Abstract

Program KKNT di Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur adalah bagian dari program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka yang melibatkan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran dan kreativitas di masyarakat sekitar. Kelompok 32 KKNT-MBKM fokus pada Kewirausahaan dan Ekonomi Kreatif di Kelurahan Karangtengah, Kecamatan Sananwetan, Kota Blitar, Jawa Timur. Program ini berlangsung selama 3 bulan, dari tanggal 16 Maret hingga 27 Juni 2023. Sebelumnya, kelompok 32 telah melakukan survei dan menemukan bahwa Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di daerah tersebut membutuhkan pendampingan dalam pengembangan dan pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil survei tersebut, kelompok 32 merancang program pendampingan intensif untuk KWT, termasuk penyuluhan tentang pembuatan pupuk cair organik (POC) dan pemasaran digital. Tujuan program ini adalah membantu masyarakat Karangtengah dan KWT, serta mendorong perkembangan mereka dalam berbagai aspek, dengan harapan pengetahuan yang diberikan dapat dipertahankan dan diterapkan setelah program tersebut berakhir.

Abstract

The development strategy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kedungdalem Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency is carried out through assistance in business legality registration for MSME actors in Kedungdalem Village and product re-branding assistance for MSME partners in Kedungdalem Village. With the issuance of OSS (Online Single Submission), it makes it easy for MSME actors to obtain business legality in the form of NIB (Business Identification Number). In this digital era, it also makes it easy for MSME players to re-brand products in the form of logo making and packaging improvements. The obstacles faced by some MSME actors in Kedungdalem Village are the lack of understanding of the benefits of business legality ownership in the form of NIB, not having a business identity in the form of product logos and packaging displays that are still unattractive. The purpose of community service in Kedungdalem Village is expected to provide opportunities for MSME players in developing their businesses towards creative and innovative industries.The implementation of the method in the MSME development strategy in Kedungdalem Village is through several stages, including door to door socialization, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), assistance in making Business Identification Numbers (NIB), assistance in making logos and assistance in improving MSME partner packaging and creating social media accounts in the form of Instagram and special Websites for MSMEs in Kedungdalem Village. The results obtained from the MSME development strategy in Kedungdalem Village are an increase in knowledge from MSME actors regarding the importance of business licensing and product re-branding to create a positive image in the minds of the community.

Abstract

Padusan Strawberry Picking Agrotourism requires a development strategy to solve the problems faced by the COVID-19 pandemic; lack of marketing, facilities not developed, and fewer tourist attractions. This study aims to determine the overall development of agro-tourism, identify internal factors and external factors of agro-tourism, and analyze appropriate strategies in the development of Padusan Strawberry Picking Agro-tourism. The research uses the SOAR and QSPM analysis methods. The results of the research show that 1) The overall development of Padusan Strawberry Picking Agrotourism can be seen from the development of the number of visitors, attractions, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary. 2) Internal and external factors are divided into 4 groups, namely Strength and Aspiration which belong to the group of internal factors, and Opportunity and Result which belong to the group of external factors. 3) Through the stages of the IE matrix and the SOAR matrix, nine alternative strategies were obtained which were analyzed using QSPM so that a priority strategy with the highest TAS value of 6.804 was obtained, namely adding facilities to make it more complete and upgrading to be better which provides comfort for agro-tourism visitors

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance, alternatives, and strategic priorities that can be implemented. The research was conducted in Tunglur Village, Badas District, Kediri Regency. The data analysis methods used are the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSP matrix. The research results show that (1) the main driver for the development of the Gurami fishing industry in Kediri Regency is focused on expansion. Meanwhile, the most basic weakness is limited capital. The main opportunity is that many parties support the development of gourami fish commodities, while the biggest threat is the increase in prices of production factors. (2) Eight alternative strategies are proposed, namely two S-O strategies, two W-O strategies, two S-T strategies, and two W-T strategies. 3) The final strategic priority is to maintain the market and further strengthen relationships with stakeholders to invest in developing the gourami fish industry.

