Abstract

Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam perekonomian nasional. Namun, petani sebagai pelaku usahatani sering menghadapi masalah produksi seperti kegagalan panen akibat perubahan iklim, serangan OPT, dll yang mengakibatkan menurunnya produksi dan pendapatan petani. Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) jenis bantuan pemerintah yang dirancang untuk melindungi petani dari risiko gagal panen. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi dan nilai petani mengenai willingness to pay program AUTP sert|a f|aktor-f|aktor y|ang mempeng|aruhiny|a. Peneliti|an ini menggun|ak|an |an|alisis d|at|a deskriptif, sk|al|a likert, contingent v|alu|ation method (CVM), d|an regresi line|ar berg|and|a. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasanya petani peserta program AUTP mempunyai persepsi positif dengan rata-rata todal skor 4,06 dan untuk program AUTP memiliki rata-rata nilai WTP petani responden sebesar Rp.40.264/Ha/MT serta memiliki faktor variabel pendapatan dan jumlah tanggungan yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan serta variabel umur, status lahan, luas lahan, pendidikan, dan pekerjaan sampingan yang tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Hasil ini memiliki kesimpulan bahwa petani responden mempunyai persepsi positif terhadap program AUTP sehingga membuka peluang untuk keberlanjutan program, namun meskipun petani mampu untuk membayar sebesar nilai WTP petani responden yang telah diperoleh dalam penelitian petani berharap bahwa pemerintah tetap memberikan subsidi premi sebagai upaya membantu meminimalisir resiko kegagalan panen yang mungkin diterima petani.

Abstract

Forests have numerous benefits in life, including serving as water catchment areas and creating microclimates that play a crucial role in the growth of surrounding plants. The knowledge of utilizing these forests is still lacking among the residents of Jolotundo Village, resulting in minimal awareness of forest conservation, leading to crop failure. Crop failure is also caused by the lack of community awareness regarding environmental cleanliness, resulting in the presence of plastic waste in plantation and farming areas, which reduces the soil's ability to absorb nutrients and organic matter. Therefore, it is necessary to provide an exposition on the importance of forest utilization and environmental cleanliness to minimize crop failure. The objective of this activity is to enhance understanding of forest utilization and environmental cleanliness. The implementation of this activity will be carried out through a Community Service Program (KKN) in collaboration with Perhutani, consisting of preparation, execution, and evaluation. The program includes monitoring the previously planted bamboo plants by Perhutani and engaging in collective efforts to clean up plastic waste in bamboo forest, agricultural, and plantation areas. The activity ran smoothly, although the collective cleaning effort could not be optimally executed due to time constraints in the Community Service Program. Hutan memiliki banyak sekali manfaat dalam kehidupan, diantaranya adalah sebagai resapan air dan pencipta iklim mikro yang memegang peran penting dalam pertumbuhan tanaman sekitar. Pengetahuan akan pemanfaatan hutan ini masih tidak dimiliki oleh warga Desa Jolotundo, sehingga kesadaran akan menjaga hutan masih minim hingga menyebabkan gagal panen. Gagal panen juga diakibatkan karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan kebersihan lingkungan sehingga banyak ditemukan sampah plastik di area hutan perkebunan/bertanian yang menyebabkan berkurangnya kemampuan menyerap tanah dan zat organik. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pemaparan tentang pentingnya pemanfaatan hutan dan kebersihan lingkungan sehingga mampu meminimalisir terjadinya gagal panen. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pemanfaatan hutan dan kebersihan lingkungan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui program KKN bekerjasama dengan Perhutani yang terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Program yang akan dilakukan adalah pengawasan terhadap tanaman bamboo yang sebelumnya sudah ditanam oleh pihak perhutani dan gotong royong pembersihan sampah plastik di lahan hutan bamboo, pertanian dan perkebunan. Kegiatan ini berjalan lancar namun kegiatan gotong royong pembersihan tidak dapat dilakukan secara optimal karena keterbatasan waktu KKN.

