Abstract

Rendahnya partisipasi warga dan keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai tata kelola kepemimpinan lokal masih menjadi tantangan dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan Ketua RT dan RW di Kelurahan Blabak, Kota Kediri. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang untuk memperkuat praktik demokrasi partisipatif sekaligus membangun kapasitas manajerial calon pemimpin lingkungan melalui pendampingan intensif. Strategi yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, forum diskusi partisipatif, simulasi tata cara pemilihan, serta pelatihan manajemen kepemimpinan yang melibatkan warga dan tokoh masyarakat. Iplementasi program menghasilkan peningkatan kesadaran politik masyarakat, terlaksananya proses pemilihan yang lebih transparan, serta lahirnya kader lokal dengan kemampuan memimpin yang lebih terarah. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan yang terstruktur mampu menciptakan tata kelola kepemimpinan yang demokratis, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada pemberdayaan warga.

Abstract

Kebutuhan penyajian data yang kreatif menuntut inovasi dalam meningkatkan literasi statistik masyarakat. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan peran Agen Pojok Statistik melalui pendampingan desain infografis dan videografis menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode partisipatif yang mencakup tahap persiapan, demonstrasi, praktik terbimbing, dan evaluasi hasil. Pendampingan mendorong peserta memanfaatkan fitur Canva untuk menghasilkan konten visual yang informatif, menarik, dan mudah dipahami dalam penyebaran data statistik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan desain infografis dan videografis serta kepercayaan diri peserta dalam menyajikan informasi statistik. Peningkatan kapasitas ini diharapkan memperkuat fungsi Pojok Statistik sebagai sarana diseminasi data, promosi literasi statistik, dan dukungan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data di masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Word of Mouth (WOM), brand image, and brand ambassador on consumer satisfaction with Le Minerale in Wonodadi District, Blitar Regency. A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was applied. The study involved 128 respondents selected through accidental sampling. The research instrument was a four-point Likert scale questionnaire tested for validity and reliability before use. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 27, including validity and reliability tests, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that WOM, brand image, and brand ambassador each have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant impact, with an R² value of 0.604, indicating that 60.4% of the variation in consumer satisfaction is explained by WOM, brand image, and brand ambassador, while the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other factors beyond this study. These findings highlight the importance of combining marketing communication strategies to enhance consumer satisfaction in the bottled drinking water industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management dan Digital Marketing terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Lembaga Global English Pare. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Customer Relationship Management (X1), Digital Marketing (X2) dan Loyalias Pelanggan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner atau angket pada pelanggan Lembaga Global English Pare. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sejumlah 780 responden serta sampel sejumlah 264 responden dengan teknik analisa uji instrumen, uji prasyarat analisis, dan pengujian hipotesis diharapkan dapat menjawab tiga rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Analisa dikerjakan dengan Software SPSS for Windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Customer Relationship Management (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare; 2) Digital Marketing (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare; 3) Customer Relationship Management (X1), Digital Marketing (X2) dan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalias Pelanggan (Y) pada Lembaga Global English Pare.

Abstract

This study looks at how liquidity, profitability, and leverage laffect the value of a company, specifically PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, between the years 2016 and 2023. It uses a quantitative and method and gets its data from published annual financial reports. All the financial reports from that time are considered the full set of data, but only 32 reports were chosen as a sample. These reports were picked based on specific criteria that match the variables being studied.The factors that are looked at are lliquidity, measuredl by the lCurrent Ratio (CR), profitabilityl measuredl by Returnl on Assetsl (ROA), and leveragel measured by and Debt tol Equity Ratiol (DER). The company valuel is measuredl byl Price to Book Value (PBV). The data was analyzed using SPSS software with methods like multiplel linear regression, t-test, and F-test.The findings show that liquidityl and leveragel have a strong positive effect on company value, while profitability has a negative effect.lWhen all threel factors are lconsidered together, they have a positive and significantl impact on company value. This suggests that internal factors like liquidity and profitability, and how a company uses debt are important in determining its overall lvalue. this study confirms based on the results obtained that internal company factors, especially liquidity, profitability, and capital structure, are important determinants in determining company value.

Abstract

The development of human resources in a company really requires good performance from employees, therefore employees are the benchmark for whether or not the company's goals have been achieved. This research aims to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Javanese Flowers Permai Kediri. The analytical method in this research is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of this research show that the workload variable partially influences employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.001<0.05. Work environment variables partially influence employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test with a significance value of 0.004<0.05. The workload and work environment variables simultaneously influence employee performance as proven by the results of the f test with a significance value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

In Indonesia, furniture industry companies are starting to spread and develop rapidly. The furniture industry is an industry that processes raw materials or semi-finished materials into finished goods. In ever-increasing business competition, companies must be able to manage human resources well. This aims to increase employee work productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri. This research sample consisted of 42 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This research uses a quantitative type of research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses using SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that the results of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) t test have a partially significant effect on Work Productivity by getting a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment has a partially significant effect on work productivity with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the F test results show that Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the Work Environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee work productivity at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya Kediri with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of Customer Engagement, Online Marketing, Social Media Content, and Live Streaming on purchasing decisions from the Daviena Skincare Ori Pusat TikTok account. It uses a quantitative approach, gathering primary and secondary data through observation, literature review, documentation, and surveys. A non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling was used, involving 120 respondents who had made purchases from Daviena Skincare Ori Pusat. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that the variables of customer involvement, online marketing, social media content, and live streaming have a partial and positive effect on purchasing decisions on the Daviena Skincare Ori Pusat. Simultan. The variables of customer engagement, online marketing, social media content, and live broadcasts have a positive effect on purchasing decisions on the Daviena Skincare TikTok account. The variable that has the most dominant effect on consumer satisfaction through the partial (t) test is the live broadcast variable. The coefficient of determination (R²) test result of 0.810 means that customer engagement, online marketing, social media content, and live streaming simultaneously contribute 81% to consumer satisfaction, while the remaining 19% is the variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis financial distress berdasarkan metode zavgren, springate, dan grover terhadap perusahaan sub sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis financial distress berdasarkan metode zavgren, springate, dan grover terhadap perusahaan sub sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sektor teknologi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2020-2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 perusahaan teknologi yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa berdasarkan metode zavgren terdapat 1 perusahaan yang terindikasi mengalami financial distress, kemudian berdasarkan metode springate terdapat 4 perusahaan yang terindikasi mengalami financial distress, sedangkan berdasarkan metode grover terdapat 1 perusahaan yang terindikasi mengalami financial distress.

Abstract

Financial performance analysis is carried out by comparing the results achieved from one period with another. In this case, the ratios used by the author in this research are the effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio and growth ratio. This ratio is used to provide an overview of information regarding financial performance over the last three years (2019-2021). This research uses quantitative methods because the data collected is in the form of figures obtained from the 2019-2021 APBDes Realization Report. The data used in this research is a time series. The results of this research show that the effectiveness ratio of the Kaliboto Village government from 2019 to 2020 has very effective performance. The efficiency ratio of the Kaliboto Village government in 2019 to 2021 experienced increases and decreases. The growth ratio in 2019 increased by 7.17%, then descreades in 2020 by 1.45%, but decreased in 2021, namely -10.07%.
