Abstract

The program "Effective Communication Optimization to Improve Social Skills of Children at Ulil Abshar Dau Sengkaling Malang Orphanage" aims to enhance the communication and social skills of orphaned children. Employing a holistic approach, an initial evaluation is conducted to understand individual needs, followed by training and mentoring. The training focuses on improving both verbal and non-verbal communication skills, while individual mentoring provides specific support to address emotional and social challenges. The program incorporates modern technology to broaden the communication abilities of children in the digital era. In the fifth month, there is an emphasis on understanding and appreciating cultural diversity, creating an inclusive environment. The final evaluation in the sixth month measures the progress of individuals and groups through communication skills tests and final interviews. The results include improved communication skills, positive changes in social interactions, and increased self-confidence and self-esteem among the children. The program has successfully shaped an environment that supports the holistic growth of orphaned children. Through the training and mentoring approach, the program not only strengthens communication skills but also establishes a strong foundation for the social and emotional development of children, delivering measurable positive impacts at both individual and group levels

Abstract

This study aims to provide education on strategies to accelerate the reduction of stunting in Padahurip Village, Banjarwangi District, Garut Regency. The research data were collected from eight Posyandu (community health posts) in the village. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with counseling and socialization during the Community Service (KKN) program. The results of this activity indicate an increased public understanding of the importance of stunting prevention, especially through improving nutrition for pregnant women and toddlers. The education provided was effective in raising awareness and engaging the community in efforts to reduce stunting rates in the area. The conclusion of this study is that education-based approaches through Posyandu can be an effective strategy in accelerating the reduction of stunting.

Abstract

The existence of majaz mursal i'tibar ma kana in the Qur'an has proven the use of majaz style of language in the Qur'an which underlined that the Qur’an cannot be separated from majaz. The study of the Qur'an will cause the ambiguity in meaning and even fatal mistakes if balaghah approach (majaz) is not used. The data of this research were obtained from the Qur'an and the opinions of several Balaghah experts, such as Abu Ubaidah and Az-Zamakhsyary as the source of information in this study. Semantics was also used in this research, which was analyzing the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an which were classified as majaz i'tibar ma kana. The research results showed that there were 12 verses in the Qur'an including majaz mursal i'tibar ma kana which were found in the different verses, such as surah Al-Baqarah verse (2): 234, surah An-nisa verse (4): 2, surah An-nisa verse (4) 12, surah Al-Rahman verse (55): 56, surah Al-Kahfi verse (28): 47, surah Al-Hujarat verse (49): 9, surah: An-Naml verse (27): 87, surah Fussilat verse (41): 21, surah Thaha verse (20): 74, surah Nuh verse (71): 26-2, surah Ad-Dhukhan (44) verse: 47,48 49. So, there must be a meaningful figure of speech (metaphor) in understanding the verses of the Qur'an and there was no ambiguous meaning. Therefore, this study suggested the need to explore the science of balaghah as one of the tools of science in understanding the Qur'an implicitly.

