Abstract

The purpose of writing this final project is to find out how to manage the maintenance of vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) properly. The types of data used in collecting the required data include primary and secondary data.The data analysis method used to determine the management of vannamei shrimp broodstock (Litopenaeus vannamei) is qualitative descriptive data analysis. Held from January to April 2022 at PT Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama (benur kita) Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. The result of this Final Project is the acceptance of broodstock consists of preparation of brood acclimatization maintenance room and preparation of acclimatization basin, brood selection, acclimatization, brood maintenance consists of tub preparation, brood maintenance basin water filling and ablation management, circulation in the brood rearing basin of vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei), gonad maturity level, sampling of mated brood, feed management, egg management including egg hatching,  The harvest of naupli is up to the counting of naupli

Abstract

The writing of this final project aims to determine the role of production management in canning lemuru fish. The data sources used are primary data, and secondary data and data collection methods used, namely, interview methods, observations, literature studies, and data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The Role of Production Management at PT. Tani Pratama facilities starting from planning, implementation and supervision have run optimally and have been fully implemented in accordance with standard operational procedures (SOPs) in the company. The results obtained are lemuru fish canning management at PT. Sarana Tani Pratama has been fully implemented, first planning consisting of 4 items, namely raw material inventory, production scheduling, production equipment, production capacity, second, implementation which includes activities ranging from receiving raw materials to marketing, third supervision, in the process of canning lemuru fish (Sardinella Longiceps) carried out by PT. Primary Farm Facilities that need to be supervised and controlled during the production process are all forms of work carried out by employees in accordance with standard operational procedures (SOPs).

Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain the best color formulation of aromatherapy candles using grapefruit oil with patchouli essential oil fixative and to analyze the business feasibility of grapefruit aromatherapy candles. This research was conducted from June to August 2021 in the quality testing laboratory for the Agroindustry study program, Pangkep State Agricultural Polytechnic. This research was conducted using an experimental method with two stages, namely; first, making aromatherapy candles which aims to get the best color concentration in aromatherapy candles with a hedonic test, after the hedonic test with the best color will proceed to further research, namely the stage of selecting the aromatherapy candle aroma of grapefruit essential oil as a binder added with patchouli oil. Business continuity analysis is carried out by looking for investment costs, variable costs, profits, production Break Even Point (BEP), price Break Even Point (BEP), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), and pay back period. The results showed that the best color formulation of aromatherapy candles was in the A3 treatment with a color concentration of 1.5% with an average of 3.6. The best aromatherapy candle formulation was in treatment B3 with a concentration of 2.5% grapefruit oil and 0.25% patchouli oil fixative with an average hedonic test result of 4.36. The best formulation of the effect of aromatherapy candles was in treatment B3 with a concentration of 2.5% grapefruit oil and 0.25% patchouli oil fixative with an average organoleptic test result of 6.52 and 80% of the panelists felt relaxed, comfortable, fresh and somewhat refreshed. The results of the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) calculation analysis in the aromatherapy business with a BCR value of 1.11 indicate that this business is feasible to develop.

Abstract

The Regency of Kepulauan Selayar holds significant potential in orange agrotourism, but the available information is still limited. Therefore, the implementation of this community service aims to create a website named "JeKS Tourism" as a medium for providing information on orange agrotourism in the Regency of Kepulauan Selayar, accessible through the website https://jekselayarisland-tourism.com/. This website offers information about natural, cultural, and artificial tourist attractions such as orange picking activities. Additionally, it provides information about processed orange products such as orange juice, dodol, and preserves. The website development method involves active participation from the local farming community and the regional government, especially the Department of Tourism. The output of this project results in a website containing informative content, including text, images, and maps. Through the implementation of this initiative, it is expected that Orange Agrotourism in the Regency of Kepulauan Selayar can become well-known and attract tourists, thereby enhancing the income and welfare of the local community

Abstract

Until now, many analyzes have been carried out to determine the right industrial location. However, there has been no attempt to combine SWOT analysis and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in this context. This study aims to determine a strategic location as a place to establish a pomelo orange processing industry in Pangkep Regency by integrating SWOT and AHP analysis. The factors in the SWOT analysis were obtained through interviews with various related parties, followed by the distribution of the SWOT and AHP questionnaire surveys to 5 respondents who were considered experts in their fields, consisting of 3 management lecturers from the Pangkep State Agricultural Polytechnic and 2 parties from the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Agriculture. Pangkep Regency Industry. The results of the SWOT and AHP analysis reveal 6 factors that have high priority in determining the location of the pomelo orange processing industry in Pangkep Regency, namely raw material availability, land availability, distance from the city center, taxation aspects, support from the local government, and legality factors. Based on the conclusions of these six priority factors, it can be suggested that the most strategic location for the pomelo orange processing industry in Pangkep Regency is in Ma'rang District

