Abstract

This study aims to develop a box rebounder tool as a training medium for basic passing and controlling techniques. The research was conducted in April 2023. The research location was at SSB Cemerlang Sidodadi Ramunia and SSB Kualanamu. The research subjects in this study were 10 people for small group trials and 20 people for. This research method is research development (R & D). In the small group trial of the athlete subject, a score of 540 was obtained with a percentage of 77.14% (valid) meaning that the product of the development of the box rebounder tool for passing and control techniques is valid. In the small group trial of the training subjects, a score of 61 was obtained with a percentage of 81.33% (valid) meaning that the product of the development of the box rebounder tool for passing and control techniques is valid. In the trial of the large group of athlete subjects, a score of 1204 was obtained with a percentage of 86% (valid) meaning that the product of the development of the box rebounder tool for passing and control techniques is valid. And for testing large groups of training subjects, a score of 211 was obtained with a percentage of 93.78% (valid) meaning that the product of the development of the box rebounder tool for passing and control techniques is valid. So it can be concluded that the development of the Rebounder Box Tool as a Media for Training the Basic Techniques of Passing and Controlling in Football is considered valid (successful).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop teaching media, assist and facilitate the learning process of volleyball refereeing material by implementing this android-based volleyball refereeing teaching media, for students majoring in Physical Education, Health, And Recreation Department (PJKR), State University of Medan (Unimed). In this study using the R & D Model according to (Borg and Gall). This research method is development, data collection techniques with research instrument questionnaire sheets, data analysis techniques with percentages. The population of the study were students majoring in PJKR Unimed Batch 2022. The product was designed and then validated by 4 experts. Material experts, media experts, linguists and learning experts. Initial field trials totaled 10 students, main field trials numbered 70 students for small trials and large trials. This teaching media has been previously validated by 1 material expert 1 volleyball expert who has a background in sports education. The validation results of the expert questionnaire assessment are declared valid and can be used with the total percentage is 85% and 72% material expert, the percentage is 72.5%, 70% and 80% media expert, the percentage is 72% and 72% linguist and the percentage is 86.67% and 76.36% learning expert. The results of the student subject questionnaire assessment sheets with percentages of 93.33% and 95.55% (very valid or very feasible) by stating the level of understanding, use, clarity, attractiveness, usability, design are good so that the category is declared feasible or valid. Through the research stage and validation assessment by experts, the product is suitable and suitable for use by students, so it can be concluded that the Android-based volleyball refereeing teaching media for students majoring in PJKR Unimed is valid or appropriate and can be used for the learning process of volleyball refereeing material.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to introduce the game of small ball to elementary school students specifically in table tennis with a modification of the tool in the form of a table size that fits the body of elementary school children. This research method is development (Research and Development). The population of the research is sixth grade students at State Elementary Schools in Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency. The validation results of the expert questionnaire assessment were declared valid and usable with the percentage of media experts obtained at 83% in the valid category. Meanwhile, the percentage value from the meter expert was obtained at 80% in the valid category. Results of the questionnaire instrument assessment given to students during initial testingIt is known that the score obtained was 82% which was in the 80%-100% interval in the valid category. Results of the questionnaire instrument assessment given to students at the time large scale trialsIt is known that the score obtained was 83% which is in the 80%-100% valid category interval.So it can be said that teaching media products based on tool modification in table tennis games meet the criteria or are suitable for use by elementary school students as learning media. Conclusion, 1.The ideal size for mini table tennis has been created for class VI students at State Elementary Schools in Patumbak District. 2. Mini table tennis can be used by teachers and students in the physical education learning process in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and validate flip book-based learning media for sports physiology at the Faculty of Sports Science, Medan State University, focusing on Recreational Health Physical Education students. The research utilized the ADDIE development model, encompassing Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate stages. Data collection involved media expert validation questionnaires, materials, and trials with small and large student samples. Quantitative descriptive analysis was employed to present product development results, validate the tool, and assess its feasibility. Initial validation by a linguist resulted in a 76% suitability score, which improved to 89% after revisions, categorizing it as very feasible. Similarly, media experts rated the first stage at 76%, increasing to 89% post-revision. Small sample trials among students yielded a 76% suitability score, while large sample trials achieved 89%, both in the very feasible category. The findings indicate that flip book-based sports physiology learning media are highly suitable for use by physical education, health, and recreation students at Medan State University.