Abstract

Anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Ulil Abshar Dau Sengkaling Malang menghadapi tantangan emosional akibat kehilangan orang tua, keterbatasan dukungan emosional, serta kurangnya hubungan interpersonal yang sehat. Studi menunjukkan bahwa mereka memiliki risiko lebih tinggi mengalami kecemasan dan depresi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pendampingan dan pembinaan psikososial guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosional, kemampuan regulasi emosi, serta hubungan sosial mereka dengan sesama anak dan pengasuh.Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kesehatan emosional anak-anak dengan membangun keterampilan mengelola emosi serta meningkatkan kapasitas pengasuh dalam memberikan pendampingan emosional yang efektif. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif, meliputi assessment awal melalui observasi dan wawancara, pelatihan pengasuh mengenai teknik pendampingan emosional, serta sesi konseling dan terapi kelompok bagi anak-anak. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menilai efektivitas program serta menyusun model pembinaan psikososial yang dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesejahteraan emosional anak-anak. Mereka lebih mampu mengelola emosi negatif serta menunjukkan perkembangan dalam membangun hubungan interpersonal yang lebih baik. Anak-anak yang sebelumnya mengalami kesulitan dalam mengekspresikan perasaan kini lebih percaya diri dalam berkomunikasi. Selain itu, pengasuh mengalami peningkatan kapasitas dalam memberikan dukungan emosional yang lebih efektif. Intervensi yang dilakukan membuktikan efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosional anak-anak serta kapasitas pengasuh. Model pembinaan psikososial yang dikembangkan berpotensi diterapkan di panti asuhan lain sebagai referensi dalam pendampingan anak-anak secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pernikahan anak di bawah umur hanya dapat dilakukan jika pasangan yang bersangkutan mengajukan permohonan surat nikah atau pengecualian nikah kepada Pengadilan Agama (KUA) agar pernikahan tersebut bisa disahkan oleh pengadilan. Sebelum mengajukan permohonan, kedua calon pasangan harus mendapatkan izin dari orang tua. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-analitis, dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis penerapan peraturan hukum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku saat ini. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai kondisi nyata objek atau permasalahan yang diteliti, serta melakukan analisis untuk menarik kesimpulan yang bersifat umum. kami menyimpulkan bahwa praktek pelaksanaan pernikahan dini terhadap anak di masyarakat masih saja terjadi. Dimana secara factual pasangan yang menikah muda umumnya belum memiliki kestabilan finansial (keuangan) dan kedewasaan berpikir, yang berisiko mengancam keberlanjutan kehidupan keluarganya. Pernikahan dini atau pernikahan anak di bawah umur umumnya terjadi di latar belakangi oleh beberapa factor yaitu: kehamilan, keinginan orang tua, adat istiadat (tradisi keluarga), dan kemauan sendiri. Dengan terjadinya praktek pernikahan dini terhadap anak di bawah umur ini pada dasarnya akan sangat beresiko pada kestabilan mental dan psikologi dari anak itu sendiri serta akan sangat berdampak buruk terhadap kesehatan tubuhnya, Dimana beberbagai macam penyakit akan muncul seperti: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), dan Infeksi Menluar Seksual (IMS).

Abstract

An illegitimate child refers to a child born from a relationship outside of a legal marriage at a certain time. The status and position of the child are highly dependent on the legality of the marriage of his parents. Based on National Law, a marriage is considered valid if it is registered by an authorized institution or agency. A child born out of wedlock only has a legal relationship with his mother and is entitled to inherit property from the mother's side. If the child's blood relationship with his biological father is severed, then the child's inheritance rights only apply to the mother's family, and not to the biological father's family. Therefore, an illegitimate child is not entitled to receive an inheritance from his biological father. However, this provision only applies in terms of the distribution of inheritance to illegitimate children. The recipient of the inheritance is an individual who has legal inheritance rights, such as Zawil Khurd and Zawir Alham. This article adopts a normative research approach, which utilizes literature and books as sources to analyze doctrine from a normative perspective. In the study of normative law, the main focus lies on understanding the essence and scope of law as a system that studies reality. This discipline involves two aspects, namely analytical and normative, with law included in this category. It can be concluded that illegitimate children have the right to inherit together with heirs from groups I, II, III, or IV, and can receive inheritances even though they come from groups with different degrees. However, in certain situations, if heirs from groups I to IV do not leave descendants and there are only illegitimate children, then the legitimate illegitimate children are recognized as heirs who have the right to receive all inheritance, in accordance with the provisions of Article 865 of the Civil Code. In marriage law, the legal status of illegitimate children is regulated by Law Number 1 of 1974, specifically Article 43 paragraph (1), which states that illegitimate children only have a civil relationship with their mother and family. Therefore, illegitimate children are only legally bound to their mother and family, without any legal relationship with the father who raised them.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menyiapkan generasi santri yang mampu menghafal dan memahami Al-Qur'an secara unggul. Metode inovatif diterapkan melalui beberapa tahap. Pertama, dilakukan peninjauan kurikulum dengan menyesuaikannya agar mencerminkan kebutuhan zaman dan nilai-nilai literasi Al-Qur'an yang lebih komprehensif. Kurikulum yang baru menekankan integrasi literasi digital, media interaktif, dan sumber daya yang berani untuk mendukung pemahaman mendalam terhadap teks suci. Selanjutnya dilakukan pelatihan intensif bagi para pengajar di Pondok Pesantren Al-Izzah, membekali mereka dengan teknik pengajaran inovatif, strategi kontekstualisasi materi, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Integrasi teknologi mencakup penggunaan aplikasi literasi digital dan media interaktif. Evaluasi holistik menjadi bagian integral dalam memonitor kemajuan santri, mencakup kemampuan hafalan, pemahaman konsep, dan penerapan nilai-nilai moral. Kegiatan Pengabdian yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Izzah mampu menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menggabungkan tradisi keislaman dengan kebutuhan modern. Inovasi ini membawa dampak positif dalam mencetak generasi santri yang tidak hanya menguasai literasi Al-Qur'an secara teknis, tetapi juga mampu membawa nilai-nilai ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan respons masyarakat terhadap tanda-tanda Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) di Desa Pandai, Kecamatan Woha, Kabupaten Bima, NTB. Metode Pengabdian dengan memberikan penyuluhan, workshop, dan pembentukan forum diskusi untuk berbagi informasi dan pengalaman terkait KDRT. Hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan sekitar 40% dalam respons masyarakat terhadap tanda-tanda KDRT, terutama pada kelompok rentan seperti remaja dan lansia. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan stigma sosial dan ketakutan melaporkan, upaya pengurangan stigma dan penguatan perlindungan korban telah dilakukan. Tim pengabdian menegaskan keberhasilan program deteksi dini dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pelaporan kasus KDRT. Implikasinya, diperlukan langkah-langkah berkelanjutan, termasuk adaptasi program serupa di wilayah lain dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik lokal. Dengan demikian, upaya pencegahan dan penanganan KDRT dapat terus berkembang, memberikan kontribusi positif bagi masyarakat, dan memperkuat fondasi perubahan budaya yang mendukung keadilan dan keamanan di tingkat lokal

