Abstract

Abstrak - Business intelligence (BI) adalah infrastruktur teknologi yang menganalisis data dan menghasilkan laporan untuk membantu para manajer dalam mengambil keputusan. Perusahaan XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang asuransi, aktifitas di peusahaan tersebut sangat beragam, terlebih dalam divisi IT dan Operation. Permasalahan muncul ketika banyak data laporan kerja harian karyawan yang tidak terurai dan tidak dapat dianalisis oleh para manajer untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan data laporan kerja harian karyawan menggunakan model business intellingence dengan visualisasi data, dimaksudkan  agar dara dapat mudah dianalisis dan dapat digunakan sebagai  bahan pengambilan keputusan para manajer. Tahapan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan user, perancangan sistem business intelligence, implementasi sistem business intelleigence, dan testing  serta melakukan metode kualitatif berupa wawancara yang merupakan survei kepuasan user. Hasil dari penerapan bussines intelligence pada pembuatan dashboard dailytracker pada Perusahaan XYZ ini layak dan telah digunakan menurut para karyawan dan para manajer.Kata kunci: Business intelligence (BI), data, keputusan, dashboard dailytracker, analisis Abstract - Business intelligence (BI) is a technological infrastructure that analyzes data and produces reports to help managers make decisions. Company XYZ is a company that operates in the insurance sector. The company's activities are very diverse, especially in the IT and Operations divisions. Problems arise when a lot of employee daily work report data is not broken down and cannot be analyzed by managers to make decisions. The aim of this research is to optimize employee daily work report data using a business intelligence model with data visualization, so that the data can be easily analyzed and can be used as material for decision making by managers. The stages used in this research include analyzing user needs, designing a business intelligence system, implementing a business intelligence system, and testing as well as conducting qualitative methods in the form of interviews which are user satisfaction surveys. The results of applying business intelligence in creating the dailytracker dashboard at XYZ Company are feasible and have been used by employees and managers.Keywords: Business intelligence (BI), data, decision, dailytracker dashboard, analysis

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem stok barang adalah mekanisme pengelolaan persediaan yang digunakan untuk mencatat, memantau, dan mengatur ketersediaan barang agar proses distribusi berjalan efektif dan efisien. Pengelolaan stok yang tidak terstruktur dapat menimbulkan masalah seperti kesulitan memantau persediaan, penumpukan barang, hingga risiko kesalahan pencatatan yang berdampak pada efisiensi operasional. Hal ini terjadi pada Toko Foto Copy ABC yang masih menggunakan pencatatan manual, sehingga proses pengelolaan stok menjadi kurang efektif dan rawan kesalahan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dirancang sistem stok barang berbasis web dengan penerapan metode First In First Out (FIFO). Metode FIFO adalah teknik pengelolaan persediaan yang memprioritaskan penjualan atau penggunaan barang yang pertama kali masuk agar menghindari barang kadaluarsa atau rusak. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, yang memungkinkan pencatatan keluar-masuk barang secara otomatis, memprioritaskan stok masuk lebih awal, serta menyediakan laporan stok secara real-time. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan akurasi data stok, mempercepat proses pencatatan hingga 60%, serta meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pengelolaan persediaan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendukung efisiensi dan akurasi manajemen stok pada Toko Foto Copy ABC.Kata kunci: Sistem Stok Barang; FIFO; Web; Manajemen Persediaan; PHP; Abstract - An inventory system is a mechanism for managing stock used to record, monitor, and control the availability of goods to ensure that distribution processes run effectively and efficiently. Poorly structured inventory management can lead to problems such as difficulty in monitoring stock levels, overstocking, and the risk of recording errors, which negatively impact operational efficiency. This issue occurs at Toko Foto Copy ABC, where inventory management is still performed manually, making the process less effective and prone to errors. To address this problem, a web-based inventory system was designed using the First In First Out (FIFO) method. FIFO is an inventory management technique that prioritizes the sale or use of items that enter first to prevent product expiration or damage. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, enabling automatic recording of incoming and outgoing items, prioritizing older stock, and providing real-time inventory reports. The implementation results show that the system can improve stock data accuracy, speed up recording processes by up to 60%, and minimize errors in inventory management. Therefore, this system serves as an effective solution to support efficiency and accuracy in stock management at Toko Foto Copy ABC.Keywords: Inventory System; FIFO; Web; Stock Management; PHP;

Abstract

The Customer Operational Center (COC) information system at PT Telkom has a strategic role in supporting customer service operations, especially in the West Jakarta area. However, the existence of risks that can affect the performance of thisapplication is a challenge that must be managed properly. This research aims to analyze risk management in COC applications using the NIST SP 800-30 approach, a widely recognized method for information technology risk assessment. The research methodology includes asset identification, threats, vulnerabilities, and impact analysis on COC applications. Data was collected through interviews with the operational team, document review, and direct observation of the application work process. The analysis results show several main risks, including disruption to data integrity, the threat of cyber attacks, and the potential for application downtime that could disrupt customer service. Risk mitigation strategies are proposed based on the evaluation results, including implementation of technical controls, information security policies, and increased user awareness. Using the NIST SP 800-30 approach, this research provides systematic insights to increase the resilience of COC applications to risk, as well as supporting operational sustainability and customer service at PT Telkom West Jakarta. It is hoped that these findings can be a practical guide for companies in managing information technology risks on similar platforms.
