Abstract

Companies must struggle to survive and be the best, this encourages companies to use various strategies and innovations to prevent bankruptcy in the laws of law there are gaps that can be utilized by taxpayers to reduce the tax burden that must be paid. One of them is tax avoidance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect and explain profitability, leverage on tax avoidance with sales growth as moderation variables in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2020-2021. Types of research approaches are quantitative, with a population of 4 companies and 32 data samples The quarterly financial uses using purposive sampling for sample determination. Data analysis techniques conducted with descriptive statistical analysis, testing of panel data regression estimation models, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, t-test, and moderation regression analysis. The results of this study were obtained that the partial profitability variable had a significant effect on tax avoidance and partially leverage had no significant effect on tax avoidance. The results of moderation regression analysis obtained by the results of sales growth instead of the moderation variable between profitability and leverage of tax avoidance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the inventory control carried out by CV Sudut Cantik. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from company records for one year (January – December 2023). The data analysis method used in this research is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, which aims to find out economical orders, Total Inventory Cost (TIC), Safety Stock (SS), and ReOrder Point (ROP). Using a descriptive quantitative research approach. Data were analyzed using POM-QM For Windows V5.3. The research results obtained are the Total Inventory Cost according to company policy for products  namely Daviena Skincare Glowing Series Package is IDR 337,725, while based on the EOQ method is IDR IDR 34,155.

