Abstract

Abstract: Keberadaan transportasi online dapat memunculkan berbagai peluang usaha, salah satunya adalah jasa GrabBike. Untuk memasarkan jasanya, GrabBike menggunakan beberapa strategi pemasaran di antaranya adalah produksi, tempat, harga, pelayanan, dan promosi. Tujuan riset ini untuk memperoleh karakteristik mahasiswa pengguna jasa GrabBike, dan menganalisis ada atau tindaknya pengaruh harga, pelayanan, dan promosi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa GrabBike oleh mahasiswa. Riset ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Selanjutnya jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan rumus Isac Michel dan didapatkan sebanyak 138 responden. Teknik untuk mendapatkan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui metode penilaian skala Likert. Uji kelayakan instrumen yang dilaksanakan yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Teknik untuk menganalisis yang dipakai dalam riset ini adalah analisis data deskriptif serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil riset memaparkan karakteristik mahasiswa pengguna jasa GrabBike dapat dilihat dari jenis kelamin, tempat tinggal dan uang saku mereka per bulan. Sedangkan nilai hasil analisis yang didapatkan berupa nilai signifikansiharga (0,023), pelayanan (0,000), dan promosi (0,000). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut seluruh variabel memiliki nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan secara parsial terdapat adanya pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan hasil nilai pengujian simultan memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berati terdapat adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas secara simultan terhadap varibel terikat oleh mahasiswa di Kota Malang.

Abstract

The background to this research problem is that the growth of MSMEs is still unstable, where there are constraints such as institutions, human resources, marketing, technology and capital. The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the role of the association in increasing the growth of MSMEs in the Tofu Takwa industrial central area in Tinalan Village, Kediri City; 2) Describe the results of community development in increasing the growth of MSMEs in the Tofu Takwa industrial central area in Tinalan Village, Kediri City. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation. The source of key informants is the association's management while the supporting informants are members of the association. The results of the study show that the efforts made in the growth of MSMEs are that the association provides 1) the role of the association in facilitating the distribution of information and handling business constraints, the role of the association in educating skills in the form of online sales and packing training, the role of the association in representational skills is the realization of tofu village tourism; 2) The result of the development of the association as a whole is the realization of culinary tourism centers in the tofu village and product innovations that continue to grow as well as more advanced community resources with training. With this association, Village Tofu Tourism has experienced significant development. Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan UMKM yang masih belum stabil, dimana terdapat kendala seperti kelembagaan, SDM, pemasaran, teknologi dan modal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui peran paguyuban dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM di kawasan sentral industri Tahu Takwa di Desa Tinalan Kota Kediri; 2) Mendeskripsikan hasil pengembangan paguyuban dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM di kawasan sentral industri Tahu Takwa di Desa Tinalan Kota Kediri. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Sumber informan kunci yaitu pengurus paguyuban sedangkan informan pendukungnya adalah anggota paguyuban. Hasil dari peran yang dilakukan paguyuban adalah bahwa paguyuban memberikan 1) Peran memfasilitasi, peran keterampilan mendidik dan peran keterampilan representasi; 2) Hasil pengembangan paguyuban secara keseluruhan adalah terwujudnya santra wisata kuliner kampung tahu dan inovasi product yang terus berkembang serta sumber daya masyarakat yang lebih maju dengan adanya pelatihan-pelatihan. Dengan adanya paguyuban ini maka Desa Wisata Kampung Tahu mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (projek profil) merupakan projek lintas disiplin ilmu yang kontekstual dan berbasis pada kebutuhan masyarakat atau permasalahan di lingkungan satuan pendidikan. Projek profil sebagai salah satu sarana pencapaian profil pelajar Pancasila diharapkan dapat menginspirasi peserta didik untuk berkontribusi bagi lingkungan sekitar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan implementasi projek profil tema Kewirausahaan dalam topik Pemasaran Batik Spero pada peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Probolinggo tahun ajaran 2022/2023 beserta analisis permasalahan dan solusinya. Penelitian ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi pada tahun pertama implementasi projek profil tema Kewirausahaan sebagai pertimbangan untuk menyusun perencanaan pada projek profil tahun berikutnya. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus pada implementasi projek profil, Subyek penelitian ini adalah 209 peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 2 Probolinggo tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, observasi, dan wawancara pada peserta didik dan fasilitator (pendidik). Hasil penelitian studi kasus ini dapat dideskripsikan bahwa pada projek profil tema Kewirausahaan mampu mendorong peserta didik mencapai kompetensi profil Pelajar Pancasila pada dimensi mandiri, bergotong-royong, dan kreatif. Projek profil tema Kewirausahaan ini telah membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan berwirausaha mulai dari cara pengemasan produk, pembuatan poster promosi dan pemasaran di media sosial, dan pameran produk Batik Spero. Keterampilan berwirausaha ini dalam tema Kewirausahaan ini melengkapi keterampilan yang telah didapatkan peserta didik pada tema sebelumnya yakni keterampilan membuat produk Batik Spero (Tema Kearifan Lokal) dan keterampilan membuat produk ramah lingkungan (Gaya Hidup Berkelanjutan). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi maka permasalahan utama dalam implementasi projek profil ini adalah belum tersusunnya modul projek sehingga peran fasilitator dalam mendampingi peserta didik kurang optimal.

