Abstract

latar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas III SDN Bonto Pajja pada muatan pelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran perkalian menggunakan model Picture and picture, serta untuk menilai apakah model ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dengan pengumpulan data berupa hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa melalui tes evaluasi, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas siswa dari kategori baik pada siklus I menjadi kategori sangat baik pada siklus II, dan menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Picture and picture berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research with a correlational type of research which has objectives 1). To find out a picture of the 21st century teaching skills of teachers at Batulaccuu State Elementary School, Makassar City. 2). To find out a picture of student learning motivation at Batulaccu State Elementary School, Makassar City. 3). To find out whether there is a relationship between 21st century teaching skills and student learning motivation at Batulaccu State Elementary School, Makassar City. Variable X in this research is 21st century teaching skills, while variable Y in this research is student learning motivation. The population in this study was 35 students. Data collection was carried out by providing questionnaires and documentation. The power analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive statistics, namely the average value and percentage, a picture of the teacher's 21st century teaching skills and student learning motivation is in the very good category. Then, based on the results of inferential statistical analysis, it shows that tcount is greater than ttable at the 5% significance level. Therefore H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of this research, it was concluded that there is a significant relationship between teachers' 21st century teaching skills and student learning motivation at Batlaccu State Elementary School, Makassar City.

Abstract

This research discusses the problem of low critical thinking skills in Citizenship Education learning in class IVB at SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi 1 Makassar City. The aim of this research is to find out how the application of the problem-based learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills in class IVB citizenship education at SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi I Makassar City. This research approach is a quantitative approach. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) with two cycles which include planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The focus of this research is the critical thinking skills of class IVB students in civic education learning and problem based learning models. The subjects of this research were 20 students in class IVB of SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi I, Makassar city in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. Observation data collection techniques and test questions. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistical data analysis. The results of this research show that there is a significant increase in each cycle. The results of the first cycle test with the low category increased in cycle II with the high category. The results of data analysis concluded that the application of the problem- based learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills in civic education learning in class IVB at SD Inpres Kassi-Kassi I Makassar City.
