Abstract

In Quranic studies, the issues of Muhkam and Mutasyabbih verses always have been discussed, how to understandeach them. Interpreting mutasyabihat verses has been a need because many of them tell about theology in the context ofanthropomorphism. Almost all scholars tend to use takwil to interpret them, but Abdul Azz bin Abdullh bin Bzoffered the opposite method. He avoided takwil. In this study, this writing discusses how Ibn Bz understood mutasyabihatverses especially about anthropomorphism. As a conclusion, the researcher found that the anti-takwil is stated by IbnBz and his allies, in its practice was sometimes contradictory. To enrich this article, the writer will trace the genealogyof the thought of Ibn Bz and his dialectic with the understanding or other streams such as Mutazilah, Asyariyyahto Maturidiyah

Abstract

YukAmal (yukamal.com) is a web-based mosque information and management system. Feature on YukAmal website is a donation, finance, construction progress, and information mosques. At present, the application cannot integrate with mobile apps. The research aims to design the YukAmal application based on Android Kotlin, integrated using REST API web service technology. The method applied in this research uses Scrum to get optimal results. This application divide into three modules: Information and Mosque Search, Donation and Mosque Finance, and REST API Web Service. The method used is UAT (User Acceptance Testing). For web service, REST API feature gets 85% test results, mosque information features and online donations get 80% test results, financial report feature gets 25% test results or can only view financial information. Results of the research, this application was proper for use by worshipers and mosque administrators in Depok City.

Abstract

Salah satu uslub Al-Qur’an, amtsȃl, memberikan makna yang indah dan menggelitik dengan maksud menggugah jiwa pembacanya dengan menyamakan yang gaib dengan yang terlihat, yang abstrak dengan yang konkrit, atau dengan menarik analogi antara hal-hal yang serupa. Ayat yang berbicara tentang infak merupakan salah satu ayat dalam Al-Qur’an yang mengandung amtsȃl. Banyak ayat yang memberikan inspirasi dan memberikan contoh betapa beruntungnya mereka yang gemar mengeluarkan harta untuk berinfak, dan betapa malangnya mereka yang tidak ingin melakukan hal tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia menafsirkan ayat-ayat amtsȃl infak dalam sudut pandang kitab Al-Qur’an dan Tafsirnya. Ini adalah bentuk penelitian perpustakaan atau literatur. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk sumber primernya, kajian ini mengkaji ayat-ayat infak yang beredaksi amtsȃl dalam perspektif kitab Al-Qur’an dan tafsirnya. Sumber sekunder diambil dari berbagai literatur yang membicarakan mengenai ayat-ayat infak yang beredaksi amtsȃl. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian diketahui bahwa tafsir Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia terhadap ayat amtsȃl infak dalam kitab Al-Qur’an dan Tafsirnya menggambarkan seseorang yang menafkahkan hartanya sebagai benih yang menumbuhkan ratusan benih, taman di dataran tinggi yang disiram hujan lebat, taman yang ditiup angin kencang berisi api, batu halus yang disiram hujan deras, dan anjuran bersikap pertengahan, tidak boros dan tidak pula kikir.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the construction of Guru Bakhiet's gender interpretation in his interpretation of a number of verses of the Qur'an, focusing on the theme of subordination and women's empowerment. Guru Bakhiet interprets Qur'anic verses related to women, such as Surah al-Baqarah [2]: 228, Surah an-Nisa [4]: 1 and 34, Surah al-An'am [6]: 137, and Surah al-Isra [17]: 1, with an approach that prioritizes justice, equality, and protection of women's rights. This research uses critical analysis methods and hermeneutic approaches, this research reveals how Guru Bakhiet interprets verses related to women, including the obligation to wear the hijab, the position of husband and wife, women's rights, and women's relationships with men in the context of marriage. The results of the study show that Guru Bakhiet's interpretation is influenced by the dynamics in gender understanding in his interpretation, which not only reflects local traditions and culture, but also shows the potential to formulate a more inclusive view and empower women within the framework of Islamic teachings. Guru Bakhiet's interpretation shows that there is a tendency to put women in a subordinate position and at the same time try to empower women through fair religious learning, as well as the affirmation of women's rights in the family. Although she emphasizes the obligation of women to maintain honor and maintain manners, the interpretation also includes aspects that support the education and protection of women, such as in her views on the treatment of girls and efforts to prevent injustice in husband-wife relationships. So, this interpretation emphasizes the importance of women's empowerment through education and fair treatment, as well as criticizing practices that have the potential to suppress the role of women in society. Thus, it can be concluded that Guru Bakhiet's tafsir combines aspects of subordination and empowerment, by fighting for women's rights within the framework of humanist and contextual Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Background. Along with the development of the global sharia investment market, guidance based on the values of the Qur'an is needed to ensure that investments are carried out in accordance with the principles of sharia ethics. Many modern investment practices are contrary to sharia values, such as speculation, usury, or uncertainty (gharar). This study can be a guide for Muslim investors. with a thematic interpretation approach to the verses of the Qur'an related to investment can provide a deeper understanding of investment practices.Purpose. The aim of this research is to determine investment in the Al-Qur'an through thematic interpretation based on sharia economic principles.Method. The research method used is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research allows researchers to deeply and comprehensively understand the concepts contained in the Koran and sharia economic principles.Results. The Several verses that are relevant to investment are 1) The assets invested in will be multiplied by Allah SWT in QS Al-Baqarah (2) verse 261. 2) Investment as a form of lending in QS Al-Baqarah (2) verse 245. 3) Investment is a muamalah activity, which is explained in QS An Nisa (4) verse 29. 4) The principle of investment is to help in QS Al Maidah (5) verse 2. 5) and prepare for possibilities that will occur in the future by investing, QS Al Hashr (59) paragraph 18.Conclusion. This study has it is necessary to pay attention to the principles of sharia that need to be adhered to when investing. Like the principles in sharia economics, namely implementing justice, honesty, transparency, and avoiding usury or interest which is considered haram in Islam and it is very important to pay attention to investment strategies, as a form of benefit to society and worship of Allah SWT in generating investment profits

