Abstract

This study analyzes lafazh qaul and "kalām" in the Qur'an according to balāghah perspective, also discussing the meaning of the context of the two lafazhs. Because in balāghah's perspective, there is no same word, each lafazh has a different meaning even though it is the same in its textual form.  As ibtalā and ikhtabara mean to test. the word ibtalā is used for the meaning of good and bad trials. But the Arabs used it a lot for bad trials. While the word ikhtabara derived from the word khabara is used for the meaning of testing in a good context only. This literature research examines the use of the Qur'anic language in lafazh qaul and kalām and its meaning which aims to examine the miracles of the Qur'an in the aspect of language. The results of this study indicate that lafazh kalām is a part of qaul. Lafazh qaul and expressed in the context of something that is known or not known by humans, and qaul has two meanings, namely qaul mufīd and qaul ghairu mufīd. Meanwhile, lafazh kalām is devoted to the speech of Allah to the prophet, the speech of Allah to fellow human beings, and the speech of Allah to the dead.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the literacy competence of the Quran at Al-Izzah Islamic Boarding School in Kota Batu through an innovative approach to strengthen the scholarly foundation of the students. The methods employed involve workshops and training for educators, the development of technologically-based teaching materials, and the implementation of active learning activities. Evaluation encompasses aspects of comprehension, memorization of sacred verses, and Quranic reading skills. The results reflect a significant improvement in all aspects, with a high level of satisfaction from the boarding school authorities. The program successfully establishes an adaptive and responsive learning environment to contemporary developments, ensuring that students not only possess a strong Quranic literacy but can also apply Islamic teachings in a modern context. In conclusion, the innovative approach proves to be an effective solution in reinforcing Quranic literacy and scholarly knowledge among students at Al-Izzah Islamic Boarding School in Kota Batu.

Abstract

This service aims to increase the role of Malang Regency Muhammadiyah mosque administrators (takmir) in strengthening religious communities through optimizing management skills. This service method uses a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach through holding training sessions, workshops, and management skills development programs for Takmir. The results of this service show an increase in the quality of mosque services, increased community participation in religious activities, and overall empowerment of religious communities. The takmirs succeeded in improving management capabilities in managing the mosque, reflected in implementing more structured and quality religious programs and increased coordination with the surrounding community. Increasing community participation in religious activities also provides significant results; this shows the effectiveness of community service in strengthening active community involvement in religious activities. This service concludes that optimizing Takmir Muhammadiyah's management skills has positively impacted empowering religious communities in Malang Regency. The role of mosques as centers of religious and social activities is increasingly strengthening, while the community is increasingly actively involved in religious activities. This shows that this service has succeeded in achieving its goal, namely strengthening religious communities through improving the management skills of Muhammadiyah Takmir.

Abstract

Direct correction technique is part of the evaluation method that has an important role in improving language mastery, and has implications for increasing student motivation. This study aims to analyse whether Direct correction can increase students’ learning motivation in Arabic language learning with the object of research at Islamic Junior High School (MTs) Muhammadiyah Pasui. Then there are two problem formulations. First, what are the factors or obstacles that affect Arabic language learning at MTs Muhammadiyah Pasui. Second, how Direct correction increases the motivation of learning Arabic vocabulary of MTs Muhammadiyah Pasui students’. To answer the research problem, this research uses a descriptive Quantitative method with data collection methods using interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses validity test and reliability test. This study concluded that first, students’ obstacles in learning are influenced by the lack of mufradat vocabulary and the majority of students’ have difficulty in reading the Qur'an, which has an impact on their inability to identify letters. Second, students’ lack of interest is influenced by students’ low level of understanding of the material, with the application of Direct correction teachers can measure students’ level of understanding and students’ can immediately correct mistakes after evaluation activities. Third, with the application of Direct correction the teacher is able to foster student learning motivation, the indicators are that students’ are active in learning, students’ pay more attention to learning, students’ become more excited and feel facilitated.

Abstract

Pernikahan anak di bawah umur hanya dapat dilakukan jika pasangan yang bersangkutan mengajukan permohonan surat nikah atau pengecualian nikah kepada Pengadilan Agama (KUA) agar pernikahan tersebut bisa disahkan oleh pengadilan. Sebelum mengajukan permohonan, kedua calon pasangan harus mendapatkan izin dari orang tua. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-analitis, dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis penerapan peraturan hukum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku saat ini. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai kondisi nyata objek atau permasalahan yang diteliti, serta melakukan analisis untuk menarik kesimpulan yang bersifat umum. kami menyimpulkan bahwa praktek pelaksanaan pernikahan dini terhadap anak di masyarakat masih saja terjadi. Dimana secara factual pasangan yang menikah muda umumnya belum memiliki kestabilan finansial (keuangan) dan kedewasaan berpikir, yang berisiko mengancam keberlanjutan kehidupan keluarganya. Pernikahan dini atau pernikahan anak di bawah umur umumnya terjadi di latar belakangi oleh beberapa factor yaitu: kehamilan, keinginan orang tua, adat istiadat (tradisi keluarga), dan kemauan sendiri. Dengan terjadinya praktek pernikahan dini terhadap anak di bawah umur ini pada dasarnya akan sangat beresiko pada kestabilan mental dan psikologi dari anak itu sendiri serta akan sangat berdampak buruk terhadap kesehatan tubuhnya, Dimana beberbagai macam penyakit akan muncul seperti: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), dan Infeksi Menluar Seksual (IMS).