Abstract

Differentiated instruction is recommended to be applied in the implementation of the merdeka curriculum. Understanding differentiated instruction is the first step that must be fulfilled by every stakeholder involved in the world of education. This research aims to determine teachers' understanding of differentiated instruction at SMP Negeri 5 Kepanjen. The method used in this research is descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study consisted of 12 informants including one supporting informant, namely the deputy principal, and key informants including 11 class VII teachers at SMPN 5 Kepanjen. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman interactive model analysis. Checking the validity of the data uses triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the research show that 92% (11 out of 12) teachers already understand differentiated learning in accordance with the results of research studies including definitions, purpose, characteristics, procedures and assessment standards. However, there are misconceptions between teacher understanding and implementation of differentiated instruction. Recommendations for further research that wishes to conduct similar research include research related to teacher problems in implementing differentiated instruction. This aims to expand the scope of research again, because the scope of this research only focuses on teacher understanding. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan pada pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. Pemahaman terhadap pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan langkah awal yang harus dipenuhi oleh setiap stakeholder yang terlibat dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru terhadap pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SMP Negeri 5 Kepanjen. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri 12 dari informan meliputi satu informan pendukung yaitu wakil kepala sekolah, dan informan kunci meliputi 11 guru kelas VII di SMPN 5 Kepanjen. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis model interaktif Miles and Huberman. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 92% (11 dari 12) guru sudah memahami terkait pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sesuai dengan hasil kajian penelitian meliputi definisi, tujuan, karakteristik, prosedur, dan standar penilaian. Namun demikian, terdapat miskonsepsi antara pemahaman guru dan implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya yang berkenan melakukan penelitian serupa, perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait problematika guru dalam implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk memperluas kembali lingkup penelitian, dikarenakan lingkup penelitian ini hanya berfokus kepada pemahaman guru.

Abstract

The development of professional teachers, especially in the field of publications, requires a place that can accommodate their work. The initiation of creating a journal as a medium for teachers to actualize in it is a step forward that can be an inspiration for schools to continue to develop professionally and can be a reference for other schools. MAN I Kota Kediri is one of the public madrasah schools that is committed to developing themselves to the maximum and dares to seize opportunities related to the need to manage a new journal as a forum for the actualization of teachers. However, their lack of ability in journal management and expertise in scientific writing makes it difficult for them to perform the progressive program they have planned. This community service is to increase the capacity of journal managers at MAN 1 Kediri City. The method used in this activity is an in-service training program with training as well as mentoring for teachers as journal managers at MAN 1 Kediri City. The results of this study indicate that teachers can perform the registration process and submit scientific papers to the OJS that has been provided.