Abstract

Peran pembangunan desa adalah pemberdayaan kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Keberadaan Usaha Mikro kecil menengah memiliki kontribusi sangat besar untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui cara pengembangan legalitas usaha, branding, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan pembukuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kendala yang ada pada beberapa UMKM di Desa Tegalrejo adalah kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya perizinan usaha, belum memiliki identitas usaha seperti logo, kurangnya pengalaman dalam mengambibl foto produk, pemasaran melalui digital merketing seperti sosial media dimana sekarang hanya produksi untuk konsumen terdekat, kurangnya pemahaman tentang labeling, serta kurangnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman tentang pembuatan lapora pembukuan. Sedangkan semua hal itu memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan usaha. Oleh karena itu, diadakan sosialisasi dan pendampingan terkait NIB, branding, dan pembukuan dengan harapan agar pelaku UMKM di Desa Tegalrejo dapat memahami dan mengetahui hal apa saja yang penting dalam suatu usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan pendampingan terkait Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), branding, dan pembukuan agar pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Tegalrejo, Kecamatan Dringu, Kabupaten Probolinggo dapat membantu dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) terkait perizinan usaha pengelolaan pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan pemasaran digital guna meningkatkan penjualan dan mencapai target pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Jumlah panen singkong yang meningkat telah mendorong Putri Sari untuk melihat peluang usaha dengan membentuk UMKM yang memproduksi keripik singkong. Namun, dalam upaya pemasarannya, UMKM ini masih menghadapi kendala besar karena pemasarannya yang masih sangat minim dan terbatas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penerapan digitalisasi untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Penerapan teknologi digital juga dapat membantu dalam mengoptimalkan proses produksi dan distribusi, sehingga UMKM dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan konsumen. Kegiatan ini membantu UMKM singkong Putri Sari dalam pembuatan logo dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan e-commerce yaitu akun shopee. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Service Learning. Program ini dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Sehingga di harapkan melalui pembuatan logo dan akun shopee penjualan keripik singkong Putri Sari dapat meningkat serta lebih berkembang.

Abstract

Laying chickens are a commodity that is popular with the public for fulfillment of animal protein requirements. In cultivating laying hens, several risks must be taken into account. This research aims to analyze sources of risks faced, priority risk levels and management strategies risks of the laying hen farming business carried out by laying hen breeders in The research location is Ringinrejo Village, Kandat District, Kediri Regency. Respondents to the research were 62 breeders using the census method of laying hens. In analyzing risk sources, the Fishbone Diagram is used. In analyzing the risk level, qualitative descriptive analysis of management strategies farm management. From the research results, there are two sources of risk, namely production risk and price risk. The highest production risk is characterized by the presence of climate warming, disease attacks, weather changes, limited capital, poor feed quantity and quality, as well as pest attacks. While at-risk prices were marked by a decrease in egg prices and an increase in feed prices. Therefore, breeders can explain several strategies, namely by expanding distribution channels and establishing cooperation, developing cages adaptive, preventing and treat pests and diseases, as well as Improving the quality of human resources.

Abstract

One of the leading producers and exporters of cassava in the world is Indonesia. Jember Regency is one of the highest cassava production centers in East Java, with an annual production capacity of 9,492 tons. This processed tape food product, typical of Jember Regency, is produced from the high supply of cassava. There is a need to find processed cassava products considering the high interest in tape products because of their unique quality, so this product is much more popular as souvenirs or souvenirs typical of Jember. The research aims to perfect marketing tactics and determine how the marketing mix (7P) influences consumer decisions in purchasing processed cassava products from UD Purnama Jati Jember. Questionnaire methodology is a technique for collecting information through statements or questions asked to respondents. Because the p-value is smaller than 0.05, product, price, place, and employees influence the results of consumer purchasing decisions at UD Purnama Jati. However, because the p-value is more significant than 0.05, we can rule out the possibility that factors related to the product process, physical evidence, or advertising influence consumers' final purchasing decisions