Abstract

The air transportation business in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase seen from the number of airlines established in Indonesia. The increasing number of airlines makes the competition increasingly fierce in building a company. So the company can experience financial difficulties that can lead to bankruptcy. One of the airline companies experiencing financial distress is PT. Indonesia Transport and Infrastructure Tbk. This research aims to analyze and predict the bankruptcy of the company PT. Indonesia Transport and Infrastructure Tbk. This research uses the Altman Z-Score and Springate methods. The data collection technique used in the research is secondary data in the form of PT's annual financial report. Indonesia Transport and Infrastructure Tbk for the 2017-2021 period. The results of this research state that in 2017 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -2.2920 and Springate -0.5127. In 2018 the company experienced distress with a classification of -2.9939 and Springate -0.4330. In 2019 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -4.0886 and Springate -0.5974. In 2020 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -6.8293 and Springate -0.7776. In 2021 the company experienced distress with a z-score classification of -8.0491 and Springate -0.5821.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Total Asset Turn Over Terhadap Return On Asset Perusahaan Rokok Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2012-2021, secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kuantitatif dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi data panel melalui program Eviews 10. Uji yang dilakukan peneliti adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, uji simultan, analisis regeresi data panel, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 laporan keuangan dan sampel adalah 30 laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa memenuhi syarat dan tidak terjadi masalah yang signifikan baik dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas pada uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Return On Asset (ROA). Variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Return On Asset (ROA). Sedangkan Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Return On Asset (ROA). Hasil uji simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel CR, DER, TATO berpengaruh secara bersama terhadap ROA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah sebuah variabel strategi pemasaran (produk, harga, promosi dan tempat) berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Bonafit Mart. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pada Bonafit Mart berjumlah 140. Teknik analysis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk secara parsial menunjukkan signifikan 0,072 > 0,05 yang menyatakan pembelian, variabel harga secara parsial menunujukkan signifikan 0,005 > 0,05 yang menyatakan secara parsial harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel promosi secara parsial menunjukkan signifikan 0,97 > 0, 05 yang menyatakan secara parsial promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel tempat secara parsial menujukan signifikan 0,12 < 0,05 yang menyatakan secara parsial tempat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan dengan melihat nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya starategi pemasaran (produk, harga, promosi dan tempat) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Angka R Square sebesar 18,6 % dan sedangkan sisanya 81,4 % dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas diluar model. Dalam penelitian ini variabel bebas yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada Bonafit Mart adalah variabel harga.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share, Price to Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Return On Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2021. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel yang meliputi cross section dan time series. Data yang terkumpul dilakukan pengolahan dengan bantuan E-views 9 untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji t Earning Per Share dan Price to Book Value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Price to Earning Ratio, Return On Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Hasil uji F variabel Earning Per Share, Price to Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Return On Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan dapat menjelaskan harga saham pada perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2021 sebesar 90%.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in a company to achieve its goals. If the performance of employees is less than the maximum in the company it will affect several success factors that support employee performance. Some factors that support the success of employee performance are a work environment that is increasingly uncomfortable, job satisfaction within the company is not good, and also the employee's morale decreases when doing a job. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and work morale on employee performance at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The sampling method uses simple random sampling, and the sampling technique is based on the table determining the number of ISSAC and Michael samples from a population of 135 employees in 2019, with an error rate of 10% obtained as many as 92 employees at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted with SPSS 16. The results of multiple regression analysis showed the equation Y = 4.682 + 0.177X1 + 0.404X2 + 0.147X3 which means that the work environment variables significantly influence employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.177, job satisfaction has an effect significant to employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.404. While the variable morale has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.147. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis conducted showed that the work environment (), job satisfaction () and morale () had significant and significant effects on employee performance (Y), and had a Determination Coefficient or R Square of 0.373 or 37.3%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi donatur dan brand image terhadap loyalitas donatur, dengan keputusan donasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada lembaga sosial Muslim Kediri Peduli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM-PLS terhadap 48 donatur yang dipilih secara purposive di MKP, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Persepsi donatur dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan donasi, yang kemudian memediasi pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas donatur; pengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas tidak signifikan secara statistik. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memvalidasi peran mediasi keputusan donasi antara persepsi donatur, brand image, dan loyalitas donatur, khususnya dalam konteks lembaga sosial Islam lokal yang masih jarang diteliti. Keputusan donasi secara signifikan mendorong loyalitas donatur. Lembaga nonprofit perlu meningkatkan persepsi donatur dan citra merek untuk membangun kepercayaan jangka panjang, sehingga strategi retensi donatur dan dukungan keuangan berkelanjutan menjadi lebih efektif. Penelitian ini terbatas pada ukuran sampel yang kecil dan konteks organisasi yang spesifik, sehingga temuan mungkin tidak dapat digeneralisasikan ke populasi yang lebih luas atau lembaga sosial lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of raw material inventory control at the Kediri Wet Noodle business by comparing the traditional method with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied, utilizing EOQ, Safety Stock (SS), Re-order Point (ROP), and total inventory cost analysis. The results indicate that the traditional method leads to 24 purchase cycles per year with an inventory cost of IDR 4,320,000, without considering safety stock or re-order points. In contrast, the EOQ method shows an optimal purchase quantity of 1,421 sacks (35,525 Kg) with five purchase cycles per year, an inventory cost of IDR 574,455, a Safety Stock of 67 sacks (1,675 Kg), and a Re-order Point of 107 sacks (2,675 Kg). Therefore, the EOQ method reduces inventory costs by up to 86% compared to the traditional method. Nevertheless, its limitation lies in the exclusion of raw material shelf life and storage condition factors.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of taste and service quality on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable, at Dapoer MbokSum Kediri. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data were obtained through the distribution of structured questionnaires to customers, while secondary data were collected via interviews with the business owner and direct field observations to gain a deeper understanding of operational practices. A total of 120 respondents were selected through accidental sampling, ensuring that participants met specific criteria relevant to the study objectives. The data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0, incorporating validity and reliability testing to ensure the robustness of the measurement instruments, as well as hypothesis testing to evaluate the relationships between variables. The results of the analysis indicate that both taste and service quality exert significant and positive influences on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality demonstrates a significant and direct positive effect on customer loyalty. In contrast, taste does not show a direct influence on loyalty, suggesting that its effect on loyalty is more indirect and mediated by satisfaction Additionally, the mediation analysis confirms that customer satisfaction plays a critical role in linking both taste and service quality to customer loyalty. This implies that while customers may appreciate the taste of food, it is their overall satisfaction—encompassing both taste and service experiences—that ultimately drives loyalty. The study highlights the importance for culinary businesses, particularly in the competitive food service industry, to focus not only on product quality but also on delivering excellent service to enhance satisfaction and foster long-term customer relationships. The findings provide practical insights for Dapoer MbokSum Kediri and similar establishments to strategically prioritize service quality improvements alongside maintaining food taste to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
