Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using the Sales and Inventory module from Odoo at UV VORTEX, a digital printing business located in North Jakarta. UV VORTEX faces a number of challenges in recording and documenting sales as well as Inventory management which still relies on physical records and Microsoft Excel. Comprehensive data collection methods involve literature study, interviews, and direct observation. The main focus is improving UV VORTEX business processes by integrating Odoo Sales and Inventory Modules. The implementation scope includes configuration without customization in Odoo version 16 community, with technical modifications including integrated recording in the Sales Module and separation of product types in the Inventory Module. The results of this research include recommendations for implementing system prototypes, involvement of more related parties, performance evaluation, training and skills development, post-implementation monitoring and support, evaluation of sustainability and flexibility, as well as potential for further research. With the implementation of Odoo, it is hoped that UV VORTEX can increase operational efficiency, improve service quality, and support growth and development in the digital printing industry. This abstract provides a brief overview of research steps to improve UV VORTEX business processes through the implementation of the Odoo ERP system.

Abstract

Organisasi mahasiswa memegang peranan penting sebagai elemen kunci dalam manajemen perguruan tinggi. Aktivitas kreatif dan prestasi yang diraih oleh organisasi mahasiswa menjadi salah satu komponen dalam penilaian akreditasi program studi dan institusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi survei yang dapat mengevaluasi preferensi mahasiswa terhadap berbagai lembaga pendidikan di Universitas Esa Unggul Kampus Bekasi.Aplikasi ini dirancang agar mudah digunakan dan efektif. Pengguna, mahasiswa mengisi survey yang telah dibuat sesuai minat mahasiswa terkait deskripsi data yang disediakan. Survei dilakukan pengumpulan data yang efisien, umpan balik mahasiswa, dan laporan statistik yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan waterfall untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, menjadikannya alat yang berharga bagi universitas dalam mengumpulkan data mahasiswa, meningkatkan relevansi, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mahasiswa di lembaga pendidikan. Aplikasi ini tidak hanya menyederhanakan pengumpulan dan analisis data tetapi juga mendukung pengembangan lembaga pendidikan dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih dinamis dan produktif. Sistem yang dikembangkan dirancang agar ramah pengguna dan mudah diakses oleh semua pemangku kepentingan, sehingga dapat menjadi alat yang bermanfaat bagi universitas dalam mengelola data mahasiswa dan merancang kegiatan yang lebih relevan dan efektif.Kemahasiswaan, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall, Organisasi.

Abstract

The development of financial literacy is very rapid because of digital technology which makes it possible for all groups to access various kinds of financial services. Even though the OJK regulator has implemented quite strict age limits and requirements in accessing these financial facilities, many of the general public, especially students who already have ID cards, ignore the terms and conditions in accessing these financial services, this has an impact on the phenomenon of many students who entangled in online loans, and even e-commerce transactions that make it easier for people to get into debt, this service tries to provide counseling or outreach to the public, especially students, to better understand financial literacy and to thoroughly examine the impacts and benefits. The student chosen as the object of this service is MAN 1 Pulau Harapan, Kep Seribu, Jakarta. The methods used in this community service activity are training, lectures and questions and answers, and discussions. The result of this activity is to increase knowledge of digital financial literacy for teachers and students/I MAN I Pulau Harapan Kep Seribu.. The conclusion of this activity is very useful for students in understanding digital finance in terms of advantages and disadvantages.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) still face various challenges in adopting digital technology, especially in marketing and business management aspects. The Sauyunan Sheep Farming Business Group (Kelompok Usaha Peternakan Domba Sauyunan) is an MSME engaged in sheep farming, located at Kp. Seketando RT 001 RW 013, Cangkorah Village, Batujajar District, West Bandung Regency (KBB). The main problem faced by the Sauyunan Sheep Farming Group is that business management remains traditional. These limitations include the absence of long-term business planning (blue print), incomplete and immature organizational management, non-standardized financial recording, and marketing reach limited to conventional local markets. This Community Service (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat or PKM) activity aims to transform partner business management through digitalization and the strengthening of sustainable business management. The implementation method uses a participatory approach comprising socialization, training, technology implementation, evaluation, and intensive mentoring. The PKM activity was carried out in three sessions involving 25 participants consisting of a team of lecturers, Esa Unggul University students, and livestock group members. The results of this activity regarding the business management aspect are the compilation of a business blue print document covering vision, mission, and strategic targets from the short to long term; the formation of a functional organizational structure for HR optimization; the establishment of customer management standards; and the partners' capability in financial recording and calculation. Meanwhile, the results regarding the business digitalization aspect include the availability of an official e-commerce website integrated with the Sauyunan Sheep Group’s social media, and the partners' capability to utilize it effectively for marketing and sales digitalization. This has had a positive impact by expanding customer reach, increasing sales turnover, and improving the welfare of group members sustainably