Abstract

There is a phenomenon of massive expansion by Mixue in Indonesia.  The Mixue company has proven to be aggressive in expanding new outlets in Indonesia.  According to one expert in marketing strategy, the mixue-ization phenomenon occurred because Mixue succeeded in applying the concepts of marketing strategy appropriately. In this case, Mixue succeeded in using the four marketing mix variables namely price, product, place, and promotion well. However, along with its development to dominate the market share quite rapidly, Mixue now looks only crowded for a moment and many outlets are threatened with closure.This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of marketing mix 7P  on  purchase decisions at Mixue Mojokerto Outlet. The data analysis used in this study used SEM-PLS analysis with the WarpPLS approach. The use of the PLS method as an analysis technique has the advantage that the sample used does not have to be large and can be used in developing a theory.  The sample used amounted to 50 respondents who were consumers with more than 17 years of age with minimum one time purchasing at Mixue Mojokerto Outlet. The sampling employed nonprobability with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision at Mixue Mojokerto Outlet

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Tulungagung Regency is one of the regions in East Java that has quite large MSME potential. Even though they have quite large income potential, MSMEs in Tulungagung also face a number of challenges such as a lack of knowledge among business actors regarding promotional media, use of technology, use of social media, as well as obstacles related to marketing and market access that does not reach many groups. One effective solution to overcome the obstacles faced by MSMEs is a business mentoring program, which enables MSMEs to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to design and implement effective promotional strategies. The data collection method uses primary data through interviews, observation, practice, and documentation and secondary data, using literature. The analysis used in mentoring MSMEs is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach in the form of descriptions and narratives complete with pictures and explaining conditions during mentoring MSMEs. Efforts to optimize promotional media through business assistance is a program used to help improve better promotional methods so that they can expand the marketing reach of MSMEs, especially in Tulungagung Regency. The flow of assistance carried out is, program introduction, delivery of material, implementation of promotional media practices, and closing. This activity was carried out in Tulungagung Regency, with a target of assisting 32 businesses every month. With this systematic approach, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase the visibility of their products, expand market reach, and build a strong brand identity. In addition, active participant participation and input from them also allows the program to continue to be improved and adjusted to be more effective in the future.

Abstract

Desa Sidorejo, yang terletak di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, dikenal sebagai daerah penghasil padi, namun menghadapi tantangan produktivitas yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan wilayah lain dan juga mengalami fluktuasi setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor produksi terhadap produksi padi di Desa Sidorejo, Kecamatan Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sampel diambil dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data primer didapat secara langsung dari 76 petani sebagai responden melalui wawancara dengan bantuan kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dengan penelusuran dokumen dari Balai Penyuluhan Kecamatan Padangan. Metode analisis menggunakan fungsi produksi Stochastic Frontier dengan Metode MLE menggunakan aplikasi Frontier 4.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi, sementara tenaga kerja (X5) memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap produksi padi. Benih (X3) memberikan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produksi padi, sementara pupuk (X2) dan pestisida (X4) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produksi padi.

Abstract

Customer complaints regarding service occur when purchasing beverage products at the Gwalk Es Teh Indonesia Outlet. Several factors influence consumer satisfaction. The research examines how customer satisfaction at the Gwalk Es Teh Indonesia Outlet is impacted by location, pricing, promotion, brand image, and service quality. This research was conducted at the Gwalk Citraland Es Teh Indonesia Outlet, Lakarsantri District, Surabaya City. This research use 100 respondents. The research method used is Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analysis with the Warp PLS version 8.0 application. There were 100 responders in this research. The Warp PLS version 8.0 application uses the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) analytic study approach. Primary and secondary data are the types of data collected. The study's findings indicate that the variables that significantly impact consumer satisfaction are brand image (p-value = 0.003), price (p-value <0.001), location (p-value <0.014), and service quality (p-value <0.001), provided that the p-value is less than 0.05. However, because the promotion variable has a p-value of more than 0.05, it does not match the standards due to its high p-value of 0.189. The study concludes that promotions at the Gwalk Es Teh Indonesia Outlet have no effect on customer happiness, but brand image, pricing, location, and service quality do. Based on the study's findings, the Gwalk Es Teh Indonesia Outlet can continue to sell its items at the same price and location while maintaining its brand image by responding to client demands and giving them faster, more accurate service to boost customer satisfaction.