Abstract

Sampah adalah bahan yang tersisa dari penggunaan produk dan tidak memiliki nilai guna, namun tetap dapat menjadi barang berharga jika melewati proses daur ulang. Lebih dari 60% sampah yang dibuang di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) merupakan sampah organik. Di Kelurahan Bendogerit Kecamatan Sananwetan Kota Blitar terdapat komunitas kelompok bank sampah yang bertujuan mengelola sampah anorganik yang terkumpul dari sisa sisa limbah rumah tangga masyarakat setempat, sedangkan sampah organik rumah tangga belum terkelola dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, melihat kondisi tersebut munculah ide untuk mengelola sampah organik rumah tangga menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai guna yaitu eco enzyme. Eco enzyme merupakan cairan hasil proses fermentasi dari limbah organik, gula dan air. Cairan ini merupakan cairan serbaguna yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan oleh manusia, hewan atauapun lingkungan.Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan berbagai tahap yaitu wawancara dan observasi secara langsung kepada masyarakat, konsultasi dan uji coba atau praktek pembuatan eco enzyme serta dilakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan juga dengan harapan meningkatkan kesadaran, pengetahuan serta kreativitas masyarakat dalam pengolahan sampah organik rumah tangga menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai guna.

Abstract

Agro-tourism is an alternative to sustainable tourism that utilizes agricultural business (agro) as a tourist object, in an effort to develop agro-tourism, the right strategy is needed. This study aims to analyze visitor perceptions and provide development strategies for agro-tourism. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with the criteria and consideration that the party knows the process of developing agro-tourism, as well as other supporting information, the respondents in this study were 96 people. Data analysis was carried out by collecting and compiling data in the form of tabulations. The results of the analysis are then interpreted in a descriptive qualitative manner. The development of agro-tourism is carried out using the SWOT analysis method. Alternative strategies given are increasing HR capabilities, adding facilities and infrastructure that can support the concept of edutourism and involving the government in promoting agro-orchid tourism.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze consumer segmentation formed based on geographical, demographic, psychographic characteristics of coffee consumers at Sae Coffee Cafe Surabaya. The use of the sampling method in this study used the accidental sampling technique, the sampling technique was based on coincidence, the respondents taken were consumers who consumed coffee at the Kopi Sae Café as many as 50 people. Data collection uses primary and secondary data with the instrument used is a questionnaire sheet to consumers at the Kopi Sae cafe. The data analysis method used in this study used cluster analysis, crosstab analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of Psychographic Segmentation research on coffee consumer behavior at the Sae Coffee shop in Surabaya. cluster division based on psychographic segmentation with a lifestyle approach in segment 1 Social Drinker has four dominant attributes. On the hobby attribute, consumers make visits and buy coffee at coffee shops because of a hobby. Furthermore, on the attribute of interest in coffee shops, consumers tend to follow the development of coffee shops in Sae Surabaya coffee shops. And on the attribute of consumer opinion in segment 1 considers that price can reflect the quality of coffee. In Segment 2 Coffee Lover on the hobby attribute prefers to fill his vacation time by visiting coffee shops either just to drink coffee, or do other activities at coffee shops. Geographical segmentation, demographics, and coffee consumer behavior at Kopi Sae Surabaya. Based on distance and time, this is related to the fact that the coffee shop which is the research location is close to schools, campuses, banks, government offices, hospitals, and markets.Keywords: Geographic Segmentation, Demographics, PsychographicsINTISARIPenelitian ini dilakukan guna Menganalisis segmentasi konsumen yang terbentuk berdasarkan karakteristik geografis, demografis, psikografis konsumen kopi pada Kafe Kopi Sae Surabaya. Penggunaan metode Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, responden yang diambil adalah konsumen yang mengkonsumsi kopi di Kafe Kopi Sae sebanyak 50 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner kepada konsumen di kafe kopi sae. Metode analisis data yag digunakan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis cluster, analisis crosstabb dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian Segmentasi Psikografis perilaku konsumen kopi pada kedai Kopi Sae Surabaya. pembagian cluster berdasarkan segmentasi psikografis dengan pendekatan gaya hidup pada segmen 1 Social Drinker memiliki empat atribut dominan. Pada atribut hobi, konsumen melakukan kunjungan dan membeli kopi di kedai kopi karena hobi. Selanjutnya pada atribut minat terhadap kedai kopi, konsumen cenderung mengikuti perkembangan kedai kopi di kedai kopi sae Surabaya. Dan pada atribut opini konsumen dalam segmen 1 menganggap bahwa harga dapat mencerminkan kualitas kopi. Pada Segmen 2 Coffee Lover pada atribut hobi lebih suka mengisi waktu liburannya dengan berkunjung ke kedai kopi baik untuk sekedar minum kopi, atau melakukan aktivitas lain di kedai kopi. Segmentasi geografis, demografis, dan perilaku konsumen kopi pada kedai Kopi Sae Surabaya. Berdasarkan jarak dan waktu Hal tersebut berhubungan dengan fakta bahwa  kedai kopi yang menjadi tempat penelitian lokasinya dekat dengan sekolah, kampus, bank, kantor pemerintahan, rumah sakit, dan pasar. Kata kunci: Segmentasi Geografis, Demografis, Psikografis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the 4P marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) on fruit purchasing decisions at Hokky Panglima Sudirman Minimarket. This research is motivated by the high productivity of horticultural fruits, the lack of public interest in fruit consumption, and the intense competition faced by Hokky Buah Panglima Sudirman Minimarket. The research sample of 100 respondents was analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that: Product, Price, and Promotion have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions at the 5% Alpha level; Place has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions at the 10% Alpha level. This research contributes to knowledge about the influence of the 4P marketing mix on fruit purchasing decisions at minimarkets. The results of this study can help Minimarket Hokky Panglima Sudirman in improving its marketing strategy to increase sales of fruit products.