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan fitur Instagram dalam meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi antara individu dan organisasi. Instagram menjadi platform media sosial paling populer yang menawarkan berbagai fitur seperti Stories, IGTV, Reels, dan Direct Messages. Fitur ini dapat digunakan untuk berkomunikasi dengan audiens secara efektif dan interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan analisis konten dengan melibatkan sejumlah pengguna aktif Instagram sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitur Instagram dapat meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi melalui peningkatan keterlibatan, penyampaian pesan lebih visual dan kreatif, serta kemudahan dalam berbagi informasi secara langsung, Selain itu, penggunaan fitur Stories terbukti lebih efektif dalam membangun hubungan personal dan interaksi langsung dengan audiens. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan fitur Instagram secara strategis dapat menjadi alat komunikasi yang efektif, baik untuk keperluan individu maupun organisasiKata kunci: Instagram, Komunikasi, Media Sosial, Efektivitas, Fitur Abstract - This research aims to analyze the use of Instagram features in increasing the effectiveness of communication between individuals and groups. Instagram, as one of the most popular social media platforms, offers various features such as Stories, IGTV, Reels, and Direct Messages which can be used to communicate with the audience more effectively and interactively. The research method used was a survey and content analysis, involving a number of active Instagram users as respondents. The research results show that Instagram features can increase communication effectiveness through increasing engagement, delivering more visual and creative messages, and making it easier to share information in real-time. Apart from that, using the Stories and Direct Messages features has proven to be more effective in building personal relationships and direct interaction with the audience. This research concludes that strategic use of Instagram features can be a very effective communication tool, both for personal and organization purposes.Keywords: Instagram, Communication, Social Media, Effectiveness, Feature

Abstract

Abstrak - Business intelligence (BI) adalah infrastruktur teknologi yang menganalisis data dan menghasilkan laporan untuk membantu para manajer dalam mengambil keputusan. Perusahaan XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang asuransi, aktifitas di peusahaan tersebut sangat beragam, terlebih dalam divisi IT dan Operation. Permasalahan muncul ketika banyak data laporan kerja harian karyawan yang tidak terurai dan tidak dapat dianalisis oleh para manajer untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan data laporan kerja harian karyawan menggunakan model business intellingence dengan visualisasi data, dimaksudkan  agar dara dapat mudah dianalisis dan dapat digunakan sebagai  bahan pengambilan keputusan para manajer. Tahapan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan user, perancangan sistem business intelligence, implementasi sistem business intelleigence, dan testing  serta melakukan metode kualitatif berupa wawancara yang merupakan survei kepuasan user. Hasil dari penerapan bussines intelligence pada pembuatan dashboard dailytracker pada Perusahaan XYZ ini layak dan telah digunakan menurut para karyawan dan para manajer.Kata kunci: Business intelligence (BI), data, keputusan, dashboard dailytracker, analisis Abstract - Business intelligence (BI) is a technological infrastructure that analyzes data and produces reports to help managers make decisions. Company XYZ is a company that operates in the insurance sector. The company's activities are very diverse, especially in the IT and Operations divisions. Problems arise when a lot of employee daily work report data is not broken down and cannot be analyzed by managers to make decisions. The aim of this research is to optimize employee daily work report data using a business intelligence model with data visualization, so that the data can be easily analyzed and can be used as material for decision making by managers. The stages used in this research include analyzing user needs, designing a business intelligence system, implementing a business intelligence system, and testing as well as conducting qualitative methods in the form of interviews which are user satisfaction surveys. The results of applying business intelligence in creating the dailytracker dashboard at XYZ Company are feasible and have been used by employees and managers.Keywords: Business intelligence (BI), data, decision, dailytracker dashboard, analysis

