Abstract

Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The object of research used in this research is Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research is that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bali Renon Branch. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPD Bali Renon Branch. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Employee performance is one of the important factors because the progress of an organization or company is very dependent on its human resources. This study aims to how much influence the work environment, work experience and compensation on employee performance at CV. Dian Mandiri. The population in this study were 51 employees of CV. Dian Mandiri. The sample used is the saturated sample method with 51 respondents. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, work experience and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership should create a comfortable work environment for employees, provide job training to employees and provide appropriate benefits to employees, so as to improve employee performance at CV. Dian Mandiri.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that is produced as a measure of the success of an agency in achieving the set targets. Employee performance can be affected by job training, work discipline and self-efficacy. Each of these factors are interconnected with each other, when employees often receive appropriate training, good employeediscipline and self- efficacy are well formed, the resulting performance will be good too. These three factors must work in a balance to create the employee performance expected by company. The research population was employees of the Gianyar Regency Social Service with a sampling techniqueusing a saturated sample technique, so the total population is the number of samples. The sample used was 40 respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results showed that job training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which in theory have aninfluence on employee performance.

Abstract

The performance of employees in the company is a very important thing to be used as a benchmark for achievement in the company. The performance of employees in each company has different criteria according to the provisions of the company. The potential possessed by individuals also affects the level of performance produced by employees, where this potential can motivate employees to work optimally towards the company's operational activities, and can influence better employee work results. This study aims to analyze the influence of skills, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bangli Regency. The population in this study were all permanent employees at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bangli Regency, totaling 98 people. The sample of this study was determined by saturated sampling technique, so that the number of samples was 98 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bangli Regency. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bangli Regency. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bangli Regency.

Abstract

Nowadays, government institutions or organizations are required to improve their performance more effectively and efficiently. Institutions or organizations must also pay attention to human resources to increase effectiveness and efficiency. The quality of its human resources strongly influences the progress of an organization. Human resources are an important factor in an organization or agency. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture, Gianyar Regency. The number of samples used in the study was 89 people using the saturated sample method. Data collection has been done using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test, and the data was tested through the classical assumption test stages. The results showed the transformational leadership style with a regression coefficient of 0.240 and significance to employee performance. Motivation with a regression coefficient of 0.261 and significant to employee performance. The work environment with a regression coefficient of 0.172 is significant to employee performance. It is recommended that leaders look for new ideas, find creative solutions, and provide opportunities for employees to socialize more freely. It is hoped that the agency will complete the work needs of employees.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata menjadi andalan pulau Bali, sehingga banyak berdiri hotel sebagai pendukung sarana pariwisata salah satunya Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti emperis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan pemberian reward terhadap kinerja karyawan F&B Service Department Pada Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan F&B Service Department Pada Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur sebanyak 74 orang, teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan F&B Service Department Pada Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur. Pemberian reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan F&B Service Department Pada Hotel Inna Grand Bali Beach Sanur.

Abstract

Kinerja sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Kinerja merupakan hasil atau pencapaian kerja selama periode tertentu yang diraih karyawan dalam sutau perusahaan, yang sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Dalam penelitian ini kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variabel, yakni kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UD. Sayur Segar Bali. Total sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 responden yang merupakan karyawan UD. Sayur Segar Bali dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik sampling total. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear berganda, analisis determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinera karyawan pada UD. Sayur Segar Bali, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinera karyawan pada UD. Sayur Segar Bali, Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambahkan atau menggunakan subjek penelitian lain.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, lingkungan kerja, dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kinerja sumber daya manusia yang baik, merupakan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam mengarahkan karyawannya. Jika sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan baik, maka kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan akan baik dan perusahaan dengan mudah akan dapat mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga (DISDIKPORA) Kabupaten Klungkung yang beralamat di Jl. Ngurah Rai Kec. Klungkung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga (DISDIKPORA) Kabupaten Klungkung yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi yang dibangun baik perusahaan maupun instansi dituntut agar dapat mengoptimalkan sumber daya dan bagaminana sumber daya di kelola dalam sebuah organisasi. Sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu aset yang penting dalam sebuah organisasi, oleh karena itu harus dikelola secara cermat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pegnaruh komunikasi, kompensasi, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Kelautan, dan Perikanan Kabupaten Gianyar. Jumlah sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert 5 poin. Objek penelitian ini adalah komunikasi, kompensasi, kompetensi dan kinerja pegawai. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. sebelum pengujian hipotesis terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedasitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi, kompensasi, dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi kepada bawahan, serta memperbaiki fasilitas kerja.

Abstract

Tourism is the most famous activity in Bali. The one of the industries that supports Bali tourism is the hotel industry. Tandjung Sari Hotel Sanur, Bali is a hotel that always maintains service quality by prioritizing employee performance. Employee performance will increase if they are able to increase work-life balance, work discipline, and communication. This research aims to determine the effect work-life balance, work discipline, and communication on employee performance at Tandjung Sari Hotel Sanur, Bali. The sample in this study was all 92 employees of Tandjung Sari Hotel Sanur, Bali. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implications of the research show that employees who are able to maintain work-life balance and pay attention to working time and communication with fellow co-workers will achieve the employee's ability to complete work well.