Abstract

Kualitas produksi gabah/beras sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengerjaan penanganan dan pengeringan gabah. Dimana sebagian besar petani masih mengandalkan teknologi konvensional, serta kurangnya ketersediaan teknologi peralatan. Olehnya itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempelajari pengaruh praperlakuan pulsed electric field (PEF) terhadap kinerja pengeringan gabah. Peralatan yang digunakan adalah mesin prototipe disinfeksi elektrik sistem kontinu bertegangan 30-35 kilovolt. Adapun variabel bebas adalah varitas gabah, lama paparan dan lama pengeringan. Data pengamatan berupa: kadar air gabah, penurunan kadar air gabah, moisture ratio dan laju pengeringan Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang diolah dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian/pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa penambahan lama paparan medan listrik menyebabkan peningkatan penurunan kadar air gabah pada semua varitas gabah. Dengan kadar air awal gabah 24% hanya membutuhkan waktu pengeringan 90 menit dengan cuaca agak terik hingga mencapai kadar air berkisar 13-14%. Laju penurunan kadar air tertinggi diperoleh 38,78% pada perlakuan lama paparan 9,42 detik selama 90 menit untuk varitas Inpari 32. Hasil analisis sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa varitas, lama paparan, lama pengeringan serta interaksi antara variabel bebas berpengaruh sangat nyata (?< 0,01) terhadap kadar air, penurunan kadar air, moisture ratio dan laju pengeringan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine marketing strategies and analyze internal and external factors that exist in PT. Cahaya Mario Brother Group. The data collection method used is participatory observation, and the data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis methods used are qualitative descriptive and SWOT analysis. The results of this study put the company's position in quadrant I where the position in quadrant I explained that PT. Cahaya Mario Brother Group has great opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of the opportunities that exist. The strategy used by PT. Cahaya Mario Brother Group is a strategy that is (SO) which means supporting aggressive policies. The strategy that must be done to deal with competitors is to increase promotion and maintain product quality. This aims to increase consumer attractiveness, expand market share and reduce the risk of similar competing products

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan usaha pembibitan sapi bali dalam satu periode di UPT Pembibitan Ternak dan Hijaun Pakan Ternak Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari – April 2021 di UPT Pembibitan Ternak dan Hijaun Pakan Ternak Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua data pendapatan selama UPT Pembibitan Ternak dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan berdiri. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendapatan 3 tahun terakhir. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus analisis pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha pembibitan sapi bali di UPT Pembibitan Ternak dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan pada periode 2018-2019 adalah sebesar Rp. 11.553.950. Sedangkan pendapatan pada periode 2019-2020 sebesar Rp. 10.597.617. Dari hasil kelayakan usaha dengan menggunakan metode analisis R/C ratio diperoleh hasil pada periode 2018-2019 yaitu 1,1 dan periode 2019-2020 yaitu 1,1 R/C ratio tersebut menandakan bahwa lebih besar dari satu (1,1>1). Usaha pembibitan sapi bali di UPT Pembibitan Ternak dan Hijauan Pakan Ternak Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan menguntungkan secara ekonomis dan layak diusahakan atau dikembangkan.

Abstract

The Koran, as the holy book of Muslims, not only contains spiritual guidance but also provides ideal principles that influence various aspects of human life. This research aims to identify the elements of idealism contained in the verses of the Koran and how these principles are applied in building a sakinah family. This research uses a qualitative approach. The main source used is the Al-Quran text, while references from various literature, such as books, journals, websites are used as secondary sources to provide additional context and interpretation related to the implementation of Al-Quran values ​​in building a sakinah family. Research findings show that the Al-Qur'an as a guide in forming a sakinah family is an indisputable necessity. The Koran is not only a source of religious teachings, but also provides practical guidance in managing family relationships. Implementation of the values ​​of the Koran, such as love, understanding, patience and good communication, is a solid foundation for the success of creating a harmonious and peaceful family. The existence of the Koran as a guide ensures that every step taken by family members is based on the principles taught by the religion.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an educational application centered on the conservation and ornamental fish capture areas in the Pangkajene Islands Regency. Designed for the Android operating system, the application is intended to be user-friendly and accessible to the local community. The testing phase will involve unit testing and compatibility checks to ensure that all functionalities work correctly and that the application performs smoothly across different devices and operating systems. The application will offer detailed information about conservation zones and ornamental fish capture areas within the Pangkajene Islands Regency. It will cover the types of ornamental fish in the region and provide guidelines for protecting the aquatic ecosystem. By delivering this information, the application is expected to be a valuable resource for the community, increasing awareness of the significance of aquatic ecosystem conservation and deepening understanding of ornamental fish conservation practices. This research contributes to the fields of environmental education and technology by creating a digital tool that enhances public awareness and knowledge about local conservation efforts. Utilizing the Android platform ensures broad accessibility, making the information available to a wider audience. Furthermore, the thorough testing processes outlined in this study underscore the importance of application reliability and device compatibility, which are crucial for effective educational content delivery. The research demonstrates how technology can be leveraged to support conservation initiatives, encourage sustainable practices, and aid in biodiversity preservation.
