Gianyar Botanical Gardens tourism object.The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study uses a theorybased on a SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the right strategy to be used in thedevelopment of the Gianyar Botanical Gardens is a strategy for utilizing natural potential, cultural tourism andlocal wisdom to support the existence of the Gianyar Botanical Garden tourism object to increase touristattraction in Gianyar Regency, a strategy for strengthening local community awareness institutions indevelopment of tourism objects and strategies to increase the capacity and role of rural communities throughthe village government in developing tourism objects of the Gianyar Botanical Gardens.Keywords: Strategy, Development, Garden, Local Wisdom

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Work Environment and Workload on Employee Performance at LPK OTC Bali Gianyar which aims to analyze the Effect of Work Environment and Workload on Employee Performance partially and simultaneously. This research is a population research because it uses a total of 57 employees at LPK OTC Bali Gianyar. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (T test and F test). The results of statistical analysis show that the Work Environment (XI) partially and significantly influences the performance of LPK OTC Bali Gianyar employees. It can be seen that the T-count value is < T-table and the Sig value is > 0.05%. Workload (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the T-count > T-table value and the Sig value < 0.05%. Other information obtained is that the Work Environment (X1) and Workload (X2) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) LPK OTC Bali Gianyar, this is confirmed using the F test, obtained F Calculated = 58,873 > F Table = 3.07 with Sig.F = 0.002 (p<0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong (push factors) dan penarik (pull factors) yang memengaruhi keputusan wisatawan domestik berkunjung ke objek wisata Ulun Danu Beratan. Penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 75 pengunjung dengan teknik analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tujuh faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan wisatawan. Faktor 1 memiliki nilai eigen tertinggi sebesar 3,850 dengan kontribusi varians 25,666%, diikuti faktor-faktor lain dengan nilai eigen 2,300 (15,332%), 1,896 (12,638%), 1,417 (9,445%), 1,286 (8,571%), 1,145 (7,636%), dan 1,042 (6,943%). Faktor dominan yang memengaruhi keputusan wisatawan adalah pemenuhan diri (self-fulfillment) dengan factor loading sebesar 0,864. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa motivasi pemenuhan diri menjadi penentu utama dalam keputusan wisatawan domestik untuk mengunjungi objek wisata Ulun Danu Beratan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance at Puri Saron Senggigi Hotel. The respondents used in this study were 42 permanent employees at Puri Saron Senggigi Hotel. The data used is premier data derived from the questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested using the validity and reliability method, the test continued with classical assumption test and the hypothesis was proven using multiple linear regression analysis processed by the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 22. The result showed that discipline and work environment partially influence employee performance at Puri Saron Senggigi Hotel. The result of analysis for the discipline variable obtained a 2,311 value of t-arithmetic > t-table value 2,02269 with a 0,026 significance value and the result of analysis for the discipline variable obtained an 11,146 value of t-arithmetic > t-table value 2,02269 with 0,000 significance value, meaning the hypothesis was accepted and confirmed the existence of a positive. The result for the discipline and work environment have a 62, 599 f-count value > f-table value 3,23 with 0,000 significance value, then there is a positive and significant effect between discipline and work environment on employee performance at Puri Saron Senggigi Hotel.

Abstract

Ossotel Legian is a four-star hotel. Employees are a valuable asset owned by Ossotel Legian. The problems encountered are the lack of manpower when the room occupancy rate is above 60%, and the slow taking of work in completing the work that causes performance to decline. This problem will be discussed using the SWOT analysis technique. This research is qualitative research supported by the types and sources of data, namely qualitative and quantitative data as well as primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis technique, namely analyzing internal factors (Strengths & Weaknesses) and external (Opportunities & Threats) with the help ofthe  Internal-External Matrix and SWOT Matrix. The results of this study show that the strategies that can be applied at Ossotel Legian are SO Strategy: Strategy to Increase Employee Creativity, WO Strategy: Strategy to Increase Employee Motivation, ST Strategy: Strategy to Increase Cooperation among Employees, and WT Strategy: Employee Development and Training Strategy and Improvement Strategy Employee welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the behavior of French-speaking freelance tour guides in promoting tour packages to Ijen Crater, Banyuwangi, and measure the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategies used. The research methodology employs a descriptive qualitative approach with primary data sources consisting of in-depth interviews with 5 freelance tour guides and 5 French tourists. The results indicate that freelance tour guides specialize in adventure activities and possess deep cultural knowledge. French tourists are attracted to the "Blue Fire" phenomenon at Ijen Crater, as well as cultural experiences and outdoor activities. Effective digital marketing significantly impacts increasing tourist interest and visits. However, technical constraints and limited knowledge of digital marketing pose major challenges. This study provides significant contributions to the development of more effective and targeted tourism marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, location on  customer satisfaction. The population in this study were Flame Bar Seminyak Badung customers with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the quality of services has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, location has a positive effect significantly to customer satisfaction, service quality, price, location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the magnitude of the influence of service quality, price, location on customer satisfaction is 65.9% and the service quality variable has a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are Flame Bar Seminyak Badung is expected to provide training to employees, make competitive price policies, make signboards or directions that can be seen clearly from a far.