Abstract

Where the intent of This inquiry is to analyze the repercussion of the independent elementon the dependent elementon Islamic banks in Asia Inquiry year 2017-2023.This inquiry is a quantitative inquiry. This inquiry utilizes secondary data sourced from the official websites of each company, including the Annual Report, Financial Report, and Sustainability Report. The target group in This inquiry are Islamic banks in Asia. The sample of This inquiry consisted of 10 Islamic banks in the period 2017 to 2023. Up to 70 samples. The sampling method in this inquiry employs purposive sampling. The data examination technique utilized is multiple linear regression examination, conducted using the SPSS 25 software. The Discoveries of this inquiry exhibited that Islamic Corporate Governance variables have both partial and simultaneous repercussions on Financial performance. However, Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting do not have a partial repercussion on Financial performance. Meanwhile, when considered together, all independent variables collectively sway the dependent variable. Financial performance strives to enhance the resilience and competitiveness of Financial Services Institutions and has the principle of risk management, capacity building in the implementation of sustainable finance so that it can grow and develop sustainably.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas bagaimana isyarat ilmiah yang ada dalam penafsiran tafsir Ilmi kemenag yang berfokus pada kajian tentang Air Hujan perspektif Al-Qur’an. Artikel ini berusaha mengeksplorasi makna Air hujan bukan hanya dari segi spiritual tapi juga berdasarkan isyarat ilmiah yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an. Studi ini menjelaskan bagaimana tafsir Ilmi kemenag menafsirkan ayat berkaitan dengan Air hujan dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman spritual dan ilmiah tentang Air hujan, serta memberikan gambaran bagaimana penafsiran kemenag terhadap air hujan.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia modern, dengan gangguan kecemasan menjadi salah satu masalah yang kian mengkhawatirkan. Dalam konteks ini, Al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci umat Islam diyakini mempunyai nilai penyembuhan (syifâ’) yang mampu merespon persoalan kejiwaan. Tulisan ini mengangkat permasalahan utama mengenai bagaimana korelasi antara konsep syifâ’ dalam Al-Qur’an dengan gangguan kecemasan dalam perspektif ilmu psikopatologi. Untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut, penulis mengajukan empat rumusan masalah: kajian kebahasaan syifâ’, konsep syifâ’ dalam Al-Qur’an, gangguan kecemasan menurut psikopatologi, serta korelasi antara keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tafsir tematik (maudhu’i) dan pendekatan interdisipliner dengan memadukan literatur tafsir dan psikologi. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dari kitab tafsir klasik-kontemporer serta literatur psikopatologi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an, melalui konsep syifâ’-nya, tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyembuh spiritual, tetapi juga memiliki potensi ilmiah dalam membantu proses pemulihan gangguan kecemasan, khususnya pada aspek emosional dan kejiwaan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperluas wawasan tentang hubungan antara wahyu dan sains, khususnya dalam kajian kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji makna ayat Al-Qur’an tentang gunung sebagai pasak (rawāsiya/awtād) dalam Q.S. An-Naba’ ayat 7 melalui pendekatan tafsir ilmiah dan perspektif geologi. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menjembatani pemahaman antara teks-teks keagamaan dengan temuan ilmiah modern, khususnya dalam ilmu kebumian. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik dan tafsir ilmiah, serta analisis data geologi terkini mengenai struktur dan fungsi gunung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran klasik memahami gunung sebagai penyeimbang bumi secara simbolik maupun fungsional. Sementara itu, kajian geologi modern menjelaskan bahwa gunung terbentuk melalui proses tektonik dan berperan dalam menstabilkan kerak bumi serta meredam gaya horizontal lempeng tektonik. Dengan demikian, istilah “pasak” yang digunakan dalam Al-Qur’an menunjukkan kesesuaian makna secara konseptual dengan fungsi geologis gunung dalam menopang kestabilan litosfer. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya harmoni antara teks wahyu dan ilmu pengetahuan, serta membuka ruang dialog antara sains dan tafsir Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa pendekatan ilmiah terhadap ayat-ayat kauniyyah dapat memperkaya pemahaman keislaman secara rasional dan kontekstual.