Abstract

Justice in Islamic law has its significance and its inception dates back to the appointment of Prophet Muhammad. From that moment, the Prophet Muhammad assumed the role of the first judge in the Islamic world, overseeing and deciding all cases presented. Following the death of the Prophet, the authority of justice was transitioned to the caliphs. In so doing, the caliphs consistently adhered to the guidance of the Quran, the Sunnah, and Ijma. In addition to them, judges are individuals who possess a deep understanding of the Quran, the Sunnah, and Ijma. Compensation for judges is determined in accordance with regulations set by the caliph. Judges emphasize a commitment to justice in their rulings. The legacy of a just judicial system within the Islamic legal framework continued to thrive through upholding the foundations of the Quranic teachings and the Prophet's traditions.

Abstract

This study aims to map and identify research developments on strategies and methods of learning Arabic speaking skills in Indonesia. This qualitative literature review approach study analyzed data sources through journal articles on Arabic studies from 2019-2023. The results show that the amount of research from 2019-2023 has fluctuated in the number of articles published. During this time, qualitative methods were used most in the study. The most discussed topics are learning, improving strategies, and using direct methods of speaking most discussed. The variety of research objects shows that junior high school students are the most dominant research objects. In addition, in terms of the most common problems, namely the low ability of students to speak Arabic and students' difficulty in speaking Arabic, the main factor that makes learning speaking skills less effective is the application of inappropriate learning methods, such as the al-Qawaid wa al-Tarjamah method, the lecture and reading method, and the application of monotonous and less varied strategies and methods. Likewise, teachers' lack of competence in applying various fun methods results in teachers being more active than students.

Abstract

Understanding "Research Methodology in Language" is crucial as it provides a critical foundation for the exploration, analysis, and interpretation of language phenomena. Through appropriate research methods, we can delve into the structures of language, communication patterns, and changes in meaning with the necessary depth. The importance of language research methodology lies in its ability to provide systematic guidance for researchers in designing and conducting research relevant to their specific goals. Language research methods also play a vital role in the development of language theories, bridging empirical understanding with broader conceptual frameworks. It supports innovation in research approaches and enriches our understanding of language diversity as well as changes in social, cultural, and technological contexts. In the educational context, a profound understanding of language research methodology provides the basis for designing effective and relevant teaching strategies. This in-depth understanding also supports efforts in language and cultural preservation, offering detailed insights into how language functions in specific societal contexts. Overall, understanding "Research Methodology in Language" is essential for advancing linguistic knowledge, providing deep insights into language phenomena, and informing various practical aspects, from education to cultural preservation.

Abstract

Masa pandemi yang tidak bisa dipredeksi sampai kapan menuntut para guru untuk terus berinovasi dalam pembelajaran shingga tercapai tujuan yang digunakan. Permasalahan ini juga terjadi pada guru bahasa Arab di Kota Malang, pembeljaran bahas Arab selama pandemic ini dinilai kurang menarik perhatian siswa karena menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang monoton bahkan terkadang membuat siswa bingung dalam memahami materi. Sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah adanya pendampingan pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis Project Based Learning (PJBL). Dipilihnya model pembelajaran ini karena memounyai nilai lebih dalam pembeljaran, yakni slain materi tersampaikan dengan model pembeljaran ini para siswa juga akan mempunyai tambahan kompetensi yaitu komunikasi, berfikir kritis dan kerjasama. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) palnning lesson dengan kegiatan webinar tentang PJBL, workshop penyususnan RPP satu lembar, workshop penyusunan assesmen pembelajaran, dan analisis materi, luaran pada tahap ini luaran yang dihasilkan adalah modul PJBL, RPP satu lembar, dan daftar materi yang cocok untuk PJBL,  (2) impelementation, dalam kegiatan ini akan dilakkukan pendampingan secara intens terkait pelaksaan PJBL di sekolah-sekolah luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah produk pembelajaran. (3) evaluation, pada tahap ini dilakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan dan penyusunan luaran berupa naskah publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

An illegitimate child refers to a child born from a relationship outside of a legal marriage at a certain time. The status and position of the child are highly dependent on the legality of the marriage of his parents. Based on National Law, a marriage is considered valid if it is registered by an authorized institution or agency. A child born out of wedlock only has a legal relationship with his mother and is entitled to inherit property from the mother's side. If the child's blood relationship with his biological father is severed, then the child's inheritance rights only apply to the mother's family, and not to the biological father's family. Therefore, an illegitimate child is not entitled to receive an inheritance from his biological father. However, this provision only applies in terms of the distribution of inheritance to illegitimate children. The recipient of the inheritance is an individual who has legal inheritance rights, such as Zawil Khurd and Zawir Alham. This article adopts a normative research approach, which utilizes literature and books as sources to analyze doctrine from a normative perspective. In the study of normative law, the main focus lies on understanding the essence and scope of law as a system that studies reality. This discipline involves two aspects, namely analytical and normative, with law included in this category. It can be concluded that illegitimate children have the right to inherit together with heirs from groups I, II, III, or IV, and can receive inheritances even though they come from groups with different degrees. However, in certain situations, if heirs from groups I to IV do not leave descendants and there are only illegitimate children, then the legitimate illegitimate children are recognized as heirs who have the right to receive all inheritance, in accordance with the provisions of Article 865 of the Civil Code. In marriage law, the legal status of illegitimate children is regulated by Law Number 1 of 1974, specifically Article 43 paragraph (1), which states that illegitimate children only have a civil relationship with their mother and family. Therefore, illegitimate children are only legally bound to their mother and family, without any legal relationship with the father who raised them.
