Abstract

Every company really needs a price earning ratio which is used to assess whether shares are expensive or cheap based on the company in generating net profit and earnings per share are used to determine the valuation of the value of a company's shares with the aim of gaining profits for managers and shareholders. The aim of this research is to test and explain the influence of price earning ratio and earnings per shareon share prices in cosmetics and household goods sub-sector companies in 2015-2021. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with a population of 9 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange using a sample of 5 companies in the cosmetics and household goods sub-sector for the 2015-2021 period using annual financial reports. From the analysis that has been carried out, the results of the research partially show that the price earnings ratio has no significant effect on share prices, which means that if PER increases, share prices will also increase, earnings per share have a significant effect on share prices, meaning that if EPS increases it will also affect an increase in share prices and simultaneously has a significant effect on share prices, meaning that together EPS and PER increase, this will have an impact on share price increases. This is known from the results of the following analysis: R2 value = 0.641031 or 64.1%, which means 35.9% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee competence, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Land Office of Kediri Regency. A quantitative method was used with regression analysis through SPSS. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to employees. The results show that employee competence, work motivation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Individually, employee competence, work motivation, and organizational culture each have a significant impact on employee performance. These findings confirm that improving employee competence, providing appropriate motivation, and strengthening a positive organizational culture can be effective strategies to enhance employee performance at the Land Office of Kediri Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Radio Panjalu Raya. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study was 40 respondents at PT Radio Panjalu Raya. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 10.743 + 0.269 Organizational culture has a partially significant effect on employee performance with a sig result of 0.000 <0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of PT Radio Panjalu Raya employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between the profitability ratio and the company's profit growth ratio on the capital structure of PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk Period 2014-2021. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data sources used are secondary data sources from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling method. The results showed that the Profitability Ratio represented by the Return On Equity had a significant negative effect on the Capital Structure represented by the Debt to Equity Ratio at PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk in 2014-2021. Then the Company's Growth Ratio represented by Growth of Sales has a significant negative effect on the Capital Structure represented by the Debt to Equity Ratio at PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk in 2014-2021. And the Profitability Ratio and Growth ratio have a significant negative effect on the Capital Structure at PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk in 2014-2021.

Abstract

Reports on sources and uses of working capital can function as a basis for planning, management and supervision of working capital in the future. This research aims to determine the source and use of PT's working capital. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk and to find out the level of company profitability. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method. The data source used is secondary data. From the research results, it is known that the company's largest source of working capital comes from undetermined retained earnings, while the company's largest use of working capital is other non-current assets. The management of sources and use of the company's working capital in the 2017-2018 period was quite good, as can be seen from the increase in the current ratio and quick ratio. However, in 2019-2021 both experienced a decline. Meanwhile, the company's working capital turnover ratio is said to be effective because from 2017 to 2020 it continued to increase, but in 2021 there was a decline. Meanwhile, the company's profitability for the 2017-2021 period experienced fluctuating values. Gross Profit Margin 62.55%, 62.15%, 62.54%, 59.27%, 60.65%. Net Profit Margin 3.15%, 3.35%, 3.60%, -7.79%, -6.11%. Return On Assets 5.99%, 9.34%, 9.09%, -12.36%, -10.81%. Return On Equity 12.91%, 13.76%, 14.55%, -30.26%, -32.17%.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a way to provide employees with an understanding of how to develop employment opportunities, work groups that have the appropriate capacity to provide appreciation for their efforts and work. This is because HR is tasked with realizing the vision and mission of a company. By taking a sample of 35, namely all UD employees. Syafaat Prambon with correlation and regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis concluded: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on UD employee productivity. Prambon Intercession. 2) Occupational Safety and Health has a negative and significant effect on the productivity of UD Syafaat Prambon employees. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on UD employee productivity. Abstract

Proses pembelajaran online yang terjadi selama masa pandemi covid-19 dinilai kurang efektif karena pembelajaran membutuhkan adanya interaksi antara peserta didik dan pengajar seperti pembelajaran praktikum, sehingga perlu dilakukan pembelajaran campuran atau hybrid learning. Selama proses pembelajaran hybrid terdapat beberapa kendala seperti persepsi mahasiswa dan minat mahasiswa untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran hybrid. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan minat mahasiswa terkait proses pembelajaran berbasis hybrid learning di Program Studi Keperawatan Anestesiologi Universitas Harapan Bangsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dan cross sectional sebagai pendekatannya. mahasiswa aktif prodi Sarjana Terapan Keperawatan Anestesiologi Universitas Harapan Bangsa angkatan 2019/2020 sebanyak 100 responden dijadikan sebagai responden menggunakan teknik convenience. Alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data yaitu lembar kuesioner. Analisis dilakukan dengan distribusi frekuensi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan karakteristik mahasiswa Sarjana Terapan Keperawatan Anestesiologi di Universitas Harapan Bangsa sebagian besar memiliki jenis kelamin perempuan (60%) dan memiliki minat yang tinggi (51%). Persepsi mahasiswa terkait proses pembelajaran berbasis hybrid learning hampir seluruh responden memiliki persepsi yang positif (94%). Kesimpulan penelitian persepsi dan minat mahasiswa terkait proses pembelajaran berbasis hybrid learning dalam kategori positif dan tinggi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share, Price to Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Return On Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2021. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel yang meliputi cross section dan time series. Data yang terkumpul dilakukan pengolahan dengan bantuan E-views 9 untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji t Earning Per Share dan Price to Book Value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Price to Earning Ratio, Return On Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Hasil uji F variabel Earning Per Share, Price to Earning Ratio, Price to Book Value, Return On Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan dapat menjelaskan harga saham pada perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2021 sebesar 90%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variables Location, Service Quality, and Product Variety—on the dependent variable, namely Customer Loyalty, at Kakiempat Petcare Kaliombo, Kediri City. This research applies a quantitative method, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis with the aid of SPSS 26 software. The sampling technique employed was incidental sampling. Based on the results, it can be concluded that Location has a partial and positive influence on Customer Loyalty. Service Quality has a partial and positive influence on Customer Loyalty. Product Variety also has a partial and positive influence on Customer Loyalty. Furthermore, Location, Service Quality, and Product Variety simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. It is expected that through this research, Kakiempat Petcare Kaliombo, Kediri City, can maintain its strategic and easily accessible location, continuously uphold high service quality, and regularly update product variations in line with market trends, so that customers feel they have many choices and are encouraged to make repeat purchases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Green Accounting terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Kinerja Keuangan sebagai Variabel Intervening pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019-2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar dan kimia, dengan sampel sebanyak 22 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews dan uji mediasi menggunakan Sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Green accounting berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Green accounting berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kinerja Keuangan tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh antara penerapan Green Accounting terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
