This research is based on the phenomenon experienced by students of class XI at the Islamic Boarding School Sheikh Ibrahim Group. Researchers saw at the research location the difficulties felt by students in learning Fiqh Mawaris caused by aspects of the educators who did not understand and had not mastered the science of Mawaris perfectly. In addition, teachers are also constrained by strategies and methods that are still monotonous and thus cause students not to understand the learning carried out by the teacher. Besides that, the factors of students are also the cause of Mawaris learning difficulties due to the low awareness of students about the importance of Mawaris science. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of Mawaris' learning difficulties felt by students and the efforts made by Mawaris's teacher to these problems. This study uses a descriptive type of research using a descriptive analysis approach to describe the conditions that occur based on information related to the Mawaris learning that occurred at the Sheikh Ibrahim Islamic Boarding School. The subjects of the research were 5 students of class XI and 1 teacher of Fiqh Mawaris. To collect data, the authors conducted interviews, observations and documentation. Then to ensure the validity of the data, the authors triangulate the data. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there are several factors that influence the learning difficulties of Mawaris experienced by students, namely: material factors and learning resources which include the many Mawaris terms, the determination of the distribution of Mawaris in the form of calculations and media sources which are only in the form of printed books, strategy factors and learning methods which include methods and strategies that do not vary as well as learning that is still teacher-centered, and time allocation factors which include the absence of a balance between material and learning time and the provision of learning that is only 1x meeting/week. The strategies/efforts made by the Mawaris Fiqh teacher include: Punishment (giving law), repeating lessons and applying the right method. This research is motivated in the teaching and learning process, the teacher uses the lecture method, although it is rarely applied by the teacher in the teaching and learning process, it's just that the teacher is more often in making summaries and giving assignments to students. The teacher has made efforts or methods in the learning process even though not all of them have been implemented by the teacher, the goal is that students are motivated in learning, but in fact there are still some things that researchers found, it can be seen from the lack of student interest in learning fiqh, students do not do the tasks given by the teacher , and students pay less attention when the teacher explains the material when learning takes place, some talk to their classmates, or do other things that can interfere with learning concentration. Therefore, to achieve success they need the spirit and motivation of a teacher. As for the author's goal in this study is to determine the efforts of teachers in increasing student motivation in learning Fiqh Class VII. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research, which is a method that describes the situation that occurs in the field systematically. Sources of data in this study were teachers who taught Fiqh in class VII as key informants, while the supporting informants in this study were class VII students of MTsN 3 Agam Balingka. To collect data, the authors conducted observations, interviews and documentation, as well as to measure the validity of the data using something else by comparing the data obtained from the observation data and the results of interviews with the research object. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the teacher's efforts in increasing student learning motivation in class VII Fiqh learning at MTsN 3 Agam Balingka are less than optimal due to the teacher's efforts to increase students' motivation in learning Fiqh Class VII is only by giving numbers, giving tests, know learning outcomes, and praise. While the teacher has not implemented the provision of prizes, competition or competition, ego-involvement and punishment. Talking about adab today, there are several phenomena in the world of education. as a reflection of the decline in etiquette as education actors, both in terms of educational leaders, teachers and especially students. This condition will have an impact on the expected quality of education. One example is the manners of students who have almost disappeared from everyone. This can be seen by the number of students or students who do not have good manners in speaking, behaving and dressing that are not in accordance with the concept of Islamic teachings, violate morals, school regulations, code of ethics at the student level, it all shows that the damage to morals, morals and etiquette has been very worrying. Based on these problems, the formulation of the problem of this research is as follows: 1). How is the manners of students towards educators in the perspective of Al-Quran Surah Al-Kahf verses 60-82? 2). How is the relevance of students' etiquette to the educator in accordance with Islamic education? This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research. This research was carried out by relying on library data, namely by examining the verses of the Koran Surah Al-Kahf verses 60-82. In this study, the data analysis method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative method. After an in-depth study, it is known that there are interactions between students and educators in Surah al-Kahf verses 60-82, namely being polite to educators, being patient before understanding a science, obeying educators, apologizing if you make mistakes, not being angry with educators, ready to accept the consequences of mistakes that have been made, be kind to educators, then educators should not punish students for their forgetfulness, and provide explanations about the knowledge learned. The background of this research is that there has not been a good collaboration between parents and teachers in fostering the religious character of students. Where there are still many students who do not pray and behave inappropriately, in fostering the morals of students, cooperation between parents and teachers is needed. The type of research carried out is field research (Field Research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. This qualitative descriptive method is a research conducted to describe and analyze phenomena that occur in the field. The key informants in this study were Islamic Religious Education Teachers and the supporting informants were the parents of students at SD 05 Pdang Tarok. To collect data, the authors conducted interviews and documentation, and to measure the validity of the data triangulated the data by checking the validity of the data using something else in comparing the results of interviews with the object of research. From the research that the author has done, it can be concluded that in the implementation of cooperation between PAI teachers and parents, they have carried out various ways: 1) communication between teachers and parents, 2) correspondence, 3) communication by telephone, 4) involving parents with school affairs. In doing cooperation between teachers and parents, they have tried to do as much as possible, but there are still factors that hinder the course of the cooperation. Where the factors that inhibit the cooperation of teachers and parents are 1) lack of attention from parents, 2) the ability of teachers, 3) the community environment is not good. The background of this research is related to the people of Nagari Koto who do not want to send their children to SMP Tahfidzul Qur'an An-Najiya. This will be explored/searched for information about what causes parents in Nagari Koto Baru not to want to send their children to An-Najiya Middle School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, using key informants from parents and students. And the supporting informant in this study was the Principal of SMP TQ An-Najiya Pasaman Barat. In data collection, data collection techniques used are interviews. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To test the data using source triangulation, which is to compare the results of interviews conducted on key informants, supporting informants and the results of direct observations by the author. The results showed that the people of Nagari Koto Baru did not want to send their children to SMP Tahfiz Qur'an (TQ) An-Najiya Nagari Koto Baru. district. Luhak Nan Duo Kab. This is due to the lack of parental fees. The cause of the low public interest in sending their children to SMPTQ An-Najiya is due to the lack of parental fees, school status, location and educational facilities that make people not want to send their children to SMPTQ An-Najiya. This research is motivated by student discipline problems, in learning activities the authors take samples in class XI TKJ. Student discipline is still not newly formed in the New Normal period. The role of an educator must be active in giving tips to students who are less disciplined. Questions from research. How are PAI teachers' tips for applying discipline to class XI TKJ students at SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency . teacher's obstacles in conducting discipline for class XI TKJ students. This research uses qualitative research, using qualitative descriptive research methods. Sources of data obtained through key informants, namely students of class XI TKJ and supporting informants, namely PAI teachers and student representatives at SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang. In collecting data using observation and interviews. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and data levers. The results of this study are the teacher's tips for applying discipline to PAI subjects in class XI TKJ at SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang through the results that the teacher strengthens the student's discipline character, pays attention to students, makes strict rules, gives clear directions. clear, giving sanctions, giving tolerance, members for student character, class management, finding problem points, controlling, connecting books, obstacles faced by many students who lack discipline, teacher control is not optimal. This research is motivated by the fact that students are less able to communicate various ideas and ideas, especially in the field of note-taking. Second, students are confused about where to start when they have to convey their ideas or ideas, which causes students to be less active and productive in class because they store all ideas and ideas in their minds. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Collecting data in this study researchers obtained through observation and interviews. This study uses 3 informants, namely teachers, students, and informants supporting the principal. The data analysis technique that the researchers carried out was data reduction, data presentation and data verification. To ensure the validity of the research data, the researchers conducted data trigulation. Based on the results of the study, it can be understood that the Mind Mapping method is the right method for learning that is oriented to the development of creativity and learning motivation for students. The teacher provides a stimulus to students in the form of a unique and fun learning method so that in class VIII learning can provide its own benefits for students, especially in learning Akidah Akhlak. This research was motivated by the fact that it was not known how the civil servant teacher's perspective on the teaching skills carried out by PPL students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program Faculty of Tarbiyah Teacher Training UIN Sheikh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi in 2017-2019 at Pondok Pesantren Madinatul Munawwarah Bukittinggi. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research and is located in Pondok Pesantren Madinatul Munawwarah Bukittinggi, the data collection technique used is interview. Data analysis used the Milles and Hubberman models, namely data reduction, data analysis, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that the skills of varying the learning carried out by PPL students of the Department of Islamic Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah Teacher Science UIN Sheikh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi both in terms of varying teaching styles, interaction patterns, use of media, learning methods and others were good and already fulfill the provisions in varying learning, although there are still those who have not perfectly applied it in learning so that learning seems monotonous and boring. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the author’s observations about some parents who give freedom, some expect their children to obey the rules without guidance and direction. There are parents who give a lot of input and direction on what children do, and there are parents who give freedom to children. The type of research is qualitative research or field research. Data collection in this writing the authors obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The source of this writing data uses the key informants of early childhood parents, supporting informants are early childhood. The data analysis technique that the author uses is data reducation, data presentation, and conclusions, then the data validity technique uses source triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it can be understood that the parenting pattern of parents in shaping religious character in children there are differences in the way parents care for their children, there are parents who give freedom and guidance to children. Parents give a lot of input and direction on what their children do, there are parents who have little time to pay attention to their children’s growth and development and expect their children to obey the rules without any guidance and direction and there are also parents who only provide little emotional support to their children. Factors that influence parents in implementing parenting patterns for their children are the level of parental education, economic status and parental occupation.