Abstract

Kopi telah menjadi salah satu komoditas unggulan yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian negara. Desa Nagasaribu 1, berlokasi di dataran tinggi Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan, memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan kopi sebagai mata pencaharian utama. Namun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi kopi di daerah tersebut masih kurang menjanjikan, mendorong petani untuk menjadikan kopi sebagai usaha sampingan. Yayasan Edu Farmers International, melalui program Bertani Untuk Negeri melakukan sebuah inisiatif program pendampingan melalui sekolah lapang dan berkomitmen untuk memberdayakan petani kopi di Desa Nagasaribu 1. Tujuan utama pendampingan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan petani mengenai budidaya kopi sesuai Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) dan mendorong penerapan praktis di kebun, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani melalui peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan. Pengembangan kopi berkelanjutan di daerah ini memerlukan sinergi antara potensi lokal, upaya pendampingan, dan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di industri kopi.

Abstract

: This outreach activity aims to explore the potential and opportunities of innovation in fermented coffee products with fruits to support the development of the agricultural sector in Indonesia. Through socialization and providing materials, the community and LMDH groups in Jolotundo Village, Mojokerto Regency, were introduced to the concept of innovation in processed coffee products. Fermented coffee processing with fruits has become an attractive option for coffee enthusiasts seeking variety and uniqueness in the specialty coffee segment. The high demand for fermented coffee with fruits in the domestic and international markets indicates good sales potential. Through anaerobic fermentation techniques and the use of fruits, coffee processing becomes more engaging and allows for creative flavor exploration. Through discussions and evaluations, participants were able to understand and apply their knowledge of coffee product innovation in their farming practices. In conclusion, the innovation of fermented coffee products with fruits has the potential to generate innovative, distinctive, and diverse products in the coffee market. This development can increase farmers' income, expand the market, and support the growth of the agricultural sector in Indonesia.
