Abstract

Direct correction technique is part of the evaluation method that has an important role in improving language mastery, and has implications for increasing student motivation. This study aims to analyse whether Direct correction can increase students’ learning motivation in Arabic language learning with the object of research at Islamic Junior High School (MTs) Muhammadiyah Pasui. Then there are two problem formulations. First, what are the factors or obstacles that affect Arabic language learning at MTs Muhammadiyah Pasui. Second, how Direct correction increases the motivation of learning Arabic vocabulary of MTs Muhammadiyah Pasui students’. To answer the research problem, this research uses a descriptive Quantitative method with data collection methods using interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses validity test and reliability test. This study concluded that first, students’ obstacles in learning are influenced by the lack of mufradat vocabulary and the majority of students’ have difficulty in reading the Qur'an, which has an impact on their inability to identify letters. Second, students’ lack of interest is influenced by students’ low level of understanding of the material, with the application of Direct correction teachers can measure students’ level of understanding and students’ can immediately correct mistakes after evaluation activities. Third, with the application of Direct correction the teacher is able to foster student learning motivation, the indicators are that students’ are active in learning, students’ pay more attention to learning, students’ become more excited and feel facilitated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran dan fungsi Jaksa di Kejaksaan Negeri Gowa dalam penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi anggaran dan operasional sekolah serta Faktor penghambat upaya jaksa di Kejaksaan Negeri Gowa dalam Penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi dana operasional sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris, yaitu metode penelitian hukum yang diperoleh langsung dari narasumber dengan melalui penelitian lapangan, yang dilakukan baik itu melalui wawancara, pengamatan (observasi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Fungsi penyidikan dalam pemberantasan pidana korupsi di Kejaksaan Negeri Gowa kurang efektif karena tindak pidana korupsi sulit untuk dibuktikan. Proses penyidikan oleh Jaksa Penyidik memerlukan penyesuaian unsur materil dengan pengumpulan bukti-bukti yang kuat untuk menjerat pelaku korupsi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyidikan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Gowa melalui Jaksa Penyidiknya adalah substansi, struktur, dan budaya hukum. Di antara ketiganya, struktur hukum menjadi faktor paling berpengaruh.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemandirian anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Ulil Abshar Dau Sengkaling Malang melalui program kegiatan mandiri dengan pendekatan pendidikan dan pembinaan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyusunan program kegiatan mandiri yang mencakup berbagai keterampilan, pelatihan, serta pembinaan secara individu dan kelompok. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pendidikan dan pembinaan telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian anak-anak di panti asuhan tersebut. Anak-anak berhasil mengembangkan keterampilan teknis, kewirausahaan, dan keterampilan sosial melalui program kegiatan mandiri. Selain itu, keterlibatan keluarga dalam program juga menciptakan lingkungan dukungan yang lebih luas bagi anak-anak, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan kemandirian mereka. Kesimpulannya, program "Peningkatan Kemandirian Anak Panti Asuhan Ulil Abshar Dau Sengkaling Malang melalui Program Kegiatan Mandiri: Pendekatan Pendidikan dan Pembinaan" berhasil memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam membantu anak-anak panti asuhan untuk menjadi lebih mandiri dan siap menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Diperlukan komitmen dan dukungan yang berkelanjutan untuk memastikan kelangsungan program ini dan manfaatnya bagi anak-anak panti asuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the cooperative think pair share learning model to improve writing skills in grades VIII A and VIII B SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Malang. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type and a non-equivalent control group design. This study uses the purposive sampling technique. The population is all students at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Malang, totaling 105 students. The sample consists of 2 classes, namely class VIII A, which is an experimental class that applies the cooperative think pair share learning model. Class VIII B is a control class using lecture methods. The data source is taken from student tests and interview results. Data collection methods use observations, interviews, tests, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used for this study are independent sample t-test and effectiveness test or N-Gain test. The study results obtained a significant difference between the average grades of students before and after the implementation of the think pair share learning model. This can be seen from the average value of the control class of 65.43 while the average value of the experiment class is 76.86 so it can be known that the average value of the experimental class > the control class. The next result uses the N-Gain formula, obtained by 45 with a moderate category. In this case, it can be concluded that the cooperative think pair share learning model is effective in improving writing skills in class VIII A SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Malang.

Abstract

This study analyzes lafazh qaul and "kalām" in the Qur'an according to balāghah perspective, also discussing the meaning of the context of the two lafazhs. Because in balāghah's perspective, there is no same word, each lafazh has a different meaning even though it is the same in its textual form.  As ibtalā and ikhtabara mean to test. the word ibtalā is used for the meaning of good and bad trials. But the Arabs used it a lot for bad trials. While the word ikhtabara derived from the word khabara is used for the meaning of testing in a good context only. This literature research examines the use of the Qur'anic language in lafazh qaul and kalām and its meaning which aims to examine the miracles of the Qur'an in the aspect of language. The results of this study indicate that lafazh kalām is a part of qaul. Lafazh qaul and expressed in the context of something that is known or not known by humans, and qaul has two meanings, namely qaul mufīd and qaul ghairu mufīd. Meanwhile, lafazh kalām is devoted to the speech of Allah to the prophet, the speech of Allah to fellow human beings, and the speech of Allah to the dead.

Abstract

The use of Hangman game media is based on the lack of Arabic language game media. This condition causes students to become bored and pay less attention to learning. The lack of game media supporting Arabic as the main language makes researchers use the Hangman game media. This study aims to see how efficiently the Hangman interactive game improves vocabulary memorization XI grade students. The pre-experimental method was adopted, in which the researcher conducted a pre- and post-test. The researcher utilized a simple random sampling procedure using a sample of 28 students in her study. The data gathering strategy employed observation and tests to determine the student knowledge level. The T Test is a method of data analysis. In this case, students' scores improved after they played the Hangman game. After playing the Hangman game, students can memorize 5-6 new vocabulary words on average. Which was possible to say that using Hangman games to improve students' vocabulary memorization is effective. The Hangman game can be used as the main medium of learning or inserted in making learning materials on powerpoint to make learning conditions more enjoyable.

Abstract

This research aims to delve into the stylistics of the Al-Qur'an, particularly the use of metaphorical communication (isti'arah) in Surat Ali Imran. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to collect data from the Al-Qur'an, exegesis, and relevant literature. The research findings identify and analyze various forms of isti'arah employed in Surat Ali Imran, conveying metaphorical messages with linguistic uniqueness and brilliance. The analysis reveals that isti'arah serves as an effective tool for conveying religious concepts and enriches the reader's understanding through strong symbols and analogies. The research conclusion affirms that the presence of isti'arah in Surat Ali Imran enhances the Quranic language's beauty and adds depth to the comprehension of religious concepts. This metaphorical language style serves as a window that showcases the wisdom and grandeur of the Al-Qur'an, inviting readers to contemplate and understand divine messages more profoundly. Thus, this research provides valuable insights into the use of isti'arah in conveying metaphorical meanings in the Al-Qur'an, enriching Quranic readers' religious and linguistic understanding.