Abstract

This community service program was carried out at Ulil Abshar Orphanage, Sengkaling, Malang, with the primary objective of empowering the economic independence of orphanage children through entrepreneurship training. The main challenges faced by the children are the lack of practical skills and limited experience in managing small businesses, which necessitates systematic capacity building. The implementation methods included several stages, namely the provision of conceptual materials on entrepreneurship, technical training on starting small businesses, and mentoring in managing simple business units aligned with local potentials and needs. Furthermore, the children were encouraged to develop creativity in producing marketable products and to practice digital technology–based marketing strategies. The results of the program demonstrated an improvement in the children’s understanding of entrepreneurship concepts, their ability to design business plans, and their skills in independently managing small businesses. This activity also fostered greater self-confidence, entrepreneurial motivation, and awareness of the importance of economic independence for their future. Thus, this entrepreneurship training is expected to serve as an initial step in preparing a generation of independent, productive, and competitive orphanage children. Program sustainability is planned through continuous monitoring, further mentoring, and the development of collaborative networks with various stakeholders.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini direalisasikan dengan program pendampingan belajar yang terfokus pada pengenalan Bahasa Arab menyenangkan pada Guru-guru Tk Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal. Kegiatan pendampingan belajar ini dilakukan di lingkungan Dusun Ngijo Karangploso. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membimbing guru-guru agar memiliki keterampilan berbahasa Arab dengan baik dan benar. Masalah utama adalah karena Guru-guru Tk Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal belum ada pemahaman sama sekali tentang Bahasa Arab, padahal mereka diharuskan oleh mengajarkan Kosa-kata Bahasa Arab kepada Anak-anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa program bimbingan belajar bahasa arab untuk Guru-guru TK yang berjumlah 6 orang. Adapun materi yang disampaikan berupa Perkenalan atau at-ta’aruf, kemudian kosakata atau almufradat, percakapan sehari-hari atau al-hiwar, serta pengenalan dhomir. Metode pelaksanaan pendampingan diawali dengan observasi dan perijinan. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah penyusunan handout Bahasa Arab untuk Anak Tk. Tahap pelaksanaan pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 5 (lima) kali pertemuan. Selanjutnya, evaluasi akhir akan dilaksanakan kepada peserta pendampingan dalam bentuk Praktek. Tahap akhir yaitu analisis keterlaksanaan pendampingan.