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem stok barang adalah mekanisme pengelolaan persediaan yang digunakan untuk mencatat, memantau, dan mengatur ketersediaan barang agar proses distribusi berjalan efektif dan efisien. Pengelolaan stok yang tidak terstruktur dapat menimbulkan masalah seperti kesulitan memantau persediaan, penumpukan barang, hingga risiko kesalahan pencatatan yang berdampak pada efisiensi operasional. Hal ini terjadi pada Toko Foto Copy ABC yang masih menggunakan pencatatan manual, sehingga proses pengelolaan stok menjadi kurang efektif dan rawan kesalahan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dirancang sistem stok barang berbasis web dengan penerapan metode First In First Out (FIFO). Metode FIFO adalah teknik pengelolaan persediaan yang memprioritaskan penjualan atau penggunaan barang yang pertama kali masuk agar menghindari barang kadaluarsa atau rusak. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, yang memungkinkan pencatatan keluar-masuk barang secara otomatis, memprioritaskan stok masuk lebih awal, serta menyediakan laporan stok secara real-time. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan akurasi data stok, mempercepat proses pencatatan hingga 60%, serta meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pengelolaan persediaan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendukung efisiensi dan akurasi manajemen stok pada Toko Foto Copy ABC.Kata kunci: Sistem Stok Barang; FIFO; Web; Manajemen Persediaan; PHP; Abstract - An inventory system is a mechanism for managing stock used to record, monitor, and control the availability of goods to ensure that distribution processes run effectively and efficiently. Poorly structured inventory management can lead to problems such as difficulty in monitoring stock levels, overstocking, and the risk of recording errors, which negatively impact operational efficiency. This issue occurs at Toko Foto Copy ABC, where inventory management is still performed manually, making the process less effective and prone to errors. To address this problem, a web-based inventory system was designed using the First In First Out (FIFO) method. FIFO is an inventory management technique that prioritizes the sale or use of items that enter first to prevent product expiration or damage. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, enabling automatic recording of incoming and outgoing items, prioritizing older stock, and providing real-time inventory reports. The implementation results show that the system can improve stock data accuracy, speed up recording processes by up to 60%, and minimize errors in inventory management. Therefore, this system serves as an effective solution to support efficiency and accuracy in stock management at Toko Foto Copy ABC.Keywords: Inventory System; FIFO; Web; Stock Management; PHP;

Abstract

The Customer Operational Center (COC) information system at PT Telkom has a strategic role in supporting customer service operations, especially in the West Jakarta area. However, the existence of risks that can affect the performance of thisapplication is a challenge that must be managed properly. This research aims to analyze risk management in COC applications using the NIST SP 800-30 approach, a widely recognized method for information technology risk assessment. The research methodology includes asset identification, threats, vulnerabilities, and impact analysis on COC applications. Data was collected through interviews with the operational team, document review, and direct observation of the application work process. The analysis results show several main risks, including disruption to data integrity, the threat of cyber attacks, and the potential for application downtime that could disrupt customer service. Risk mitigation strategies are proposed based on the evaluation results, including implementation of technical controls, information security policies, and increased user awareness. Using the NIST SP 800-30 approach, this research provides systematic insights to increase the resilience of COC applications to risk, as well as supporting operational sustainability and customer service at PT Telkom West Jakarta. It is hoped that these findings can be a practical guide for companies in managing information technology risks on similar platforms.

Abstract

Kesenjangan kompetensi karyawan di PT ABC menjadi penghambat produktivitas karena tidak adanya platform pelatihan yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis web untuk menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, dengan sistem yang dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk menghasilkan platform yang handal dan interaktif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan optimal dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada pengujian Black Box, serta memperoleh tingkat kepuasan pengguna sebesar 88% pada pengujian User Acceptance Test yang dikategorikan “Sangat Baik”. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi pembelajaran ini terbukti menjadi solusi inovatif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses pelatihan dan mendukung pencapaian target kompetensi karyawan di perusahaan, sehingga layak untuk diimplementasikan secara penuh.

Abstract

The community service activity with the theme of Training on the Use of Financial Technology for Economic Resilience in Karyamekar Village, Garut Regency aims to strengthen the Economic Resilience of MSMEs in Karyamekar Village, Garut, through Training on the Use of Financial Technology (FinTech). The main background is the low digital financial literacy of partners, which leads to manual cash flow management practices (cash-based) and high vulnerability to liquidity risks and informal loans. The implementation method uses a Participatory Approach and Technical Guidance (hands-on) for 25 MSMEs. The FinTech intervention focused on the QRIS application for e-payment transactions and simple e-bookkeeping software for financial recording. The evaluation results showed significant program effectiveness. There was an increase in digital financial literacy of 82.2% (the average score increased from 45 to 82), and the application adoption rate in operational simulations reached 80%. This FinTech adoption directly impacted operational efficiency improvements, reduced recapitulation time and increased cash flow transparency. The conclusions show that effective FinTech training is a realistic key to transforming the financial management of rural MSMEs, building a credible data footprint, and mitigating risks. A key recommendation is the need for support from the Garut Regional Government in providing stable digital infrastructure to ensure the program's sustainability.
