Organizations require information systems as a means of aiding decision-making processes. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems serve as information system tools that enhance work efficiency. They are considered the optimal solution for organizations seeking a competitive edge. The successful implementation of ERP systems offers numerous benefits to organizations. It is essential to note that while some organizations have encountered difficulties using ERP systems, others have succeeded. Implementing ERP systems poses a challenge for organizations, and this study aims to identify the critical success factors with ERP systems and get to know what category is most important to implementing ERP in an organization. This research identifies and categorizes the top five CSFs for successful ERP implementation: training and job redesign, adequate ERP software selection, clear goals and objectives, business process reengineering, and implementation strategy and timeframe. These CSFs are vital for organizations of all scales, offering a holistic framework for effective ERP integration. Through systematic analysis, the study maps these CSFs into four dimensions: Project Strategy, Project Structure, Information Systems, and People Management, highlighting the interplay between technology and human factors. This research underscores the enduring significance of ERP systems in the globalized business landscape and calls for continued exploration of evolving CSF trends to ensure ongoing organizational competitiveness and success. By following the outlined procedures, this study can be applied by organizations of different scales, including small and large businesses, to achieve effective ERP implementation. Integrating ERP systems will demonstrate advantages for organizations over the short and long run within the market context.

In the current era of globalization and digitalization, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face increasingly complex challenges in maintaining and improving their competitiveness. Optimizing strategic management is crucial to ensure that MSMEs can not only survive but also excel in the tight business competition. This study aims to identify and analyze effective management strategies for MSMEs to improve their competitiveness. The research methodology involves qualitative and quantitative analysis through case studies of MSMEs in various industrial sectors. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews with MSME owners, surveys, and internal documentation analysis. Key findings indicate that MSMEs that successfully implement optimal management strategies—such as product innovation, utilization of digital technology, effective human resource management, and targeted marketing strategies—can significantly improve their competitive position. This study concludes that the implementation of strategic management based on a deep understanding of market needs, adaptation to changes in the business environment, and the use of modern technology are key factors in achieving competitive advantage. Abstract

Halal Industrial Estates were built in Indonesia for the purpose of making Indonesia the center of the world's halal destinations. Halal Industrial Estates that have received licenses include the Halal Industrial Park Sidoarjo (HIPS), East Java. HIPS has only been operating for 3 years. As one of the industrial estates that focuses on MSME business investors, HIPS deserves the spotlight of this research regarding the extent of organizational effectiveness that has been implemented. On the one hand, HIPS has been able to demonstrate its organizational effectiveness by obtaining business actors who invest in the area. Products produced by business actors in the HIPS area can be guaranteed halal because from the beginning of entering the area they must be halal certified. Although indeed the quantity of investors in HIPS has not been maximized to make HIPS the main barometer of Indonesia's halal destinations in the eyes of the world.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the extent to which financial indicators and managerial policies affect stock valuations among consumer goods sector firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the 2018 to 2022 period. The variables analyzed include Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Price to Earnings Ratio (PER), Firm Size, and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). This study uses multiple linear regression methods to test the relationships between variables. The results showed that DER, ROE, Firm Size, and DPR had a significant effect on stock prices, while CR and PER had no significant effect. In theory, variables such as ROE and firm size reflect the company's managerial performance and stability, which are the main considerations for investors. The practical implications of this study provide guidance for investors to focus on these variables in investment decision-making. Meanwhile, companies need to pay attention to their capital structure and dividend policy to attract investor interest and increase the attractiveness of stocks in the market.

Abstract

The province of Lampung is one that utilizes fish resources of up to 380,000 tons per year of the total fish stocks landed in existing fishing ports. One of them is the Lempasing Fishing Port Beach (PPP), which has a strategic location and directly borders the Gulf of Lampung. However, according to the annual report of PPP Lempasing from 2013 to 2022, landed catches tend to decrease every year. Therefore, it is necessary to make maximum use of fish resources. In this study, fish stocks were analyzed using the surplus production approach using the equilibrium state method, the Schaefer 1954 model, and the Fox 1970 model, and then the non-equilibrium state model, the Walter-Hilborn 1976 model, in one and two ways. From the results of the analysis it was found that the correct model for determining the level of utilization and catch status used the Walter-Hilborn model of the second way which has the second highest R2 value which reaches 80% and for the highest value of R2 obtained the model Walter- Hilbron one way reaches 95% but with the utilization rate of 313% this is less relevant because it does not correspond to the facts on the field, in this case the utilizing rate in PPP Lempasing according to the Walter -Hilborne model of second way reached 97% which means fully exploited recommended in utilizing the fish resources can refer to the value (YMSY) 713 tons/year, maximum catch effort (FMSY), of 1240 tons/ year, with the number of allowed catches (YJTB) of 571 trips/year in which each trip (UMSY) can catch as much as 0.58 catches. In this case, too, the catch effort can be increased, but by considering the value of the sustainable stock or fish stocks that exist at the depth of Be 727 tons