Abstract

Business Identification Number is an important thing that every business needs to have. The legal basis that regulates that every business must have a permit is government regulation (PP) number 24 of 2018 concerning electronically integrated business licensing services. By having this NIB, many business actors can access it. This access includes access to funding, being able to arrange other permits which can make the product more trusted by consumers. Langlang village is one of the villages in Malang Regency. This village has many business people, but unfortunately the majority of them don't understand about NIB and don't have NIB. The aim of carrying out this service is to educate the public regarding NIB, apart from that the aim of this service is also to provide assistance in managing NIB. The results of this activity are first, business actors have knowledge about the importance of NIB and the benefits of having NIB. Second, after assisting with NIB processing activities, several business actors succeeded in creating NIBs. This activity is felt to be very beneficial for MSMEs.

Abstract

Dengan menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dalam instruksi studi sosial, siswa kelas 8 A di SMPN 2 Malang bertujuan untuk mengamati peningkatan dalam keterampilan sosial mereka. Studi melibatkan 32 siswa dari kelas 8A di SMPN 2 Malang sebagai partisipan. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai keterampilan sosial siswa. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan, dengan menggunakan kisi-kisi penilaian keterampilan sosial, lembar wawancara, kuesioner, dan wawancara untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis data menyarankan bahwa mengadopsi paradigma Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dalam pendidikan Ilmu Sosial memang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa kelas delapan di kelas 8A di SMPN 2 Malang. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa Kelas 8A mencapai skor keterampilan sosial rata-rata sebesar 76%, menandakan peningkatan sebesar 12% dari skor awal mereka sebesar 64%. Selain itu, data mengungkapkan bahwa siswa di Kelas 8A kini memiliki skor keterampilan sosial rata-rata sebesar 84%, mewakili peningkatan sebesar 8% dari skor awal mereka sebesar 76%.

Abstract

Madurese is an ethnic group that we encounter in many cities. This ethnicity is usually attached to the image of the merchant. Besides this image, Madura also attaches to the image of newcomers. How this ethnic group became very attached to the merchant's identity indeed cannot be separated from the role of parents. The family environment is very instrumental in directing or learning children. The purpose of this research is to find out how to internalize these ethnic entrepreneurial values—this research designed using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done through observation and in-depth interviews. Interview techniques are used to reveal how to internalize the value of entrepreneurship towards families, especially children. The research findings show that in some ethnic Madurese, there is no internalization process of entrepreneurial values in their families, but in other parts, this process occurs. Furthermore, the findings in the field show that the experience of parents influences the internalization process. The process of internalizing entrepreneurial values did by modeling or giving examples by parents, involvement, and habituation of parents' activities to children. Involvement did and verbally begins by inviting children to help with the work of parents. Most entrepreneurs tend to learn from the experience of joining parents or family. Abstract

Learning activity distributes knowledge from educators to students to develop abilities and shape character, essential in improving student learning outcomes.  However, there are still many learning activities that are less exciting or tend to be monotonous, which makes students quickly bored. This study aims to explore the learning difficulties in social studies learning by implementing a multidiscipline learning model. A conventional literature review and Jacobs' theory of a multidisciplinary integrated learning model were used to analyze the data.  This study found that applying multidisciplinary learning models in social studies learning could bring some advantages, such as encouraging students to be more open-minded, active, easy-going, friendly, motivated, disciplined, and work in teamwork.

Abstract

The development and maturity of a person's business is influenced by many factors. Many factors also influence the development of pilot businesses that are started and carried out by students. One of the factors that play an essential role in influencing young entrepreneurs can come from their parents or family environment. This article aims to identify and how the family's role in motivating and developing young entrepreneurs' potential. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. In-depth interviews carried out data collection. The data obtained were then analyzed using interactive analysis techniques, which consisted of 4 stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that entrepreneurial students who had sufficiently developed businesses received much support from their families. Parents' role as a form of support for their children in entrepreneurship is social, instrumental, emotional, and other support. The concrete form of this support is supported in providing facilities for business development, accompanying and assisting the business carried out by their children, giving permission and trust in children. These results can be used as knowledge and input to parents about how they should support children in entrepreneurship. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17977/um022v6i12021p1