Abstract

Background Problems: Over the past decade, research on technology in Pencak Silat has grown rapidly. However, the literature review on this topic was very limited. Research Objectives: The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth systematic literature review on the role of technology in the development of Pencak Silat. Methods: Two databases (Scopus and Web of Science) were used to select articles containing information on this topic. The search was conducted following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. After the exclusion criteria, only 14 articles were categorised. Findings and Results: Results from the analysed literature showed the positive impact of various technologies on the learning of Pencak Silat and improvements in training and sporting events. The application of technologies such as interactive multimedia, Android applications, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) has been shown to improve students' understanding and achievement in understanding the basic and complex movements of Pencak Silat. Likewise, in the world of sports, technologies such as RFID, fuzzy logic, the Internet of Things (IoT), 3D motion capture, sensors, and VR have changed the way training and scoring in Pencak Silat matches were conducted. Conclusion: Technology has played a key role in improving Pencak Silat education and the sport of Pencak Silat. It has brought significant changes in the way movements are understood, training is conducted, and judgement is made. With wise use, technology continues to open up opportunities to better understand Pencak Silat and improve the quality of learning and competition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and obtain anthropometric data of SSB athletes in Labuhan Batu Regency. The problem in this study is based on the results of observations and observations that have been made to place athletes in SSB Bintara Utara and Buana Putra only based on ability (skill) in football games not by doing anthropometric tests first so that there are still some athletes whose height and weight are not ideal in placing positions in SSB. ents. The population amounted to 101 people and the sample in this study amounted to 30 athletes with samples using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique is BMI measurement. The results of the research obtained then the Anthropometric Profile of Athletes in SSB Labuhan Batu Regency can be declared normal with a normal weight category with a total of 19.21 which in the norm is in the normal weight category. This was decided based on the results obtained from the norm of 15 people entering the underweight category, 13 people entering the normal weight category, 0 people entering the overweight category, 0 people entering the pre-obesity category, 1 person entering the obesity category I, and 1 person entering the obesity II category.in conclusion, must be improved in an effort to optimize athletes in playing football. Abstract

Anak tunadaksa seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang umum seperti PJOK, sehingga mereka mengalami keterlambatan dalam perkembangan gerak, akademik dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan model permainan adaptif untuk anak tunadaksa di Sekolah Dasar. Jenis metode pendekatan kuantitatif persentase dengan desain penelitian R&D. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang ditujukan kepada siswa dan ahli. Sampel penelitian merupakan siswa Sekolah Dasar penyandang tunadaksa. 5 siswa untuk uji coba kelompok kecil, 10 siswa untuk uji coba kelompok besar. Teknik analisis penelitian menunjukkan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, melalui validasi ahli dan uji coba siswa terdapat tiga jenis permainan adaptif yaitu: gelinding gesit, sentuh ceria, dan keranjang bergerak. Persentase validasi ahli diperoleh 76%, menunjukkan bahwa permainan valid dan dapat digunakan. Validasi kelompok kecil menghasilkan persentase 71% diklasifikasikan baik dan layak digunakan. Persentase kelompok kecil ahli diperoleh 84%, dan persentase kelompok besar ahli diperoleh 94%, menunjukkan bahwa permainan valid dan dapat digunakan. Simpulan penelitian bahwa permainan adaptif menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik dan layak digunakan setelah melalui proses validasi dan uji coba. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang adil dan merata, di mana setiap siswa memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk berkembang dan belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of diving training on vital lung capacity and the physical fitness of the Horas Diving Club, University of North Sumatra. The research problem is that there has been no checking of the vital lung capacity and physical fitness of divers at the Horas Diving Club, University of North Sumatra. From the data analysis carried out, the results showed that there was a significant influence of diving sports training on the vital capacity of the lungs of Horas Diving Club, North Sumatra University, with the acquisition of the "t" test coefficient, namely count = 4.50 > ttable = 1.833, there was a significant influence of diving sports training on the physical fitness of the Horas Diving Club, North Sumatra University, with the acquisition of the "t" test coefficient, namely tcount = 5.71 > ttable = 1.833. Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi, bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat, untuk dapat membantu mitra dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang dihadapinya. Permasalahan utama yang akan dibantu adalah pemahaman dan keterampilan guru pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK) tentang pengembangan modul ajar Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) sesuai dengan Permendikbud No.3 tahun 2020 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan Indikator Kinerja Utama Kemendikbud Tahun 2021 masih rendah. Kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan modul ajar Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila PJOK sesuai kurikulum nasional masih rendah. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah, pelatihan, penugasan, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain adalah 1) Penyediaan fasilitas pengembangan pengembangan modul ajar tentang Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di sekolah menengah pertama, 2) Pelatihan pengembangan pengembangan modul ajar tentang Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di sekolah menengah pertama, 3) pendampingan penyusunan modul ajar. Capaian program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah menengah pertama, menyelesaikan masalah mitra tentang tingat pemahaman dan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dalam Implementasi kurikulum merdeka di Sekolah Menegah Pertama.
