Abstract

The purpose of the research is to understand the organization culture ant working satisfaction on the performance of nurse and midwife in RSIA Puri Bunda Denpasar.The data collection technique in this research is observation, interview and questioner with likert measurement. The population of the research is 143 nurses and midwifes where 105 of the respondents are selected as samples. The sampling technique is probability sampling which is proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysis method is double linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows:1) Partially, the culture of the organization has positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses and midwifes. 2) Working satisfaction has positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses and midwifes. 3) Simultaneously, organization culture and working satisfaction has positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses and midwifes in RSIA Puri Bunda Denpasar. There is great hope that there is clear rule and system regarding the organization culture and working satisfaction so the performance of nurses and midwifes in RSIA Puri Bunda Denpasar can be increased. The increasing in performance will lead to better and continuous service given to the society.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is important and needs to be considered by every company, because Human Resources is the main factor and actor in the work process. The low job satisfaction of employees in a company is a symptom of the less stable the company. Employee dissatisfaction in work can be due to individual characteristics or behavior of the employees themselves who have not been in accordance with what is expected of the company and understanding of karkateristik work either by employees or companies are still low. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of individual characteristics and job characteristics on employee job satisfaction either simultaneously or partially. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 56 with saturated sampling technique / census. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23.0 for windows. The results showed that the characteristics of individual employees into the category of good, so it is with employee job characteristics and employee job satisfaction. Individual characteristics and job characteristics have a strong correlation with employee job satisfaction and simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of both variables is equal to 71.8% and partially individual characteristics have a relatively higher influence compared with job characteristics to job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasionalterhadap motivasi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap motivasi pada Karang Taruna PurnaManggala Kelurahan Sesetan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah anggota Karang Taruna Purna Manggala yangberada di Kelurahan Sesetan. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sensus, yaitu menjadikanseluruh anggota populasi menjadi sampel. Sehingga jumlah sampel yang akan menjadi objek penelitianadalah sebanyak 41 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda,yang akan mampu menjawab permasalahan mengenai pengaruh antara kepemimpinan transformasional dankomunikasi terhadap motivasi pada Karang Taruna Purna Manggala Kelurahan Sesetan.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan keseluruhan variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadapmotivasi pada Karang Taruna Purna Manggala Kelurahan Sesetan. Sedangkan dari pengujian secara parsial,di dapatkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dansignifkan terhadap motivasi pada Karang Taruna PurnaManggala Kelurahan Sesetan

Abstract

Banjar Sental Kangin secara topografi terdiri atas perbukitan dan dekat dengan pantai, sehingga desa/banjar ini sangat dekat dengan objek-objek wisata yang banyak dikenal di pulau Nusa Penida. Dengan adanya objek wisata ini, sebagian besar mata pencaharian masyarakat di Banjar Sental Kangin adalah sektor pariwisata. Masyarakat Banjar Sental Kangin juga bekerja sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil, karyawan swasta, wiraswasta, dan juga petani. Namun, karena adanya pandemi covid-19 ini menyebabkan segala aktifitas masyarakat sangat dibatasi, pariwisata ditutup, sekolah ditutup sementara, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang work from home atau pun belajar dirumah, dan ada beberapa masyarakat yang tidak bekerja. Hal ini yang menimbulkan masalah pada aspek-aspek kehidupan masyarakat, seperti kesehatan, pendidikan dan juga perekonomian masyarakat utamanya yang menjadi sorotan disini adalah ibu-ibu.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of education level, age, andmarital status against the odds change jobs women migrans in the city of Denpasar.The study was conducted in four districts in the city of Denpasar. Respondents arenon-permanent migran women in Denpasar where the sample is determined usingthe quota by the number of samples is 120 people. Analysis of the data used toachieve the goal is through the analysis of Binary Logistic technique. Based on theresults of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the level of education,age, and marital status significantly influence migran women’s chances of changingjobs in Denpasar. Partially, education level and employment status positive influenceon changing employment opportunities migran women in the city of Denpasar. Whileage does not significantly influence the chances of changing jobs migran women inthe city of Denpasar.

Abstract

In the planning and development related to human resources both within the company and organizations today must get the attention of the leaders of the future that will maximize employee performance at work. Where emotional intelligence and intellect is a very important factor in improving the performance of employees and facilitate the achievement of corporate goals. If emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence are good at a company will create a positive interaction for the development of human resources in a company or organization. The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional intelligence and the intellectual influence on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Main Branch Office Renon Denpasar. The sampling technique in this study using the formula Slovin, of the formula is obtained as many as 75 people. The results showed that emotional intelligence and intellect together - together (simultaneously) positive and significant influence on employee performance. Moreover, the results also revealed that emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence partial effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership andjob satisfaction on employee performance at CV AGUNG PAPER Klungkung-Bali.The number of samples in this study were 38 employees. This research uses saturatedsampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation methods, interviewsand questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear analysis. Theresult shows that partially transformational leadership (X1) has negative effect notsignificant to performance variable (Y) with t significance = -0,590 and ttable =1,68957. So -0.590 <1.68597. job satisfaction (X2) has a significant positive effectwith significance that is tcount = 3.852 and ttable = 1.68957 Thus 3.852> 1.65993.Simultaneously Variable transformational leadership (X1) and job satisfaction (X2)have an effect on employee performance (Y) with significance that is Fcount = 8,565and Ftabel = 3,27. So 8,565> 3.09. So this research is expected to give input inchoosing the leadership style used in leading company in CV AGUNG PAPER andthe management is expected to pay more attention to job satisfaction of employeesto improve performance.

Abstract

Along with the development of the organization, various things arise related to human resources. Today the high level of employee turnover has become a serious problem for many companies. One of the efforts made by the company to reduce turnover is increasing employee satisfaction with the company, another factor that also influences turnover intention is organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention. Respondents in this study were 88 respondents. Analysis tools that are multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and negative organizational commitment to turnover intention.
